Background
The spicy strips are also called big gluten, vegetarian beef tendon and the like, and are a food made of wheat flour or other grains and beans as main raw materials. The spicy strip is a snack. The spicy strips contain a large amount of food additives (more than ten kinds, twenty kinds). There is no unified production standard, and the spicy noodle manufacturers on the market generally execute production according to landmarks. When some spicy strips are produced, small packaging bags are usually used for packaging, and then the spicy strips packaged by the small packaging bags are put into a big package.
At present, the mode of packing the small packing bag filled with spicy strips into the big packing bag is usually that the small packing bag is manually packed into the big packing bag by manpower, the mode can only carry out the bagging of one big packing bag at one time when operating, the work efficiency is lower, and comparatively consume the manpower when operating.
Therefore, the bagging device is needed to be designed to simultaneously carry out bagging of a plurality of large packaging bags at one time during operation, so that the work efficiency is improved, and the labor is saved.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
In order to overcome the defects that only one large packaging bag can be used for bagging at one time during operation, the working efficiency is low, and manpower is consumed during operation, the invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the spicy strip auxiliary bagging device which can be used for bagging a plurality of large packaging bags at one time during operation, so that the working efficiency is improved, and the manpower is saved.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an auxiliary spicy strip bagging device which comprises a base, wherein the top of the base is connected with a U-shaped seat, and the top of the U-shaped seat is connected with a workbench; the bag opening mechanism is arranged on the workbench; and the blanking mechanism is arranged on the workbench.
Preferably, the bag opening mechanism comprises a plurality of sliding rails which are arranged in a plurality of ways, and the plurality of sliding rails are respectively connected to two sides of the top of the workbench; the L-shaped sliding blocks are arranged in a plurality of blocks and are respectively connected into a plurality of sliding rails; the plurality of cylinder bodies are respectively connected to the tops of the plurality of L-shaped sliding blocks, one sides of the two side cylinder bodies close to each other are connected with suckers, and pistons are connected in the cylinder bodies in a sliding manner; the bag placing frames are arranged in a plurality of ways and are respectively connected to the suckers on one side; the plurality of L-shaped connecting rods are arranged and are respectively connected to two sides of the plurality of suckers on the other side, and the L-shaped connecting rods are connected with first jacking blocks; the first push blocks are arranged in a plurality of blocks and are respectively connected to the transmission shafts of the pistons on one side; the pull blocks are arranged in a plurality of blocks, and the first push blocks are respectively connected to the transmission shafts of the pistons on the other side; the connecting rods are arranged in a plurality of ways, the connecting rods are respectively hinged to two sides of the first push blocks and two sides of the pull blocks, the connecting rods on the first push blocks are hinged to the connecting rods on the pull blocks, and torsion springs are connected between the connecting rods on the first push blocks and the connecting rods on the pull blocks; the two direct connecting rods are arranged and are respectively connected between the L-shaped sliding blocks on the same side; the pull rod is connected among the pull blocks; fan-shaped dog, it is the polylith setting, and the fan-shaped dog of polylith is connected respectively on the first ejector pad of polylith, fan-shaped dog and slide rail sliding fit.
Preferably, the blanking mechanism comprises a plurality of support columns, the support columns are respectively connected to two sides of the top of the workbench, a support frame is connected between the tops of the support columns on the two sides, first sliding grooves are uniformly arranged on the support frame at intervals, the number of the first sliding grooves corresponds to the number of the bag placing frames, and the number of the first sliding grooves in each group is two; the first sliding blocks are arranged in multiple blocks, the multiple first sliding blocks are respectively connected in the multiple first sliding grooves in a sliding manner, two first sliding blocks are connected in each first sliding groove in a sliding manner, and a box is connected between the corresponding first sliding blocks in the two first sliding grooves; the second sliding blocks are arranged in a plurality of blocks, the second sliding blocks are respectively connected to the first sliding blocks, and a first spring is connected between the second sliding blocks and the inner wall of the first sliding chute; the fixed rods are arranged in a plurality of modes, the fixed rods are connected to the tops of the cylinder bodies respectively, the fixed rods are connected with second push blocks, and the second push blocks on the two sides are in contact with the two boxes respectively.
