1. A processing method of semi-worsted pure rabbit wool yarn is characterized by comprising the following processing steps: selecting raw materials, carding, blending, carding, drawing, roving, spinning, automatically winding, doubling and twisting;
the process configuration and the process parameters of each procedure are as follows:
(1) selection of raw materials: high-quality rabbit hair is adopted, the average length of the rabbit hair is 40 mm-55 mm, the average diameter is 13um-30 mu m, the short hair rate below 20 mm is less than or equal to 15%, and the coarseness is 10% -15%;
(2) carding: the process is set as follows by combining the factors of raw material quality fluctuation and temperature and humidity control: the temperature is 20-25 ℃, the humidity is 60-65%, the thickness-throwing roller is 250-420r/min, the transfer roller is 1400-1800r/min, the wool-poking roller is 300-350r/min, the thickness percentage of the produced wool is 5-10 per mill, the short wool percentage below 20 mm is not more than 9%, and the average length is 45-55 mm, so that the non-wool requirement is met;
