专利申请号为201821344926.2公开了一种接线柱密封盖1以及接线端子2。请参阅图1,所述接线柱密封盖1包括顶盖11、侧壁12、底板13以及侧板(图未示),其中所述侧壁12环绕所述顶盖11并形成的一侧设有开口的半包围空间。所述底板13设置在所述半包围空间内且固定在所述侧壁12上。所述底板13朝向所述顶盖11的一侧、所述顶盖11以及所述侧壁12共同形成所述接线固定区(图未示)以容置接线端子2;所述底板131背向所述顶盖11的一侧以及所述侧壁12共同形成卡合固定区(图未示)以将所述接线柱密封盖1固定在压缩机的接线柱固定座(图未示)上。所述接线固定区中,所述侧壁12上设有线路引导口121以供所述接线端子2插入所述接线固定区。所述侧板设置在所述接线固定区内并固定于所述顶盖11与所述底板13之间。所述底板13上设有连通所述接线固定区以及所述卡合固定区的导接孔131,压缩机的接线柱(图未示)从所述卡合固定区通过所述导接孔131插入所述接线固定区。为防止所述接线端子2脱落,所述顶盖11朝向所述底板131的侧面上设有限位板100,所述限位板100从所述线路引导口121沿所述接线端子2插入方向在所述顶盖11上延伸。所述限位板100设有朝向所述底板13的板面101以及与所述顶盖11垂直的垂直面102。所述限位板100的板面101到所述顶盖11的距离沿所述接线端子2插入方向逐渐变大,即所述限位板100向所述底板13倾斜。所述垂直面102位于远离所述线路引导口121的一端,并连接在所述顶盖11与所述板面101之间。
此外,所述接线柱密封盖1一般采用注塑成型技术生产,受成型模具的影响,需要在所述侧壁12上开设一连通所述接线固定区与该接线柱密封盖外部的工艺孔122,并且所述工艺孔122与所述线路引导口121正对。优选地,所述工艺孔122的延伸方向与所述垂直面102相互垂直。注塑成型时,两型芯分别从所述线路引导口121以及所述工艺孔122插入并以所述垂直面122所在平面为分型面、以垂直于所述垂直面122的方向为开模方向进行成型,也就是说,所述接线柱密封盖1通过两开模方向相互平行的型芯实现成型。
请参阅图2,与所述接线柱密封盖1相互配合的接线端子2包括主体21、弹性卡扣22以及相对设置的两接线片23,所述主体21设有相互平行的上端面211以及下端面212。两接线片23相对且连接在所述上端面211和所述下端面212之间并形成容置接线柱的空间。所述弹性卡扣22由弹性材料制成,设有固定端221和活动端222,所述固定端221固定在所述上端面211,所述活动端222以所述固定端221为支点转动从而远离或靠近所述上端面211。当所述接线端子2插入所述接线柱密封盖1的接线固定区时,所述下端面212与所述接线柱密封盖1的底板13贴合,所述上端面211朝向所述接线柱密封盖1的顶盖11,所述固定端221位于远离所述线路引导口121的一侧,所述活动端222位于靠近所述线路引导口121的一侧。
使用时,将所述接线端子2从所述线路引导口121插入所述接线柱密封盖1,直到所述活动端222通过所述垂直面102,通过所述垂直面102顶住所述活动端222的卡扣结构限制所述接线端子2向所述线路引导口121移动。然后将所述接线柱密封盖1连同所述接线端子2组成上盖组件(图未示),所述接线柱密封盖1的卡合固定区盖合到压缩机的接线柱上,所述接线柱位于两接线片23之间。最后在所述接线固定区内、所述工艺孔122内以及所述接线柱密封盖1与所述接线柱固定座连接处填入密封胶进行密封。
