本发明属于康复理疗设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能助眠机器人。
背景技术
目前由于社会竞争的日趋激烈,人们过度紧张和压力造成身体器官长期处于入不敷出的非正常负荷状态,不良的精神和心理因素会引起情绪的恶化,从而产生一系列对身体有害的影响,而睡眠障碍的危害更是位列前茅。世界卫生组织公布的最新数字显示,全球近1/4的人受失眠困扰,每年近8.6亿人患失眠抑郁障碍,而我国有超过一半人群存在睡眠障碍。
现有技术中也有用来治疗失眠和提高睡眠质量的治疗床,比如:
专利CN 107648023 A公开了一种失眠治疗床,具体涉及一种具有治疗失眠功能的床。它包含床身、床身调节装置、床身支架,床身为三段式结构,床身由背部、腰部、腿部组成,背部、腰部和腿部的下部分别设置有床身调节装置,床身调节装置的下部设置有床身支架;背部上设置有枕头和头部按摩装置,腰部上设置有数个上腰按摩头和数个下腰按摩头;腿部的中部设置有小腿按摩夹持装置,腿部的左侧设置有脚部按摩板。它通过纯物理的方法对人体进行放松治疗,可以对人体的多个部位进行放松治疗,放松效果好,且无依赖性,能从根本上解决失眠问题,且本设备结构简单、成本低廉。
专利CN 109718455 A公开了一种失眠治疗床,它涉及失眠治疗功能技术领域,具体涉及一种失眠治疗床。它包含失眠治疗床本体、床头、第一置物柜、第二置物柜、第三置物柜、推拉板、隔板、空气加湿器、扬声器、音乐播放器、发热垫、毯子、按摩枕、硬枕、软枕、熏香室、风扇、置物台、熏香药包、百叶窗、第一储物箱、第二储物箱、第三储物箱等。本发明有益效果为:它通过设置有音乐播放器,能够播放安眠曲、催眠曲以及轻音乐等,使失眠者进入放松的状态,缓解心理紧张感;设置有空气加湿器,能够加湿空气,改善睡眠环境,让失眠者感到舒适;设置有熏香药包,能够让失眠者平神静气,更易入睡,有效治疗失眠。
专利CN 110269427 A公开了一种助眠按摩床垫,包括床垫本体,所述床垫本体上设置有多个振动装置,所述多个振动装置沿床垫本体均匀分布,所述振动装置包括基部,基部设置有气流腔以及与气流腔连通的进气通道和出气通道,气流腔中设置有由气流驱动运动的滚动体,床垫本体上设置有与振动装置进气通道相连接的气体发生装置。本发明结构简单,成本较低,使用安全,具有更好的振动按摩效果。
专利CN 110327171 A公开了一种催眠、助眠床,包括:固定基座、用于相对于固定基座可沿至少一个方向往复移动设置的运动床、用于检测人体生命体征的检测设备以及用于控制运动床移动和检测设备动作并根据检测设备的检测结果对运动床进行反馈调节的控制器;运动床与固定基座连接,检测设备设置于运动床,控制器与运动床及检测设备均连接。相比于现有技术中的普通床,本发明提供的催眠、助眠床可以相对于固定基座往复移动,促进人的血液循环,使人更容易入睡。
上述的这些助眠、失眠治疗床功能比较单一,通过使用按摩功能、采用香薰方式,或进行睡眠监测,调节床身和枕头软硬度,这些方法都无法增加睡眠纺锤波,无法从根源上延长深度睡眠时间,助眠效果不佳。
发明内容
(一)发明目的
为了克服以上不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种智能助眠机器人,以解决现有的助眠、失眠治疗设备功能比较单一,无法从根源上延长深度睡眠时间,助眠效果不佳的技术问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本申请提供的技术方案如下:
