It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the embodiments of the invention.
In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without limitation to the specific details that are set forth by those skilled in the art. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, however, the present invention may have other embodiments in addition to these detailed descriptions.
The cooking appliance mainly includes a pot body (not shown) and a cover body 10. The pot body is basically in a round-corner cuboid shape and is provided with a cylindrical inner pot containing part, and the inner pot 6 can be freely placed in or taken out from the inner pot containing part so as to conveniently clean the inner pot 6. The upper surface of the inner pot 6 has a circular opening for holding materials to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., into the inner pot 6. The pot body may comprise heating means for heating the inner pot 6. The cover 10 has a substantially rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and substantially corresponds to the shape of the pot. The cover 10 is pivotally connected to the pot in an openable and closable manner for covering the pot. When the cover body 10 is covered on the cooker body, a cooking space is formed between the cover body 10 and the inner pot 6.
As can be seen in fig. 1 and 2, the lid body 10 includes a face lid (not shown), an inner liner 3, and a detachable lid 5 from top to bottom, the detachable lid 5 being detachably connected with the inner liner 3.
Removable cover 5 is provided with removable cover opening 51 and liner 3 is provided with liner opening 32. In the state where the removable cover 5 is mounted on the liner 3, the removable cover opening 51 is located below the liner opening 32. A pressure changing device (e.g., a pump) provided in the liner 3 communicates with a cooking space formed between the lid body 10 and the inner pot 6 via the liner opening 32 and the detachable lid opening 51. Thus, the pressure changing means can change the pressure in the cooking space between the cover 10 and the inner pot 6.
The seal 4 according to the present invention is provided at the liner opening 32 and is capable of providing a seal at the liner opening 32 and the removable cover opening 51 such that the liner opening 32, the seal 4, and the removable cover opening 51 can form a sealed channel structure preventing gas from entering other locations of the cover 10 from the channel when the pressure changing device is in operation.
Turning now to fig. 4, the seal 4 according to the present invention comprises a mounting portion 41, an inner sealing portion 43 and an outer sealing portion 42. The mounting portion 41, the inner sealing portion 43, and the outer sealing portion 42 may be made of a flexible material such as silicone. Further, the mounting portion 41, the inner seal portion 43, and the outer seal portion 42 may be integrally formed.
Specifically, the mounting portion 41 is used to connect with the liner 3 to fix the seal 4. The mounting portion 41 has a through hole 413 provided in the axial direction, the through hole 413 penetrating the mounting portion 41 so that a region below the mounting portion 41 of the seal 4 (i.e., a region between the liner 3 and the detachable lid 5) and a region above the mounting portion 41 of the seal 4 (i.e., a region in the liner 3) can communicate via the through hole 413.
Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the mounting portion 41 is "I" shaped in cross section, as seen in FIG. 4, the mounting portion 41 includes a head 411, a neck 412, and a shoulder 414. Wherein the neck 412 extends in the axial direction of the seal 4. The head 411 is disposed on top of the neck 412 and extends radially outwardly of the seal 4. A shoulder 414 is provided at the bottom of the mounting portion 41, the shoulder 414 extending outwardly and being connected to the top of the outer seal portion 42. Thus, the "I" shaped mounting portion 41 may be snapped into place with the liner opening 32 of the liner 3, the head 411 may prevent the seal 4 from moving axially downward, and the shoulder 414 may prevent the seal 4 from moving axially upward. The outer diameter of neck 412 may correspond to liner aperture 32 and may be an interference fit with liner aperture 32 to achieve a better seal.
In the illustrated embodiment, the shoulder 414 is disposed in a generally horizontal direction. In an embodiment not shown, however, the shoulder 414 may also be disposed diagonally downward. Alternatively, the mounting portion 41 may not include a shoulder portion, and the outer seal portion 42 extends obliquely downward directly from the bottom of the neck portion 412.
The outer seal portion 42 is configured in a horn shape and extends downward and outward from the mounting portion 41. In the mounted state where the mounting portion 41 is mounted to the liner aperture 32, the free end 421 (lower end) of the outer seal portion 42 can surround the removable cover aperture 51.
The inner seal portion 43 is connected to the inside of the outer seal portion 42 and extends from the outer seal portion 42 toward the central axis AX (fig. 4) of the seal. Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the inner seal portion 43 is connected to a position inside the outer seal portion 42 near the lower end (free end). The inner seal portion 43 is substantially annular and is located inside the outer seal portion 42. In the mounted state where the mounting portion 41 is mounted to the liner opening 32, the free end 431 of the inner sealing portion 43 surrounds the removable cover opening 51, and the free end 431 of the inner sealing portion 43 can press the removable cover 5, so that the inner sealing portion 43 can provide sealing in the normal pressure state.
Of course, in an embodiment not shown, the inner sealing portion 43 may be connected to the lower end of the outer sealing portion 42.
The cross-sections of the outer seal portion 42 and the inner seal portion 43 are configured in a "<" shape (or regarded as a V-shape rotated 90 degrees). Of course, the cross sections of the two can also be constructed into Y-shaped shapes rotated 90 degrees and the like.
The inner seal portion 43 extends from the lower portion of the outer seal portion 42 such that the portion where the inner seal portion 43 meets the outer seal portion 42 has a certain height (thickness) which is greater than the respective thicknesses of the inner seal portion and the outer seal portion at the adjacent place, whereby the connection strength of the inner seal portion 43 and the outer seal portion 42 can be improved.
