The utility model provides a cooking utensil, it includes lid and a kind of deep pot body. The cover body can be arranged on the cooker body in an openable and closable manner so as to form the cooking utensil between the cover body and the cooker body. The pot body may include a pot body and a heating device such as an inner pot, a heating device, etc. disposed in or on the pot body. It can be understood that according to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil can be electric rice cooker, electric pressure cooker or other cooking utensil, and cooking utensil except having the function of cooking rice, can also have various functions such as cooking congee.
Specifically, the pot body has a cylindrical inner pot housing section. The inner pot can be fixedly arranged at the inner pot containing part, or can be freely put into the inner pot containing part or taken out from the inner pot containing part, so that the inner pot can be conveniently cleaned. The inner pot is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The cooker body comprises a heating device for heating the inner pot so as to heat the inner pot.
The lid body has a shape substantially corresponding to the pot body. The lid body is openably and closably provided on the pot body, and specifically, it is pivotally connected to the pot body through a pivot shaft and can be freely pivoted between a closing position and an opening position relative to the pot body about the pivot axis at which the pivot shaft is located, so as to facilitate the closing and opening of the pot body. When the cover body is covered on the cooker body, the cover body covers the inner pot, and a cooking space is formed between the cover body and the inner pot. The lid body also usually has a sealing ring, which may be made of e.g. rubber material, arranged between the lid body and the inner pot for sealing the cooking space when the lid body is in the closed position.
A cover 100 according to the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the cover body 100 may include a face cover 110, and an inner liner 120 on the lower or inner side of the face cover 110. The outer circumference of the cover 110 may be engaged with the outer circumference of the liner 120. For example, fig. 1 shows that a plurality of clamping portions 121 are arranged at intervals on the outer circumferential portion of the liner 120, and are used for matching with clamping portions (not shown) on the outer circumferential portion of the face cover 110 to clamp the face cover 110 and the liner 120 together at the outer circumferential portions of each other.
It should be noted that, in the drawings, for the sake of clarity, the improved structure of the cover body 100 of the present invention is mainly illustrated, and structures such as an inner cover, a steam valve, etc. are not illustrated in the drawings. Directional terms used herein to describe various components, portions, etc. of the cover 100, such as "upper," "lower," "above," "below," "upward," "downward," etc., are relative to the cover 100 in a closed state.
The cover 100 further includes a lamp panel assembly 130. The lamp panel assembly 130 may include a lamp panel 131 and a lamp holder 132 covering the lamp panel. The light panel assembly 130 can be disposed between the face cover 110 and the inner liner 120. Fig. 1 shows the light panel assembly 130 with the touch spring thereon schematically shown as a cylinder and the touch spring in an uncompressed state. Specifically, the liner 120 may be provided with a groove 122 having an opening facing the face cover 110. Lamp panel assembly 130 can be received within recess 122 of inner liner 120.
In this embodiment, by providing the recess 122 for accommodating the lamp panel assembly 130 on the inner liner 120, it is not necessary to additionally provide another component for mounting the lamp panel assembly 130 between the lamp panel assembly 130 and the inner liner 120, which can reduce components on the cover body 100, simplify the structure of the cover body 100, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the cover body 100, reducing the manufacturing cost of the cover body 100, and miniaturizing the cover body 100.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, lamp panel assembly 130 can be limited in groove 122 in the horizontal direction. Specifically, groove 122 may have a side surface against which the outer periphery of lamp panel assembly 130 can abut. This can restrict movement of the light panel assembly 130 in the horizontal direction. The opening of recess 122 can be up, and lamp plate assembly 130 can butt the lower surface of face lid 110 to lamp plate assembly 130 can the centre gripping between face lid 110 and inside lining 120 in vertical direction. This can restrict movement of lamp panel assembly 130 in the vertical direction. Specifically, the lamp panel assembly 130 is obliquely disposed so that the upper surface of the lamp holder 132 can abut against the lower surface of the panel cover 110.
