近年来,由于环境污染,激烈竞争,人们的生活和工作节奏不断加快,来自社会和各方面的压力不断增加,再加上吸烟酗酒、高热量高脂肪饮食、缺乏体力劳动、生活不规律、夜生活过度等不良习惯,亚健康状态人群占我国人群的比例逐渐增多。中国亚健康学术成果研讨会数据显示:我国人15%属于健康,15%属于非健康,70%属于亚健康,亚健康人数超过9亿。亚健康已经严重地影响了人们的生活、学习和工作,成为普遍的社会问题,成为社会发展的制约因素,其危害性已被医学界认为是世纪人类健康大敌。

马齿苋是一种野生药食同源植物,富含蛋白质、脂肪、纤维素、矿物质等多种营养物质,具有消炎抗菌、利水消肿、止血化瘀、清除尘毒等功效。
大麦芽富含维生素A、B族维生素、维生素E和淀粉酶、麦芽糖、葡萄糖、转化糖酶、尿囊素、蛋白质分解酶、脂肪和矿物质等,大麦芽中的尿囊素可促进胃肠道溃疡的愈合。
大枣富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡罗卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁和环磷酸腺苷等营养成分,其中维生素C的含量在果品中名列前茅,有维生素王之美称,具有补血养颜治疗失眠之功效。
生姜营养丰富,含有各种营养物质,含有脂肪、蛋白质、粗纤维、胡罗卜素、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸、抗坏血酸、无机盐、钙、磷、铁等营养元素。
莞荽含有挥发油和挥发性香味物质,含有丰富的维生素,还含有丰富的矿物质,如钙、铁、磷、镁等,香菜内还含有苹果酸钾等。
藿香是高钙、高胡罗卜素食品,藿香的全草含芳香挥发油,油中主要为甲基胡椒酚、柠檬烯、芳樟醇等,对多种致病性真菌,都有一定的抑制作用。
紫苏含铁、钙、磷等微量元素,还含有胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、尼克酸,多种氨基酸等营养元素。
蒲公英富含维生素A、维生素C及钾,也含有铁、钙、维生素B2、维生素B1、镁、维生素B6、叶酸及铜等营养元素。
枸杞的主要营养成分为甜菜碱、枸杞多糖、枸杞色素,对免疫功能有影响作用。
黄精含有甾体皂甙及大量淀粉、糖分、脂肪、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、维生素和多种其他营养成分。
葛根含有12%的黄酮类化合物,如葛根素、大豆黄酮苷、花生素等营养成分,还有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖和人体必须的铁、钙、铜等矿物质。
山药中含有胆碱、糖蛋白、淀粉、氨基酸、多酚氧化酶等营养成分。
桑叶含有蛋白质、碳水化合物、矿物质、脂类、维生素、多糖类、黄酮类、生物碱、挥发油类等多种化学成分。
桑葚含有丰富的葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、胡罗卜素、维生素、苹果酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸及矿物质钙、磷、铁、铜等营养物质。
桑根含有挥发油、桑皮素、葡萄糖苷等微量元素,具有降血压、降血糖、抗艾滋病的功效。
本发明的第二方面,提供一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采集新鲜的上述各原料,并清洗干净备用;
(2)制备激活水:将蜂蜜、黑糖和水混合搅拌均匀,得激活水;
(3)将步骤(1)中清洗的各原料分别浸泡在激活水中进行初步发酵,得初步发酵产物;
(4)将各原料初步发酵产物混合均匀,进行复合发酵,待发酵完毕,过滤得复合生物元素活性液。
因本发明采用新鲜的原料进行制备,根据各原料最佳的采集时间进行采集,采集后进行初步发酵,因各原料最佳采集时间不同,所以本发明采用将各个原料分开单独发酵,已达到最佳效果。
根据发明人长期试验的结果,单个原料单独发酵所得发酵产物的保存时间为6-12个月,即为原料之间的混合发酵提供了保证。
上述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,作为一种优选的实施方案,步骤(1)中,所述清洗为先用清水冲洗干净,再用淡盐水冲洗,优选地,淡盐水的浓度为0.5-0.7g/ml。
上述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,作为一种优选的实施方案,步骤(2)中,蜂蜜、黑糖和水的重量比为10-12:1:100,优选地,步骤(2)中,蜂蜜、黑糖和水的重量比为10:1:100。