The outer seal 42 and the inner seal 43 may have an included angle therebetween, which may be less than 45 degrees, for example. Such a configuration allows the angle of the included angle between the outer seal portion 42 and the inner seal portion 43 to be varied upon being subjected to pressure without significantly changing the position of the free end 431 of the inner seal portion 43 that is in contact with the removable cover 5, e.g., without significantly changing the distance of the free end 431 of the inner seal portion 43 from the center of the removable cover aperture 51. This prevents the free end 431 of the inner seal 43 from tilting due to the change in position of the inner seal 43, i.e., deformation in the axial direction.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the distance between the inner seal 43 and the outer seal 42, their respective angles and/or dimensions, may be provided in accordance with the distance between the removable cover aperture 51 and the liner aperture 32.
Further, in this embodiment, the inner seal portion 43 is configured in a cambered ring shape with the cambered surface protruding upward. This configuration enables the inner seal 43 to be deformed to some extent in the axial direction (height direction) and ensures that the free end 431 of the inner seal 43 does not come off the detachable cover 5.
In the free state, the distance from the free end 431 of the inner seal 43 to the mounting portion 41 is greater than the distance from the free end 421 of the outer seal 42 to the mounting portion 41. Thereby, in the negative pressure state, the outer seal portion 42 is forced such that the free end 421 of the outer seal portion 42 moves downward and is pressed against the detachable cover 5. In the positive pressure state, the inner seal 43 is forced such that the outer seal 42 connected to the inner seal 43 moves downward, while the free end of the outer seal 42 can move downward and press against the detachable cover 5. In both cases, the arc of the arc surface of the inner seal portion 43 becomes smaller.
In order to enable the free end 431 of the inner sealing part 43 to have a better sealing effect, the free end of the inner sealing part may have an enlarged portion, and the thickness of the enlarged portion may be greater than that at the arc surface.
The seal 4 according to the present invention may further include a through hole sealing portion 44, the through hole sealing portion 44 being located at a lower portion of the mounting portion 41 and extending inward in a radial direction of the seal 4 to seal a gap between a member located in the through hole 413 and a bottom end of the through hole 413.
The sealing action of the seal 4 under different pressure conditions will be discussed below with reference to fig. 4 and 5.
In the normal pressure state, the free end 431 of the inner sealing part 43 is pressed against the upper surface of the detachable cover 5, so that the inner sealing part 43 achieves sealing.
In the positive pressure state, the pressure in the cooking space is greater than the external air pressure. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 5, the inner seal portion 43 receives a downward pressure F2. The free end 431 of the inner sealing part 43 is pressed against the upper surface of the detachable lid 5 by the pressure F2.
In the negative pressure state, the pressure in the cooking space is less than the external air pressure. Thus, as shown in fig. 5, the outer seal portion 42 receives a downward pressure F1. Under this pressure F1, the outer seal portion 42 is brought into close contact with the upper surface of the detachable cover 5.
The sealing element comprises a mounting part, an inner sealing part and an outer sealing part, wherein the mounting part is used for fixing the sealing element, the inner sealing part can provide sealing under positive pressure and normal pressure, the outer sealing part provides sealing under negative pressure, the inner sealing part can not generate tilting and other phenomena when the pressure is changed, and the sealing element has a simple structure and good sealing effect.
In addition, the invention also discloses a cover body 10 which comprises the sealing element 4, the lining 3 and the detachable cover 5. Referring to fig. 3, the liner 3 has a recess portion, and the liner opening 32 is provided at the bottom of the recess portion. A pressing member 1 is also provided in the cover body 10, the pressing member 1 being for pressing the sealing member 4 mounted at the lining aperture 32. In the embodiment shown, the compression element 1 has a substantially inverted "n" shape in cross section and has a compression element opening 11 at the upper periphery. The liner 3 is provided with stud holes, and the compression member 1 is connectable to the liner 3 via studs 31 passing through the compression member openings 11 into the stud holes and compresses the seal 4. Of course, the compression member 1 may be connected to the liner 3 in other manners.
Furthermore, a limiting piece 21 is provided between the bottom of the compression member 1 and the top of the sealing member 4 for limiting the position of the sealing member 4.
Further, the cover 10 further comprises a temperature sensing device 2 and/or a positive and negative pressure generating device. In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, positive and negative pressure generating devices (not shown), such as a vacuum pump and a one-way solenoid valve communicating with the vacuum pump, communicate with a cooking space of the cooking appliance via a through hole 413 of the sealing member 4. Thus, the positive and negative pressure generating means may change the pressure in the cooking space, and the sealing member 4 may seal the positive and negative pressure generating means from the passage of the cooking space.
And as shown in fig. 3, the temperature sensing device 2 is disposed in the through hole 413 of the sealing member 4. The temperature sensing device 2 can extend into the cooking space and be used to sense the temperature in the cooking space. At this time, additional openings may be provided at other portions of the detachable cover, so that the pressure in the cooking space is adjusted through the additional openings.
According to the cover body provided by the invention, the cover body is provided with the sealing piece comprising the mounting part, the inner sealing part and the outer sealing part, wherein the mounting part is used for fixing the sealing piece, the inner sealing part can provide sealing under positive pressure and normal pressure, the outer sealing part provides sealing under negative pressure, the inner sealing part can not generate tilting and other phenomena when the pressure is changed, and the cover body is simple in structure and good in sealing effect.
