The invention has more stable oil-controlling and acne-removing effects for users and is harmless to human bodies and environment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning products, in particular to camellia hydrolat for controlling oil and removing acne and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Acne removal is the process of removing acne by applying medical technology or method. The acne is commonly known as acne, also called as whelk, pimple or comedo, and is a skin disease caused by the blockage and inflammation of hair follicles and sebaceous glands. The acne is mainly caused by propionibacterium acnes, and the bacteria are easy to infect and propagate, so that the acne is usually repeated and cannot be completely cured, and the skin becomes sensitive after a long time.
The effect of the existing acne-removing facial cleanser on the market in the aspect of oil control is actually unstable, so that the acne-removing effect is different, especially the effect of the same product on different users is obviously different, and secondly, the products usually contain preservative components with chemical properties and have certain harm to human bodies and the environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide camellia distillate lotion for controlling oil and removing acnes and a preparation method thereof, which have more stable oil and acne control effects on users and are harmless to human bodies and the environment.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the camellia pure dew for controlling oil and removing acnes comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of camellia water, 0.5-2 parts of tea dry water, 0.5-10 parts of Zemea5, 0.5-2 parts of honey, 2-5 parts of aloe extract, 2-5 parts of chamomile extract, 1-2 parts of cortex mori extract, 1-3 parts of green tea extract, 1-2 parts of licorice extract, 1-2 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 0.2-1 part of purslane extract, 0.2-1 part of centella extract, 0.5-2 parts of moutan bark extract and the balance of water which is supplemented to 100 parts.
Among them, Zemea is 1, 3-propanediol.
In addition, the invention also provides a method for preparing the camellia distillate for controlling oil and removing acne, which is carried out according to the weight part ratio and comprises the following steps:
(1) pumping water into an emulsifying pot, sequentially adding camellia water, tea dry water, Zemea and honey into the emulsifying pot, and stirring until the camellia water, the tea dry water, the Zemea and the honey are completely dissolved.
(2) And heating the emulsifying pot to 80-85 ℃, and then preserving the heat for half an hour.
(3) Cooling the emulsifying pot to below 45 deg.C, adding Aloe extract, flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, cortex Mori extract, green tea extract, Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, herba Portulacae extract, and herba Centellae extract, stirring to dissolve completely.
(4) And (4) filtering the contents of the emulsifying pot obtained in the step (3) by using 800-mesh filter cloth after the sampling detection is qualified.
(5) And (4) standing the filtrate obtained in the step (4) for 5-7 days to obtain the camellia hydrolat for controlling oil and removing acne.
Preferably, the method further comprises the step of packaging the camellia hydrolat for controlling oil and removing acne obtained in the step (5).
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the tea flower extract is used as a main raw material, the aloe extract and the honey are used as auxiliary materials, the product can effectively control sebum secretion by using a compound of traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as a chamomile extract, a white mulberry root-bark extract, a green tea extract, a liquorice extract, a sophora flavescens extract, a purslane extract, a centella asiatica extract and the like as a skin conditioner, so that the effect of controlling oil and removing acnes is achieved, the aloe extract and the honey can improve the oil control stability of the main raw material of the tea flower extract, and a natural product Zemea (1, 3-propylene glycol) produced by corn fermentation can also be used as a moisturizing conditioner to improve the oil control effect of the tea flower extract, so that the natural product has a more stable oil control and acne removal effect on a user through synergistic effect, and; in the aspect of preservation, the tree peony bark extract is adopted as a plant natural preservative, a small amount of tea dry soil is supplemented, so that the preservative effect can be achieved, the tea dry soil is pure natural and harmless to human bodies and the environment, the preservative life of the product can also reach 2 years, and the quality guarantee period of the product is 1-2 years according with market demands.

Performance testing
The camellia hydrolat of examples 1-4 and the camellia hydrolat and the acne-removing facial cleanser of comparative examples 1-3 were subjected to usability tests.
1. And (3) testing the pH value:
the PH value of the camellia distillate prepared in examples 1-4 and the camellia distillate and the acne removing facial cleanser provided in comparative examples 1-3 were measured by using a PH tester, and the test data are shown in table 1.
2. Skin irritation test:
skin response scores were made for examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-3 according to the skin irritation/corrosivity test, cosmetic hygiene code (2007 edition), where 0-0.5 is no irritation, 0.5-2.0 is light irritation, 2.0-6.0 is medium irritation, and 6.0-8.0 is strong irritation. The test data are shown in table 1.
3. And (3) testing oil-controlling and acne-removing effects:
selecting 20 people 18-40 years old, 10 men and 10 women, and having good health, regular life and no skin diseases. The components are randomly divided into 4 groups, each group is divided into 5 persons, each group is respectively marked after washing face for one month by using the camellia hydrolat of the embodiment 1-4 and the camellia hydrolat of the comparative example 1-3, wherein 0 represents no oil control effect, 1 represents that the oil control effect is certain but the acne cannot be removed basically, 2 represents that the oil control effect is moderate and the acne removal effect is certain, 3 represents that the oil control effect is better and the acne removal effect is stronger, 4 represents that the oil control effect is too strong, and the skin cutin can be excessively removed although the acne removal effect is achieved. The average value of each group is taken, and the result is recorded. The test data are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
The combination of the test data in the table shows that the skin irritation of the camellia hydrolat in examples 1-4 is lower than that of comparative examples 1-3, and the oil-controlling and acne-removing effects are generally higher than that of comparative examples 1-3, which indicates that the camellia hydrolat in examples 1-4 has the effects of lower skin irritation, higher safety to human bodies and better oil-controlling and acne-removing degrees.
