背景技术
仔猪断奶以后,由哺乳营养供给身体生长需求改为采饲营养,哺乳营养供给的肠道内环境对于采饲供给的变换,完全不适,因为原有的肠道菌群与肠道内分泌(如消化液的分泌)不能满足采饲营养消化要求,而采饲的食物可能会对仔猪肠道黏膜刺激而损伤,且采饲的食物可能会存在有大量的有害细菌和病毒,这些因素可能会使仔猪肠道细菌和病毒感染而发生腹泻。
为了防止断奶仔猪由于以上情况而发生腹泻等疾病,目前常通过添加抗生素的方法,来抑制有害细菌和病毒的增长,以达到预防、治疗疾病的目的,但是其效果差异较大,且容易造成耐药性和药物残留,影响猪肉品质和人体健康。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种断奶仔猪饲料,本发明在对仔猪提供丰富养分的同时,促进仔猪肠道有益菌群的建立,提高免疫力,促进养分吸收,从而促进仔猪健康生长;且没有使用抗生素,不会造成药物残留。

本发明通过选用玉米面、黄豆粉、鱼粉、乳清粉、代乳粉、食盐、石灰石粉、磷酸氢钙、DL-蛋氨酸、赖氨酸盐酸盐、预混料以适宜比例相互配,提供能量、蛋白质和其他营养元素,使得本发明更适合断奶仔猪的肠胃环境;黄豆粉经发芽和适宜温度保温处理,可以降低黄豆中抗营养因子(如大豆球蛋白等)的含量,促进仔猪吸收营养成分,促进生长;植物多糖、磷脂、丁酸钠、蒙脱石与益生菌相互配合,蒙脱石粉可以附着在肠黏膜上保护肠黏膜免受损伤,益生菌可吞噬进入肠道的有害菌,植物多糖可以抑制有害菌,与益生菌相互配合平衡肠道菌群,促进仔猪肠道有益菌群的建立,提高仔猪的免疫力;丁酸钠可以配合益生菌,促进猪肠道有益菌群的建立,提供免疫力;磷脂在提供能量的同时,可以提高仔猪机体的脂肪消化率并促进营养物质的吸收,适宜的粒径更适合断奶仔猪食用,且可以减少饲料的浪费;上述各物质相互配合使得发明在对仔猪提供丰富养分的同时,促进仔猪肠道有益菌群的建立,提高免疫力,促进养分吸收,从而促进仔猪健康生长;且没有使用抗生素,不会造成药物残留。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种粒径为2-2.5mm断奶仔猪饲料,其原料按重量份包括:玉米面48份、黄豆粉15份、添加剂10份、鱼粉6份、乳清粉4份、代乳粉5份、食盐0.2份、石灰石粉1.5份、蒙脱石粉0.1份、磷酸氢钙1.5份、DL-蛋氨酸0.04份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.3份、预混料1份、益生菌0.4份;
其中,添加剂为黄芪多糖、磷脂、丁酸钠,其中,黄芪多糖、磷脂、丁酸钠的重量比为4:10:0.2;
黄豆粉的制备方法为:取黄豆于避光处室温发芽50h,接着于60℃保温2.5h,粉碎后,于110℃保温50min即得;
益生菌为乳酸双歧杆菌和发酵乳杆菌;
预混料的原料包括:维生素A 800IU、维生素D3 50IU、维生素E 4IU、微生物B20.6mg、泛酸1mg、烟酸3mg、生物素0.02mg、氯化胆碱65mg、铜元素10mg、锰元素5mg、锌元素16mg、铁元素18mg。
实施例2
一种粒径为2-2.5mm断奶仔猪饲料,其原料按重量份包括:玉米面55份、黄豆粉10份、添加剂15份、鱼粉4份、乳清粉5份、代乳粉4份、食盐0.3份、石灰石粉1份、蒙脱石粉0.15份、磷酸氢钙1份、DL-蛋氨酸0.05份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.2份、预混料1.5份、益生菌0.2份;
其中,添加剂为黄芪多糖、磷脂、丁酸钠,其中,黄芪多糖、磷脂、丁酸钠的重量比为5:6:0.3;
黄豆粉的制备方法为:取黄豆于避光处室温发芽40h,接着于65℃保温2h,粉碎后,于120℃保温40min即得;
益生菌为乳酸双歧杆菌和发酵乳杆菌;
预混料的原料包括:维生素A 1000IU、维生素D3 40IU、维生素E 5IU、微生物B20.5mg、泛酸1.5mg、烟酸2mg、生物素0.03mg、氯化胆碱55mg、铜元素12mg、锰元素4mg、锌元素18mg、铁元素16mg。
实施例3
一种粒径为2-2.5mm断奶仔猪饲料,其原料按重量份包括:玉米面52份、黄豆粉12份、添加剂12份、鱼粉5份、乳清粉4.5份、代乳粉4.5份、食盐0.25份、石灰石粉1.2份、蒙脱石粉0.13份、磷酸氢钙1.2份、DL-蛋氨酸0.04份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.25份、预混料1.2份、益生菌0.3份;
其中,添加剂为黄芪多糖、磷脂、丁酸钠,其中,黄芪多糖、磷脂、丁酸钠的重量比为4.5:8:0.25;
黄豆粉的制备方法为:取黄豆于避光处室温发芽45h,接着于62℃保温2.2h,粉碎后,于115℃保温45min即得;
益生菌为乳酸双歧杆菌和发酵乳杆菌;
预混料的原料包括:维生素A 900IU、维生素D3 45IU、维生素E 4.5IU、微生物B20.55mg、泛酸1.2mg、烟酸2.5mg、生物素0.025mg、氯化胆碱60mg、铜元素11mg、锰元素4.5mg、锌元素17mg、铁元素17mg。
对比例1
无添加剂、蒙脱石粉和益生菌;黄豆粉为干燥黄豆磨粉制得,其他同实施例3。
对比例2
无添加剂、蒙脱石粉和益生菌;黄豆粉为干燥黄豆磨粉制得,含有0.01wt%抗生素(阿莫西林),其他同实施例3。
试验例
试验选取150头健康的体重相近的25日龄仔猪,按照窝别和体重相近的原则随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头;其中,一组饲喂对比例1记为空白组;一组饲喂对比例2记为对照组;剩下3组分别饲喂实施例1-3,分别记为试验组1-3,每组均饲喂30天,每组的饲养程序和日常管理均相同。统计各组的平均日增重、料重比、腹泻率(粪便为半液状、糨糊状、水样均归类为腹泻),结果如表1所示:
平均日增重=试验期增重/(试验天数*试验猪数);
料重比=饲料消耗量/增重;
腹泻率%=腹泻猪数*腹泻天数/(试验天数*试验猪数)*100%。

