背景技术
随着科学技术的进步和人民生活水平的提高,人们在生产和生活中对纺织品的功能性提出了更多和更高的要求,如产品的舒适性、美观性、健康性,是否绿色环保,是否能够满足特出行业需求等等。为了满足功能性纺织品的市场需求,加快功能性纺织品的开发和研究,许多科研机构和企业加快了功能性纺织品的研究步伐。如具有柔软、保温、吸湿快干、防水透湿等特点的舒适功能的纺织品;具备阻燃、抗静电、防水、防紫外线、抗菌等特点的家用和产业用纺织品。
纺织品在生产加工和使用中易因摩擦和感应产生静电,而常规纤维材料的电阻率均在1010Ω·cm以上,所产生的电荷不易逸散。纤维素纤维加工中静电现象尚不明显;蛋白质纤维的静电干扰就较严重。毛纤维虽然有较高的平衡回潮率,但其质量比电阻在天然纤维中达到最高;回潮率普遍较低的合成纤维的电阻率高达1414Ω·cm以上,电荷积聚现象更加显著。静电的存在对于编织者存在一定的伤害,例如静电导致血液pH值上升,血液中钙含量降低、尿中钙含量增加,血糖升高、维生素C含量下降等,而且静电也导致灰尘吸附和集聚,严重影响布艺类产品的外观形象和销售。
同时,纺织品上对细菌集落现象较为明显,纺织品在存放10天后,会有大量的细菌集落,严重的放置细菌集落数多达2万多个,还检测出了大肠杆菌、乙型肝炎病毒等致病微生物。
基于此,本发明提供一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料及其制备方法,以解决上述问题。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料及其制备方法,不仅具有柔软、保温、吸湿快干、防水透湿,还具有抗静电抗菌等优点。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,所述纺织面料原料包括外层面料、水凝胶、粘结剂和底层面料,所述外层面料采用改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝混编而成,所述底层面料采用改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维混编而成。
优选的,所述外层面料和底层面料质量比为1.22-1.34:1。
优选的,所述改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝质量比为4.35-5.25:1。
优选的,所述改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维的质量比为1.28-1.65:1。
一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、分别将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维分别置于加热釜中,将加热釜内空气置换成氧气,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维进行加热预氧化,在440-460N的牵引力拉伸作用下进行梯度升温,从140℃开始以8℃min-1的速率升温,升温至220℃后,恒温保存,得到改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、改性抗静电丝、改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维;
b、将改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝按照经纬要求编制成外层面料,改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维按照经纬要去编制成底层面料,再通过粘结剂将外层面料和底层面料粘结成初始面料;
c、将季铵盐壳聚糖粉末溶解于无菌去离子水中,然后在无光环境下常温搅拌28-30min,然后将硝酸银溶液缓慢加入溶液中继续搅拌25-30min,再超声分散均匀得到微白色的混合溶液,然后往混合溶液中通入氮气10min,然后进行聚合反应1h,得到水凝胶;

有益效果:
本发明以改性苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、改性抗静电丝、改性碳纤维、改性木棉纤维和水凝胶配合充分发挥了苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝的抗静电性能,同时,发挥了碳纤维和木棉纤维的抗菌功能,再与水凝胶充分配合,进一步提升了纺织面料抗静电抗菌能力。本发明的制备方法中纤维分别置于加热釜中,将加热釜内空气置换成氧气,氧气的初始压力调节为150-180kpa,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维进行加热预氧化,在440-460N的牵引力拉伸作用下进行梯度升温,从140℃开始以8℃min-1的速率升温,升温至220℃后,恒温保存,恒温保存时间1.3-1.6h,对对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维进改性处理,有助于提升对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维内部结构,对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维总孔隙率提升至62.5-63.5%,孔隙尺寸提升了20%,有助于胶凝剂均匀分散在纺织面料中,再通过将步骤b中的初始面料置于水凝胶内进行加压浸渗,加压浸渗浸渗压强为0.58-0.68Mpa,加压浸渗保压时间为10-12s,加压浸渗温度控制在65-75℃,进行加压浸渗有助于胶凝剂压制纺织面料的孔隙,提升了胶凝剂填充率,提升了胶凝剂作用。本发明通过季铵盐壳聚糖粉末溶解于无菌去离子水中,季铵盐壳聚糖与无菌去离子水的质量比为1:10,然后在无光环境下常温搅拌28-30min,然后将硝酸银溶液缓慢加入溶液中继续搅拌25-30min,再超声分散均匀得到微白色的混合溶液,然后往混合溶液中通入氮气10min,然后进行聚合反应1h,聚合反应在紫外灯照射下进行紫外灯选用48V、400nm,有助于季铵盐壳聚糖进行包裹银离子,降低了银离子的释放速度,延长了胶凝剂使用寿命。本发明通过实验检测纺织面料的感应电压和半衰期得到明显改善,同时,杀菌率保持在99%以上。

