本发明公开了一种铝合金非标角度切削数控设备,包括机架、模组固定支架、Z轴伺服模组、A伺服模组、切削高速电机、切削刀具、工件固定平台、C角度旋转伺服平台、B平面旋转伺服平台、Y轴伺服模组、X轴伺服模组和滑轨,模组固定支架上固定有相互垂直的Z轴伺服模组和A伺服模组,Z轴伺服模组和A伺服模组上安装有一个切削高速电机,两个切削高速电机相互垂直,刀具的下方设有相互垂直分布的X轴伺服模组和Y轴伺服模组,Y轴伺服模组的输出端连接X轴伺服模组的一侧,X轴伺服模组的上方固定有C角度旋转伺服平台,C角度旋转伺服平台上连接有B平面旋转伺服平台,B平面旋转伺服平台上有工件固定平台。本发明可进行多角度切割。

一种铝合金非标角度切削数控设备
技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工设备领域,具体来说,涉及一种铝合金非标角度切削数控设备。
背景技术
铝合金散热片是数码核心部件的热量降温的主要部件,现在的散热片比以往的传统散热片相比,增加了PCB板散热的合理性和外形的美观,相比于传统的加工模式增加了加工的难度和加工量。目前新型散热片的需求量大,加工工艺单一(单锯片木工机加工,多机台多工位重复定位加工),效率低下,且加工环境存在重大安全隐患,为了改善安全性和单一加工工艺,提升加工效率,急需一种铝合金非标角度切削数控设备加工效率高,一机多能,安全生产的加工设备。
现有加工设备存在的缺陷和不足:
1.目前加工设备多以木工机加工为主,对于多次角度加工的设备需要重复定位和单一角度加工,且存在重大安全隐患(加工时锯片一直旋转,容易对人身造成伤害)
2.使用数控设备加工,加工速度慢,效率低,成本过高。
3.多角度加工工序繁琐,机台数量多,占用厂家有限的车间场地。操作加工人员多。造成人力资源浪费。且加工防护不易,造成车间环境污染。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铝合金非标角度切削数控设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种铝合金非标角度切削数控设备,包括机架、上罩、模组固定支架、Z轴伺服模组、A伺服模组、切削高速电机、切削刀具、工件固定平台、C角度旋转伺服平台、B平面旋转伺服平台、Y轴伺服模组、X轴伺服模组和滑轨,所述机架上安装有两个模组固定支架,两个模组固定支架上分别固定有相互垂直的Z轴伺服模组和A伺服模组,所述Z轴伺服模组和A伺服模组上安装有一个切削高速电机,两个所述切削高速电机相互垂直且其输出端连接切削刀具,所述机架位于切削刀具的下方设有相互垂直分布的X轴伺服模组和Y轴伺服模组,所述Y轴伺服模组的输出端连接X轴伺服模组的一侧,所述X轴伺服模组的下方设有滑轨,所述滑轨与X轴伺服模组滑动连接,所述X轴伺服模组的上方固定有C角度旋转伺服平台,所述C角度旋转伺服平台上滑动连接有B平面旋转伺服平台,所述B平面旋转伺服平台上连接有工件固定平台。
进一步的,所述机架的一侧安装有过滤水箱。
进一步的,所述机架的顶部安装有上罩,所述上罩上安装有安全拉门和数控控制显示屏。
进一步的,所述上罩的侧面安装有数控电箱。
进一步的,工件固定平台上设有固定模具槽孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本设备具有一次定位和多角度加工,且是设备内封闭式加工,对车间环境和安全隐患可以有效提升,安全;
(2)采用线切割加工刀具和工艺,改变数控点加工工艺,同时使用多轴多角度和厚度刀具的加工,可以完成异形一次成型,加工速度快。效率高,成本降低;
(3)使用多角度旋转平台,一次定位完成所有工序加工,以往多台加工工艺集中,占用场地小,操作人员操作时方便简洁可以操作其他设备,一人多机。

