and step 3: the packaging bag is conveyed to the position right below a first placing mechanism by a conveyor belt assembly 11 and a bag opening mechanism, the first placing mechanism is controlled to work to convey a separating block 12 into the packaging bag, when the first placing mechanism works, a vibration feeder is used for conveying the separating block 12 to a second guide groove 22, when the first placing mechanism conveys the separating block 12, the separating block 12 with a downward vertical part directly falls into a space between the second guide groove 22 and a first guide groove 21, the separating block 12 is directly pushed into the packaging bag downwards through a pushing head on the upper side, when the separating block 12 with a downward horizontal part slides down, a vibrator on the first guide groove 21 is controlled to start, a movable baffle plate 23 drives the separating block 12 to vibrate together, the horizontal part of the separating block 12 tends to move towards one side of the first guide groove 21, and therefore the separating block 12 falls into the space between the first guide groove 21 and the second guide groove 22 again, the separating block 12 with a horizontal part is automatically straightened, and then the separating block 12 is pushed into the packaging bag in an inverted mode through the pushing head;
step 4; the packaging bags are conveyed to the position under the second placing mechanism through the conveyor belt assembly 11 and the bag opening mechanism, the spicy strips are manually placed in the transfer cylinder 17, then the transfer cylinder 17 is controlled to rotate through the control transfer table 16, the spicy strips are conveyed into the sealing cover 13 through the transfer cylinder 17, the turning plate 18 at the bottom of the transfer cylinder 17 is pushed to be opened through controlling the hydraulic cylinder at the top of the sealing cover 13, the spicy strips in the transfer cylinder 17 are pushed into the packaging bags, in the process that the turning plate 18 is opened, the turning plate 18 can drive the shifting part 19 to shift the bag openings of the packaging bags to two sides, the bag openings of the packaging bags are enlarged, the spicy strips are conveniently fed, and the second placing mechanism can be controlled to place the spicy strips in the packaging bags;
and 5: the bag opening mechanism and the packaging bag are controlled to be separated, after the packaging bag is separated from the bag opening mechanism, the packaging bag is guided under the action of the guide plate 32, so that the packaging bag cannot be inclined and deviated, the packaging bag is transported into the packaging mechanism under the transportation of the conveyor belt assembly 11, the packaging mechanism places the packaging bag which is packaged with the spicy strips into a sealed environment formed by combining the sealing covers 25, then the vacuum pumping operation is carried out by a vacuum pump 29, then the packaging bag is clamped towards the middle by controlling the heat-sealing pressing plate 28, and the bag opening of the packaging bag is heat-sealed under the vacuum environment;
and 6: the packaging mechanism delivers the sealed packages out for subsequent packaging by transport out of the conveyor assembly 11.