实施例1:
一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,所述纺织面料原料包括外层面料、水凝胶、粘结剂和底层面料,所述外层面料采用改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝混编而成,所述底层面料采用改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维混编而成,外层面料和底层面料质量比为1.22:1,改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝质量比为4.35:1,改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维的质量比为1.28:1。
一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、分别将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维分别置于加热釜中,将加热釜内空气置换成氧气,氧气的初始压力调节为150kpa,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维进行加热预氧化,在460N的牵引力拉伸作用下进行梯度升温,从140℃开始以8℃min-1的速率升温,升温至220℃后,恒温保存,恒温保存时间1.6h,得到改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、改性抗静电丝、改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维;
b、将改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝按照经纬要求编制成外层面料,改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维按照经纬要去编制成底层面料,再通过粘结剂将外层面料和底层面料粘结成初始面料;
c、将季铵盐壳聚糖粉末溶解于无菌去离子水中,季铵盐壳聚糖与无菌去离子水的质量比为1:10,然后在无光环境下常温搅拌30min,然后将硝酸银溶液缓慢加入溶液中继续搅拌30min,再超声分散均匀得到微白色的混合溶液,然后往混合溶液中通入氮气10min,然后进行聚合反应1h,聚合反应在紫外灯照射下进行紫外灯选用48V、400nm,得到水凝胶;
d、将步骤b中的初始面料置于水凝胶内进行加压浸渗,加压浸渗浸渗压强为0.58Mpa,加压浸渗保压时间为12s,加压浸渗温度控制在75℃;
e、将加压浸渗的初始面料置于92℃下烘干30min,再在110℃下烘焙8min,常温冷却后得具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料。
实施例2:
一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,所述纺织面料原料包括外层面料、水凝胶、粘结剂和底层面料,所述外层面料采用改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝混编而成,所述底层面料采用改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维混编而成,外层面料和底层面料质量比为1.24:1,改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝质量比为5.25:1,改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维的质量比为1.65:1。
一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、分别将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维分别置于加热釜中,将加热釜内空气置换成氧气,氧气的初始压力调节为180kpa,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维进行加热预氧化,在440N的牵引力拉伸作用下进行梯度升温,从140℃开始以8℃min-1的速率升温,升温至220℃后,恒温保存,恒温保存时间1.4h,得到改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、改性抗静电丝、改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维;
b、将改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝按照经纬要求编制成外层面料,改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维按照经纬要去编制成底层面料,再通过粘结剂将外层面料和底层面料粘结成初始面料;

