The bag pulling part is driven by a fourth driving device 5-25 connected with a speed reducer and connected to a transmission shaft 5-31. The transmission shaft 5-31 is fixed by a bearing seat 5-32, and two ends are connected with a bag feeding swing arm 5-33. The bag feeding swing arms 5-33 are connected by a plurality of long and short connecting rods 5-34. The long and short connecting rods are respectively connected with the third sliding seats 5-21 and the fourth sliding seats 5-22. The sliding seat is fixed with a third clamping rod 5-27 and a fourth clamping rod 5-28. The fifth driving device 5-26 is connected with the third slide rail 5-24. The nuts of the third slide rail 5-24 and the linear guide rails 5-35 are fixed on the fixing plates 5-36. The fixed plates 5-36 are connected to the sliding seats through connecting rods 5-34. The fifth driving device 5-26 rotates forward and backward to drive the ball screw 5-34 to do reciprocating linear motion. The movement is transmitted to the sliding seat through the fixed plate. The sliding seat can integrally reciprocate leftwards and rightwards. The third, fourth and fifth drive means may optionally be servo motors.

In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the bag absorbing device 2 further includes a liftable inserting sheet device including two inserting sheets, which can be inserted into the packaging bag, specifically, the inserting sheets 2 to 12 can be connected to the fourth cylinder 2 to 8 and the fifth cylinder 2 to 9 respectively, in the process of absorbing and primarily separating the packaging bag by the absorbing device, the inserting sheets 2 to 12 are controlled by the cylinder device to descend to extend from the separation gap to the packaging bag, and the inserting sheet device is connected to the sliding device into a whole, so that like the absorbing device, the first driving device can drive the sliding device to enable the two inserting sheets to reciprocate and move relatively within a certain distance in the horizontal direction, thereby realizing the separation of the bag opening of the packaging bag. The setting of this embodiment is mainly to having from sealing under zip fastener or the difficult detached condition of sack, only relying on the unable mesh that realizes the sack separation of sucking disc, adopts the structure of sucking disc and inserted sheet combination to realize the action of inhaling the bag jointly, improves the success rate of sack separation, also is favorable to the completion of follow-up action, and simultaneously, this scheme has overcome the sucking disc and has influenced the problem of leading bag efficiency because of atmospheric pressure sometimes.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the sliding device is further provided with a stopper 2-7 near the suction cups 2-6 on both sides of the bag, the stopper 2-7 is arranged on the mounting section of the slider 2-11 and between the suction cups 2-6 on the same side, when the suction cups 2-6 suck the bag, the bag is tightly attached to the stopper 2-7, and the stopper 2-7 is used for limiting the bag from both sides. As shown in the figure, a plurality of sub-rod pairs are arranged at intervals to facilitate the reciprocating motion of the bag pulling mechanism. The first sub-rod and the second sub-rod are arranged at intervals to reserve a certain space, so that the packaging bag can be conveniently clamped and fixed,
further, the distance between the adjacent sub-rod pairs is equal to the back-and-forth movement distance of the bag pulling mechanism. The distance between the adjacent sub-rod pairs is equal to the moving distance of the bag pulling mechanism, so that the bag clamping mechanism can accurately clamp the packaging bag when the bag pulling mechanism moves conveniently.
Further, the distance between the first sub-rod and the second sub-rod is slightly smaller than the bag width of the packaging bag. The distance between the first sub-rod and the second sub-rod is slightly smaller than the bag width of the packaging bag, so that when the first sub-rod and the second sub-rod clamp the packaging bag, the clamping fixing point is located on the inner side of the edge of the packaging bag, and the influence on subsequent charging of the packaging bag is avoided.

