Description

Wuzi mulberry chrysanthemum composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a wuzi mulberry chrysanthemum composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the development of society, the life style of people is gradually changed, and people suffering from constipation are gradually increased due to irregular diet, sedentary, lack of exercise, excessive living and working pressure and other factors. Constipation has become one of the important factors which troubles people's daily life, not only causes damage to the body of the patient, but also brings great influence to the psychology of the patient, and aggravates or induces various diseases, such as hemorrhoids, anal fissure, intestinal tumor, facial disfigurement disease, heart failure, sudden death, cerebral infarction and the like, and indirectly threatens the life of human beings. Epidemiology shows that the incidence rate of chronic constipation in China is rising year by year, the onset age is in a youthful trend, and constipation patients are more in the age range of less than 35 years old and 45-75 years old. The total incidence rate of constipation in China is 10-15%, wherein the incidence rate of patients over 60 years old accounts for 18-23%.
The causes of constipation are very complex and not clear at present, and factors such as bad living habits (dietary patterns, smoking, drinking, defecation habits, sleeping), psychopsychological factors and other factors such as age and sex are all related to the occurrence of constipation.
Constipation belongs to the categories of difficult defecation, splenic constipation, scrotum, yang and clothes changing in ancient medical books. The pathogenic heat is accumulated in the colon and the large intestine is disordered due to factors such as emotion and diet, and the dregs are not the basic etiology and pathogenesis of the disease. The division of spleen and stomach diseases in the Chinese traditional medicine society in 2017 divides constipation into six types of syndromes, namely heat accumulation, cold accumulation, qi stagnation, blood deficiency, yin deficiency and yang deficiency in the consensus opinion of Constipation Chinese traditional medicine diagnosis and treatment experts.
The data show that modern people like eating fat, sweet and thick food and pungent food can cause heat accumulation in stomach and intestine, heat transfer to large intestine, body fluid consumption, dryness and dryness of intestine, which results in the first rate of heat accumulation in the disease (47.70%).
At present, many researches focus on the constipation treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicines, but the traditional Chinese medicines have complex formula and different curative effects. For example, patent CN101513472 (kokai ri 20090826) discloses a Chinese medicinal preparation for mainly treating constipation, which is prepared from fourteen Chinese medicinal materials; patent CN104587401A (published japanese 20150506) discloses a medicine for treating functional constipation, which is prepared from twenty-four traditional Chinese medicinal materials and is mainly used for treating functional constipation. There is no traditional Chinese medicine formula aiming at heat accumulation, simple components and obvious effect.
Therefore, the development of a novel traditional Chinese medicine formula aiming at heat accumulation, simple components and remarkable effect has important research significance and popularization value.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects or shortcomings of weak pertinence and complex components of a formula for treating constipation in the prior art, and provides a wuzi mulberry chrysanthemum composition. The Wuzi mulberry leaf chrysanthemum composition provided by the invention has an obvious effect on heat accumulation, has a relieving effect on some symptoms caused by excessive heat accumulation, such as eye acerbity, vigorous liver fire, easiness in growing pox, sore throat and the like, and is simple in formula, free of toxic and side effects, safe, reliable and convenient to take.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the wuzi mulberry chrysanthemum composition.
The invention also aims to provide application of the wuzi mulberry chrysanthemum composition in preparing a medicine or food for preventing or treating heat accumulation.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the composition of wuzi mulberry chrysanthemum is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
10-40 parts of fried cassia seeds,
6-15 parts of fried radish seeds,
6-15 parts of fried perilla seeds,
10-30 parts of chrysanthemum flower,
10-30 parts of mulberry leaves,
4-10 parts of cape jasmine fruit,
1-5 parts of black sesame.