Preferably, the sliding device further comprises a third sliding block, wherein a plurality of L-shaped sliding blocks on one side are provided with second sliding grooves, and the second sliding grooves are connected with the third sliding block in an inward sliding manner; the second kicking block, it is the polylith setting, and polylith second kicking block connects respectively on polylith third slider, and the piston can be blocked to the second kicking block, is connected with the second spring between third slider and the L shape slider, is connected with on the second kicking block and pushes down the arch.
Preferably, the device also comprises a U-shaped rod which is connected to the direct connecting rod on one side; the first top column is connected to one side of the U-shaped rod; the second support pillars are arranged in a plurality of ways, the second support pillars are connected to two sides of the U-shaped rod respectively, and the pull rod is located between the first support pillar and the second support pillar.

1. The invention assists in bagging the spicy strips by the matching operation of the bag opening mechanism and the blanking mechanism, thereby achieving the effect of assisting in bagging the spicy strips.
2. The invention can bag a plurality of large packaging bags simultaneously during operation, thereby effectively improving the working efficiency.
3. When the hot pepper strip opening machine is operated, only small hot pepper strips and large packaging bags need to be placed, and then the bag opening mechanism is operated, so that the operation is simple, and the labor is effectively saved.

An auxiliary bagging device for spicy strips is shown in figures 1-5 and comprises a base 1, a U-shaped seat 2 and a workbench 3, wherein the top of the base 1 is connected with the U-shaped seat 2, the top of the U-shaped seat 2 is connected with the workbench 3, the auxiliary bagging device also comprises a bag opening mechanism 4 and a blanking mechanism 5, and the bag opening mechanism 4 and the blanking mechanism 5 are arranged on the workbench 3.
The bag opening mechanism 4 comprises a slide rail 41, an L-shaped slide block 42, a cylinder body 43, a suction cup 44, a piston 45, a bag placing frame 46, an L-shaped connecting rod 47, a first ejector block 48, a first push block 49, a pull block 410, a connecting rod 411, a torsion spring 412, a direct connecting rod 413, a pull rod 414 and a fan-shaped stopper 415, wherein the front side and the rear side of the top of the workbench 3 are uniformly connected with three slide rails 41 at intervals, the slide rail 41 is internally and slidably connected with the L-shaped slide block 42, the cylinder body 43 is installed at the top of the L-shaped slide block 42, the mutually close sides of the cylinder bodies 43 at the two sides are respectively connected with the suction cup 44, the cylinder body 43 is internally and slidably connected with the piston 45, the front side suction cup 44 is connected with the bag placing frame 46, the left side and the right side of the rear side suction cup 44 are respectively connected with the L-shaped connecting rod 47, the L-shaped, the left side and the right side of the first push block 49 are hinged with the left side and the right side of the pull block 410 through connecting rods 411, the connecting rods 411 on the first push block 49 are hinged with the connecting rods 411 on the pull block 410, the hinged parts between the connecting rods 411 are limited to move left and right in the horizontal direction through guide parts, a torsion spring 412 is connected between the connecting rod 411 on the first push block 49 and the connecting rod 411 on the pull block 410, a direct connecting rod 413 is connected between the L-shaped sliders 42 on the same side, a pull rod 414 is connected between the pull blocks 410, a fan-shaped stopper 415 is connected on the first push block 49, and the fan-shaped stopper 415 is in sliding fit with the sliding rail 41.