由上表可以看出,本发明可以促进断奶仔猪健康生长,腹泻率明显低于空白组和对照组,可以促进仔猪肠道有益菌群的建立,提高免疫力。

1.一种断奶仔猪饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:玉米面48-55份、黄豆粉10-15份、添加剂10-15份、鱼粉4-6份、乳清粉4-5份、代乳粉4-5份、食盐0.2-0.3份、石灰石粉1-1.5份、蒙脱石粉0.1-0.15份、磷酸氢钙1-1.5份、DL-蛋氨酸0.04-0.05份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.2-0.3份、预混料1-1.5份、益生菌0.2-0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述断奶仔猪饲料,其特征在于,添加剂为植物多糖、磷脂、丁酸钠。
3.根据权利要求2所述断奶仔猪饲料,其特征在于,植物多糖为黄芪多糖。
4.根据权利要求2所述断奶仔猪饲料,其特征在于,植物多糖、磷脂、丁酸钠的重量比为4-5:6-10:0.2-0.3。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述断奶仔猪饲料,其特征在于,黄豆粉的制备方法为:取黄豆于避光处室温发芽40-50h,接着于60-65℃保温2-2.5h,粉碎后,于110-120℃保温40-50min即得。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述断奶仔猪饲料,其特征在于,益生菌为乳酸双歧杆菌和发酵乳杆菌。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述断奶仔猪饲料,其特征在于,断奶仔猪饲料的粒径为2-2.5mm。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述断奶仔猪饲料,其特征在于,预混料的原料包括:维生素A 800-1000IU、维生素D3 40-50IU、维生素E 4-5IU、微生物B2 0.5-0.6mg、泛酸1-1.5mg、烟酸2-3mg、生物素0.02-0.03mg、氯化胆碱55-65mg、铜元素10-12mg、锰元素4-5mg、锌元素16-18mg、铁元素16-18mg。
