现有市场上的眼影粉产品制作多见于干粉压制、油膏充填、烘焙、干法湿法灌装、以及乳化眼影和水性眼影。这些方法制作的产品在使用上以及化妆效果上各有优缺点,干粉压制和烘焙的眼影上妆后溶液飞粉,持妆性较差,油膏充填的眼影偏油腻,水性眼影效果较为强烈,但是雨水则易脱落。
因此,需要提出一种新的方案来解决上述问题。

一种硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,由硅油包水乳液和填充粉体组成;
按照重量份数计,所述硅油包水乳液包括:硅油9-22份、成膜剂7-13份、润肤剂3-6份、保湿剂4-6份、粘合剂8-15份、乳化剂1-3份、防腐剂0.1-1份、去离子水10-20份;
按照重量份数计,填充粉体包括:云母5-12份、硅石1-3份;珠光粉20-35份、色粉0.1-2份。

一种硅油包水的弹性高光眼影的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,将硅油、成膜剂、1/2-2/3润肤剂、粘合剂、乳化剂、防腐剂加入到油相锅内,于55-65℃、2000-2500rpm下搅拌10-30min,降温至25-30℃;
S2,将保湿剂和去离子水加入到水相锅内,于25-30℃、600-800rpm下搅拌5-10min,得到水相;
S3,在搅拌的条件下,将水相投入到步骤A的油相锅内,于2500-3000rpm下均质5-10min,得到硅油包水乳液;
S4,采用三辊研磨机将色粉和剩余润肤剂研磨3-4次后加入到步骤S3的硅油包水乳液中,于1000-1500rpm转速下搅拌5-10min;
S5,将云母、硅石和珠光粉混合均匀后加入到步骤S4的硅油包水乳液中,于400-600rpm下,搅拌至面团软糯装,得到眼影浆料;
S6,将眼影浆料放入模具中,压制成型,即得硅油包水的弹性高光眼影。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请采用乳化、研磨和打粉的方式,并最终压制得到弹性高光眼影,其稳定性较高,上妆性好、妆容持久、易着色。
进一步优选为,步骤S4中,所述色粉和剩余润肤剂研磨后的粒径<10μm。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本申请具有以下有益效果:
(1)本申请采用硅油包水的乳液与含有珠光粉的填充粉体混合成软弹状,保证了产品的稳定性,解决了现有市场中眼影较油腻、持妆性差的问题,赋予眼部立体感和美感的同时,还对眼部肌肤起到润肤和保湿的效果;
(2)本申请采用硬膜成膜剂和软膜成膜剂进行复配使用,发挥组合物成膜快,与皮肤贴合度高,不易脱落但易卸妆的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本申请进行详细描述。
实施例1:一种硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,各组分及其相应的重量份数如表1所示,如图1所示,并通过如下步骤制备获得:
S1,将硅油、成膜剂、1/2润肤剂、粘合剂、乳化剂、防腐剂加入到油相锅内,于55℃、2000rpm下搅拌30min,降温至25℃;
S2,将保湿剂和去离子水加入到水相锅内,于25℃、600rpm下搅拌5min,得到水相;
S3,在继续搅拌的条件下,将水相投入到步骤A的油相锅内,于2500rpm下均质10min,得到硅油包水乳液;
S4,采用三辊研磨机将色粉和剩余润肤剂研磨4次,控制研磨后的粒径<10μm,然后加入到步骤S3的硅油包水乳液中,于1000rpm转速下搅拌10min;
S5,将云母、硅石和珠光粉混合均匀后加入到步骤S4的硅油包水乳液中,于400rpm下,搅拌至面团软糯装,得到眼影浆料;
S6,将眼影浆料放入模具中,压制成型,即得硅油包水的弹性高光眼影。
实施例2-6:一种硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,与实施例1的不同之处在于,各组分及其相应的重量份数如表1所示。