When the bag packing of the spicy strips needs to be assisted, the device can be used, firstly, a user quantitatively places the small-package spicy strips between the boxes 55 at the two sides, then places the large package bag between the bag placing frame 46 and the first top block 48, and makes the two sides of the large package bag respectively contact with the suckers 44 at the two sides, then pulls the pull rod 414 to move backwards, the pull rod 414 moves backwards to drive the pull block 410 to move backwards, the pull block 410 moves backwards to drive the first push block 49 to move forwards through the connecting rod 411, the torsion spring 412 is compressed, the pull block 410 and the first push block 49 drive the pistons 45 at the two sides to be away from each other when moving, the pistons 45 at the two sides are away from each other to suck the two sides of the large package bag through the suckers 44, when the pistons 45 at the two sides suck the two sides of the large package bag, the pistons 414 are continuously pulled to move to pull the pistons 45 at the two sides to be away from each other, at the pistons 45 at the two sides are away from each, the L-shaped sliding block 42 and the sliding rail 41 play a guiding role, the cylinder body 43 drives the second pushing blocks 59 to move together through the fixed rod 58 when moving, after the second pushing blocks 59 on two sides move to be respectively contacted with the two second sliding blocks 56 on two sides, the second pushing blocks 59 on two sides continuously move to drive the boxes 55 on two sides to be away from each other through the second sliding blocks 56 and the first sliding blocks 54, the first spring 57 is compressed, the boxes 55 on two sides are away from each other to loosen the spicy strips in the small packages in the boxes, the large package bag is completely opened at the moment, the loosened small package spicy strips fall into the large package bag, therefore, the auxiliary spicy strips can be packaged, the boxes 55 and the suckers 44 are arranged in a plurality, a plurality of spicy strips can be packaged simultaneously at one time, when the large package bag containing the small package spicy strips needs to be taken out, the direct connecting rod 413 can be pulled, the pull rod 414 is pulled forward, and the suckers 44 can not suck the large package, at this time, the big packaging bag is taken out.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 6, the sliding device further comprises a third sliding block 7, a second ejecting block 8, a second spring 9 and a downward pressing protrusion 10, wherein a second sliding groove 6 is formed in the rear-side L-shaped sliding block 42, the second sliding groove 6 is connected with the third sliding block 7 in an inward sliding manner, the third sliding block 7 is connected with the second ejecting block 8, the second ejecting block 8 can clamp the piston 45, the second spring 9 is connected between the third sliding block 7 and the L-shaped sliding block 42, and the downward pressing protrusion 10 is connected to the second ejecting block 8.
When the pull rod 414 needs to be pulled to move, the downward pressing protrusion 10 can be pulled to move downwards, the downward pressing protrusion 10 moves downwards to drive the third slider 7 to move downwards, the second spring 9 is compressed, the third slider 7 moves downwards to drive the second ejector block 8 to move downwards, so that the second ejector block 8 does not clamp the piston 45 any more, at this time, the pull rod 414 can be pulled to move, after the suckers 44 on the two sides suck the two sides of the large packaging bag, the third slider 7 is loosened, the second ejector block 8 is driven to reset under the action of the second spring 9 to clamp the piston 45, and the connecting rod 411 is prevented from driving the piston 45 to reset under the action of the torsion spring 412 so that the suckers 44 loosen the large packaging bag.
As shown in fig. 2, the device further comprises a U-shaped rod 11, a first top pillar 12 and a second top pillar 13, the U-shaped rod 11 is connected to the rear straight connecting rod 413, the first top pillar 12 is connected to the rear side of the U-shaped rod 11, the second top pillar 13 is connected to both the left and right sides of the U-shaped rod 11, and the pull rod 414 is located between the first top pillar 12 and the second top pillar 13.
When the pull rod 414 is pulled, after the suction cup 44 sucks the two sides of the large packaging bag, the pull rod 414 also moves to be in contact with the first ejection column 12, at this time, the pull rod 414 continues to move to push the first ejection column 12 to move, the first ejection column 12 moves to drive the direct connecting rod 413 to move through the U-shaped rod 11, so that the suction cup 44 and the piston 45 can drive the direct connecting rod 413 to move together when moving, and the pressure on the suction cup 44 and the piston 45 is reduced.
