Description
The technical field is as follows:
the invention relates to a woundplast based on cannabidiol and a manufacturing method thereof, belonging to the technical field of biology.
Background art:
the band-aid, also called as hemostatic plaster, is a surgical medicine most commonly used in people's life, and has the functions of hemostasis and wound protection. It is made up by using a long adhesive tape and a small piece of yarn soaked with medicine through the middle portion of said adhesive tape. Due to the structural limitation of the band-aid, the band-aid can only be used for emergency treatment of small wounds, thereby playing the roles of temporary hemostasis and wound surface protection. If it is used for a long time, the adhesive plaster on the outer layer of the band-aid is not breathable, so that the skin of the wound and the surrounding of the wound is whitened, becomes soft, causes secondary infection of bacteria, and further worsens the wound.
Cannabidiol, CBD, english: cannabidiaol is a pure natural ingredient extracted from the cannabis plant. The molecular formula of cannabidiol is C21H30O 2. The character is represented by white to light yellow resin or crystal, the melting point is 66-67 ℃, the resin is almost insoluble in water and is dissolved in organic solvents such as ethanol, methanol, ether, benzene, chloroform and the like. Cannabidiol has high medical value, wherein the cannabidiol has the functions of diminishing inflammation and easing pain and is always used for clinical treatment.
The band-aid on the market at present is various, but is not made of cannabidiol, because cannabidiol has the function of diminishing inflammation and easing pain, if the cannabidiol is made into the band-aid, the effect of the band-aid is certain to be better, and aiming at the problems, the band-aid based on the cannabidiol and the manufacturing method thereof are needed in the industry so as to solve the problems in the industry.

A method for manufacturing a woundplast based on cannabidiol comprises the following steps:
A. preparing a houttuynia cordata extract: preparing a set amount of dried houttuynia cordata raw material, crushing the dried houttuynia cordata raw material, putting the crushed dried houttuynia cordata raw material into a heating tank, adding water into the heating tank and stirring to form a houttuynia cordata water solution, wherein the weight ratio of the dried houttuynia cordata raw material to the water is 1:10, heating the heating tank to boil the houttuynia cordata water solution, extracting the water solution in the heating tank, extracting for three times and 2 hours each time by the method, combining and stirring the water solutions extracted for three times to form a houttuynia cordata mixed solution, concentrating the houttuynia cordata mixed solution under reduced pressure to evaporate water until the specific gravity d =1.10-1.15, and thus obtaining a;
B. preparing a honeysuckle extract: preparing a set amount of honeysuckle raw material, cleaning the honeysuckle, draining, chopping to obtain chopped honeysuckle, adding the chopped honeysuckle into an extraction device, adding deionized water into the extraction device to form a honeysuckle solution, wherein the weight ratio of the deionized water to the honeysuckle is 15:1, heating and continuously stirring the honeysuckle solution, condensing volatile gas obtained by extraction into an extraction bottle, and extracting for 3-5 hours to obtain a first extraction liquid; and filtering substances in the extraction device to obtain liquid and waste residue, wherein the liquid is a second extraction liquid, putting the waste residue into a container, heating the container in a water bath to distill for 2-3h, collecting an evaporant, condensing the evaporant into an extraction bottle to obtain a third extraction liquid, combining the first extraction liquid, the second extraction liquid and the third extract, and concentrating to obtain the honeysuckle extract.
C. Preparing a pseudo-ginseng extracting solution: preparing a set amount of fresh pseudo-ginseng raw materials, adding water into the pseudo-ginseng raw materials to form a pseudo-ginseng solution, wherein the weight ratio of the water to the pseudo-ginseng raw materials is 0.05-0.5, stirring to obtain pseudo-ginseng slurry, adding an ethanol solution into the pseudo-ginseng slurry to form a mixture, wherein the weight ratio of the pseudo-ginseng slurry to the ethanol solution is 3-8, placing the mixture in an environment with the temperature of 15-35 ℃ for leaching for 0.5-3 h to obtain an extract, and filtering and concentrating the extract to obtain a pseudo-ginseng extract;
D. respectively weighing 1mg-100mg of cannabidiol oil, 10 mg-100mg of houttuynia cordata extract, 10 mg-100mg of honeysuckle extract and 10 mg-100mg of pseudo-ginseng extract, and putting the above substances into a container to be uniformly stirred to form liquid medicine;
E. according to the needs of actual conditions, a set amount of liquid medicine is weighed and adsorbed on the medicine storage pad, and the medicine storage pad is arranged on the plain cloth adhesive tape to obtain the band-aid.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the cannabidiol oil, the houttuynia cordata extract, the honeysuckle extract and the pseudo-ginseng extract are mixed and stirred according to the set quantity to obtain liquid medicine, the liquid medicine is smeared on the medicine storage pad, the woundplast is prepared by utilizing the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties of the medicines, and the medicine storage pad is prepared by the cannabis fiber, so that the air permeability of the woundplast is improved.
