本发明公开了一种耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料及其制备方法和喷涂工艺,属于水性漆材料技术领域。该水性漆材料的制备原料包括水性树脂A为45‑55份、水性树脂B为12‑18份、溶剂PM为3‑8份;溶剂DPM为2‑7份;溶剂BCS为12‑18份;流平剂0.3‑0.6份;润湿剂0.2‑0.4份;消泡剂0.3‑0.5份;附着力促进剂0.2‑1.8份;醇类溶剂8‑12份,去离子水15‑25份;喷涂前采用去离子水对所述水性漆材料的粘度进行调节,喷涂后对涂层烘干处理。本发明设计的水性漆材料适用于喷涂保温杯的各型号不锈钢材料表面,其特点是对不锈钢表面附着力强,尤其是漆膜可以经受洗碗机的多轮洗涤。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性漆材料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料及其制备方法和喷涂工艺。
背景技术
目前,不锈钢保温杯行业表面涂装还是采用传统油漆。水性涂料相比传统油漆,具有环保和安全的优势,因而水性涂料替代传统油漆是保温杯行业的发展趋势。。不锈钢保温杯的材料主要为不锈钢,虽然市面上有一些适用于不锈钢作为基材的水性漆,但是要应用到保温杯表面涂装还存在很大差距,主要原因是保温杯表面涂层对漆膜的质量有特殊要求,其中要求最高的,就是要能过洗碗机测试。随着国内外洗碗机的普及,保温杯作为食品容器会被投入洗碗机洗涤,因此能否耐洗碗机成为保温杯水性涂料的最大挑战。因为洗碗机会对漆膜进行苛刻的考验:一是漆膜要经受反复高温(一般达到80度)和冷却;二是洗碗粉或洗碗液对漆膜会产生化学腐蚀;三是高压冲洗水对漆膜的冲击。
经检索,国内同类用于保温杯表面涂装水性漆文献为CN 109401559 A“一种不锈钢保温杯用水性氨基烤漆及其制备方法”。本发明与该文献相比,创新在于:一、本发明为底面合一,不需要通过底面漆搭配来满足附着力和光泽度要求,成本更低;二、本发明漆膜可以通过洗碗机测试。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料及其制备方法和喷涂工艺,所述水性漆涂料应用于不锈钢保温杯具有高的涂层附着力,能够耐洗碗机洗涤,且具有高耐候性,颜色鲜艳,光泽度高且便于施工。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料,按重量份数计,该水性漆涂料的制备原料包括如下组分:

所述水性树脂A为水性苯乙烯改性丙烯酸树脂,所述水性树脂B为水性氨基树脂。
所述溶剂PM为丙二醇甲醚,溶剂DPM为二丙二醇甲醚,溶剂BCS为乙二醇丁醚。
所述润湿剂、流平剂、消泡剂和附着力促进剂均为添加剂,其中:所述润湿剂为聚酯改性聚硅氧烷,所述流平剂为非硅类水性阴离子型流平剂,所述消泡剂为炔二醇类非离子表面活性剂,所述附着力促进剂为聚酯基磷酸。
所述醇类溶剂为正丁醇和异丙醇。
该水性漆涂料的原料中还可加入常规颜料,加入量为2-5重量份。
所述不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)在反应容器中按比例加入水性树脂A和水性树脂B,再按比例依次加入溶剂PM、溶剂DPM和溶剂BCS,搅拌分散,搅拌转速400-500r/min,搅拌时间2-3min;
(2)继续搅拌,并在搅拌过程中依次加入添加剂(润湿剂、流平剂、消泡剂和附着力促进剂)和醇类溶剂,搅拌转速500-600r/min,搅拌时间2-3min;
(3)加入去离子水,然后继续搅拌3-5min,搅拌转速600r/min,搅拌时间5-10min,即得到所述保温杯水性漆涂料。
将所述保温杯水性漆涂料喷涂至不锈钢保温杯上,喷涂过程如下:
喷涂前采用去离子水将所述水性漆材料的粘度进行调节,搅拌均匀并简单过滤后即可进行喷涂;喷涂后对涂层烘干处理。对涂层进行烘干处理时采用梯度升温方式,具体为:80℃烘干8-25min,升温至120℃烘干8-25min,升温到180℃烘干8-25min,烘干总时间不少于30min。
本发明水性漆涂料的设计机理如下:
该涂料使用水性改性丙烯酸树脂并引入功能性单体丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯合成丙烯酸树脂作为漆膜主体材料,可有效提高烤漆漆膜耐水性,耐溶剂性,光泽度和硬度。
该涂料使用丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇丁醚等水溶性有机溶剂,提高树脂在水中的溶解度;添加少量正丁醇、异丙醇等醇类溶剂提高不同颜料在体系中的分散性;使用去离子水作为稀释剂,降低VOC排放量。
该涂料中流平剂选用非硅类水性阴离子型流平剂,炔二醇类非离子表面活性剂具有较好的润湿性与低泡性,因此用作消泡剂;聚酯改性聚硅氧烷作为润湿剂能降低涂膜的表面张力,改善涂料对底材表面的润湿性,促进涂膜流动,防止漆膜缩孔,对被油脂污染而产生的涂膜缺陷效果显著,加量少,且不会产生二次污染;使用聚酯基磷酸作为附着力促进剂,由于磷酸酯能和金属表面键合,故能增强水性漆膜对不锈钢底材的附著力,也能改善漆膜的柔韧性和耐腐蚀性。
本发明的优点和有益效果如下:
1、本发明设计的水性漆材料适用于喷涂保温杯的各型号不锈钢材料表面。
2、本发明设计的水性漆材料具有低VOC含量、不含苯系物、不含重金属、不易燃易爆等环保和安全优势的特点。
3、本发明设计的水性漆材料色彩艳丽,与不锈钢保温杯表面结合力强,除了能满足一般的酒精擦拭和水煮测试外,还可以耐洗碗机洗涤。
4、本发明对工件表面清洁度要求不高,更贴合工厂实际生产工艺。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例详述本发明。
实施例1-2及对比例1-14:
实施例1-2及对比例1-14中水性漆材料的制备原料组成如表1-3所示。实施例1-2及对比例1-14中水性漆材料的制备步骤如下:
(1)在反应容器中按表1-3中原料比例加入水性树脂A和水性树脂B,再按比例依次加入溶剂PM、溶剂DPM和溶剂BCS,搅拌分散,搅拌转速420r/min,搅拌时间2min;
(2)继续搅拌,并在搅拌过程中依次加入添加剂(润湿剂、流平剂、消泡剂和附着力促进剂)和醇类溶剂,搅拌转速550r/min,搅拌时间2.5min;
(3)加入去离子水,然后继续搅拌3min,搅拌转速600r/min,搅拌时间8min,即得到所述保温杯水性漆涂料。
将所得水性漆涂料喷涂至不锈钢保温杯上,喷涂过程如下:
喷涂前采用去离子水或乙醇将所述水性漆材料的粘度进行调节,搅拌均匀并简单过滤后即可进行喷涂;喷涂后对涂层烘干处理。对涂层进行烘干处理时采用梯度升温方式,具体为:80℃烘干15min,升温至120℃烘干15min,升温到180℃烘干15min。

