Abstract
The invention provides a deep seawater composition, a skin care product containing the composition and application, wherein the composition contains deep seawater and an amino acid solution; wherein, the weight percentage of the deep seawater in the whole composition system is 40-60%; the weight percentage of the amino acid solution in the whole composition system is 20-50%. The ultra-high concentration ion characteristic of the deep seawater can make the subcutaneous tissue in a high-tension state, actively promote water to gather in the subcutaneous tissue and accelerate effective substances to enter cells. Under the microenvironment, the skin care product is beneficial to repairing and rebalancing cells, quickly improving skin water shortage, nourishing depletion and reducing inflammation. The oil dirt on the surface layer of the skin is cleaned by utilizing the demulsification effect of high ions, the bacteria clustering probability is reduced, the inflammation inducement on the surface of the skin is further reduced, and the epidermis barrier is finally repaired.
Description
Technical Field
One or more embodiments of the invention relate to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a deep seawater composition, a skin care product containing the composition and application of the composition.
Background
This section is intended to provide a background or context to the embodiments of the invention that are recited in the claims. The description herein may include concepts that could be pursued, but are not necessarily ones that have been previously conceived or pursued. Therefore, unless otherwise indicated herein, what is described in this section is not prior art to the description and claims in this application and is not admitted to be prior art by inclusion in this section.
With the increasing of working pressure, the accelerating of life rhythm, the abnormal diet and rest, and the increasingly poor external environment and other adverse stimuli, the people with skin problems are increasing. The common problems are mainly caused by the following reasons: sensitivity is caused by excessive skin care, pores are blocked due to excessive oil secretion, red swelling is caused by ultraviolet rays, discomfort is caused by applying cosmetics, allergy is caused by external dust and the like, and the like. The problem of skin inflammation, erythema, acne, pigmentation, pruritus and the like easily occurs.
In response to these skin problems, skin is abnormally inflamed, locally proliferated, and inflamed due to any cause, which causes various skin problems. However, in general, no relatively effective product is currently available for relieving the red-swelling sensitivity of the patient, except for typical glucocorticoids and the like. Although topical administration of glucocorticoids and the like can be effective in a short period of time, long-term administration may cause drug dependence and even more skin discomfort after cessation of administration. Thus, improving skin condition in a progressive manner, reconstructing a balanced skin barrier and balanced immunocompetence may be a milder way. Functional care products are therefore a relatively good alternative.
However, other daily care products can effectively and directly reduce the inflammation and the redness of the skin. This is due to several aspects:
1. the effective substance has low action efficiency
To be effective directly in reducing inflammatory response, the active substance must act directly on immune cells to inhibit the production of inflammatory factors by immune cells. The substances used in the current health care products are mostly passive factors that block inflammatory factors, but are not directed to cell activities. When the source of inflammation is not improved, the symptoms of inflammation will persist.
2. The product is not easy to directly enter skin
Foreign substances are usually introduced into the skin through superficial pores, osmosis and skin wounds. At present, most of the maintenance product raw materials and the manufacturing method cause quite large product molecules, are easy to block after entering holes, and have limited infiltration capacity. Therefore, even if the raw materials are good, the effect cannot be achieved without peeling the skin.
3. The product has short action on skin
Based on the first two points, the general care product is short lived because it does not improve the minimum component unit in the skin-cell health. Poor skin condition is due to poor cellular condition, such as lack of cell viability, and lack of assistance in the damaged state of the skin. Thus, the product is just finished with surface work.
And with the increase of public health consciousness, the quality requirement of people on the cosmetics is higher and higher, and the natural extract and the functional targeted additive have the characteristics of mild skin effect, small irritation, high safety and the like when being used as the beauty and skin care cosmetics. However, although the conventional functional cosmetics are produced by fermenting natural materials or producing functional cosmetics using synthetic materials, the inherent functions of the functional cosmetics cannot be effectively improved, and particularly, the functional cosmetics have complicated compositions, natural extracts are difficult to be effectively absorbed by the skin, and even if the natural extracts are absorbed, side effects such as allergy may be caused.
Therefore, the invention discloses a maintenance product which has natural and simple main components, directly reduces skin inflammation, repairs barriers and reproduces the complete architecture of the skin.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing functional cosmetics are complex in composition, natural extracted ingredients are difficult to effectively absorb by skin, and side effects such as allergy and the like are possibly caused even under the condition of absorption.
Another object of the present invention is a skin care product comprising the deep seawater composition described above.
Still another object of the present invention is to use the deep seawater composition described above in skin care products. One or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide the following:

Under the action of high ions, subcutaneous tissues are in a high-tension state, water is actively promoted to be gathered in the subcutaneous tissues, and effective substances are accelerated to enter cells.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only the portions related to the related invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Example 1
A deep seawater composition comprises deep seawater, amino acid solution and butanediol; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the weight percentage of the deep seawater in the whole composition system is 40-60%;
the weight percentage of the amino acid solution in the whole composition system is 20-50%.
