Abstract
本发明属于日用洗涤用品技术领域,公开了一种抑菌除臭的组合物及其制备方法与应用。所述抑菌除臭的组合物,包括以下组分:水、纳米银、醇类、羟基酸、尿素、聚季铵盐‑10、氢化蓖麻油、生育酚乙酸酯和黄瓜提取物。所述抑菌除臭的组合物能够对多种真菌和细菌起到显著的杀灭效果,且具有良好的除臭效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用洗涤用品技术领域,特别涉及一种抑菌除臭的组合物及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对皮肤的护理也越发得到人们的关注。目前市场上关于脸部、身体、颈部及手部的护肤制剂品种已相当丰富,但是有关足部护理的产品非常少,选择性差。且现有的足部护理产品多以清洁功效为主,配以保湿功效。但较少有专门针对足部细菌、真菌引起的脚臭、脚气问题所研制的产品,且此类产品的效果普遍不能够有效解决此类足部问题。
因此,希望提供一种尤其适用于足部护理产品,具有良好抑菌除臭效果的组合物。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种抑菌除臭的组合物,能够对多种真菌和细菌起到显著的杀灭效果,且具有良好的除臭效果。
一种抑菌除臭的组合物,包括以下组分:水、纳米银、醇类、羟基酸、尿素、聚季铵盐-10、氢化蓖麻油、生育酚乙酸酯和黄瓜提取物。
在本发明所述抗菌抑臭的组合物中,羟基酸的加入能起到良好的角质调理作用,可有效去除老旧角质层,改善皮肤,并且抑制细菌、真菌生长。其主要作用是能加快表皮角质层的脱落,增进表皮细胞新陈代谢的速度,促使肌肤更新,因此可以改善粗糙暗沉、色素沉淀或异常,使皮肤变得均一美白。因为其分子量较小,可以深入到皮肤的真皮层,可刺激玻尿酸、酸性黏液多醣、胶原蛋白及弹力纤维的增生及重新排列,使皮肤变得紧实有弹性。
纳米银在组分中起到了非常重要的抗菌杀菌作用,其具有高效广谱、不易产生抗药性、安全性高的优点,纳米银在浓度极低时就对微生物表现出强烈的抗菌性,有效抑制包括葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌等多种致病菌,以及皮肤癣菌等真菌在内的650多种致病菌,且不易产生耐药性。
同时,纳米银易与含硫蛋白结合,因此还具有明显的除臭功能。纳米银通过膜蛋白和脂质作用突破细胞壁进入细菌体内。纳米银进入菌体内聚集形成低分子量的聚集体,细胞壁与细胞膜分离,导致DNA停留在复制间期而无法完成复制过程。或者通过阻断细菌内的电子传输系统增强细菌DNA的稳定性,使DNA无法解开双螺旋,失去复制能力,细菌分裂速度下降,抑制DNA复制甚至丧失复制能力。纳米银进入细胞,因静电吸引,首先与胞内负载有负电荷的酶、蛋白质或者细胞器和脂质结合,进而与酶中的硫、氧和氢等电子供体结合,甚至替换酶中金属离子,致使酶活性钝化甚至失活。纳米银与功能蛋白中的氨基酸残基、氨基、咪唑、磷酸和羧基等亲核性集团结合,改变酶三维构象,导致蛋白不可逆变性,细菌正常代谢无法进行。
本发明所述抑菌除臭的组合物通过加入适当量的醇类,可以使纳米银均匀分散,且提供了皮肤附着性能,将极大发挥纳米银的杀菌抑菌功能,其挥发后,使得纳米银在皮肤上的浓度提升,抑菌性能提升。
在配方组分中,尿素中含有对人体有益的氮元素,并且可以促进蛋白质合成,是健康皮肤中的天然保湿剂;聚季铵盐-10具有优良的保湿滋润性能;氢化蓖麻油在化妆品中作乳化剂、表面活性剂;生育酚乙酸酯既是皮肤调节剂,也是抗氧化剂;黄瓜提取物具有滋润、收敛、美容之功效。
优选的,所述纳米银的粒径为10-100nm。
优选的,所述醇类选自乙醇和/或丙二醇。
优选的,所述羟基酸选自羟基乙酸、乳酸或水杨酸中的至少一种。更优选的,所述羟基酸包括羟基乙酸、乳酸和水杨酸。
优选的,所述抑菌除臭的组合物还包括有香精。
优选的,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:水30-70份、乙醇5-30份、丙二醇1-15份、尿素1-10份、羟基乙酸0.5-5份、乳酸0.5-5份、水杨酸0.2-2份、纳米银1-15份、聚季铵盐-100.2-2份、氢化蓖麻油0.5-3份、生育酚乙酸酯0.5-3份、黄瓜提取物0.5-5份。
更优选的,所述纳米银的份数为5-10份。
更优选的,所述羟基乙酸的份数为1-3份,所述乳酸的份数为1-3份,所述水杨酸的份数为0.5-1.5份。
上述抑菌除臭的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米银颗粒用醇类进行分散,得到纳米银分散液;将尿素、羟基酸与水混合,得到预混液;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的纳米银分散液、预混液与剩余组分混合并均质,调节pH值,制得所述抑菌除臭的组合物。