从上述接线柱密封盖可以看出,现有技术中接线柱密封盖为使接线端子不容易从接线柱密封盖上脱落下来,需在接线端子与接线柱密封盖之间设置相互配合的卡扣结构,但是现有的卡扣结构在注塑成型时往往需要提供模具型芯进出的工艺孔,相应地,在填充密封胶时也需要在工艺孔内注入大量的密封胶。如果填入密封胶不足,会对其密封性造成一定的影响。此外,倾斜的限位板与接线端子的上端面成夹角,容易造成接线端子的脱落,并且还会出现密封胶填充不完全的情况,进一步影响密封性。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种无需工艺孔的接线柱密封盖。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种接线柱密封盖,包括顶盖、侧壁、底板以及侧板;所述侧壁环绕在所述顶盖一侧形成一半包围空间;所述底板设置在所述半包围空间内并固定在所述侧壁上,由所述底板朝向所述顶盖的一侧与所述顶盖以及所述侧壁形成接线固定区,以及由所述底板背向所述顶盖的一侧与所述侧壁形成卡合固定区;所述侧板设置在所述接线固定区内并固定于所述顶盖与所述底板之间;所述底板上设有连通所述接线固定区和所述卡合固定区的导接孔;所述顶盖位于所述接线固定区的内侧设有轴线与所述导接孔轴线重合的盲孔,且沿所述导接孔的轴线投影的方向,所述盲孔的横截面形状与所述导接孔的横截面形状相同。
本发明的接线柱密封盖无需设置工艺孔,在提高密封性的同时,减少密封胶的填充量,节约成本。而且减少对工艺孔填充密封胶的工序,有利于提高生产效率。
进一步,所述顶盖位于所述接线固定区的内侧面与所述底板平行。当接线端子插入该接线柱密封盖后,顶盖与接线端子间的间隙均匀,有利于密封胶的填充从而提高密封性。
进一步,位于所述接线固定区的侧壁上设有一线路引导口;所述顶盖位于所述接线固定区的内侧面上还设有向所述底板方向凸起的限位块;所述限位块设置在所述盲孔与所述线路引导口之间。限位块能进一步防止接线端子的脱落。
进一步,还包括设置在接线固定区的定位板,所述定位板连接于所述顶盖与所述底板之间,且所述盲孔位于所述定位板和所述线路引导口之间。接线端子插入该接线柱密封盖时,定位板对接线端子其定位作用。
进一步,所述导接孔的轴线垂直于所述底板。
进一步,包括至少两个相互平行的侧板,相邻的侧板与所述底板和所述顶盖之间形成一插线空间;每个插线空间内均设有导接孔以及与之相对的盲孔。多个插线空间内提供多个接线柱的插入。
此外,本发明还提供一种接线柱密封盖的成型方法,包括以下步骤:
一种接线柱密封盖的成型方法,设置接线柱密封盖的模具,所述模具包括型腔以及设置在所述型腔内的型芯组,包括以下步骤:
设置第一型芯;所述第一型芯包括成型座、成型柱以及盖体成型块;所述成型柱和所述盖体成型块设置在所述成型座的同侧端面上,且所述盖体成型块的高度小于所述成型柱的高度,所述盖体成型块三面围绕所述成型柱;所述第一型芯的开模方向与所述成型柱轴线方向平行;
设置第二型芯;所述第二型芯包括插线空间成型块以及贯穿所述插线空间成型块的通过孔,且沿所述通过孔的轴线投影得到所述通过孔的横截面形状与沿所述成型柱的轴线投影得到所述成型柱的横截面形状相同;所述第二型芯的开模方向与所述通过孔的轴线不平行;
将所述第一型芯的成型柱插入所述第二型芯的通过孔内组成型芯组;所述插线空间成型块与所述盖体成型块贴合,且一端面延伸至所述成型座外;
设置型腔并将所述型芯组设置在所述型腔内以进行接线柱密封盖的注塑成型;所述成型座与所述插线空间成型块之间形成间隙,所述成型柱外露于所述插线空间成型块外;
所述第一型芯沿与所述成型柱的轴线平行的方向脱离所述接线柱密封盖;
所述第一型芯离开所述接线柱密封盖后,所述第二型芯沿与其开模方向脱离所述接线柱密封盖。
