Claims (13)

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
the cooker comprises a cooker body, a heating device and a cooker cover, wherein an inner pot and the heating device are arranged in the cooker body; and
the lid, the lid can set up with opening and shutting on the a kind of deep pot body, work as the lid closes when the a kind of deep pot body is gone up, the lid with form culinary art space between the interior pot, the lid includes:
a face cover as a main body of the cover body;
the heat insulation plate assembly comprises a heat insulation plate and a connecting plate arranged on the periphery of the heat insulation plate; and
the sealing ring is clamped between the heat insulation plate and the connecting plate and is abutted against the pot opening of the inner pot when the cover body is covered on the pot body,
Wherein, the heat preservation plate component is connected to the surface cover through a connecting structure on the connecting plate.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the insulating board is snapped to the connection plate.
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein a clamping portion is provided on an outer peripheral side of the heat insulation plate, a mounting hole corresponding to a position of the clamping portion is provided on the connecting plate, the clamping portion extends through the mounting hole, and the heat insulation plate is connected to the connecting plate after being bent.
4. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the connecting plate is connected to the face cover by a fastener.
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the face cover is provided with screw posts having screw holes, the connection plate has through holes corresponding to the number and positions of the screw holes, respectively, and the fastening member extends through the through holes and is screwed into the screw holes.
6. The cooking utensil of claim 4 wherein the underside of the lid has an annular rib wall and the web has an annular sidewall, the rib wall engaging the annular sidewall when the web is attached to the lid.
7. The cooking utensil of claim 6, wherein the connecting plate has a rib disposed inside the annular side wall, the sealing ring includes an installation portion at the top and an abutting portion at the bottom, the installation portion is sandwiched between the rib and the heat-insulating plate, and the abutting portion abuts against the pot opening of the inner pot when the lid is covered on the pot body.
8. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the lid body includes a steam valve cover removably disposed on or integrally formed with the lid body and extending downwardly through the insulation board.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 8, wherein the lid further comprises a steam valve seal ring, the insulating plate having a valve mounting hole, the steam valve seal ring being disposed along a circumference of the valve mounting hole and captured between the insulating plate and the lid, the steam valve cover being removably mounted to the steam valve seal ring.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein the bottom of the face cover is provided with a circumferentially extending protrusion, the insulation board is provided with a circumferentially extending valve mounting portion that surrounds the valve mounting hole, and the steam valve sealing ring is clamped between the protrusion and the valve mounting portion.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 10, wherein the steam valve sealing ring has an upper groove at the top and a lower groove at the bottom, the protrusion being inserted into the upper groove and the valve mounting portion being inserted into the lower groove.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein the steam valve seal is disposed outside a top portion of the steam valve cover, the steam valve cover being in interference fit with the steam valve seal to removably mount to the steam valve seal.
13. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein the steam valve seal has a protrusion extending inwardly from an inner surface, and the steam valve cover has a catch extending outwardly from an outer surface for engaging the protrusion to prevent the steam valve cover from falling off the steam valve seal.