The recess 122 can be bounded by a vertically extending recess wall 124. Specifically, liner 120 may include a liner body 123. The outer periphery of the liner body 123 can be engaged with the outer periphery of the surface cover 110. The liner 120 may be provided with a groove wall 124 extending upwardly from the liner body 123. By arranging the groove wall body 124, the structure for forming the groove 122 is simple, and the production and the manufacture are convenient.
Groove wall 124 may be a continuous annular shape. Thus, groove 122 can be separated from the portion of inner liner 120 other than groove 122, which can prevent undesired fluid such as steam, water, etc. entering inner liner 120 from further entering groove 122, so that lamp panel assembly 130 is not damaged or performance is not affected.
A support wall 125 extending in a vertical direction may be provided within the recess 122. Lamp panel assembly 130 can be placed on support wall body 125. Can rise certain height with lamp plate assembly 130 by means of supporting wall body 125 like this to lamp plate assembly 130 can with face lid 110 butt, specifically with the lower surface butt of face lid 110. Thus, the structure of the liner body 123 may not be changed.
Support wall 125 may be connected to at least one of groove wall 124 and liner body 123. In the illustrated embodiment, support wall 125 extends upwardly from liner body 123 and is connected to pocket wall 124. In embodiments not shown, support wall 125 may be disposed on groove wall 124, which requires groove wall 124 to have structural strength for supporting light panel assembly 130. Or the supporting wall 125 may be provided on the liner body 123. Support walls 125 may be spaced around groove wall 124. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the groove wall 124 is provided with a supporting wall 125 at an interval between two walls opposite to each other in the width direction of the cover body 100 and two walls opposite to each other in the length direction of the cover body 100. This can guarantee that lamp plate assembly 130 can be supported in recess 122 steadily.
As shown in fig. 2, a reinforcing wall 126 may also be provided within the recess 122 extending upwardly from the liner body 123. The reinforced walls 126 are arranged crosswise. The liner 120 is also provided with a cross-wise arrangement of reinforcing walls 126 outside the grooves 122. Reinforcing wall 126 may be connected to groove wall 124 to improve the structural strength of groove wall 124. Optionally, a reinforcing wall 126 located within groove 122 may be connected to supporting wall 125 to increase the structural strength of supporting wall 125.
In this embodiment, the cover 100 may further include a packing 140. The sealing ring 140 is elastically deformable. The gasket 140 can be located on the underside of the face cap 110 and mounted to the top of the groove 122. As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the sealing ring 140 may include a sealing ring body 141 and an annular bent portion 142 connected to the sealing ring body 141. The bent portion 142 can be in interference fit with the lower surface of the face cover 110.
With this embodiment, through set up the portion 142 of bending on sealing washer 140 for sealing washer 140 can with face lid 110 interference fit, thereby effectively seal the clearance between recess 122 and the face lid 110, avoid unexpected fluid such as steam, water that gets into inside lining 120 further get into in the recess 122 again, and can not set up the muscle position on face lid 110 and carry on spacingly to sealing washer 140's position, and then can avoid face lid 110 to produce the phenomenon of shrinking in the manufacturing process, guaranteed product quality and avoided the increase of product cost.
The shape of seal ring 140 may correspond to the shape of groove wall 124 to facilitate assembly of seal ring 140. For example, as shown in fig. 6, the groove wall body 124 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a recess on one side. The seal ring 140 is also shaped like a substantially rectangular parallelepiped having a recess on one side.
