6. Evaluation of measurement results

(1) The PSQI value is scored as normal sleep at 0-7, primary and moderate sleep disorder at 8-14, and severe sleep disorder at 15-21.

(2) The sleep efficiency value is 85-100%, which is better, and 0 is counted in a PSQI value statistic; the sleep efficiency value is 75-84% which is the normal sleep efficiency and counts 1 in a PSQI value statistics; the sleep efficiency value of 65-74% is poor, and is counted as 2 points in the PSQI value statistics; the sleep efficiency values of 0-64% are poor sleep efficiency values, and 3 points are counted in the PSQI value statistics.

From the above data, it can be seen that 44.7% of the test subjects had sleep disorders of varying degrees, and only 12.3% remained after 3 months of use of the pillow of the present invention; the 36.7% sleep efficiency in the test subjects was not high, and only 15.3% of the test subjects had still had low sleep efficiency after 3 months using the pillow of the present invention, but the test subjects still had sleep disorders that were improved to some extent compared to the test subjects who had not used the pillow.

Through the analysis, the medicine pillow provided by the invention can effectively improve the sleep quality and the sleep efficiency.
