Abstract
本发明公开了一种油漆配方,包括以下重量百分比组分:叻架25%‑75%;固化剂5%‑20%;开油水15%‑55%;银离子粉2%‑50%。本发明还公开了基于上述油漆配方的喷涂方法。本发明油漆具有良好的抗菌抑菌性能,采用具有抗菌抑菌性能的油漆喷涂后的工件同样具有良好的抗菌抑菌性能,抗菌抑菌效果好且持久,能够满足多种工件产品对抗菌的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及油漆领域,尤其涉及一种油漆配方及喷涂方法。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的混合物涂料。油漆的应用很广泛,可喷涂在金属或塑胶物体表面,例如,金属眼镜架、塑胶眼镜架、或其他日用品和工业用品上。
然而,采用目前市面上的油漆喷涂后的金属眼镜架或塑胶眼镜架不具有抗菌功能,在佩戴过程中容易滋生和繁殖各种有害的细菌、真菌等致病性微生物,如果天天佩戴,就等于让佩戴者天天接触致病性微生物,时刻威胁着佩戴者的健康。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种油漆配方及喷涂方法,油漆具有良好的抗菌抑菌性能,采用具有抗菌抑菌性能的油漆喷涂后的工件同样具有良好的抗菌抑菌性能,抗菌抑菌效果好且持久,能够满足多种工件产品对抗菌的要求。
本发明为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种油漆配方,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比组分:
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述银离子粉的颗粒直径为0.03um-100um。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述固化剂为过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰与二亚乙基三胺中的任意一种。
基于上述油漆配方的喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分比称取叻架油、固化剂与开油水,并在常温下或加温至25℃-35℃下混合;然后,加入银离子粉搅拌均匀,获得油漆;
(2)将油漆灌入喷油装置,对工件表面进行第一层雾化喷涂;然后,将经过第一层雾化喷涂后的工件放入流平机中,匀速流平20-40min;接着,对工件表面进行第二层或多层雾化喷涂;然后,将经过第二层或多层雾化喷涂后的工件放入流平机中,匀速流平20-40min;
(3)最后,将工件放入焗炉中,在40℃-100℃温度下焗干。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述步骤(2)中,对工件进行第一层雾化喷涂前,先对工件表面进行清洗,然后在40℃-90℃温度下焗干工件表面水份。
本发明的有益效果为:通过在油漆配方中增加银离子粉,银离子粉中含有银离子,银离子具有抗菌抑菌功能,因此,在油漆中增加银离子粉后,使得油漆具有良好的抗菌抑菌性能。采用具有抗菌抑菌性能的油漆喷涂后的工件同样具有良好的抗菌抑菌性能,抗菌抑菌效果好且持久,能够满足多种工件产品对抗菌的要求。例如,喷涂后的金属眼镜架或塑胶眼镜架,在佩戴时,可减少细菌、真菌等致病性微生物的滋生和繁殖,利于佩戴者的健康。

在上述实施例一至实施例五的油漆配方中,增加了2%-50%的银离子粉,银离子粉中含有银离子,银离子具有抗菌抑菌功能,因此,在油漆中增加银离子粉后,使得油漆具有良好的抗菌抑菌性能。
本发明实施例还公开了基于上述油漆配方的喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分比称取叻架油、固化剂与开油水,并在常温下或加温至25℃-35℃下混合;然后,加入银离子粉搅拌均匀,获得油漆;优选的,在常温下或加温至30℃下混合;
(2)将油漆灌入喷油装置,对工件表面进行第一层雾化喷涂;然后,将经过第一层雾化喷涂后的工件放入流平机中,匀速流平20-40min,优选的,流平时间为30min;接着,对工件表面进行第二层或多层雾化喷涂;然后,将经过第二层或多层雾化喷涂后的工件放入流平机中,匀速流平20-40min,优选的,流平时间为30min;采用雾化喷涂的方式,油漆可分散成均匀而微细的雾滴,在喷涂到工件表面时,可在工件表面形成均匀且平滑的油漆层。
(3)最后,将工件放入焗炉中,在40℃-100℃温度下焗干,优选的,在70℃温度下焗干。
在所述步骤(2)中,对工件进行第一层雾化喷涂前,先对工件表面进行清洗,然后在40℃-90℃温度下焗干工件表面水份,优选的,在65℃温度下焗干工件表面水份。
本实施例公开的喷涂方法,适用于金属或塑胶等工件,例如,金属眼镜架、塑胶眼镜架等。
采用上述油漆在工件表面上喷涂后,对工件进行检测,得出下表结果:
由上表可看出,接触经过喷涂后的工件,瓶内的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌与白色念珠菌减少率平均值分别为10.53%、7.31%与8.77%,由此,可得出结论:经过喷涂后的工件具有良好的抗菌抑菌性能,抗菌抑菌效果好且持久,能够满足多种工件产品对抗菌的要求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的油漆配方,其特征在于,所述银离子粉的颗粒直径为0.03um-100um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油漆配方,其特征在于,所述固化剂为过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰与二亚乙基三胺中的任意一种。
4.基于权利要求1至3中任一所述油漆配方的喷涂方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分比称取叻架油、固化剂与开油水,并在常温下或加温至25℃-35℃下混合;然后,加入银离子粉搅拌均匀,获得油漆;
(2)将油漆灌入喷油装置,对工件表面进行第一层雾化喷涂;然后,将经过第一层雾化喷涂后的工件放入流平机中,匀速流平20-40min;接着,对工件表面进行第二层或多层雾化喷涂;然后,将经过第二层或多层雾化喷涂后的工件放入流平机中,匀速流平20-40min;
(3)最后,将工件放入焗炉中,在40℃-100℃温度下焗干。
5.根据权利要求4所述的喷涂方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤(2)中,对工件进行第一层雾化喷涂前,先对工件表面进行清洗,然后在40℃-90℃温度下焗干工件表面水份。
