the mounting plate (37) is symmetrically provided with square grooves, and the rotating rods (41) are uniformly and rotatably arranged among the square grooves of the mounting plate (37);
the rotating rod (41) is uniformly provided with the massage wheels (42) at intervals, and the massage wheels (42) are positioned at the inner side of the square groove;
the middle parts of the first circular gears (43) and the rotating rods (41) are respectively provided with the first circular gears (43), and the adjacent first circular gears (43) are meshed;
the first reel (44) is symmetrically arranged on the rotating rod (41) close to one side of the first connecting rod (31);
the bottom of one side of the mounting plate (37) close to the backrest (36) is symmetrically provided with the L-shaped blocks (45);
the rotating shaft (46) is rotatably arranged between the L-shaped blocks (45);
the belt conveying device (47) is connected between the rotating shaft (46) and the adjacent rotating rod (41);