The seal ring body 141 may be provided with a locking groove 143 having a downward opening. A catching groove 143 is formed recessed from the lower surface of the packing body 141. At least the upper end of the groove wall 124 can be snapped into the snap groove 143. Therefore, the sealing ring 140 can be directly sleeved on the groove wall body 124, and the assembling process is simple and easy to operate. In the illustrated embodiment, the card slot 143 is annular in shape. The upper end of groove wall 124 is able to engage over a full circle in groove 143, which securely positions sealing ring 140 on groove wall 124. In an embodiment not shown, the locking groove 143 may not be an annular groove, for example, the locking groove 143 is a plurality of groove structures arranged at intervals, and the upper end of the groove wall 124 is locked into the locking groove 143 at intervals.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the inside of the face cover 110 may be provided with a face cover catch 111 extending in a vertical direction. The interior of the liner 120 may be provided with liner snaps 127 that extend in a vertical direction. The surface cover buckle 111 can be buckled with the lining buckle 127, so that the connecting structure of the surface cover 110 and the lining 120 can be firmer and more reliable. Here, "inner" is relative to the outer peripheral portion. For example, it is understood that the inside of the face cover 110 refers to a portion other than the outer circumferential portion of the face cover 110, and the inside of the liner 120 refers to a portion other than the outer circumferential portion of the liner 120.
Liner snaps 127 may be spaced around groove wall 124. This allows the liner 120 to more tightly engage the bezel 110 at the pocket wall 124, thereby maintaining abutment of the light panel assembly 130 with the bezel 110, and further securely clamping the gasket 140 between the pocket wall 124 and the bezel 110 without backing out of the pocket wall 124 or deflecting relative to the pocket wall 124.
Liner snap 127 may be disposed on at least one of liner body 123 and groove wall 124. For example, in the illustrated embodiment, the liner snaps 127 are located outside of the grooves 122. The first liner snap 127a may be disposed on the liner body 123. For example, a first liner snap 127a may be located between the front end of the liner body 123 and the pocket wall 124. Second liner snap 127b may be disposed on groove wall 124.
The liner clip 127 and the cover clip 111 of the present embodiment are both elastic clips. At least the hook portion of liner clip 127 may be spaced from groove wall 124 to provide a space for elastic deformation of liner clip 127. Specifically, the first liner snap 127a can be spaced from the groove wall 124, such that the clasp portion of the first liner snap 127a can also be spaced from the groove wall 124. The second liner snap 127b includes a connection portion and a hook portion connected to the connection portion. The connecting portion is connected to groove wall 124 and the clasp portion extends upwardly from the connecting portion. The hook portion of the second liner snap 127b can be spaced from the groove wall 124.
The lamp panel assembly 130 may be provided with a lead wire (not shown). As shown in fig. 2, groove wall 124 may be provided with a wire passage hole 128 in communication with groove 122. The lead wire can pass through the wire passing hole 128 and can be routed toward the rear end of the cover body 100. The wire passage hole 128 and the lead wire may be sealed with a sealant to further prevent fluids such as steam, water, etc. from entering the recess 122. The sealant may be any type of sealant such as a silicone adhesive. Of course, a sealing member may be disposed between the wire passing hole 128 and the lead wire, and the sealing member is used for sealing.
As shown in fig. 7, the seal ring 140 includes at least one elastic wall 144, and the at least one elastic wall 144 is inclined in a radial direction of the seal ring 140. Specifically, seal ring body 141 may include a seal ring body inner circumferential portion 145 and a seal ring body outer circumferential portion 146 in a radial direction of seal ring 140. The elastic wall 144 may be connected to an upper end of one of the seal ring body inner circumferential portion 145 and the seal ring body outer circumferential portion 146, and inclined toward the other of the seal ring body inner circumferential portion 145 and the seal ring body outer circumferential portion 146. As a result, seal ring 140 is prevented from being compressed during installation and from becoming dislodged from groove wall 124 or deflected relative to groove wall 124.
In the illustrated embodiment, one resilient wall 144 is shown. The elastic wall 144 is inclined outward in the radial direction of the seal ring 140. The elastic wall 144 may be connected to the seal ring body inner peripheral portion 145 and inclined toward the outside of the seal ring body outer peripheral portion 146. In an embodiment not shown, the seal ring 140 may include at least two resilient walls 144, for example, two resilient walls 144. At least two elastic walls 144 can be connected in series in the axial direction of the seal ring 140, and the inclination directions of the adjacent elastic walls 144 in the radial direction of the seal ring 140 are opposite.
Alternative embodiments