优选的,步骤(2)中pH值的调节范围为3.5-6.5,搅拌转速为80r/min,均质转速为1200r/min,均质时间为10min,抽真空压强为0.1-0.25MPa。
一种足膜,包括上述的组合物。所述足膜的制备方法为:将抑菌除臭的组合物灌注至内层无纺布复合的的足膜形状的塑料袋中,封闭灌装口,制得足膜。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明所述抑菌除臭的组合物对多种真菌和细菌可起到显著的杀灭效果(>99%),且具有良好的除臭效果;
(2)本发明所述抑菌除臭的组合物还具有良好的角质调理效果,可进一步改善脚臭和脚气问题。
具体实施方式
为了让本领域技术人员更加清楚明白本发明所述技术方案,现列举以下实施例进行说明。需要指出的是,以下实施例对本发明要求的保护范围不构成限制作用。
以下实施例中所用的原料、试剂或装置如无特殊说明,均可从常规商业途径得到,或者可以通过现有已知方法得到。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种抑菌除臭的组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:水53份、乙醇20份、丙二醇8份、尿素5份、羟基乙酸4份、乳酸3份、水杨酸2份、纳米银3份、聚季铵盐-100.5份、氢化蓖麻油1份、生育酚乙酸酯0.5份、黄瓜提取物0.5份(购买自湖州珍露生物制品有限公司)、香精0.2份。
上述抑菌除臭的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米银颗粒用乙醇和丙二醇进行分散,得到纳米银分散液;将尿素、羟基乙酸、乳酸、水杨酸与水混合,得到预混液;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的纳米银分散液、预混液与聚季铵盐-10、氢化蓖麻油、生育酚乙酸酯、香精和黄瓜提取物混合并均质,采用氢氧化钠调节pH值至3.5-6.5,搅拌转速为80r/min,均质转速为1200r/min,均质时间为10min,抽真空压强为0.1-0.25MPa,制得抑菌除臭的组合物。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种抑菌除臭的组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:水53份、丙二醇23份、尿素5份、羟基乙酸2份、乳酸2份、水杨酸1份、纳米银4份、聚季铵盐-10 0.5份、氢化蓖麻油1份、生育酚乙酸酯0.8份、黄瓜提取物1份、香精0.2份。
上述抑菌除臭的组合物的制备制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米银颗粒用丙二醇进行分散,得到纳米银分散液;将尿素、羟基乙酸、乳酸、水杨酸与水混合,得到预混液;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的纳米银分散液、预混液与聚季铵盐-10、氢化蓖麻油、生育酚乙酸酯、香精和黄瓜提取物混合并均质,采用氢氧化钠调节pH值至3.5-6.5,搅拌转速为80r/min,均质转速为1200r/min,均质时间为10min,抽真空压强为0.1-0.25MPa,制得抑菌除臭的组合物。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种抑菌除臭的组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:水50份、乙醇20份、丙二醇5份、尿素5份、羟基乙酸2份、乳酸2份、水杨酸1份、纳米银8份、聚季铵盐-100.5份、氢化蓖麻油1份、生育酚乙酸酯0.5份、黄瓜提取物1份、香精0.2份。
上述抑菌除臭的组合物的制备制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米银颗粒用乙醇和丙二醇进行分散,得到纳米银分散液;将尿素、羟基乙酸、乳酸、水杨酸与水混合,得到预混液;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的纳米银分散液、预混液与聚季铵盐-10、氢化蓖麻油、生育酚乙酸酯、香精和黄瓜提取物混合并均质,采用氢氧化钠调节pH值至3.5-6.5,搅拌转速为80r/min,均质转速为1200r/min,均质时间为10min,抽真空压强为0.1-0.25MPa,制得抑菌除臭的组合物。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种足膜产品,其制备方法为:将实施例3制得抑菌除臭的组合物灌注至内层无纺布复合的的足膜形状的塑料袋中,封闭灌装口,制得足膜产品。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种抑菌除臭的组合物,与实施例3相比,对比例1中的配方组分和制备方法基本相同,区别之处仅在于:不含有乙醇和丙二醇。