一种智能助眠机器人,其包括:横向晃动组件,横向晃动组件包括:底座;传动机构,设置在底座上;连杆,偏心铰接于传动机构一侧上,使其随着传动机构旋转做往复运动;摇杆,其一侧铰接于底座上,中部与连杆另一侧铰接,以使连杆往复运动时,摇杆以其与底座铰接处为支撑点往复摆动;摆动底座,与摇杆另一侧铰接,摇杆往复摆动时驱使摆动底座随之横向往复晃动;
摆床,固定连接于摆动底座上侧,并随摆动底座横向往复晃动,摆床上对应人体头部的位置可发射波长为658±10nm的红光和波长为420-470nm的蓝光的量子光模块以及可向外发射磁场的经颅磁模块,对应人体背部和腿部的位置分别设置有向外发送红外线的远红外热疗模块,对应人体耳部的位置设置有向外发射音波的脑波音乐模块,摆床上还设置了带动摆床按预定频率水平振动的水平律动模块;
监测模块,用于实时监测人体睡眠状态。
本申请设置了横向晃动组件、脑波音乐模块、远红外热疗模块、量子光模块、经颅磁模块、监测模块,横向晃动组件带动摆床以类正弦横向晃动,可以促进睡眠,增强睡眠纺锤波,能缩短成年人的睡眠潜伏期,增加非快速眼动睡眠(NREM)的时间,睡得更香,还能增强睡眠纺锤波,睡得更安稳,在晃动下,人们入睡更快,睡眠质量更高,脑波音乐模块营造了一个宁静舒适的声光温度睡眠环境,辅助入睡,通过水平律动模块和和远红外热疗模块促进人体局部的血液循环,血管扩张,舒缓身心压力,有利于人体入睡,量子光模块还可以促进人体褪黑素的产生,以改善睡眠质量,经颅磁模块可以向人体施加低频重复刺激频率(1Hz每秒1次或以下经颅磁刺激)或高频重复经颅磁刺激(1Hz以上经颅磁刺激),可以改变异常脑电活动,改变神经结构、影响大脑神经功能和神经调控,从而达到治疗睡眠障碍的目的,通过监测模块可以实时监测人体睡眠状态,用户可以获知睡眠质量,可以根据睡眠质量调节适配自己的各功能模块的工作频率。
在一些实施例中,横向晃动组件包括:
底座;
传动机构,设置在底座上;
连杆,偏心铰接于传动机构一侧上,使其随着传动机构旋转做往复运动;
摇杆,其一侧铰接于底座上,中部与连杆另一侧铰接,以使连杆往复运动时,摇杆以其与底座铰接处为支撑点往复摆动;
摆动底座,与摇杆另一侧铰接,摇杆往复摆动时驱使摆动底座随之横向往复晃动;
摆床,固定连接于摆动底座上侧,并随摆动底座横向往复晃动。
晃动助眠装置工作时首先传动机构旋转,其次由于连杆偏心铰接于传动机构上,因此连杆随着铰接点旋转而做往复运动,再者摇杆上侧铰接在底座上,中部与摇杆铰接,所以摇杆随着连杆做扇形摆动,最后铰接在摇杆下侧的摆动底座带动摆床做周期性摆动,由于传动机构只需要一直旋转即可实现摆床摆动,较大程度上规避了该机构的急回特性,位移时间曲线呈现为一种类正弦运动。床架保持水平的同时,床架的运动轨迹为一种圆心向上的圆弧,给人包络、放松的体感。同时具有结构紧凑,加工成本低等优点,适用于家庭、医院、养老院等场所。

在一些实施例中,传动机构包括:
驱动器,设置在底座上;
传动轴,通过轴承水平固定在底座上;

飞轮,设置在传动轴一侧,连杆偏心连接于该飞轮上。
在一些实施例中,连杆与飞轮之间还设有连杆A,连杆A中部偏心连接于飞轮上,连杆A两侧分别设置有连杆,两侧的连杆分别铰接于与其对应的摇杆中部。
在一些实施例中,飞轮下侧还设有光电开关。
在一些实施例中,传动轴两侧均设置有飞轮以及连杆,底座位于四个角落处均设置有摇杆,摆动底座均与四个摇杆铰接以围设成一方形,摆动底座包括设置在四周的连接件,连接件上侧设置有用于与摆床固定连接的固定座。
在一些实施例中,水平律动模块包括:与摆床连接的水平律动板,通过安装支架与水平律动板连接的振动电机,振动电机的输出轴上设置有一偏心块。

本发明提供的一种智能助眠机器人,其包括:
