As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cover 110 mainly includes an upper cover assembly 170, an inner liner 130, an infrared heating assembly 140, a transmissive member 150, and a detachable cover assembly 160.
The upper cap assembly 170 is located at the outermost side (i.e., uppermost side) of the cap body 110, and the liner 130 is disposed below the upper cap assembly 170 and is connected to the upper cap assembly 170. The liner 130 is provided with a support portion 132 extending in the circumferential direction, and an inner side of the support portion 132 surrounds the liner opening 131. As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the infrared heating assembly 140 is disposed corresponding to the liner opening 131, for example, the infrared heating assembly 140 may be disposed on the liner 130 or on the lid assembly 170. The infrared heating assembly 140 may be integrally constructed in a U-shape or a C-shape and disposed right above the inner pot 121 in a lateral direction to be able to radiate infrared rays to the cooking space, i.e., to food in the inner pot 121, thereby assisting cooking.
The transmissive member 150 is disposed within the liner 130, for example, in communication with the liner 130, corresponding to the liner opening 131, and the transmissive member 150 is disposed below the infrared heating assembly 140. Specifically, the transmissive member 150 is disposed on top of the support 132, and a portion of the transmissive member 150 corresponding to the infrared heating assembly 140 is at least partially light transmissive. In the present embodiment, the transmissive member 150 is made of a light transmissive material. The transmissive member 150 may be made of transparent glass. Preferably, the transmissive member 150 is made of high borosilicate glass or tempered glass, etc.
A removable cap assembly 160 is disposed on the liner 130 on a side adjacent to the transmissive element 150. Specifically, the removable cap assembly 160 is located at the innermost (i.e., lowermost) side of the cap body 110 and is disposed below the liner 130. Removable cap assembly 160 is removably attached to liner 130 for ease of cleaning and replacement. A removable cap through hole 166 is provided at a position of the removable cap assembly 160 corresponding to the liner opening 131. The removable cap assembly 160 includes a removable cap seal 161, the removable cap seal 161 being disposed at the removable cap through hole 166. The removable cover seal 161 has a seal inner contact surface 167, and the seal inner contact surface 167 is adapted to abut a part of the surface of the transmission member 150 around the circumference of the removable cover through hole 166.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the possibility of sticking between the removable cover seal 161 and the transmission member 150, the seal inner contact surface 167 is a roughened surface to reduce the contact area between the removable cover seal 161 and the transmission member 150. Preferably, the seal ring inner contact surface 167 is a frosted surface. For example, the inner seal ring contact surface 167 may be roughened to provide a frosted surface.
In order to make the sealing effect between the removable cover seal 161 and the transmission member 150 good, preferably, the wall thickness T of the removable cover seal 161 satisfies: t is more than or equal to 0.8mm. For example, T may be 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm, 1.1mm, or 1.2mm. Preferably, the deformation compression amount P of the removable cover seal 161 satisfies: p is more than or equal to 4mm. For example, P may be 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 5.5mm, or 6mm. The deformation compression amount P herein is understood to be the difference between the height of the removable cover seal 161 in the free state and the height in the compressed state. Preferably, the width W of the seal ring inner contact surface 167 satisfies: w is more than or equal to 3mm. For example, W may be 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, or 4.5mm.
In this embodiment, the removable cap assembly 160 is detachably coupled to the liner 130, and since the coupling structure is a structure known in the art, a detailed description thereof will not be provided herein. As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the detachable cover assembly 160 further includes a detachable cover 162, a pressing plate 163, a fixing base 164, and a pot mouth sealing ring 165.
The detachable cover 162 is generally configured in a circular ring-shaped structure, and is made of a metal material. The detachable cover 162 is disposed right above the inner pot 121 in the lateral direction. The detachable cover through hole 166 is provided to the detachable cover 162 and is located approximately at the center of the detachable cover 162. A removable cover seal 161 is provided at the inner peripheral edge of the removable cover 162. The pressing plate 163 is provided at an inner peripheral edge of the detachable cover 162 and is connected to the detachable cover 162, and an inner edge (specifically, a bottom end periphery) of the detachable cover seal ring 161 is sandwiched between the pressing plate 163 and the detachable cover 162 along a circumferential direction of the detachable cover through hole 166 to be able to fix the detachable cover seal ring 161. The seal ring inner side contact surface 167 is provided at the outer edge (specifically, the tip periphery) of the removable cap assembly 160, and is configured as a flat surface.
The fixing seat 164 is generally configured in a ring shape and is provided at an outer peripheral edge of the detachable cover 162. The fixing base 164 is connected to the detachable cover 162, and an inner edge (specifically, a top end periphery) of the port seal 165 is clamped between the fixing base 164 and the detachable cover 162 to be able to fix the port seal 165. The bottom end of the port sealing ring 165 is adapted to abut against the port of the inner pot 121 when the cover 110 is closed onto the pot 120, to seal the gap between the detachable lid assembly 160 and the inner pot 121.
As shown in fig. 4, the inner peripheral edge of the detachable cover 162 is provided with a plurality of first catching feet 168 extending upward (extending downward in fig. 4), the pressing plate 163 is correspondingly provided with a plurality of first through holes 172, and the first catching feet 168 extend upward from the bottom of the pressing plate 163 through the first through holes 172 and abut against the upper surface of the pressing plate 163 after bending, so as to connect the detachable cover 162 to the pressing plate 163. The outer peripheral edge of the detachable cover 162 is provided with a plurality of second clamping legs 169 extending downwards (extending upwards in fig. 4), the fixing base 164 is correspondingly provided with a plurality of second through holes 173, the second clamping legs 169 extend downwards from the top of the fixing base 164 through the second through holes 173 and are abutted against the lower surface of the fixing base 164 after being bent so as to connect the detachable cover 162 to the fixing base 164.
Preferably, the first clamping legs 168 are disposed at the inner peripheral edge of the detachable cover 162 at equal intervals, and the second clamping legs 169 are disposed at the outer peripheral edge of the detachable cover 162 at equal intervals. It will be appreciated that the first legs 168 may be disposed at unequal intervals, and the second legs 169 may be disposed at unequal intervals, as desired. In the present embodiment, the first leg 168 and the second leg 169 are generally configured as rectangular or square sheet-like structures.
The cover 110 further includes a reflection housing 190, and the reflection housing 190 is disposed above the infrared heating assembly 140 to reflect the infrared rays emitted upward from the infrared heating assembly 140 downward into the cooking space. The reflective cover 190 and is connected to the inner liner 130, and the infrared heating assembly 140 is connected to the reflective cover 190. For example, the infrared heating assembly 140 may be coupled to the reflective cover 190 by fasteners or other connectors.

The projection 171 is configured as an annular rib extending along the circumferential direction of the removable cover seal 161. As shown in fig. 7, the seal ring inner side contact surface 167 is provided with a plurality of projections 171, and the plurality of projections 171 are provided spaced apart from each other. Preferably, the plurality of projections 171 are coaxially disposed. It will be appreciated that the number of projections 171 may also be one or two, as desired. In this embodiment, the longitudinal section of the projection 171 is square without a bottom surface. The longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the projection 171 is not limited to the present embodiment, and the longitudinal cross-section of the projection 171 may be V-shaped or circular arc-shaped as needed.