请参阅图1-2,根据本发明实施例的一种铝合金非标角度切削数控设备,包括机架1、上罩2、模组固定支架7、Z轴伺服模组8、A伺服模组9、切削高速电机10、切削刀具11、工件固定平台12、C角度旋转伺服平台13、B平面旋转伺服平台14、Y轴伺服模组15、X轴伺服模组16和滑轨17,所述机架1上安装有两个模组固定支架7,两个模组固定支架7上分别固定有相互垂直的Z轴伺服模组8和A伺服模组9,所述Z轴伺服模组8和A伺服模组9上安装有一个切削高速电机10,两个所述切削高速电机10相互垂直且其输出端连接切削刀具11,所述机架1位于切削刀具11的下方设有相互垂直分布的X轴伺服模组16和Y轴伺服模组15,所述Y轴伺服模组15的输出端连接X轴伺服模组16的一侧,所述X轴伺服模组16的下方设有滑轨17,所述滑轨17与X轴伺服模组16滑动连接,所述X轴伺服模组16的上方固定有C角度旋转伺服平台13,所述C角度旋转伺服平台13上滑动连接有B平面旋转伺服平台14,所述B平面旋转伺服平台14上连接有工件固定平台12。
通过本发明的上述方案,所述机架1的一侧安装有过滤水箱6。
通过本发明的上述方案,所述机架1的顶部安装有上罩2,所述上罩2上安装有安全拉门5和数控控制显示屏4。
通过本发明的上述方案,所述上罩2的侧面安装有数控电箱3为各用电模组供电。
通过本发明的上述方案,所述工件固定平台12上设有固定模具槽孔进行固定产品。
在具体应用时,加工时通过安全拉门的开合完成加工的产品上下料,上下料时开门,加工时关闭,通过数控控制显示屏4编写和更改加工程序,完成加工工艺的自动加工,上罩2提供加工时的安全防护和预防环境污染,过滤水箱6水的循环利用便于废屑的收集。Y轴伺服模组15带动工件固定平台12上加工产品的X方向位移,X轴伺服模组16带动工件固定平台12上加工产品的X方向位移,Z轴伺服模组8带动切削高速电机10的切削刀具11水平向进给加工,A轴伺服模组9带动切削刀具11的竖向进给加工,B平面旋转伺服平台14提供产品水平方向的360度角度定位,C角度旋转伺服平台13提供产品竖直方向的90度角度定位,同时B平面旋转伺服平台14和C角度旋转伺服平台13的配合设定,完成加工产品的加工角度定位。
通过数控控制显示屏4的程式编写和设定,经过数控系统的数据传输,带动伺服模组进行联动位移,利用切削高速电机10带动切削刀具11的切削,完成加工工件的多角度加工的工序。

1.一种铝合金非标角度切削数控设备,其特征在于,包括机架(1)、上罩(2)、模组固定支架(7)、Z轴伺服模组(8)、A伺服模组(9)、切削高速电机(10)、切削刀具(11)、工件固定平台(12)、C角度旋转伺服平台(13)、B平面旋转伺服平台(14)、Y轴伺服模组(15)、X轴伺服模组(16)和滑轨(17),所述机架(1)上安装有两个模组固定支架(7),两个模组固定支架(7)上分别固定有相互垂直的Z轴伺服模组(8)和A伺服模组(9),所述Z轴伺服模组(8)和A伺服模组(9)上安装有一个切削高速电机(10),两个所述切削高速电机(10)相互垂直且其输出端连接切削刀具(11),所述机架(1)位于切削刀具(11)的下方设有相互垂直分布的X轴伺服模组(16)和Y轴伺服模组(15),所述Y轴伺服模组(15)的输出端连接X轴伺服模组(16)的一侧,所述X轴伺服模组(16)的下方设有滑轨(17),所述滑轨(17)与X轴伺服模组(16)滑动连接,所述X轴伺服模组(16)的上方固定有C角度旋转伺服平台(13),所述C角度旋转伺服平台(13)上滑动连接有B平面旋转伺服平台(14),所述B平面旋转伺服平台(14)上连接有工件固定平台(12)。
