Abstract
一种微酸性护肤品组合物,包含以下组分:核糖0.5‑10重量%,去氢钩藤碱0.1‑2.5重量%,马钱苷0.1‑2.5重量%,聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物15‑20重量%,透明质酸钠0.5‑5重量%,卡波姆0.5‑3重量%,抗坏血酸葡萄糖苷0.5‑3重量%,多元醇5‑15重量%,纳米TiO22‑8重量%,余量水,pH调节剂调节pH值至5‑7。通过将去氢钩藤碱和马钱苷复配使用后,可以对核糖糖化过程中的两个阶段均起到有效的抑制作用,进而抑制晚期糖基化终末产物的形成。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种护肤品组合物,具体涉及包含糖类的微酸性护肤品组合物。
背景技术
目前,市面上的护肤产品种类很多,其作用都是用于改善皮肤的健康和/或外观。其中,皮肤老化是最受人们重视的皮肤护理问题,用于缓解或治疗皮肤老化的护肤组合物中,包括天然的护肤剂、合成的护肤剂。核糖是使用最广范的一种护肤剂。但是,核糖容易糖化,并使得皮肤表面细纹增多,呈现暗黄色。
糖化反应,即非酶糖基化反应,其基本原理是还原性糖,如葡萄糖、核糖、木糖等,在没有酶的催化促进作用下,直接与蛋白质中的氨基相结合,发生席夫碱反应。这种初始阶段的席夫碱反应并不稳定,具有一定的可逆性,但是,随着时间的推移和外部环境的变化,反应产物会发生氧化、脱氢、重排等反应,最终形成晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)。这种晚期糖基化终末产物是一类不可逆的、呈现发黄变褐状态的生物垃圾,还会导致皮肤中的蛋白质发生交联,尤其是皮肤中的胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白等发生交联,进而表现为皮肤弹性变差,细纹和皱纹增多,皮肤暗黄等。
有研究发现,酸性环境下,特别是pH小于4的酸性环境下,非酶糖基化反应明显减弱,糖化反应可以得到明显改善。为了充分利用糖类的护肤作用,宝洁公司等提出了将含有糖类的护肤品的pH控制在5以下,甚至4以下的范围内。然而,正常人体皮肤的pH值通常介于5-7之间,呈现微酸性,最低约为4,最高约为9.6。通常,皮肤对于pH介于4.5-6.5范围内的微酸性介质具有缓冲能力,如果皮肤长时间处于4.5以下的酸性环境,皮肤的碱中和能力就会减弱,肤质就会发生改变,最终导致皮肤变得容易衰老和损害。
因此,需要设计一种pH值介于5-7之间的包含糖类的微酸性护肤品组合物,且该微酸性护肤品组合物中还应当包含抑制糖化反应的组分。
发明内容
为了解决现有的包含核糖的护肤品组合物中所存在的上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种微酸性护肤品组合物,其pH值与正常皮肤的pH值相当,约为5-7,且包含糖类护肤剂和能够在该pH范围内抑制糖化反应的组分。
一种微酸性护肤品组合物,包含以下组分:
糖类 0.5-10重量%,
去氢钩藤碱 0.1-2.5重量%,
马钱苷 0.1-2.5重量%,
聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物 15-20重量%,
透明质酸钠 0.5-5重量%,
卡波姆 0.5-3重量%,
抗坏血酸葡萄糖苷 0.5-3重量%,
多元醇 5-15重量%,
纳米TiO2 2-8重量%,
余量水,
pH调节剂调节pH值至5-7。
其中,所述糖类可选自赤藓糖、苏阿糖、赤藓酮糖、核糖、阿拉伯糖、核酮糖、木酮糖、木糖、来苏糖、脱氧核糖、二酮糖、核糖酸、核糖二酸、阿洛糖、阿卓糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、果糖、艾杜糖、塔罗糖、阿洛酮糖、山梨糖、塔格糖、古洛糖、岩藻糖、鼠李糖、醛糖景天庚酮糖、5-磷酸核酮糖、5-磷酸木酮糖、5-磷酸核糖、7-磷酸景天庚酮糖、6-磷酸果糖、4-磷酸赤藓糖、6-磷酸葡萄糖、配糖体、6-磷酸葡萄糖酸、1,6-二磷酸果糖、N-乙酰葡糖胺、N-乙酰半乳糖胺、葡糖胺中的一种或多种。
所述多元醇选自丙二醇、二丙二醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、丁二醇、甘油、木糖醇、甘露糖醇、葡萄糖醇、赤藓醇中的一种或多种。
除此之外,本发明的微酸性护肤品组合物中还可以包括1-5重量%的其他添加剂,所述其他添加剂选自增稠剂、防腐剂、芳香剂、防晒剂、靓肤剂中的一种或多种。
去氢钩藤碱是一种生物碱,具有促进皮肤胶原蛋白合成的作用,在与糖类、胶原蛋白和马钱苷共存的环境中,糖化反应被有效抑制。特别是在去氢钩藤碱的含量超过0.1重量%,以及马钱苷的含量超过0.1重量%的情况下,不会形成晚期糖基化终末产物。
实验研究发现,去氢钩藤碱具有促进皮肤胶原蛋白合成的作用。相应地,去氢钩藤碱会抑制糖类中的羰基与蛋白质中的氨基的结合,进而抑制晚期糖基化终末产物的形成。马钱苷属于环烯醚萜类糖苷,具有较强的自由基清除能力,也具有较强的抗氧化性能。与去氢钩藤碱复配使用后,能够对晚期糖基化终末产物形成过程中的两个阶段均起到有效抑制,从而使得皮肤表面不会形成晚期糖基化终末产物。
进一步地,为了充分发挥去氢钩藤碱和马钱苷的抑制AGEs的功效,优选去氢钩藤碱与核糖的质量比例大于等于0.2;优选马钱苷与核糖的质量比例大于等于0.2。