对比例2
本对比例提供一种抑菌除臭的组合物,与实施例3相比,对比例2中的配方组分和制备方法基本相同,区别之处仅在于:不含有羟基乙酸、乳酸和水杨酸。
对比例3
本对比例提供一种市面常见的、用于足膜产品的组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:洋甘菊提取液2份、当归精华液2份、紫草0.5份、杏仁油2份、皂角1份、透明质酸1份、维生素E0.5份、乳木果油1份、薰衣草油0.5份、酸奶1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2份、纯净水85。
对比例4
本对比例提供一种市面常见的、用于足膜产品的组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:水58份、甘油15份、矿油7.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷5.5份、鲸蜡硬脂醇3.5份、牛油果油5份、卡波姆0.5份、苯氧乙醇0.2份、咪唑烷基脲0.2份、羟乙基纤维素0.2份。
产品效果测试
将实施例1-3、对比例1-4制得的组合物进行抗菌性能检测,检测依据为2002年版《消毒技术规范》,测试结果如表1所示:

从表1可知,相比于对比例1-4,实施例1-3所制得的抑菌除臭的组合物杀菌效果极好,可有效抑制大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌、耐药金色葡萄球菌和红色毛癣菌的生长。
参照GB/T11742-1989、QB/T2761-2006,将实施例1-3、对比例1-4制得的组合物进行除臭性能检测,除臭测试结果如表2所示:

从表2可知,相比于对比例1-4,实施例1-3所制得的抑菌除臭的组合物具有良好的除臭效果,对于脚气所产生的硫化氢去除率超过97%。
Claims (10)
1.一种抑菌除臭的组合物,其特征在于,包括以下组分:水、纳米银、醇类、羟基酸、尿素、聚季铵盐-10、氢化蓖麻油、生育酚乙酸酯和黄瓜提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述纳米银的粒径为10-100nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述醇类选自乙醇和/或丙二醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述羟基酸选自羟基乙酸、乳酸或水杨酸中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:水30-70份、乙醇5-30份、丙二醇1-15份、尿素1-10份、羟基乙酸0.5-5份、乳酸0.5-5份、水杨酸0.2-2份、纳米银1-15份、聚季铵盐-10 0.2-2份、氢化蓖麻油0.5-3份、生育酚乙酸酯0.5-3份、黄瓜提取物0.5-5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述纳米银的份数为5-10份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述羟基乙酸的份数为1-3份,所述乳酸的份数为1-3份,所述水杨酸的份数为0.5-1.5份。
8.权利要求1-7中任一项所述组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米银颗粒用醇类进行分散,得到纳米银分散液;将尿素、羟基酸与水混合,得到预混液;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的纳米银分散液、预混液与剩余组分混合并均质,调节pH值,制得所述抑菌除臭的组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中pH值的调节范围为3.5-6.5。
10.一种足膜,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-7中任一项所述的组合物。