Recent research results show that the trace elements contained in deep seawater can promote cell metabolism system, remove free radicals, promote enzyme synthesis, improve cell activity and balance immune reaction. And the high concentration ion has the effect similar to antibiotic, can eliminate bacteria, reduce infection, promote wound healing, and has remarkable inhibitory effect on allergy caused by allergen such as dirt and dust mite. The deep seawater used in the invention is seawater with the depth of 1000 meters from a deep sea fault of 300-. It contains more than 80 kinds of high bioactivity hydrated ionic mineral trace elements such as Na, Mg, Al, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Zn, Se, Mo, Sr and the like, has similar components with the blood plasma in a healthy human body, and is easy to be absorbed by the human body because of being in an ionic state. The difference from the sea water (with the hardness range of 1,000-5,000ppm) commonly used in the market is that the invention uses the concentrated liquid with the ultrahigh concentration, and the hardness range is 50,000-200,000 ppm. Wherein the concentration of Mg ions is 15,000-50,000 ppm; na ion concentration of 7,000-30,000 ppm; the K ion concentration is 4,000-10,000 ppm; the Ca ion concentration was 100-300 ppm. Under the condition of high concentration of ions, the deep seawater mixture can rapidly permeate into the skin, and the trace elements in the deep seawater mixture can repair and activate cells.
In order to enhance the repairing effect on skin surface cells, the invention adds a micromolecular amino acid solution at the same time, the amino acid solution used by the invention is used for injection, and each 1L of the amino acid solution comprises the following components of water and deionized water: 1g of proline, 1g of serine, 2g of alanine, 3.52g of isoleucine, 4.9g of leucine, 2.5g of aspartic acid, 0.25g of tyrosine, 0.75g of glutamic acid, 5.33g of phenylalanine, 5g of arginine hydrochloride, 4.3g of lysine hydrochloride, 3.6g of valine, 2.5g of threonine, 2.5g of histidine hydrochloride, 0.9g of tryptophan, 2.25g of methionine, 0.1g of cystine, 7.6g of glycine, 50g of sorbitol and 0.5g of sodium bisulfite. The injection solution has a very small molecular weight compared to the amino acid solution used in general care products, and can be directly used by cells. The cell damage of the skin caused by inflammation can be more effectively repaired by the synergistic effect of the small molecular amino acid and the trace elements. In addition, the addition of glycerin or other similar high polarity polyols can better penetrate the active ingredients into the skin, allowing these ingredients to be rapidly utilized by the cells.
In one example, the composition further comprises butanediol, wherein the butanediol is present in an amount of from 2 to 5% by weight of the total composition system
In one example, the composition further comprises an additive in an amount of 0 to 38% by weight of the total composition system.
Preferably, the additive is one or more of ceramide, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, collagen, vitamin ethyl ether, witch hazel extract, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, hexapeptide-3, deionized water, lactic acid, and trehalose. In addition, the additive can also be an additive in other common skin care products.
In another example of the above-described method,
the weight percentage of the deep seawater in the whole composition system is 45-55%.
The weight percentage of the amino acid solution in the whole composition system is 40-50%.
In yet another example of the present invention,
the weight percentage of the deep seawater in the whole composition system is 40-50%.
The weight percentage of the amino acid solution in the whole composition system is 35-45%.
The influence of the deep ocean water on the survival rate and growth of the cells is tested as follows, and the parameters of the deep ocean water are selected as follows: a hardness of 170,000ppm, with a concentration of Mg ions of 45,000 ppm; na ion concentration was 25,000 ppm; the K ion concentration was 8,000 ppm; the Ca ion concentration was 300 ppm.
Specifically, cell tests are carried out on human-derived epithelial cells, and the influence of deep ocean water on the survival rate and growth of the cells is observed. Adding deep seawater of different concentrations at the same initial cell number, culturing for 3 days, and observing cell growth. The results are shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in which the Y-axis represents the relative cell number, based on 1, the first group of culture solution is used as a blank control without adding deep seawater and has a value close to 1, and the X-axis represents the second group of culture solution. The P value is a correlation coefficient, i.e., a significance probability, and when P < 0.05, this event is considered to be likely to occur, and can be established. The four groups of culture solutions comprise the following specific components:
the first group of culture solution comprises DMED + 2% FBS;
the second group of culture solution comprises DMED, 2% FBS and 0.01% deep seawater;
the third group of culture solution comprises DMED, 2% FBS and 0.05% deep seawater;
the fourth group of culture medium comprises DMED, 2% FBS and 0.1% deep seawater.
