The utility model provides a cooking utensil, which comprises a cooker body 100 (figure 1) and a cover body. The pot body 100 has a cylindrical inner pot housing part. The inner pot can be fixedly arranged at the inner pot containing part, or can be freely put into the inner pot containing part or taken out from the inner pot containing part, so that the inner pot can be conveniently cleaned. The inner pot is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The pot body 100 includes therein a heating means for heating the inner pot to heat the inner pot.
It can be understood that according to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil can be electric rice cooker, electric pressure cooker or other cooking utensil, and cooking utensil except having the function of cooking rice, can also have various functions such as cooking congee.
The lid body has a shape substantially corresponding to the pot body 100. The lid is openably and closably provided on the pot body 100, and specifically, it is pivoted to the pot body 100 through a pivot shaft, and can be freely pivoted between a closing position and an opening position with respect to the pot body 100 about the pivot axis where the pivot shaft is located, so as to facilitate the closing and opening of the pot body 100. When the cover is closed on the cooker body 100, it covers the inner pot, and a cooking space is formed between the inner pot and the cover. The lid body also usually has a sealing ring, which may be made of e.g. rubber material, arranged between the lid body and the inner pot for sealing the cooking space when the lid body is in the closed position.
A pot body 100 provided by the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the pot body 100 may include a base 110 and a housing 120 located above the base 110. The upper end of the housing 120 may extend inwardly to form a top wall 121. In other words, the upper end of the housing 120 may be provided with a top wall 121 extending inwardly. The lower end of the outer case 120 may be coupled with the upper end of the base 110. For example, the housing 120 may snap fit with the base 110 or be connected together by other suitable means. In an embodiment not shown, the pot body 100 may further include a middle plate disposed inside the outer shell 120, and the upper end of the outer shell 120 may be connected with the middle plate, for example, the outer shell 120 may be snapped or connected together by other suitable means, or the outer shell 120 and the middle plate are formed as a single piece.
It is to be noted that directional terms used herein in describing the respective parts, portions, etc. of the pot body 100, such as "upper", "lower", "above", "below", "upward", "downward", etc., are relative to the pot body 100 in a horizontally placed state. The directional terms "inner" in "inward", "outward", "inside", "outside", etc., refer to being close to the center of the pot body 100, and "outer" refers to being away from the center of the pot body 100, if not otherwise defined.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the base 110 may have a bottom wall 111 and a side wall 112 extending upward from the outer circumference of the bottom wall 111. The sidewall 112 can be connected to the lower end of the housing 120. The inside of the housing 120 may be provided with a positioning clasp 130. The hook portion of the positioning clip 130 extends inward. The pot body 100 further includes a locking member 140. The locking member 140 is a separate member. The locking member 140 may be pivotally mounted on the bottom wall 111. The pivot axis 153 of the locking member 140 can be disposed horizontally so that the locking member 140 can pivot vertically about the pivot axis 153. One end of the locking member 140 can be provided with a locking hook 141, and the locking hook 141 can be hooked to the positioning hook 130 from above the positioning hook 130 by rotating the locking member 140 about a pivot 153. When the locking member 140 is rotated to the hooking position where it hooks the positioning hook 130, the base 110 and the housing 120 can be connected together.
In this embodiment, the locking member 140 may be configured such that the locking hook 141 thereof is hooked to the positioning hook 130 from above and can be pressed into position, thereby limiting the relative positions of the base 110 and the housing 120 at least in the vertical direction, so as to achieve the fixed connection between the base 110 and the housing 120. The installation mode of the rotary hooking of the base 110 does not damage the base 110 and the shell 120 due to the assembly, thereby ensuring the structural strength, simplifying the assembly process, improving the assembly efficiency and reducing the production cost.
The locking member 140 has another end opposite to the one end. The pivot shaft 153 may be located between one end and the other end of the locking member 140. The other end of the locking member 140 may be provided with a resilient retaining clip 144. An avoidance structure having an avoidance space is provided on the bottom wall 111. The locking member 140 rotates about the pivot shaft 153 to rotate the stopper hook 144 to above the bottom wall 111 via the escape space and to be hooked to the bottom wall 111. Thus, the locking member 140 can be pivoted by operating the other end of the locking member 140, and the reverse rotation of the locking member 140 can be prevented, so that the locking hook 141 is firmly and reliably hooked with the positioning hook 130.
In the illustrated embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the bypass structure is shown as an opening 113 provided on the bottom wall 111 and communicating with the outside. The inside of the opening 113 forms an escape space. The locking member 140 can be disposed at the opening 113, and at least the stop catch 144 of the locking member 140 can pass out of the opening 113. The stop catch 144 can hook to the edge of the bottom wall 111 at the opening 113 when rotated over the bottom wall 111. Thereby, at least the retaining hook 144 of the locking member 140 can pass through the opening 113 when it is rotated, so that the locking member 140 is rotated by operating the other end of the locking member 140 from below the opening 113, i.e., outside the pot body 100. The locking piece 140 may cover the opening 113 when the locking hook 141 is hooked to the positioning hook 130 so as to complete the outer structure of the pot body 100.