实施例7:一种硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,与实施例1的不同之处在于,通过如下步骤制备获得:
S1,将硅油、成膜剂、2/3润肤剂、粘合剂、乳化剂、防腐剂加入到油相锅内,于65℃、2500rpm下搅拌10min,降温至30℃;
S2,将保湿剂和去离子水加入到水相锅内,于30℃、800rpm下搅拌5min,得到水相;
S3,在搅拌的条件下,将水相投入到步骤A的油相锅内,于3000rpm下均质5min,得到硅油包水乳液;
S4,采用三辊研磨机将色粉和剩余润肤剂研磨3次,控制研磨后的粒径<10μm,然后加入到步骤S3的硅油包水乳液中,于1500rpm转速下搅拌5min;
S5,将云母、硅石和珠光粉混合均匀后加入到步骤S4的硅油包水乳液中,于600rpm下,搅拌至面团软糯装,得到眼影浆料;
S6,将眼影浆料放入模具中,压制成型,即得硅油包水的弹性高光眼影。
实施例8:一种硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,与实施例1的不同之处在于,色粉由份氧化铁黄和2份钛白粉组成。
实施例9:一种硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,与实施例1的不同之处在于,色粉由0.2份氧化铁黄、1份红7色淀和1.8份钛白粉组成。
对比例1:一种眼影,与实施例1的不同之处在于,以普通市售的某品牌眼影作为对比例1。
对比例2:一种眼影,与实施例1的不同之处在于,硅油仅采用环己硅氧烷。
对比例3:一种眼影,与实施例1的不同之处在于,硅油仅采用硬酯基聚二甲基硅氧烷。
对比例4:一种眼影,与实施例1的不同之处在于,成膜剂仅采用三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯。
对比例5:一种眼影,与实施例1的不同之处在于,成膜剂仅采用聚丙基硅倍半氧烷。
性能测试
分别对实施例1-9和对比例1-5中的眼影产品进行性能测试。
测试对象:140名、18-45岁女性志愿者,均分为14组。
测试方法:让志愿者使用实施例1-9和对比例1-5中眼影产品,使用8h后进行评价,评价结果计入下表2中。
评分标准:5分-很好;4分-较好;3分-一般;2分-较差;1分-非常差。
由表2中测试数据可以看出,本申请制得的眼影产品,在弹性延展性和保湿性方面表现较为优秀,且色彩较受女性欢迎,8h的持妆性较好,无论在粉性柔软度,还是涂覆均匀性,都优于对比例1中的市售眼影。对比例2-5的实验数据说明本申请采用特定的硅油组合物和硬膜和软膜组成的成膜剂,得到的眼影产品在粉性、均匀性、延展性和持妆性方面都具有较好的使用效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,其特征在于,由硅油包水乳液和填充粉体组成;
按照重量份数计,所述硅油包水乳液包括:硅油9-22份、成膜剂7-13份、润肤剂3-6份、保湿剂4-6份、粘合剂8-15份、乳化剂1-3份、防腐剂0.1-1份、去离子水10-20份;
按照重量份数计,填充粉体包括:云母5-12份、硅石1-3份;珠光粉20-35份、色粉0.1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,其特征在于,所述硅油为环己硅氧烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、硬酯基聚二甲基硅氧烷和苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷组成的组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯和聚丙基硅倍半氧烷组成的组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,其特征在于,所述润肤剂为异壬酸异壬酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油和丁二醇组成的组合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、硬脂酸镁和滑石粉组成的组合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,其特征在于,所述乳化剂采用PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷。
8.根据权利要求1所述的硅油包水的弹性高光眼影,其特征在于,所述色粉选自氧化铁红、红7色淀、氧化铁黄、钛白粉、滑石粉中的一种或两种以上的组合物。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一所述的硅油包水的弹性高光眼影的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,将硅油、成膜剂、1/2-2/3润肤剂、粘合剂、乳化剂、防腐剂加入到油相锅内,于55-65℃、2000-2500rpm下搅拌10-30min,降温至25-30℃;
S2,将保湿剂和去离子水加入到水相锅内,于25-30℃、600-800rpm下搅拌5-10min,得到水相;
S3,在搅拌的条件下,将水相投入到步骤A的油相锅内,于2500-3000rpm下均质5-10min,得到硅油包水乳液;
S4,采用三辊研磨机将色粉和剩余润肤剂研磨3-4次后加入到步骤S3的硅油包水乳液中,于1000-1500rpm转速下搅拌5-10min;
S5,将云母、硅石和珠光粉混合均匀后加入到步骤S4的硅油包水乳液中,于400-600rpm下,搅拌至面团软糯装,得到眼影浆料;
S6,将眼影浆料放入模具中,压制成型,即得硅油包水的弹性高光眼影。
10.根据权利要求9所述的硅油包水的弹性高光眼影的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,所述色粉和剩余润肤剂研磨后的粒径<10μm。
