一种紫外光固化抗菌涂料,各原料组分的重量份数为:酚醛环氧丙烯酸脂:20~30份,聚氨酯丙烯酸脂:12~15份,聚酯丙烯酸酯:15~18份;丙烯酸酯单体:35~39份;硅氧烷表面助剂:1~3份,光引发剂:0.5~1份,粒径为100~200纳米的银粉:2~8份,AMP分散剂:10~20份;市售抗菌剂:3~5份。本发明工艺简单,易于生产加工,且纳米银分散均匀,使抗菌UV涂料具有良好的抗菌和杀菌特性。

一种紫外光固化抗菌涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种紫外线固化抗菌涂料及其制作工艺。
背景技术
UV涂料亦称为紫外光固化涂料,UV涂料具有高硬度、高抗刮、高耐化等优点,UV涂料的用途十分广泛,UV涂料能够涂饰于各种民用电子产品的表面。但是,在现代生活中,各种环境中均存在细菌,特别是随着现代社会污染的加重,各种细菌、病菌容易滋生和繁殖,特别是对于人体经常接触的各种家电产品和电子产品,例如相机、手机等,而UV涂料没有抗菌和杀菌功能,在存放和使用过程中,相机、手机等产品的表面会带有一定数量的细菌,为防止这些细菌、病菌传染到人体上,人们对漆层提出了更高的要求,使漆层具有抗菌、杀菌特性,通过漆层自身的抗菌特性自行将附着在漆层上的细菌、病菌等杀灭。但是,在实际生产中,纳米银颗粒分散不均匀,使漆层的抗菌特性大打折扣。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请人提供了一种紫外光固化抗菌涂料及其制备方法。本发明工艺简单,易于生产加工,且纳米银分散均匀,使抗菌UV涂料具有良好的抗菌和杀菌特性。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种紫外光固化抗菌涂料,各原料组分的重量份数为:
酚醛环氧丙烯酸脂:20~30份,
聚氨酯丙烯酸脂:12~15份,
聚酯丙烯酸酯:15~18份;
丙烯酸酯单体:35~39份;
硅氧烷表面助剂:1~3份,
光引发剂:0.5~1份,
粒径为100~200纳米的银粉:2~8份,
AMP分散剂:10~20份;
市售抗菌剂:3~5份。
一种紫外光固化抗菌涂料的制备方法,将所有原料放入反应釜中,在1000~1500r/min的转速下分散30~60分钟。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明优化了常规的紫外线固化抗菌涂料的配方和制作工艺,更为简单,易于生产加工,分散也较为均匀。制备得到的紫外线固化抗菌涂料具有良好的抗菌和杀菌特性,能够自行杀灭附着在涂料上的细菌、病菌。

实施例1
一种紫外光固化抗菌涂料,各原料组分的重量份数为:
酚醛环氧丙烯酸脂:20份,
聚氨酯丙烯酸脂:12份,
聚酯丙烯酸酯:15份;
丙烯酸酯单体:35份;
硅氧烷表面助剂:1份,
光引发剂:0.5份,
粒径为100~200纳米的银粉:2份,
AMP分散剂:10份;
市售抗菌剂:3份。
其制备方法为:将所有原料放入反应釜中,在1000r/min的转速下分散60分钟。
实施例2
一种紫外光固化抗菌涂料,各原料组分的重量份数为:
酚醛环氧丙烯酸脂:30份,
聚氨酯丙烯酸脂:15份,
聚酯丙烯酸酯:18份;
丙烯酸酯单体:39份;
硅氧烷表面助剂:3份,
光引发剂:1份,
粒径为100~200纳米的银粉:8份,
AMP分散剂:20份;
市售抗菌剂:5份。
其制备方法为:将所有原料放入反应釜中,在1500r/min的转速下分散30分钟。
实施例3
一种紫外光固化抗菌涂料,各原料组分的重量份数为:
酚醛环氧丙烯酸脂:25份,
聚氨酯丙烯酸脂:13份,
聚酯丙烯酸酯:17份;
丙烯酸酯单体:37份;
硅氧烷表面助剂:2份,
光引发剂:0.8份,
粒径为100~200纳米的银粉:5份,
AMP分散剂:15份;
市售抗菌剂:4份。
其制备方法为:将所有原料放入反应釜中,在1200r/min的转速下分散40分钟。

酚醛环氧丙烯酸脂:20~30份,
聚氨酯丙烯酸脂:12~15份,
聚酯丙烯酸酯:15~18份;

硅氧烷表面助剂:1~3份,
光引发剂:0.5~1份,
粒径为100~200纳米的银粉:2~8份,
AMP分散剂:10~20份;
市售抗菌剂:3~5份。