具体实施方式
以下内容是通过具体的实例对本发明的技术方案和效果进行详细说明,所记载的实施例是基于本发明的代表性的实施方案,但本发明不限定于这些实施方案。
实施例
一种微酸性护肤品组合物,包含以下组分:
糖类 0.5-10重量%,
去氢钩藤碱 0.1-2.5重量%,
马钱苷 0.1-2.5重量%,
聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物 15-20重量%,
透明质酸钠 0.5-5重量%,
卡波姆 0.5-3重量%,
抗坏血酸葡萄糖苷 0.5-3重量%,
多元醇 5-15重量%,
纳米TiO2 2-8重量%,
余量水,
pH调节剂调节pH值至5-7。
本实施例中以核糖作为示范例,在实际的微酸性护肤品组合物中,核糖可以与上述的赤藓糖、苏阿糖、赤藓酮糖、核糖、阿拉伯糖、核酮糖、木酮糖、木糖、来苏糖、脱氧核糖、二酮糖、核糖酸、核糖二酸、阿洛糖、阿卓糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、果糖、艾杜糖、塔罗糖、阿洛酮糖、山梨糖、塔格糖、古洛糖、岩藻糖、鼠李糖、醛糖景天庚酮糖、5-磷酸核酮糖、5-磷酸木酮糖、5-磷酸核糖、7-磷酸景天庚酮糖、6-磷酸果糖、4-磷酸赤藓糖、6-磷酸葡萄糖、配糖体、6-磷酸葡萄糖酸、1,6-二磷酸果糖、N-乙酰葡糖胺、N-乙酰半乳糖胺或葡糖胺进行替换。
其中,所述多元醇选自丙二醇、二丙二醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、丁二醇、甘油、木糖醇、甘露糖醇、葡萄糖醇、赤藓醇中的一种或多种。
除此之外,本发明的微酸性护肤品组合物中还可以包括1-5重量%的其他添加剂,所述其他添加剂选自增稠剂、防腐剂、芳香剂、防晒剂、靓肤剂中的一种或多种。
进一步地,为了充分发挥去氢钩藤碱和马钱苷的抑制AGEs的功效,优选去氢钩藤碱与核糖的质量比例大于等于0.2;优选马钱苷与核糖的质量比例大于等于0.2。
基于以上组成限定,参照表1中给出个组分的比例列出了多个实例,包括实施例1-4和对比例1-2。分别将6个实例中的护肤品组合物应用在志愿者的皮肤表面,然后进行成晚期糖基化终末产物测定,用分光光度计检测皮肤表面的与晚期糖基化终末产物相关联的荧光强度(“FLR”),每天施用8h后检测一次,以皮肤表面未使用护肤品组合物的FLR为参考,然后比较每天的FLR与其的差值ΔFLR,具体结果如表1所示。

从表1的结果可以看出,本发明的微酸性护肤品组合物能够有效抑制皮肤中的糖化,抑制晚期糖基化终末产物的形成,实施例1-4给出了很好的证明。
相较而言,在对比例1中,仅仅使用了去氢钩藤碱,使得护肤品组合物对于皮肤中的糖化的抑制作用有限,然而,随着时间的推移,皮肤的糖化会越发严重。类似地,在对比例2中,仅仅使用了马钱苷,也出现了类似的结果。
此外,在实施例4中,由于去氢钩藤碱与核糖的质量比例、马钱苷与核糖的质量比例均为0.0625,不是本发明的优选范围,其对于皮肤糖化的抑制效果也相应的变差。

1.一种微酸性护肤品组合物,包含以下组分:
糖类 0.5-10重量%,
去氢钩藤碱 0.1-2.5重量%,
马钱苷 0.1-2.5重量%,
聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物 15-20重量%,
透明质酸钠 0.5-5重量%,
卡波姆 0.5-3重量%,
抗坏血酸葡萄糖苷 0.5-3重量%,
多元醇 5-15重量%,
纳米TiO2 2-8重量%,
余量水,
pH调节剂调节pH值至5-7。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种微酸性护肤品组合物,其特征在于,所述糖类选自赤藓糖、苏阿糖、赤藓酮糖、核糖、阿拉伯糖、核酮糖、木酮糖、木糖、来苏糖、脱氧核糖、二酮糖、核糖酸、核糖二酸、阿洛糖、阿卓糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、果糖、艾杜糖、塔罗糖、阿洛酮糖、山梨糖、塔格糖、古洛糖、岩藻糖、鼠李糖、醛糖景天庚酮糖、5-磷酸核酮糖、5-磷酸木酮糖、5-磷酸核糖、7-磷酸景天庚酮糖、6-磷酸果糖、4-磷酸赤藓糖、6-磷酸葡萄糖、配糖体、6-磷酸葡萄糖酸、1,6-二磷酸果糖、N-乙酰葡糖胺、N-乙酰半乳糖胺、葡糖胺中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种微酸性护肤品组合物,其特征在于,所述多元醇选自丙二醇、二丙二醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、丁二醇、甘油、木糖醇、甘露糖醇、葡萄糖醇、赤藓醇中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种微酸性护肤品组合物,其特征在于,所述护肤品组合物中还包括1-5重量%的其他添加剂,所述其他添加剂选自增稠剂、防腐剂、芳香剂、防晒剂、靓肤剂中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种微酸性护肤品组合物,其特征在于,优选所述去氢钩藤碱与所述核糖的质量比例大于等于0.2;优选所述马钱苷与所述核糖的质量比例大于等于0.2。
