技术领域
本发明涉及前照灯,尤其是一种LED汽车前照灯。
背景技术
现有的车灯光源组件包括灯体、设在灯体上的LED灯板、风扇和用于驱动LED灯板的控制器。目前大部分车型大灯总成近光配带防尘盖,传统LED车灯的散热风扇为后置式,如中国专利公开号为CN107314323A的一种LED汽车前照灯,包括灯柱,具有光源板定位块支承盘、安装卡座和散热器连接头;散热器,具有散热器腔;风扇,设在散器腔内;左、右LED光源板,特点:还包括左、右LED光源板定位块,左、右LED光源板定位块分别支承在光源板定位块支承盘上,左LED光源板定位块朝向左LED光源板的一侧有左LED光源板定位块通风腔,右LED光源板定位块朝向右LED光源板的一侧有右LED光源板定位块通风腔,灯柱的左侧有左LED光源板配合腔,右侧有右LED光源板配合腔,左LED光源板与左LED光源板配合腔配合,右LED光源板与右LED光源板配合腔配合。该种后置式的散热风扇安装后风扇进风口会被堵住,进而影响车灯的散热性能,甚至烧坏;另外,目前市场上大部分LED车灯风扇位置在结构体尾端,忽略了总成防尘盖对风扇进风口的影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED汽车前照灯,能实现大功率的同时解决进风口被堵住对产品的影响。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种LED汽车前照灯,包括光源部分、散热部分、外壳和固定片,所述散热部分包括扁平的导热管、散热器和散热风扇,所述散热器由两个散热体组成,所述散热体包括若干层叠且间隔设置的散热片,相邻散热片收尾连接,所述散热体由一片铜片弯折而成,相邻散热片之间形成散热风道,散热体的进风端为平面,所述散热风扇固定在两个散热体的进风端,所述导热管的一端设在两个散热体之间,散热风扇的转轴与导热管垂直,散热体的一侧与导热管的侧面通过焊接连接;所述光源部分包括设在导热管另一端两侧的第一LED光源和第二LED光源;所述壳体包括用于保护散热器的散热器壳和用于保护导热管的导热管壳,所述散热器壳由两个对称的散热器半壳组成,所述导热管壳由两个对称的导热管半壳组成,所述散热器半壳与导热管半壳一体注塑成型,散热器壳的一侧设有与散热风扇对应的进风孔,导热管壳上对应LED光源处设有出光孔,两个导热管半壳的上端通过螺栓连接,两个散热器半壳的底部接合处分别设有凸起,两个凸起组成凸柱,凸柱表面设有环形槽和卡在环形槽内的卡环;所述固定片包括环套和环片,所述环套套在导热管壳外,所述环片设在环套的一端,环套的内壁设有两对称的轴向槽,所述环片的内侧设有两对称的弧形槽,轴向槽与弧形槽一一对应,轴向槽的一端与弧形槽的一端连通,所述导热管壳的外壁设有的定位块,定位块能通过轴向槽进入弧形槽;所述环片与散热器壳之间设有支架,所述支架包括顶部支撑片、底部支撑片和连接片,所述顶部支撑片通过连接片与底部支撑片连接,顶部支撑片与环片相抵,底部支撑片与散热器壳相抵。

如图1所示,一种LED汽车前照灯,包括光源部分、散热部分、外壳和固定片。
所述散热部分包括扁平的导热管9、散热器和散热风扇1。导热管9选取真空铜管打扁结构,其热传递的效率更高,有助于更快的散热;导热管9呈扁平的长条形,导热管9的下端与散热器连接,光源部分设在导热管9的上端,光源的热量可以通过导热管9快速传导至散热器。
如图3、4所示,所述散热器由两个散热体10组成,两个散热体10分别位于导热管9一端的左右两侧,所述散热体10与导热管9侧边之间通过回流焊连接,形成两个散热体10将导热管9夹持的状态,该种分体式的散热器使得弯折成型制造散热体10能够实现,而且通过回流焊的工艺实现连接,不但有助于散热,而且工艺简单。所述散热体10包括若干层叠且间隔设置的散热片101,相邻散热片101收尾连接呈S形,所述散热体10由一片铜片弯折而成,相邻散热片101之间形成散热风道102;散热体10由冲压设备对一整块铜片冲压而成,该种结构的散热体10散热良好,而且制造极其方便,制造成本低,散热体10通过焊接与导热管9连接,热传导的效率更高,有助于更快的散热。散热体10的进风端为平面,所述散热风扇1固定在两个散热体10的进风端,所述导热管9的一端设在两个散热体10之间,散热风扇1的转轴与导热管9垂直;本发明将散热风扇1挪至散热器的侧面,前照灯的整体长度变短,在不影响散热器散热的同时,解决车灯总成防尘盖堵住散热风扇1进风口的问题。所述散热风扇1包括安装座、设在安装座上的主机和与主机连接的叶轮,所述安装座固定在散热体10的进风端,散热风扇1形成风流流过散热风道102,进而将散热体10的热量带走;所述散热器壳的内壁设有压紧散热风扇1安装座的凸筋,加强散热风扇1与散热体10接触的可靠性。
如图3所示,所述光源部分6包括设在导热管9另一端两侧的第一LED光源61、第一灯板62、第二LED光源和第二灯板。第一LED光源和第二LED光源为大功率光源,第一LED光源固设在第一灯板上,第二LED光源固设在第二灯板上。第一灯板和第二灯板均为热电分离铜基板,且所述第一灯板和第二灯板与导热管9之间通过回流焊连接;灯板、散热体10、导热管9之间可以一次放入回流焊中实现装配,进而提高生产效率。
如图3所示,所述壳体包括用于保护散热器的散热器壳4和用于保护导热管9的导热管壳3;所述散热器壳4由两个对称的散热器半壳41组成,所述导热管壳3由两个对称的导热管半壳31组成,所述散热器半壳41与导热管半壳31一体注塑成型,壳体按结构分,由左右两个半壳组成,按功能分则包括散热器壳4和导热管壳3。散热器壳4的一侧设有与散热风扇1对应的进风孔,该进风孔由两个分别设在两散热器半壳41的半圆形孔组成,进风孔的大小基本与散热风扇1的风轮一致;所述散热器壳4上与进风孔相对的一侧设有出风孔和进线孔。导热管壳3上对应LED光源处设有出光孔。如图2所示,两个导热管半壳31的上端通过螺栓连接,两个散热器半壳41的底部接合处分别设有凸起42,两个凸起42组成凸柱,凸柱表面设有环形槽和卡在环形槽内的卡环7。
如图5所示,所述固定片5包括环套52和环片51,所述环套52套在导热管壳3外,所述环片51设在环套52的一端,环套52的内壁设有两对称的轴向槽54,所述环片51的内侧设有两对称且沿内侧边缘设置的弧形槽53,轴向槽54与弧形槽53一一对应,轴向槽54的一端与弧形槽53的一端连通;所述导热管壳3的外壁设有的定位块32,固定片5套在导热管壳3外,使定位块32能穿过轴向槽54到达弧形槽53,然后旋转固定片5即可使定位块32旋入弧形槽53内,这样即可完成固定片5的装配,同理,反向旋转固定片5即可将固定片5取出。

