Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保仿烫银印花工艺,包括以下步骤:1)按重量百分比以甲基丙烯酸,丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸聚合物,聚氨酯树脂,丙二醇混合制成透明胶浆;2)将步骤1)中制成的透明胶浆对织物进行第一次刮涂;3)按重量百分比以丙烯酸酯共聚物,发泡粉,钛白粉混合制成发泡浆;4)将步骤3)中制成的厚板胶浆对步骤2)中刮涂后的织物进行第二次刮涂;5)按重量百分比以特殊树脂聚合物,银色金属体混合制成原浆,并加入色种,制成带有颜色的仿烫银;6)将步骤5)中制成的带有颜色的仿烫银对步骤4)中刮涂后的织物进行第三次刮涂;7)将第三次刮涂后的织物盖上光浆,即可;该环保仿烫银印花工艺及其应用印花图案光亮度高、手感柔软、牢度强、且更为环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保仿烫银印花工艺及其应用。
背景技术
仿烫银印花工艺也叫烫金工艺,是利用热压转移的原理,将电化铝中的铝层转印到承印物表面以形成特殊的金属效果,因烫金使用的主要材料是电化铝箔,因此烫金也叫电化铝烫印。
布料烫金技术在我国发展较快,但真正投入大批量生产也就在2000年以后。随着科技的迅猛发展,布料烫金工艺也日趋成熟,因其烫金后布料的整体效果显得雍容华贵与新潮,已越来越多的博得许多爱美人士所喜爱。
现有的烫金工艺由于其烫金成分中采用皮质的和金属材质存在着不环保的问题,且图案不够光亮和手感较差,影响了其使用效果和生产成本。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种采用水性涂料印制,其印花图案光亮度高、手感柔软、牢度强、且更为环保的环保仿烫银印花工艺及其应用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种环保仿烫银印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量百分比以15%甲基丙烯酸,15%丙烯酸丁酯,15%丙烯酸聚合物,50%聚氨酯树脂,5%丙二醇混合制成透明胶浆;
2)将步骤1)中制成的透明胶浆对织物进行第一次刮涂;
3)按重量百分比以60%丙烯酸酯共聚物,10%发泡粉,30%钛白粉混合制成发泡浆;
4)将步骤3)中制成的厚板胶浆对步骤2)中刮涂后的织物进行第二次刮涂;
5)按重量百分比以90%特殊树脂聚合物,10%银色金属体混合制成原浆,并加入色种,制成带有颜色的仿烫银;
6)将步骤5)中制成的带有颜色的仿烫银对步骤4)中刮涂后的织物进行第三次刮涂;
7)将第三次刮涂后的织物盖上光浆,即可。
作为优选,在步骤2)中,第一次刮涂的次数为至少2次。
作为优选,在步骤4)中,第二次刮涂的次数为至少8次。
作为优选,在步骤5)中,所述的色种按重量百分比由40%颜料,5%保湿剂,20%脂肪醇醚表面活性剂和35%水组成。
进一步的,在步骤5)中,至少加入有一种以上颜色的色种、且每一色种对应搭配一份原浆混合为仿烫银。
更进一步的,在步骤6)中,第三次刮涂的次数与仿烫银的颜色种类数相同、且每一种颜色的仿烫银对应刮涂至少3次。
作为优选,在步骤7)中,盖上光浆的次数为至少2次。
一种如上述环保仿烫银印花工艺在衣物中的应用。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过透明胶浆对织物进行第一次刮涂,使布料的手感柔软,增加牢度,接着再通过发泡浆对织物进行第二次刮涂,其作用是使图案有凸起效果表面柔软,代替手感硬的电压,接着再采用仿烫银对织物进行第三次刮涂,仿烫银其主要组成成分由特殊树脂聚合物,相比于传统工艺中采用的皮质的和金属材质,采用该种水性涂料印制环保性更强,可以直接印出烫银效果,且手感柔软,牢度强,洗水不变哑,不掉浆,最后进行盖光浆工艺,增加颜色的牢度、亮度,并对织物进行高温固色,完成整个仿烫银印花工艺。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种仿烫银印花的衣服,制备方法如下:
1)按重量百分比以15%甲基丙烯酸,15%丙烯酸丁酯,15%丙烯酸聚合物,50%聚氨酯树脂,5%丙二醇混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得透明胶浆;
2)按重量百分比以60%丙烯酸酯共聚物,10%发泡粉,30%钛白粉混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得发泡浆;
3)按重量百分比以40%颜料,5%保湿剂,20%脂肪醇醚表面活性剂和35%水混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得5%浓度的青色色种、黄色色种和黑色色种;
4)按重量百分比以90%特殊树脂聚合物,10%银色金属体混合制成原浆,并分成三份,分别加入步骤3)中制得的5%浓度的青色色种、黄色色种和黑色色种,接着分别采用机器搅拌均匀后制成青色仿烫银、黄色仿烫银和黑色仿烫银;
5)取布料织物,采用步骤1)中制得的透明胶浆对布料织物刮涂两次,接着采用步骤2)中制得的厚板胶浆对布料织物刮涂八次,接着采用步骤4)中制得的青色仿烫银、黄色仿烫银和黑色仿烫银分别对布料织物刮涂三次,最后将刮涂后的布料织物经由UV盖光浆两次,所采用的光浆由聚氨酯树脂组成;
6)将步骤5中盖完光浆后的布料织物裁切成对应尺码的衣料即可。
实施例2
一种仿烫银印花的衣服,制备方法如下:
1)按重量百分比以20%甲基丙烯酸,20%丙烯酸丁酯,20%丙烯酸聚合物,35%聚氨酯树脂,5%丙二醇混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得透明胶浆;