1. A horizontal bag feeding type packaging machine, comprising: the bag taking device, the bag sucking device, the loading device, the sealing device and the bag conveying device penetrate through the whole packaging machine;
the bag taking device comprises a bag placing mechanism and a bag grabbing mechanism, the bag placing mechanism is used for limiting and placing the packaging bags, and the bag grabbing mechanism is used for grabbing the packaging bags and moving the packaging bags to a specified position;
the bag suction device comprises a guide post, an adsorption structure, a first driving device and a blowing device; the first driving device drives the sliding device to drive the adsorption structure to adsorb two sides of the packaging bag and then open the packaging bag; the air blowing device can blow air to the packaging bags with the bag openings separated;
the charging device comprises a blanking barrel, a clamping piece, a second driving device and a poking rod; the second driving device drives the clamping pieces to realize opening of the bag openings of the packaging bags, the blanking barrel and the poking rod are sequentially installed along the bag feeding direction and can lift up and down, the blanking barrel is used for charging the opened packaging bags, and the poking rod is used for compacting the charging in the packaging bags;
the sealing device comprises a bag tightening mechanism and a bag sealing mechanism, the bag tightening mechanism is used for poking the charged packaging bags for the second time and tightening the bag openings, and the bag sealing mechanism is used for sealing the packaging bags subjected to bag tightening;
the bag feeding device comprises a support frame, and a bag clamping mechanism and a bag pulling mechanism which are fixed on the support frame, wherein the bag pulling mechanism is located below the bag clamping mechanism and can clamp or loosen a packaging bag, the bag clamping mechanism can clamp or loosen the packaging bag relative to the bag pulling mechanism, and the bag pulling mechanism can reciprocate back and forth relative to the bag clamping mechanism in a direction perpendicular to the clamping direction to convey the packaging bag.

The horizontal bag feeding type packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the bag sucking device further comprises a liftable inserting device consisting of two separated inserting pieces and capable of extending into the packaging bag; the inserted sheet device with slider connects, a drive arrangement can drive bipartition inserted sheet reciprocating relative motion in certain distance on the horizontal direction, realizes the separation of wrapping bag sack.

The horizontal bag feeding type packaging machine according to claim 2, wherein the sliding device comprises two sliding blocks, the first driving mechanism comprises a rotating arm, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a first air cylinder, the rotating arm is connected with the two sliding blocks through the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod respectively, and the air cylinder drives the rotating arm to rotate, so that the two connecting rods are driven to make the sliding blocks reciprocate and move relatively within a certain distance.
4. The horizontal bag feeding type packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein stoppers capable of stopping the bag from both sides are further provided on the sliding means near the suction structures on both sides of the bag, respectively.

The horizontal feeding bag type packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the bag clamping mechanism comprises a first sliding seat, a second sliding seat, a first sliding rail, a fourth driving device, a first clamping bar arranged on the first sliding seat and a second clamping bar arranged on the second sliding seat, the first clamping bar is arranged opposite to the second clamping bar, and the fourth driving device drives the first sliding seat and/or the second sliding seat to reciprocate along the first sliding rail, so that the first clamping bar and the second clamping bar clamp or release the packaging bag; the bag pulling mechanism comprises a third sliding seat, a fourth sliding seat, a second sliding rail, a third sliding rail, a fifth driving device, a sixth driving device, a third clamping rod arranged on the third sliding seat and a fourth clamping rod arranged on the fourth sliding seat, the third clamping rod and the fourth clamping rod are arranged oppositely, the fifth driving device drives the third sliding seat and/or the fourth sliding seat to reciprocate along the second sliding rail so that the third clamping rod and the fourth clamping rod clamp or loosen the packaging bag, and the sixth driving device drives the bag pulling mechanism to reciprocate back and forth along the third sliding rail relative to the bag clamping mechanism.
8. The horizontal pocket feed packaging machine of claim 7, wherein each clamp bar comprises a plurality of spaced sub-bar pairs, the sub-bar pairs comprising a first sub-bar and a second sub-bar, the first sub-bar being spaced apart from the second sub-bar.
9. The horizontal pocket feeding type packing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein a distance between adjacent pairs of sub-bars is equal to a forward and backward movement distance of the pocket pulling mechanism.
10. The horizontal pocket feed packaging machine of claim 8, wherein the distance between said first sub-bar and said second sub-bar is slightly less than the pocket width of said packages.