与现有技术相比,该接线柱密封盖的成型方法无需设置工艺孔也可实现具有卡扣结构的接线柱密封盖的注塑成型,所生产的接线柱密封盖具有较高的密封性。
进一步,所述成型柱的轴线垂直于与之连接的成型座端面。
进一步,所述插线空间成型块中,所述通过孔所贯穿的两侧面均与所述成型柱所在的成型座端面平行。所得的接线柱密封盖的顶盖与接线端子的端面平行。
进一步,组成所述型芯组后,在所述第二型芯的插线空间成型块中位于所述成型座外的端面为外端面,与所述外端面平行且正对的端面为内端面;所述内端面与所述第一型芯的盖体成型块之间具有间隙。所得接线柱密封盖设有定位板。

具体实施方式
请结合参阅图3与图4,本发明的接线柱密封盖1包括顶盖11、侧壁12、底板13以及侧板14,其中所述侧壁12环绕所述顶盖11并形成的一侧设有开口的半包围空间。所述底板13设置在所述半包围空间内且固定在所述侧壁12上。所述底板13朝向所述顶盖11的一侧、所述顶盖11以及所述侧壁12共同形成所述接线固定区(图未示)以容置接线端子2;所述底板131背向所述顶盖11的一侧与所述侧壁12共同形成卡合固定区(图未示)以将所述接线柱密封盖1固定在压缩机的接线柱固定座(图未示)上。所述接线固定区中,所述侧壁12上设有线路引导口121以供所述接线端子2插入所述接线固定区。所述侧板14设置在所述接线固定区内并固定于所述顶盖11与所述底板13之间。所述底板13上设有连通所述接线固定区以及所述卡合固定区的导接孔131,压缩机的接线柱(图未示)从所述卡合固定区通过所述导接孔131插入所述接线固定区。所述顶盖11位于所述接线固定区的内侧上设有且开口朝向所述底板13的盲孔111,所述盲孔111与所述导接孔131的轴线重合,且沿所述导接孔131的轴线投影的方向,所述盲孔111的横截面形状与所述导接孔131的横截面形状相同。所述接线柱插入所述接线柱密封盖1后,所述接线柱位于所述盲孔111内。优选地,所述接线柱以及所述盲孔111的轴线均垂直于所述底板13。
进一步,所述侧板14数量为两个以上,多个相互平行的侧板14连接在所述底板13以及所述顶盖11之间,相邻的侧板14、所述底板13以及所述顶盖11共同形成插线空间,每个插线空间内均设有导接孔以及与之相对的盲孔,从而实现根据所述接线柱的数量将所述接线固定区分隔为多个插线空间。在本实施例中,所述接线柱固定座上的接线柱数量为三个,所述接线固定区被两个侧板14分隔为三个插线空间,相应地,每个插线空间内均设有所述盲孔111以及所述导接孔131,即所述盲孔111以及所述导接孔131的数量均为三个。
进一步,为使所述接线端子2的上端面211更好地与所述接线柱密封盖1贴合,所述顶盖11位于所述接线固定区的内侧面与所述底板13平行;优选地,所述顶盖11到所述底板13的距离等于所述接线端子2的上端面211到下端面212的距离,且小于所述活动端222到所述下端面212的距离。所述接线端子2插入所述接线柱密封盖1后,所述接线端子的上端面211和下端面212分别与所述顶盖11以及所述底板13贴合以防止所述接线端子2脱落。
进一步,所述顶盖11位于所述接线固定区的内侧面上还设有向所述底板13凸起的限位块112,所述限位块112位于所述盲孔111与所述线路引导口121之间。当所述接线端子2从所述线路引导口121插入所述接线柱密封盖1时,所述接线端子2的弹性卡扣22沿所述顶盖11滑入,到达所述限位块112时发生压缩发生弹性变形,所述弹性卡扣22通过所述限位块112后恢复原来形状,所述限位块112顶住所述弹性卡扣22的活动端222,从而限制所述接线端子2向所述线路引导口121方向移动。利用所述活动端222与位于所述顶盖11内侧面的限位块112相配合,形成卡扣结构进一步防止所述接线端子2脱落。