上述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,作为一种优选的实施方案,步骤(3)中,单个原料与激活水的重量比为0.8-1.2:5,优选地,单个原料与激活水的重量比为1:5。
上述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,作为一种优选的实施方案,待各原料发酵至发酵液中无气泡产生时,初步发酵完成,优选地,所述初步发酵为密封发酵,密封发酵的温度为25-35℃,压力为常压,在此条件下发酵的时间为8-20天。
初步发酵为密封发酵,在发酵过程中会有气泡产生,为维持发酵压力为常压,需进行排压。
发酵时间需根据各个原料的具体情况而定,待无气泡产生,表示发酵完毕。
上述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,作为一种优选的实施方案,步骤(4)中,待复合发酵液的pH值为3.3-3.75时,复合发酵完成,优选地,复合发酵为密封发酵,复合发酵的温度为25-30℃,压力为常压;
在复合发酵过程中,若发酵容器中出现负压现象,需向发酵容器中充入氧气。
本发明的第三方面提供一种复合生物元素活性液在医药、保健品、食品方面的应用。
本发明的第四方面提供一种由上述制备方法所得活性液在医药、保健品、食品方面的应用。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述一种复合生物元素活性液在制备过程中将各原料通过合理的搭配发酵制得的活性液属于超氧化物的活性营养液,包括生活性酶、生物氨基酸、酵母、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌等有益菌。
本发明所述一种复合生物元素活性液能补充人体细胞所需的氧,增强细胞的代谢活动,有效清除细胞中的垃圾、排除垃圾、排除毒素,保证了人体整体的基本循环,且在清理细胞垃圾的同时能为机体提供丰富的营养成分,激活细胞中的潜在功能,提高机体的免疫力,提高人体的自愈能力,使机体在清理、自愈的过程中恢复良好的状态。
本发明所述一种复合生物元素活性液是人体生命自愈康复摄生中的促进者、催化者、扶助者、唤醒者,其可促进增强机体代谢,促进经脉经络的正常运行对应气机运化的阴阳平衡,从而稳定了人体大生物场的和谐对应精神本能的唤醒,人体是个有机的整体,全息互助,内外互生。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
本发明提供一种复合生物元素活性液,活性液采取中草药成分,采用初期精采、精摘、精选的最佳功效,精制、精藏与最佳酵活转化,在进行复配发酵,皆符合道医功用、中医功效、生命功理的需要而恰时配伍,复合转化再酵活负氧发酵而成,在发酵过程中,产生多种有益菌,比如酵母、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌等,能有效补充机体细胞所需的氧,排除细胞中的垃圾,保证机体的正常运转。
本发明所得复合生物元素活性液可应用到医药、保健品、食品方面。

实施例1
实施例1提供一种复合生物元素活性液,包括下述重量份的原料:马齿苋10重量份、大麦芽3重量份、大枣3重量份、生姜3重量份、莞荽3重量份、藿香10重量份、紫苏10重量份、蒲公英2重量份、枸杞5重量份、黄精10重量份、葛根10重量份、山药10重量份、桑叶3重量份、桑葚3重量份、桑根3重量份。
实施例1所述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采集新鲜的上述各原料,先用清水冲洗干净,再用浓度为0.5g/ml的淡盐水冲洗干净备用;
(2)制备激活水:将蜂蜜、黑糖和水按照重量比为10:1:100混合搅拌均匀,得激活水;
(3)将步骤(1)中清洗的各原料分别浸泡在激活水中进行初步发酵,单个原料与激活水的重量比为0.8:5,初步发酵为密封发酵,密封发酵的温度为25℃,压力为常压,待各原料发酵至发酵液中无气泡产生时,初步发酵完成,材料不同,初步发酵所需时间不同,初步发酵所需时间大概为8-20天,得初步发酵产物;初步发酵产物可保存6-12个月,可满足所有的材料均是采集新鲜的原料进行发酵,再进行复配发酵;
(4)将各原料初步发酵产物混合均匀,进行复合发酵,复合发酵为密封发酵,发酵温度为25℃,发酵压力为常压,在发酵过程中,若发酵容器出现负压现象,需向发酵容器中充入氧气,当发酵液的pH值为3.3时,表示发酵完毕,过滤得复合生物元素活性液。
实施例2
实施例2提供一种复合生物元素活性液,包括下述重量份的原料:马齿苋12重量份、大麦芽5重量份、大枣5重量份、生姜5重量份、莞荽5重量份、藿香12重量份、紫苏12重量份、蒲公英3重量份、枸杞8重量份、黄精12重量份、葛根12重量份、山药12重量份、桑叶5重量份、桑葚5重量份、桑根5重量份。