横向晃动组件,横向晃动组件包括:底座1;传动机构2,设置在底座1上;连杆3,偏心铰接于传动机构2一侧上,使其随着传动机构2旋转做往复运动;摇杆4,其一侧铰接于底座1上,中部与连杆3另一侧铰接,以使连杆3往复运动时,摇杆4以其与底座1铰接处为支撑点往复摆动;摆动底座5,与摇杆4另一侧铰接,摇杆4往复摆动时驱使摆动底座5随之横向往复晃动;

横向晃动组件的具体动作过程:首先传动机构旋转,其次由于连杆偏心铰接于传动机构上,因此连杆随着铰接点旋转而做往复运动,再者摇杆上侧铰接在底座上,中部与摇杆铰接,所以摇杆随着连杆做扇形摆动,最后铰接在摇杆下侧的摆动底座带动摆床6做周期性摆动,由于传动机构只需要一直旋转即可实现摆床6摆动,较大程度上规避了该机构的急回特性,位移时间曲线呈现为一种类正弦运动。床架保持水平的同时,床架的运动轨迹为一种圆心向上的圆弧,给人包络、放松的体感。同时具有结构紧凑,加工成本低等优点,适用于家庭、医院、养老院等场所。
具体的,本申请的横向晃动组件主要产生一个周期为1-8秒(0.125-0.5Hz),晃动幅度5-15cm的类正弦横向晃动,促进睡眠,增强睡眠纺锤波,优选为0.25HZ,助眠效果最好。
在本实施例中,传动机构2包括:
驱动器21,设置在底座1上;
传动轴22,通过轴承水平固定在底座1上;
从动轮23,设置在传动轴22轴体外周上,并通过传动带24与驱动器21驱动连接;
飞轮25,设置在传动轴22一侧,连杆3偏心连接于该飞轮25上。
本申请中驱动器优选为直流电机,传动带优选为传动皮带,减速电机旋转时通过皮带驱动传动轴以及飞轮旋转,而连杆偏心连接在飞轮上,以使得连杆以其与飞轮的铰接点作为支撑点做往复运动。
实施例二,连杆3与飞轮25之间还设有连杆A26,连杆A26中部偏心连接于飞轮25上,连杆A26两侧分别设置有连杆3,两侧的连杆3分别铰接于与其对应的摇杆4中部,直流电机驱动传动轴转动,传动轴左右两侧的飞轮转动带动连杆A绕传动轴转动,摇杆在连杆的带动下左右往复摆动同时保持床身水平,连杆A相对其中心往复摆动以调节摇杆摆动时相对飞轮的位移差。
在实施例二中,飞轮25下侧中部还设有光电开关8,飞轮上设置有触片能伸入光电开关内,关机时确保摆床6位于该位置处。
在本实施例中,传动轴22两侧均设置有飞轮25以及连杆3,底座1位于四个角落处均设置有摇杆4,摆动底座5均与四个摇杆4铰接以围设成一方形,摆动底座5包括设置在四周的连接件51,连接件51上侧设置有用于与摆床6固定连接的固定座52,组成一个平行四边形机构,保证摆动座上端面再运动时保持水平,进一步优化平稳性,而两边都设置有飞轮以及连杆能保证两边受力均匀,防止影响用户睡眠质量。
具体的,经颅磁模块包括:绕线架以及绕卷在绕线架上的线圈,当线圈中有强烈的电流通过时,就会产生磁场,磁场无衰减地透过头皮和颅骨进入皮质表层数毫米处并产生感应电流,从而抑制或促进神经细胞的功能。经颅磁模块可以向人体施加低频重复刺激频率(1Hz每秒1次或以下经颅磁刺激)或高频重复经颅磁刺激(1Hz以上经颅磁刺激),不同频率的rTMS对皮质有不同的调节作用,高频刺激增加大脑皮质的兴奋性,低频刺激使皮质的兴奋性下降,不同模式的重复经颅磁刺激不仅可以改变异常脑电活动,还可以改变神经结构、影响大脑神经功能和神经调控,从而达到治疗睡眠障碍的目的。
具体的,水平律动模块包括:水平律动板,连接在水平律动板底部的安装支架,固定于安装支架上的振动电机,振动电机的输出轴上设置有一偏心块,通过与水平律动板连接的振动电机,当振动电机启动时,振动电机带动偏心块做圆周运动而产生离心力,而离心力的方向会随着偏心块的转动而不断变化,同时离心力快速的变动也导致整个振动电机都在快速的抖动,最终带动水平律动板振动并且将振动传导至摆床6上。将水平律动模块设置在对应人体腰部的位置可以缓解人体腰部疲劳,给人一种放松的感觉,有助于入眠。