The large intestine belongs to one of the six fu-organs, and the physiological function of the six fu-organs is to receive and transform food, and the physiological characteristics are practical and not full, i.e. under the condition of normal physiological function, the food contained in the six fu-organs should keep continuously conducting and changing, and the internal state is replaced by deficiency and excess without being blocked. The large intestine is mainly used for transferring dregs, receiving food residues transferred by the small intestine, forming excrement after absorbing water, and discharging the excrement out of the body under the action of qi of the large intestine. If patients suffer from excessive yang heat, or are addicted to spicy and mellow wine, or feel heat evil, and stay in the interior, which causes heat accumulation in the stomach and intestine, and damages qi and fluid of the large intestine, causing dryness of the intestinal tract, disorder of large intestine conduction, and difficult defecation, heat accumulation is easy to form. Therefore, in the process of treating heat accumulation, the "clearing" method should be used throughout the treatment of the disease, and is not limited to purgative herbs, but is used to regulate qi and blood of internal organs, smooth qi and blood, calm yin and yang, and restore normal conduction function of large intestine, so that the disease is improved.
The components of the application consist of semen cassiae (fried), semen raphani (fried), fructus perillae (fried), chrysanthemum, mulberry leaf, gardenia and black sesame, wherein the semen cassiae in the formula is sweet and bitter in taste and cold in nature, enters liver and large intestine channels, has the effects of clearing liver and improving eyesight, and relaxing bowel, washes away stomach and intestine excess heat and stagnation, and eliminates pathogenic factors due to monarch drugs; for food stagnation in the intestines, the qi of the intestines cannot move, so Lai Fu Zi and Zi Su can regulate qi, relieve middle energizer, promote digestion and relieve distension. The two are mutually reinforced with the cassia seed, so as to promote digestion, remove distension and help the cassia seed to purge excess heat and accumulation stagnation in intestines, and are ministerial drugs; for pathogenic fire and heat accumulating in the intestines, yang excess causes yin disease, body fluids in the intestines are damaged and large intestine is not moistened and is obstructed for a long time, so black sesame is added to moisten intestines and relax bowels, and chrysanthemum, mulberry leaf and cape jasmine fruit are added to dispel wind and heat, purge fire and relieve restlessness, clear heat and remove toxicity, which are used as adjuvant drugs.
The invention has remarkable curative effect on constipation due to heat accumulation (dry stool, abdominal distension or abdominal pain) by selecting specific traditional Chinese medicine components under the condition of greatly reducing the quantity of medicinal materials. In addition, the formula of the invention selects components with homology of medicine and food as raw materials, has no toxic or side effect, is safe and reliable, and is convenient to take.

the rats in the blank control group generally had good condition, soft feces and yellow color, such as wheat grains; after the model is made, the feces become small, the number of particles is reduced, the feces are dry and hard and are in the shape of sheep feces, which indicates that the model is successfully made. The experimental results of the invention prove that the wall-broken granular preparation groups of examples 1-6, the decoction groups of examples 1-and the wall-broken powder preparation groups are all increased in water content of 24h feces and the number of 24h feces grains (P <0.05) compared with the model group and the molded feces, and the results prove that the wall-broken granular preparation groups of examples 1-6, the decoction groups of examples 1-and the wall-broken powder preparation groups of examples 1-can improve the constipation symptom of rats. Meanwhile, the invention discovers that the moisture content of 24h excrement and the number of 24h excrement grains in the wall-broken granule group in the embodiment 1 are obviously higher than those in the decoction group in the embodiment 1 (P is less than 0.05), which indicates that the wall-broken preparation group administered by all components has better effect. The comparative difference between the wall-broken granule group of example 1 and the wall-broken powder preparation group of example 1 in the moisture content of 24h feces and the number of 24h feces grains is not statistically significant (P >0.05), but the invention finds that the wall-broken powder preparation group of example 1 is easy to absorb moisture and cake.
The result of the invention shows that the water content of the 24h excrement and the grain number of the 24h excrement in the groups of the comparative examples 1-3 have no statistical significance (P is more than 0.05) compared with the differences after modeling, which indicates that the groups of the comparative examples 1-3 have no remarkable effect on improving the constipation of rats.
