a rotating assembly (84), wherein the rotating assembly (84) is rotatably arranged on the first gear (82);
a shoulder pressing frame (85), wherein the rotating assembly (84) is provided with the shoulder pressing frame (85);
the third support rods (88), and two third support rods (88) are arranged on the bottom plate (1);
the lifting block (87) is arranged on the third supporting rod (88) in a sliding manner, and the lifting block (87) is arranged on the third supporting rod;