进一步,为更好地在插入所述接线端子2时对其进行定位,所述接线柱密封盖1还包括定位板15,所述定位板15连接在所述顶盖11与所述底板13之间,且所述盲孔111位于所述定位板15与所述线路引导口121之间。当所述接线端子2插入所述接线柱密封盖1,且所述接线端子2正对所述线路引导口121一端的侧面顶住所述定位板15时,所述接线端子的固定端221位于所述定位板15一侧,所述活动端222位于所述盲孔111内,从而实现对所述接线端子2的定位。
请参阅图5,本发明还提供一种上盖组件3,所述上盖组件3包括上述任一所述的接线柱密封盖1和所述接线端子2。所述接线端子2从所述接线柱密封盖1的线路引导口121插入所述接线固定区,所述接线端子2的固定端221位于远离所述线路引导口121的一侧,其活动端222位于靠近所述线路引导口121的一侧。往远离所述线路引导口121方向推动所述接线端子2,直到所述接线端子2远离所述线路引导口121一侧的侧面顶住所述定位板15。在所述接线端子2的移动过程中,所述弹性卡扣21的活动端222通过所述限位块112并发生弹性变形,进入所述盲孔111后恢复原来形状,所述限位块112顶住所述弹性卡扣22的活动端222,从而限制所述接线端子2向所述线路引导口121移动,防止所述接线端子2从所述接线柱密封盖1脱落。所述接线柱密封盖1的卡合固定区开口朝向压缩机上的接线柱固定座,并将所述上盖组件3套设到所述接线柱固定座上,所述接线柱从所述导接孔131插入所述接线固定区,且被所述接线端子2的两接线片22抱紧。最后,在所述线路引导口121以及所述接线柱密封盖1与所述接线柱固定座接合处填充密封胶以实现密封。由于所述上侧面211与所述顶盖11的间距较小,因而只需少量的密封胶即可实现密封。而且由于所述接线端子2的上侧面211与所述顶盖11间距较为均匀,因此密封胶在所述接线端子与所述顶盖11之间均匀分布,不容易产生间隙,从而提高密封性。
为实现上述接线柱密封盖1的生产,本发明还提供了一种接线柱密封盖的成型方法。该接线柱密封盖的成型方法无需在所述接线柱密封盖1上设置工艺孔122。该成型发明利用所述接线柱密封盖1的导接孔131并通过开模方向相互不平行两型芯实现,其中一个型芯的开模方向与所述导接孔的轴线平行。
具体地,请结合参阅图6至图8,本发明的接线柱密封盖的成型方法通过设置接线柱密封盖模具实现,所述模具包括型腔(图未示)以及型芯组4,所述型芯组4包括开模方向相互不平行的第一型芯41与第二型芯42,具体的,包括如下步骤:
步骤S10:设置第一型芯41。所述第一型芯41包括成型座411、成型柱412以及盖体成型块413。所述成型柱412在所述成型座411的第一端面4111上延伸,所述第一型芯41的开模方向与所述成型柱412延伸方向平行。优选地,所述成型柱412的轴线垂直于所述第一端面4111。所述盖体成型块413为固定在所述第一端面4111上的凸块,并其远离所述成型座411的第二端面4131与所述第一端面4111平行,所述盖体成型块413相对于所述第一端面4111的高度小于所述成型柱412相对于所述第一端面4111的高度,所述盖体成型块413三面围绕所述成型柱412。
步骤S20:设置第二型芯42。所述第二型芯42包括插线空间成型块421以及通过孔422,且所述第二型芯42的开模方向与所述通过孔422的轴线不平行;优选地,所述第二型芯42的开模方向与所述通过孔422的轴线相互垂直。其中,所述插线空间成型块421的延伸方向与所述接线端子2的插入方向相同从而实现所述插线空间的成型。所述通过孔422为设置在所述插线空间成型块421上的通孔,且沿所述通过孔422的轴线投影得到所述通过孔422横截面形状与沿所述成型柱412的轴线投影得到的所述成型柱412横截面形状相同。优选地,所述插线空间成型块421中,所述通过孔422所贯穿的第三端面4211和第四端面4212相互平行;进一步,所述第三端面4211和所述第四端面4212均与所述第一端面4111平行。