本发明制作工艺:
(1)选取规定长度的铜带,使用折弯设备将其加工成一体阶层状的散热体10;
(2)将灯板散热面涂抹均匀锡膏与导热管9贴合后使用治具将其固定,然后经过回流焊升温融化将灯板和导热管9结合;
(3)与步骤(2)同时与使用锡膏将折好的散热片101与导热管9尾端过回流焊将其结合;
(4)将散热风扇1固定在散热器的一侧面;
(5)将两个半壳合起来包裹导热管9和散热器,两个半壳的一端利用螺丝连接,另一端通过卡环7连接。
本发明散热器由两个散热体10组成,导热管壳3与固定片5通过弧形槽53与定位块32的配合实现快速装配;散热器半壳41与导热管半壳31为一体注塑成型形成左右两个半壳,左右两个半壳的一端通过螺栓连接,另一端通过卡环7锁紧连接,该种结构的装配速度更快;所以整个前照灯的生产和加工更便捷。

1.一种LED汽车前照灯,包括光源部分、散热部分、外壳和固定片,其特征在于:所述散热部分包括扁平的导热管、散热器和散热风扇,所述散热器由两个散热体组成,所述散热体包括若干层叠且间隔设置的散热片,相邻散热片收尾连接,所述散热体由一片铜片弯折而成,相邻散热片之间形成散热风道,散热体的进风端为平面,所述散热风扇固定在两个散热体的进风端,所述导热管的一端设在两个散热体之间,散热风扇的转轴与导热管垂直,散热体的一侧与导热管的侧面通过焊接连接;所述光源部分包括设在导热管另一端两侧的第一LED光源和第二LED光源;所述壳体包括用于保护散热器的散热器壳和用于保护导热管的导热管壳,所述散热器壳由两个对称的散热器半壳组成,所述导热管壳由两个对称的导热管半壳组成,所述散热器半壳与导热管半壳一体注塑成型,散热器壳的一侧设有与散热风扇对应的进风孔,导热管壳上对应LED光源处设有出光孔,两个导热管半壳的上端通过螺栓连接,两个散热器半壳的底部接合处分别设有凸起,两个凸起组成凸柱,凸柱表面设有环形槽和卡在环形槽内的卡环;所述固定片包括环套和环片,所述环套套在导热管壳外,所述环片设在环套的一端,环套的内壁设有两对称的轴向槽,所述环片的内侧设有两对称的弧形槽,轴向槽与弧形槽一一对应,轴向槽的一端与弧形槽的一端连通,所述导热管壳的外壁设有的定位块,定位块能通过轴向槽进入弧形槽;所述环片与散热器壳之间设有支架,所述支架包括顶部支撑片、底部支撑片和连接片,所述顶部支撑片通过连接片与底部支撑片连接,顶部支撑片与环片相抵,底部支撑片与散热器壳相抵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车前照灯,其特征在于:所述导热管为真空铜管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车前照灯,其特征在于:所述光源部分还包括与第一LED光源对应的第一灯板和与第二LED光源对应的第二灯板,第一灯板和第二灯板均为热电分离铜基板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED汽车前照灯,其特征在于:所述第一灯板和第二灯板与导热管之间通过回流焊连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车前照灯,其特征在于:所述散热体与导热管之间通过回流焊连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车前照灯,其特征在于:所述散热器壳上与进风孔相对的一侧设有出风孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车前照灯,其特征在于:所述散热器壳的内壁设有压紧散热风扇的凸筋。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车前照灯,其特征在于:所述散热体呈方形体。
