A preparation method of a snagging-resistant stiff 3-12F elastic interval fabric comprises an outer layer, a connecting layer and an inner layer, wherein the outer layer and the inner layer are connected through the connecting layer, and the fabric is woven by a weft knitting machine and comprises an upper dial and a lower needle cylinder, and six paths form a cycle, wherein the first path sequentially comprises upper needle looping, lower needle floating and lower needle floating; the second path is sequentially upper needle floating thread, lower needle looping and lower needle looping; the third path is sequentially an upper needle tuck, an upper needle float, a lower needle float and a lower needle tuck; the fourth path is sequentially an upper needle looping, a lower needle floating thread and a lower needle floating thread; the fifth path comprises upper needle floating thread, lower needle looping and lower needle looping in sequence; the sixth path is sequentially provided with an upper needle floating thread, an upper needle tucking, a lower needle tucking and a lower needle floating thread; the surface layer of the knitted fabric is composed of polyester composite fibers and polyurethane elastic fibers, and at least 1 path of a complete structure is formed by 100% of looping and knitting actions; the knitted fabric connecting layer is composed of 3-12F polyester or polyamide fibers and is formed by knitting without loops; the inner layer of the knitted fabric is composed of polyester fibers with special-shaped cross sections and polyurethane elastic fibers, and is formed by knitting each path of loop.

The method for preparing the fiber reinforced plastic composite material according to claim 1, wherein the connecting layer is made of 3-12F polyester or polyamide fiber; the surface layer adopts polyester composite fibers and polyurethane elastic fibers; the inner layer is made of polyester fibers and polyurethane elastic fibers with special-shaped cross sections.
3. The 3-12F elastic spacer textile fabric according to claim 1, wherein the single fineness of the connecting layer is 5D-12D.
4. The production method according to claim 1, wherein the weft knitting machine is a circular weft knitting machine having a needle count of more than 24 needles.