步骤S30:所述第一型芯41的成型柱412插入所述第二型芯42的通过孔422组成型芯组4。所述插线空间成型块421中,连接在所述第三端面4211和所述第四端面4212之间的四个端面中,三个端面与所述盖体成型块413贴合,另一端面位于所述成型座411外侧,设该端面为外端面4213;优选地,所述外端面4213垂直于所述第一端面4111。
步骤S40:将所述型芯组4放入与之相配合的型腔(图未示)内进行所述接线柱密封盖1的注塑成型。其中,在所述型腔的支撑下,所述插线空间成型块421与所述成型座411之间形成间隙,且所述成型柱412穿过所述通过孔422且外露于所述插线空间成型块421外,所述插线空间成型块421中,所述第三端面4211远离所述成型座411;优选地,所述第三端面4211到所述第一端面4111的距离等于所述第二端面4131到所述第一端面4111的距离。
当所述第二型芯42插入所述第一型芯41后,所述插线空间成型块421、所述成型座411、所述盖体成型块413与所述型腔共同形成所述接线柱密封盖1的顶盖11、所述侧壁12以及所述侧板14;所述插线空间成型块421与所述成型座411之间的间隙与所述型腔共同形成所述底板13。由于所述成型柱412设置在所述成型座411上且穿过并外露于所述插线空间成型块421外,也就是说所述成型柱412穿过所述底板13并插入所述顶盖11,从而在所述底板131与所述顶盖11上分别形成同轴的导接孔131与盲孔111。
进一步,在步骤S30中,组成所述型芯组4后,所述插线空间成型块421中,与所述外端面4213平行并正对的端面为内端面4214,所述通过孔422位于所述外端面4213与所述内端面4214之间,且所述内端面4214与所述盖体成型块413之间设有间隙从而形成所述定位板15。
在本实施例中,根据所述接线柱的数量与位置设置与之相应的成型柱412和插线空间成型块421;所述成型柱412的轴线垂直于所述端面4111;组成所述型芯组4后,所述第三端面4211、所述第四端面4212均与所述第一端面4111平行;所述内端面4214垂直于所述第一端面4111。
步骤S50:所述接线柱密封盖1注塑成型后,所述第一型芯41沿所述成型柱412轴线方向离开所述接线柱密封盖1。
步骤S60:所述第一型芯41远离所述接线柱密封盖1后,所述第二型芯42沿与所述第一端面4111平行的方向离开所述接线柱密封盖1;所述接线柱密封盖1完成脱模。
也就是说,在注塑成型时,所述第一型芯41与所述第二型芯42的开模方向相互不平行。此外根据所述接线端子2插入方向与所述接线柱的位置关系,所述第一型芯41与所述第二型芯42的开模方向的夹角设为大于0度小于90度之间的任意值,从而实现所述接线端子2按不同角度插入所述接线柱密封盖1。
相比于现有技术,本发明的接线柱密封盖无需设置工艺口,在提高密封性的同时,减少密封胶的填充量,节约成本。而且减少对工艺口填充密封胶的工序,有利于提高生产效率。进一步,本发明的上盖组件中密封盖的端面与接线端子紧密贴合,并设有卡扣结构,使得接线端子不容易脱落。此外,本发明的接线柱密封盖的成型方法实现上述接线柱密封盖的注塑生产。