表1中,实施例1及对比例1-3中的溶剂的组成与表2中实施例1相同,表1中添加剂的组成与表3中实施例1相同。表1中的改性丙烯酸树脂:购于上海今盟贸易有限公司(牌号AR-511)或者苏州嘉祥树脂有限公司(牌号ZJ-102)。
测试结果:
对照例1:漆膜表面硬度较高,但韧性不足,百格测试划伤处易崩裂。
对照例2:漆膜韧性较好,但硬度较低,耐磨性能不足,易受划伤。
对照例3:树脂总量偏低,膜层较薄,光泽度不良。

测试结果:
对比例10:喷涂后漆膜平整度不佳
对比例11:涂料中搅拌产生的气泡不易消散,影响喷涂效果
对比例12:涂层附着力经洗碗机洗涤后下降
对比例13:涂料酸度过高,出现浑浊
对比例14:喷涂后涂层易出现缩孔,对底材表面油污非常敏感
实施例2:与实施例1效果无差别。
以上实施例及对比例中的涂料喷涂后采用洗碗机进行效果测试,保温杯洗碗机测试标准为:
洗碗机型号:海尔EW9718。
洗涤程序:标准洗(水温60℃)。
单轮洗涤时长:92分钟。
清洗剂添加量:25g洗碗粉或1块洗涤块。
洗涤次数:不低于10轮。
要求:漆膜不起泡不脱落,百格测试合格。

通过以上实施例及对比例的技术效果对比,可以看出本发明涂料具有以下优点:
1、较高的质量标准:除了满足一般耐酒精擦拭、耐水煮可达洗碗机测试要求(漆膜反复加温冷却不脱膜不起泡)。

1.一种耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,该水性漆涂料的制备原料包括如下组分:

2.根据权利要求1所述的耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料,其特征在于:所述水性树脂A为水性苯乙烯改性丙烯酸树脂,所述水性树脂B为水性氨基树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料,其特征在于:所述溶剂PM为丙二醇甲醚,溶剂DPM为二丙二醇甲醚,溶剂BCS为乙二醇丁醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料,其特征在于:所述润湿剂、流平剂、消泡剂和附着力促进剂均为添加剂,其中:所述润湿剂为聚酯改性聚硅氧烷,所述流平剂为非硅类水性阴离子型流平剂,所述消泡剂为炔二醇类非离子表面活性剂,所述附着力促进剂为聚酯基磷酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料,其特征在于:所述醇类溶剂为正丁醇和异丙醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料,其特征在于:该水性漆涂料的原料中还可加入常规颜料,加入量为2-5重量份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)在反应容器中按比例加入水性树脂A和水性树脂B,再按比例依次加入溶剂PM、溶剂DPM和溶剂BCS,搅拌分散,搅拌转速400-500r/min,搅拌时间2-3min;
(2)继续搅拌,并在搅拌过程中依次加入添加剂(润湿剂、流平剂、消泡剂和附着力促进剂)和醇类溶剂,搅拌转速500-600r/min,搅拌时间2-3min;
(3)加入去离子水,然后继续搅拌3-5min,搅拌转速600r/min,搅拌时间5-10min,即得到所述保温杯水性漆涂料。
8.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料的喷涂工艺,其特征在于:将所述保温杯水性漆涂料喷涂至不锈钢保温杯上,喷涂过程如下:
喷涂前采用去离子水将所述水性漆涂料的粘度进行调节,搅拌均匀并过滤后即可进行喷涂;喷涂后对涂层烘干处理。
9.根据权利要求8所述的耐洗碗机洗涤的不锈钢保温杯水性漆涂料的喷涂工艺,其特征在于:对涂层进行烘干处理时采用梯度升温方式,具体为:80℃烘干8-25min,升温至120℃烘干8-25min,升温到180℃烘干8-25min,烘干总时间不少于30min。