实施例2所述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采集新鲜的上述各原料,先用清水冲洗干净,再用浓度为0.6g/ml的淡盐水冲洗干净备用;
(2)制备激活水:将蜂蜜、黑糖和水按照重量比为11:1:100混合搅拌均匀,得激活水;
(3)将步骤(1)中清洗的各原料分别浸泡在激活水中进行初步发酵,单个原料与激活水的重量比为1:5,初步发酵为密封发酵,密封发酵的温度为30℃,压力为常压,待各原料发酵至发酵液中无气泡产生时,初步发酵完成,材料不同,初步发酵所需时间不同,初步发酵所需时间大概为8-20天,得初步发酵产物;初步发酵产物可保存6-12个月,可满足所有的材料均是采集新鲜的原料进行发酵,再进行复配发酵;
(4)将各原料初步发酵产物混合均匀,进行复合发酵,复合发酵为密封发酵,发酵温度为28℃,发酵压力为常压,在发酵过程中,若发酵容器出现负压现象,需向发酵容器中充入氧气,当发酵液的pH值为3.5时,表示发酵完毕,过滤得复合生物元素活性液。
实施例3
实施例3提供一种复合生物元素活性液,包括下述重量份的原料:马齿苋15重量份、大麦芽8重量份、大枣8重量份、生姜8重量份、莞荽8重量份、藿香15重量份、紫苏15重量份、蒲公英4重量份、枸杞10重量份、黄精15重量份、葛根15重量份、山药15重量份、桑叶8重量份、桑葚8重量份、桑根8重量份。
实施例3所述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采集新鲜的上述各原料,先用清水冲洗干净,再用浓度为0.7g/ml的淡盐水冲洗干净备用;
(2)制备激活水:将蜂蜜、黑糖和水按照重量比为12:1:100混合搅拌均匀,得激活水;
(3)将步骤(1)中清洗的各原料分别浸泡在激活水中进行初步发酵,单个原料与激活水的重量比为1.2:5,初步发酵为密封发酵,密封发酵的温度为35℃,压力为常压,待各原料发酵至发酵液中无气泡产生时,初步发酵完成,材料不同,初步发酵所需时间不同,初步发酵所需时间大概为8-20天,得初步发酵产物;初步发酵产物可保存6-12个月,可满足所有的材料均是采集新鲜的原料进行发酵,再进行复配发酵;
(4)将各原料初步发酵产物混合均匀,进行复合发酵,复合发酵为密封发酵,发酵温度为30℃,发酵压力为常压,在发酵过程中,若发酵容器出现负压现象,需向发酵容器中充入氧气,当发酵液的pH值为3.75时,表示发酵完毕,过滤得复合生物元素活性液。

Claims (9)
1.一种复合生物元素活性液,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的原料:马齿苋10-15份、大麦芽3-8份、大枣3-8份、生姜3-8份、莞荽3-8份、藿香10-15份、紫苏10-15份、蒲公英2-4份、枸杞5-10份、黄精10-15份、葛根10-15份、山药10-15份、桑叶3-8份、桑葚3-8份、桑根3-8份。
2.权利要求1所述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)采集新鲜的上述各原料,并清洗干净备用;
(2)制备激活水:将蜂蜜、黑糖和水混合搅拌均匀,得激活水;
(3)将步骤(1)中清洗的各原料分别浸泡在激活水中进行初步发酵,得初步发酵产物;
(4)将各原料初步发酵产物混合均匀,进行复合发酵,待发酵完毕,过滤得复合生物元素活性液。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述清洗为先用清水冲洗干净,再用淡盐水冲洗,优选地,淡盐水的浓度为0.5-0.7g/ml。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,蜂蜜、黑糖和水的重量比为10-12:1:100,优选地,步骤(2)中,蜂蜜、黑糖和水的重量比为10:1:100。
5.根据权利要求2所述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,单个原料与激活水的重量比为0.8-1.2:5,优选地,单个原料与激活水的重量比为1:5。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,其特征在于,待各原料发酵至发酵液中无气泡产生时,初步发酵完成,优选地,所述初步发酵为密封发酵,密封发酵的温度为25-35℃,压力为常压,在此条件下发酵的时间为8-20天。
7.根据权利要求2所述一种复合生物元素活性液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,待复合发酵液的pH值为3.3-3.75时,复合发酵完成,优选地,复合发酵为密封发酵,复合发酵的温度为25-30℃,压力为常压;
在复合发酵过程中,若发酵容器中出现负压现象,需向发酵容器中充入氧气。