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种接线柱密封盖,包括顶盖、侧壁、底板以及侧板;所述侧壁环绕在所述顶盖一侧形成一半包围空间;所述底板设置在所述半包围空间内并固定在所述侧壁上,由所述底板朝向所述顶盖的一侧与所述顶盖以及所述侧壁形成接线固定区,以及由所述底板背向所述顶盖的一侧与所述侧壁形成卡合固定区;所述侧板设置在所述接线固定区内并固定于所述顶盖与所述底板之间;所述底板上设有连通所述接线固定区和所述卡合固定区的导接孔;其特征在于,所述顶盖位于所述接线固定区的内侧设有轴线与所述导接孔轴线重合的盲孔,且沿所述导接孔的轴线投影的方向,所述盲孔的横截面形状与所述导接孔的横截面形状相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接线柱密封盖,其特征在于,所述顶盖位于所述接线固定区的内侧面与所述底板平行。
3.根据权利要求2所述的接线柱密封盖,其特征在于,位于所述接线固定区的侧壁上设有一线路引导口;所述顶盖位于所述接线固定区的内侧面上还设有向所述底板方向凸起的限位块;所述限位块设置在所述盲孔与所述线路引导口之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的接线柱密封盖,其特征在于,还包括设置在接线固定区的定位板,所述定位板连接于所述顶盖与所述底板之间,且所述盲孔位于所述定位板和所述线路引导口之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的接线柱密封盖,其特征在于,所述导接孔的轴线垂直于所述底板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的接线柱密封盖,其特征在于,包括至少两个相互平行的侧板,相邻的侧板与所述底板和所述顶盖之间形成一插线空间;每个插线空间内均设有导接孔以及与之相对的盲孔。
7.一种接线柱密封盖的成型方法,设置接线柱密封盖的模具,所述模具包括型腔以及设置在所述型腔内的型芯组,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
设置第一型芯;所述第一型芯包括成型座、成型柱以及盖体成型块;所述成型柱和所述盖体成型块设置在所述成型座的同侧端面上,且所述盖体成型块的高度小于所述成型柱的高度,所述盖体成型块三面围绕所述成型柱;所述第一型芯的开模方向与所述成型柱轴线方向平行;
设置第二型芯;所述第二型芯包括插线空间成型块以及贯穿所述插线空间成型块的通过孔,且沿所述通过孔的轴线投影得到所述通过孔的横截面形状与沿所述成型柱的轴线投影得到所述成型柱的横截面形状相同;所述第二型芯的开模方向与所述通过孔的轴线不平行;
将所述第一型芯的成型柱插入所述第二型芯的通过孔内组成型芯组;所述插线空间成型块与所述盖体成型块贴合,且一端面延伸至所述成型座外;
设置型腔并将所述型芯组设置在所述型腔内以进行接线柱密封盖的注塑成型;所述成型座与所述插线空间成型块之间形成间隙,所述成型柱外露于所述插线空间成型块外;
所述第一型芯沿与所述成型柱的轴线平行的方向脱离所述接线柱密封盖;
所述第一型芯离开所述接线柱密封盖后,所述第二型芯沿与其开模方向脱离所述接线柱密封盖。
8.根据权利要求7的接线柱密封盖成型方法,其特征在于,所述成型柱的轴线垂直于与之连接的成型座端面。
9.根据权利要求8的接线柱密封盖成型方法,其特征在于,所述插线空间成型块中,所述通过孔所贯穿的两侧面均与所述成型柱所在的成型座端面平行。
10.根据权利要求9的接线柱密封盖成型方法,其特征在于,组成所述型芯组后,在所述第二型芯的插线空间成型块中位于所述成型座外的端面为外端面,与所述外端面平行且正对的端面为内端面;所述内端面与所述第一型芯的盖体成型块之间具有间隙。