d、将步骤b中的初始面料置于水凝胶内进行加压浸渗,加压浸渗浸渗压强为0.62Mpa,加压浸渗保压时间为12s,加压浸渗温度控制在68℃;
e、将加压浸渗的初始面料置于91℃下烘干23min,再在107℃下烘焙6min,常温冷却后得具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料。
实施例4:
一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,所述纺织面料原料包括外层面料、水凝胶、粘结剂和底层面料,所述外层面料采用改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝混编而成,所述底层面料采用改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维混编而成,外层面料和底层面料质量比为1.26:1,改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝质量比为4.85:1,改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维的质量比为1.42:1。
一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、分别将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维分别置于加热釜中,将加热釜内空气置换成氧气,氧气的初始压力调节为175kpa,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维进行加热预氧化,在455N的牵引力拉伸作用下进行梯度升温,从140℃开始以8℃min-1的速率升温,升温至220℃后,恒温保存,恒温保存时间1.5h,得到改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、改性抗静电丝、改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维;
b、将改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝按照经纬要求编制成外层面料,改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维按照经纬要去编制成底层面料,再通过粘结剂将外层面料和底层面料粘结成初始面料;
c、将季铵盐壳聚糖粉末溶解于无菌去离子水中,季铵盐壳聚糖与无菌去离子水的质量比为1:10,然后在无光环境下常温搅拌30min,然后将硝酸银溶液缓慢加入溶液中继续搅拌29min,再超声分散均匀得到微白色的混合溶液,然后往混合溶液中通入氮气10min,然后进行聚合反应1h,聚合反应在紫外灯照射下进行紫外灯选用48V、400nm,得到水凝胶;
d、将步骤b中的初始面料置于水凝胶内进行加压浸渗,加压浸渗浸渗压强为0.64Mpa,加压浸渗保压时间为12s,加压浸渗温度控制在72℃;
e、将加压浸渗的初始面料置于89℃下烘干27min,再在109℃下烘焙7min,常温冷却后得具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料。
实施例5:
一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,所述纺织面料原料包括外层面料、水凝胶、粘结剂和底层面料,所述外层面料采用改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝混编而成,所述底层面料采用改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维混编而成,外层面料和底层面料质量比为1.31:1,改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝质量比为5.15:1,改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维的质量比为1.57:1。
一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、分别将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维分别置于加热釜中,将加热釜内空气置换成氧气,氧气的初始压力调节为155kpa,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维进行加热预氧化,在450N的牵引力拉伸作用下进行梯度升温,从140℃开始以8℃min-1的速率升温,升温至220℃后,恒温保存,恒温保存时间1.4h,得到改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、改性抗静电丝、改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维;
b、将改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝按照经纬要求编制成外层面料,改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维按照经纬要去编制成底层面料,再通过粘结剂将外层面料和底层面料粘结成初始面料;
c、将季铵盐壳聚糖粉末溶解于无菌去离子水中,季铵盐壳聚糖与无菌去离子水的质量比为1:10,然后在无光环境下常温搅拌29min,然后将硝酸银溶液缓慢加入溶液中继续搅拌26min,再超声分散均匀得到微白色的混合溶液,然后往混合溶液中通入氮气10min,然后进行聚合反应1h,聚合反应在紫外灯照射下进行紫外灯选用48V、400nm,得到水凝胶;

e、将加压浸渗的初始面料置于90℃下烘干26min,再在108℃下烘焙5min,常温冷却后得具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料。
对比例1:
一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,所述纺织面料原料包括水凝胶和底层面料,所述底层面料采用改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维混编而成,碳纤维和木棉纤维的质量比为1.28:1。
制备方法:
a、碳纤维和木棉纤维的处理方式同实施例的步骤a;
b、改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维按照经纬要去编制成底层面料;
c、水凝胶制备方法同实施例的步骤c;

抗静电试验
参考纺织机械和纺织行业标准FZ/T 01042-1996《纺织材料静电性能静电压半衰期的测定》在FY342E-Ⅱ织物感应式静电仪(温州方圆仪器有限公司)上测试织物的感应电压和半衰期;
抗菌试验
将实施例1-5、对比例1-6的布片分别进行大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌处理;
具体试验结果如下表:

本发明通过实验检测纺织面料的感应电压和半衰期得到明显改善,同时,杀菌率保持在99%以上。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,其特征在于,所述外层面料和底层面料质量比为1.22-1.34:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,其特征在于,所述改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维和改性抗静电丝质量比为4.35-5.25:1。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料,其特征在于,所述改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维的质量比为1.28-1.65:1。
5.一种如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的具备抗静电抗菌功能的纺织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、分别将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维分别置于加热釜中,将加热釜内空气置换成氧气,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、抗静电丝、碳纤维和木棉纤维进行加热预氧化,在440-460N的牵引力拉伸作用下进行梯度升温,从140℃开始以8℃min-1的速率升温,升温至220℃后,恒温保存,得到改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、改性抗静电丝、改性碳纤维和改性木棉纤维;
