技术领域
本发明涉及彩妆类粉单元眼部产品领域,尤其涉及一种低重金属眼影配方及加工工艺。
背景技术
滑石粉主要成分含水硅酸镁,因滑石粉价格低廉、白色度高、光泽性强、稳定性能好等优点。彩妆粉类单元眼影配方大都选用滑石粉为基料,但石棉化学成分与滑石粉相似,二者属共生关系。滑石粉矿源加工中是无法彻底剔除石棉成分。石棉被世界卫生组织列入一类致癌清单中。2018年美国22名女性起诉强生公司爽身粉产品(主要成分滑石粉)含有石棉,而造成她们患癌症,赔偿金额几十亿赔美金。因此彩妆研发工程师将希望寄托天然云母上,开发不含滑石粉的云母粉眼影配方。天然云母是片层结构,由两层硅氧四面体夹着一层铝氧八面体构成的复式硅氧层。但云母开采涉及环境污染、非法使用童工等社会问题。并且天然云母粉本身重金属数值不可控制,产品很容易出现重金属超标风险,消费者长期使用将对健康造成影响。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种低重金属眼影配方产品及加工工艺。配方中基料使用特殊工艺处理的合成云母,性能与滑石粉接近,可替代滑石粉使用。其次人工合成云母不涉及开采造成环境污染、非法使用童工等社会问题。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种低重金属眼影配方,包括以下原料:合成氟金云母、蜡粉、氧化铁色粉、合成珠光粉、PE9010、聚二甲基硅氧烷、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯;上述所述原料按重量百分比配比为:合成氟金云母:50-60%、蜡:5-10%、氧化铁色粉:1-5%、合成珠光粉:10-40%、PE9010:0.5-1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷:5-8%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯:3-5%、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯:2-5%、生育酚乙酸酯:0.04-0.1%。
优选的,所述合成氟金云母型号为SM-530,所述蜡粉型号为Micropoly。
优选的,所述PE9010由90%的苯氧乙醇和10%的乙基己基甘油组成。
一种低重金属眼影加工工艺,包括:A:油相配制工艺、B:粉相原料配比工艺、C:粉相原料混合工艺、D:研磨工艺、E:过筛工艺、E:压粉工艺。
优选的,所述工艺A:油相配制工艺的步骤为:
步骤一:原料称量:依次称取聚二甲基硅氧烷7份,二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯4份,季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯3份倒入不锈钢桶中;
步骤二:溶液搅拌:开启搅拌器控制转速在300-500转/分,加热至40-45度,搅拌时间:15-20分钟,搅拌后溶液呈乳白状;
步骤三:冷却:将溶液冷却到室温25±5℃。
优选的,所述工艺B:粉相原料配比工艺的步骤为:

步骤四:喷油:开启喷油工序后,喷油时间20-30秒,边喷油边搅拌2-4分钟。

所述工艺C:粉相原料混合工艺的步骤为:
步骤一:制作色母:将氧化铁色粉:1-5%、型号SM-530合成氟金云母:5-10%倒入高速粉碎机充分搅拌30秒,每搅拌10秒须清扫锅盖与锅四壁粘粉;
步骤二:混合油相与防腐剂:混合油相与防腐剂:工艺A:油相配制工艺中油相10-15%,PE9010(苯氧乙醇90%,乙基己基甘油10%):0.5-1%混合搅拌30秒倒入喷壶中;
步骤三:搅拌:将步骤一制作完成色母,SM-530合成氟金云母,型号Micropoly蜡粉:5-10%,合成珠光粉倒入高速粉碎机中,开启开启高速搅拌机搅拌15s,转速2800-3000转/分钟;
步骤四:喷油:开启喷油工序后,喷油时间20-30秒,边喷油边搅拌2-4分钟。
所述工艺D:研磨工艺的步骤为:
开启研磨机,研磨机筛网孔直径2mm,将粉料倒入研磨机进行研磨一次,研磨完成后,使用两片载玻片将粉料压实,以观察是否有白点情况;确认无白点情况,则转入下工序;否则需要进行重新研磨一次,直到使用载玻片压实后,无白点情况。
所述工艺E:筛粉工艺的步骤为:筛粉机筛粉目数40目-60目。
所述工艺E:压粉工艺的步骤为:压粉设备,压粉压力60-90公斤,保压时间3秒,压粉次数1次。

Claims (10)
1.一种低重金属眼影配方,其特征在于:包括以下原料:合成氟金云母、蜡粉、氧化铁色粉、合成珠光粉、PE9010、聚二甲基硅氧烷、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯;上述所述原料按重量百分比配比为:合成氟金云母:50-60%、蜡:5-10%、氧化铁色粉:1-5%、合成珠光粉:10-40%、PE9010:0.5-1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷:5-8%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯:3-5%、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯:2-5%、生育酚乙酸酯:0.04-0.1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低重金属眼影配方,其特征在于:所述合成氟金云母型号为SM-530,所述蜡粉型号为Micropoly。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低重金属眼影配方,其特征在于:所述PE9010由90%的苯氧乙醇和10%的乙基己基甘油组成。
4.一种低重金属眼影加工工艺,其特征在于:包括:A:油相配制工艺、B:粉相原料配比工艺、C:粉相原料混合工艺、D:研磨工艺、E:过筛工艺、E:压粉工艺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低重金属眼影加工工艺,其特征在于:所述工艺A:油相配制工艺的步骤为:
步骤一:原料称量:依次称取聚二甲基硅氧烷7份,二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯4份,季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯3份倒入不锈钢桶中;
步骤二:溶液搅拌:开启搅拌器控制转速在300-500转/分,加热至40-45度,搅拌时间:15-20分钟,搅拌后溶液呈乳白状;
步骤三:冷却:将溶液冷却到室温25±5℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种低重金属眼影加工工艺,其特征在于:所述工艺B:粉相原料配比工艺的步骤为:
依次称取PE9010:0.5-1%,生育酚乙酸酯:0.04-0.1%,型号SM-530合成氟金云母:50-60%,型号Micropoly蜡粉:5-10%,氧化铁色粉:1-5%,合成珠光粉:10-40%及工艺A:油相配制工艺中油相10-15%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种低重金属眼影加工工艺,其特征在于:所述工艺C:粉相原料混合工艺的步骤为:
步骤一:制作色母:将氧化铁色粉:1-5%、型号SM-530合成氟金云母:5-10%倒入高速粉碎机充分搅拌30秒,每搅拌10秒须清扫锅盖与锅四壁粘粉;
步骤二:混合油相与防腐剂:混合油相与防腐剂:工艺A:油相配制工艺中油相10-15%,PE9010:0.5-1%混合搅拌30秒倒入喷壶中;
步骤三:搅拌:将步骤一制作完成色母,SM-530合成氟金云母,型号Micropoly蜡粉:5-10%,合成珠光粉倒入高速粉碎机中,开启开启高速搅拌机搅拌15s,转速2800-3000转/分钟;
步骤四:喷油:开启喷油工序后,喷油时间20-30秒,边喷油边搅拌2-4分钟。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种低重金属眼影加工工艺,其特征在于:所述工艺D:研磨工艺的步骤为:
