B. firstly, putting dodecanoic acid, tetradecanoic acid, potassium monododecyl phosphate, hexadecyl phosphate betaine, monododecyl phosphate and tetradecyl phosphate into a stirring container, adding 4/5 deionized water, stirring and dispersing uniformly, adding glycerol, and continuing stirring until the viscosity is stable; adding flos Jasmini sambac extract, rhizoma et radix Valerianae extract and essence into another stirring container, adding 1/10 deionized water, stirring and dispersing; putting hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride into another stirring container, adding 1/10 deionized water, and stirring and dispersing uniformly;
C. then mixing the three dispersed mixtures obtained in the step B, and stirring and dispersing uniformly;
D. and then sequentially adding the fraxinus chinensis bark powder, sodium chloride, menthol and salicylic acid, continuously stirring and uniformly dispersing to obtain the sleep-aiding shower gel.
Example 4:
the sleep-aiding shower gel comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
218 portions of dodecanoic acid,
64 parts of myristic acid,
109 parts of potassium monododecyl phosphate,
22.5 parts of hexadecyl phosphate betaine,
38.5 parts of monododecyl and tetradecyl phosphate,
12.5 parts of glycerol,
15 portions of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride,
6 portions of sodium chloride,
2 parts of jasmine flower extract,
2 parts of valerian extract,
1.75 parts of essence,
2 portions of Chinese ash bark powder,
3 portions of menthol,
2.25 portions of salicylic acid,
600 parts of deionized water.
In this example, the preparation method of the jasmine extract is as follows: weighing jasmine flowers, drying, crushing, sieving with a 100-mesh sieve, adding deionized water 23 times of the weight of the jasmine flowers, extracting for 2 hours at 74 ℃ under an ultrasonic condition, carrying out suction filtration, repeating for 4 times, and combining filtrates to obtain an extracting solution; slowly adding anhydrous ethanol into the extractive solution, slowly stirring to make ethanol concentration reach 82%, standing for 10h, centrifuging at 5000r/min for 10 min, precipitating to obtain centrifugal precipitate, centrifuging and washing for several times, and vacuum drying to obtain flos Jasmini sambac extract.
In this example, the valerian extracts were prepared as follows: weighing valerian, drying, crushing, sieving with a 100-mesh sieve, adding 23 times of deionized water, extracting at 76 ℃ for 2h, carrying out suction filtration, repeating for 4 times, and combining filtrates to obtain an extracting solution; slowly adding anhydrous ethanol into the extractive solution, slowly stirring to make ethanol concentration reach 78%, standing for 10 hr, centrifuging at 5000r/min for 10 min, precipitating to obtain centrifugal precipitate, centrifuging, washing for several times, and vacuum drying to obtain the rhizoma et radix Valerianae extract.
In this embodiment, the particle size of the fraxinus chinensis bark powder is 400 mesh.
In this embodiment, the essence is lavender essence.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the sleep-aiding shower gel comprises the following steps:
A. weighing the raw materials of the sleep-aiding shower gel according to parts by weight for later use;
B. firstly, putting dodecanoic acid, tetradecanoic acid, potassium monododecyl phosphate, hexadecyl phosphate betaine, monododecyl phosphate and tetradecyl phosphate into a stirring container, adding 4/5 deionized water, stirring and dispersing uniformly, adding glycerol, and continuing stirring until the viscosity is stable; adding flos Jasmini sambac extract, rhizoma et radix Valerianae extract and essence into another stirring container, adding 1/10 deionized water, stirring and dispersing; putting hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride into another stirring container, adding 1/10 deionized water, and stirring and dispersing uniformly;
C. then mixing the three dispersed mixtures obtained in the step B, and stirring and dispersing uniformly;
D. and then sequentially adding the fraxinus chinensis bark powder, sodium chloride, menthol and salicylic acid, continuously stirring and uniformly dispersing to obtain the sleep-aiding shower gel.

The sleeping aid shower gel obtained in examples 2 to 4 of the present invention and the comparative example were subjected to performance tests, and the test results are shown in table 1.
The test method comprises the following steps: carrying out use feeling, microorganism index and sensory index detection, wherein the evaluation method of the use feeling comprises the following steps: 100 testers (equal male and female, age range 18-65 years) are selected, 25 testers are extracted from each example and comparative example respectively, and blind tests are carried out on the examples and comparative examples. Each example and comparative example were measured in parallel 3 times. The testers evaluate the product according to the use feeling of the testers, and the product mainly comprises six directions of mildness, spreadability, rich foam, foam texture, water flushing skin feeling and dry skin feeling. The evaluation result is the average score of all testers, the higher the average score is, the better the effect is, the comprehensive scoring standard adopts 10 scores, 1 score is the worst, and 10 score is the best. The using method comprises the following steps: wetting the body; 20 g of the sample is put on one wet hand, the hands are soft, the body skin is coated evenly and bubbles are formed, and finally the body is washed clean by clear water and wiped dry.