具体的,脑波音乐模块可以是扬声器,该扬声器播放20-90dB的音波模拟出8-9hz频率的慢速阿尔法脑波让人在平和宁静的感觉中舒适睡眠。
具体的,远红外热疗模块的工作原理是产生波长范围在6-14μm的远红外线,诱使人体自身产生微量的一氧化氮,进而有助于提高人的睡眠质量、缓解人体疼痛症状和消除人体疲劳。此外,远红外线可深入人体内部组织,能够扩张血管,使血压下降,促进正常睡眠状态。同时,远红外线具有升温保暖的功能,使人轻松入梦,在睡眠中迅速消除疲劳,减轻和改善失眠症状,提高睡眠质量。
具体的,量子光模块的工作原理是通过发射中心波长仅为658±10nm的高纯红光,促进人体褪黑素的产生,从而改善睡眠质量,并且,在用户完成睡眠周期后,量子光模块还可以产生420-470nm波长的蓝光,使人快速清醒,摆脱嗜睡状态,量子光模块发出亮暗交替的灯光,交替周期为4秒(频率0.25HZ)。
具体的,监控模块优选设置在对应人体头部的位置,监控模块具体包括经络检测仪、脑电波检测仪、生理数据采集仪,可以检测人体的呼吸率、血压等实时睡眠数据,监控模块可以向外发送红外信号对人体睡眠数据进行无线检测,也可以通过将检测设备佩戴在人体上进行有线检测,具体的,监控模块可以用于采集记录人在睡眠状态中产生的微振动信号,包括由呼吸、心跳、打鼾及体动引起的振动,可测量反映人体在睡眠状态下的心跳、呼吸等生理参数。
具体的,本申请的横向晃动组件、脑波音乐模块、远红外热疗模块、量子光模块、经颅磁模块、监测模块均与MCU电连接,通过控制MCU可以控制各功能模块的工作频率,以调节晃动波、磁强度、α脑波、水平律动波、量子光波、红外辅热等作用波长,优选的,MCU还可以支持手机app物联,用户可以在手机上看到自己的睡眠状态以及各功能模块的工作频率。
本申请的智能助眠机器人主要从四个方面辅助睡眠,改善睡眠质量,具体如下:
一:营造一个宁静舒适的声光温度睡眠环境,辅助入睡;
二:通过水平律动和远红外热疗促进局部的血液循环,血管扩张,舒缓身心压力;
三:模拟摇篮环境促进人体快速入眠,增强睡眠纺锤波;
四:促进人体褪黑素的产生,以改善睡眠质量。
本发明在设计上功能全面,同时具有结构紧凑,加工成本低等优点,适用于家庭、医院、养老院等场所。
人类的睡眠可以分为快速眼动睡眠(REM)和非快速眼动睡眠(NREM)两个阶段,其中非快速眼动睡眠又可进一步按脑电波不同分为N1、N2和N3三个子阶段。通常认为N1和N2阶段是浅睡眠,N3阶段是深睡眠。
人体入睡后首先是逐渐加深的非快速眼动睡眠N1,进入N3后再经N2过渡到快速眼动睡眠N1,如此反复循环。日常睡眠中,通常前半夜深睡眠的N3较多,而到了后半夜,N3逐渐减少,而做梦的快速眼动睡眠逐渐增多。
为了验证本申请的智能助眠机器人的助眠效果,本申请对多名志愿者进行了测试取平均数据值并且绘制出数据分析图。
图中黑色的条形数据为对照组(未使用本申请的智能助眠机器人),灰色的条形数据为实验组(使用了本申请的智能助眠机器人)。
从图7可以看出,使用了本申请的助眠机器人后,志愿者们的睡眠潜伏期(N1和N2阶段)明显缩短,浅睡眠的N1和N2期共减少了3.6%,深睡眠的N3期增加了5%。实验证明,使用了本申请的智能助眠机器人,能够有效提高人体的睡眠质量。

3.根据权利要求1所述的智能助眠机器人,其特征在于,所述水平律动模块包括:与所述摆床(6)连接的水平律动板,通过安装支架与所述水平律动板连接的振动电机,所述振动电机的输出轴上设置有一偏心块。