2)按重量百分比以70%丙烯酸酯共聚物,15%发泡粉,15%钛白粉混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得发泡浆;
3)按重量百分比以30%颜料,15%保湿剂,25%脂肪醇醚表面活性剂和30%水混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得8%浓度的青色色种、黄色色种和黑色色种;
4)按重量百分比以85%特殊树脂聚合物,15%银色金属体混合制成原浆,并分成三份,分别加入步骤3)中制得的8%浓度的青色色种、黄色色种和黑色色种,接着分别采用机器搅拌均匀后制成青色仿烫银、黄色仿烫银和黑色仿烫银;
5)取布料织物,采用步骤1)中制得的透明胶浆对布料织物刮涂两次,接着采用步骤2)中制得的厚板胶浆对布料织物刮涂八次,接着采用步骤4)中制得的青色仿烫银、黄色仿烫银和黑色仿烫银分别对布料织物刮涂三次,最后将刮涂后的布料织物经由UV盖光浆两次,所采用的光浆由聚氨酯树脂组成;
6)将步骤5中盖完光浆后的布料织物裁切成对应尺码的衣料即可。
实施例3
一种仿烫银印花的衣服,制备方法如下:
1)按重量百分比以10%甲基丙烯酸,20%丙烯酸丁酯,10%丙烯酸聚合物,55%聚氨酯树脂,5%丙二醇混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得透明胶浆;
2)按重量百分比以70%丙烯酸酯共聚物,10%发泡粉,20%钛白粉混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得发泡浆;
3)按重量百分比以30%颜料,10%保湿剂,25%脂肪醇醚表面活性剂和35%水混合,并采用机器搅拌均匀后制得10%浓度的青色色种、黄色色种和黑色色种;
4)按重量百分比以80%特殊树脂聚合物,20%银色金属体混合制成原浆,并分成三份,分别加入步骤3)中制得的10%浓度的青色色种、黄色色种和黑色色种,接着分别采用机器搅拌均匀后制成青色仿烫银、黄色仿烫银和黑色仿烫银;
5)取布料织物,采用步骤1)中制得的透明胶浆对布料织物刮涂两次,接着采用步骤2)中制得的厚板胶浆对布料织物刮涂八次,接着采用步骤4)中制得的青色仿烫银、黄色仿烫银和黑色仿烫银分别对布料织物刮涂三次,最后将刮涂后的布料织物经由UV盖光浆两次,所采用的光浆由聚氨酯树脂组成;
6)将步骤5中盖完光浆后的布料织物裁切成对应尺码的衣料即可。
实验例
对上述实施例1-3中所提供的仿烫银印花的衣服与现有烫银印花衣服进行美标测试(AATCC),印花面料牢度数据如下:
结果见下表:
综合上述数据可得,本方案所制成的仿烫银印花的衣服的颜色牢度较高,能够达到现有烫银印花制品的合格标准,且相比于现有的印花衣料,其烫银主要成分采用了特殊树脂聚合物,含金属效重低,生产过程中环保性更强。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过透明胶浆对织物进行第一次刮涂,使布料的手感柔软,增加牢度,接着再通过发泡浆对织物进行第二次刮涂,其作用是使图案有凸起效果表面柔软,代替手感硬的电压,接着再采用仿烫银对织物进行第三次刮涂,仿烫银其主要组成成分由特殊树脂聚合物,相比于传统工艺中采用的皮质的和金属材质,采用该种水性涂料印制环保性更强,可以直接印出烫银效果,且手感柔软,牢度强,洗水不变哑,不掉浆,最后进行盖光浆工艺,增加颜色的牢度、亮度,并对织物进行高温固色,完成整个仿烫银印花工艺。

Claims (8)
1.一种环保仿烫银印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量百分比以15%甲基丙烯酸,15%丙烯酸丁酯,15%丙烯酸聚合物,50%聚氨酯树脂,5%丙二醇混合制成透明胶浆;
2)将步骤1)中制成的透明胶浆对织物进行第一次刮涂;
3)按重量百分比以60%丙烯酸酯共聚物,10%发泡粉,30%钛白粉混合制成发泡浆;
4)将步骤3)中制成的厚板胶浆对步骤2)中刮涂后的织物进行第二次刮涂;
5)按重量百分比以90%特殊树脂聚合物,10%银色金属体混合制成原浆,并加入色种,制成带有颜色的仿烫银;
6)将步骤5)中制成的带有颜色的仿烫银对步骤4)中刮涂后的织物进行第三次刮涂;
7)将第三次刮涂后的织物盖上光浆,即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保仿烫银印花工艺,其特征在于:在步骤2)中,第一次刮涂的次数为至少2次。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保仿烫银印花工艺,其特征在于:在步骤4)中,第二次刮涂的次数为至少8次。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保仿烫银印花工艺,其特征在于:在步骤5)中,所述的色种按重量百分比由40%颜料,5%保湿剂,20%脂肪醇醚表面活性剂和35%水组成。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种环保仿烫银印花工艺,其特征在于:在步骤5)中,至少加入有一种以上颜色的色种、且每一色种对应搭配一份原浆混合为仿烫银。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种环保仿烫银印花工艺,其特征在于:在步骤6)中,第三次刮涂的次数与仿烫银的颜色种类数相同、且每一种颜色的仿烫银对应刮涂至少3次。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种环保仿烫银印花工艺,其特征在于:在步骤7)中,盖上光浆的次数为至少2次。
8.一种如权利要求1-6中任一项环保仿烫银印花工艺在衣物中的应用。