In an embodiment not shown, the avoidance structure can be a recess provided on the bottom wall 111 and recessed downwards, the interior of the recess forming an avoidance space, if desired and/or desired. Thereby, the other end of the locking member 140 can be operated from the inside of the pot body 100 to rotate the locking member 140.
Specifically, the locking member 140 includes an upper body portion 142 and a lower body portion 143 connected to the upper body portion 142. The pivot shaft 153 can be located at the connection of the upper body portion 142 and the lower body portion 143. The upper body part 142 can be positioned above the bottom wall 111 and always rotate above the bottom wall 111. The top end of the upper body portion 142 may be bent to form a locking hook 141. During the rotation of the locking member 140 toward the housing 120, the lower body 143 may rotate upward from below the opening 113 and may pass through the opening 113 (fig. 3). The lower body 143 may be pushed upward to rotate the hook catch toward the housing 120.
The upper body portion 142 and the lower body portion 143 can be angularly disposed. Note that "at an angle" herein does not include 0 ° and 180 °. For example, the angle between the upper body portion 142 and the lower body portion 143 is about 90 °, i.e., both are substantially perpendicular. Of course, the angle between the upper body portion 142 and the lower body portion 143 may be set as desired.
For simplicity of description and ease of understanding, rotation of the locking member 140 toward the housing 120 is referred to as forward rotation, and rotation of the locking member 140 away from the housing 120 is referred to as reverse rotation. During the assembly of the pot body 100, the locking member 140 is rotated forward and the locking hook 141 is rotated to a hooking position (fig. 3) to be hooked with the housing 120. When it is desired to separate the locking member 140 from the housing 120, the locking member 140 is rotated in a reverse direction to disengage the locking hook 141 of the locking member 140 from the hooked position (fig. 4).
Specifically, the stop catch 144 is located at an end of the lower body portion 143. As shown in fig. 3, the stop hook 144 is capable of hooking to the edge of the bottom wall 111 at the opening 113 when the locking hook 141 is in a position to hook with the positioning hook 130. In other words, the stop hook 144 can rotate forward from below the bottom wall 111 to above the bottom wall 111 through the opening 113, and hook with the edge of the bottom wall 111 at the opening 113, with the locking hook 141 in the hooked position.
In this embodiment, the locking member 140 is prevented from rotating in the opposite direction, so that the locking hook 141 is firmly and reliably hooked to the positioning hook 130, and the locking hook 141 is prevented from being disengaged from the positioning hook 130.
The stop catch 144 can have a deformable bent structure. Thus, during the rotation, the stop hook 144 may be pressed by the edge of the bottom wall 111 at the opening 113 to be deformed toward the center of the locking member 140, so as to be able to rotate to above the bottom wall 111 or rotate downward from above the bottom wall 111. In the illustrated embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the retaining clip 144 taken on a plane perpendicular to the pivot axis 153 is an inverted V-shape. Of course, in embodiments not shown, the cross-sectional shape of the stop clasp 144 may be deformable other suitable shapes.
The inner side of the housing 120 may be provided with a support plate 151 and a connection wall 152. The support plate 151 is arranged vertically and faces inward. The positioning clip 130 is disposed at the lower end of the support plate 151. The supporting plate 151 is connected to at least the lower end of the housing 120 through the connecting wall 152, so that the positioning hook 130 can be held at a fixed position, and the positioning hook 130 is prevented from being moved by force, so that the base 110 and the housing 120 are more stably and firmly connected.
Alternatively, the support plate 151 may be connected to the upper end of the housing 120, particularly, to the top wall 121 of the housing 120. A connecting wall 152 extends from the upper end of the housing 120 to near the lower end of the housing 120, and the lower end of the connecting wall 152 is connected to the positioning clasp 130. The support plate 151 can be coupled to the housing 120 all the way from top to bottom by the coupling wall 152. Therefore, the structure for supporting the positioning clasp 130 is simple and reliable, and the production and the manufacture are easy. The connecting wall 152 may be provided at intervals of at least two.
In the embodiment where the support plate 151 is provided, accordingly, the locking member 140 is a plate-shaped member. Therefore, the hooking area of the locking hook 141 and the positioning hook 130 can be increased, and the firmness of the mounting structure can be improved.
Referring back to fig. 2, the bottom wall 111 may be provided with an upwardly projecting reinforcing wall 114 around the opening 113, such as the ring of reinforcing wall 114 shown. Therefore, the structural strength of the bottom wall 111 at the opening 113 can be enhanced, and deformation of the bottom wall 111 can be avoided. The locking member 140 can be confined within the area enclosed by the reinforcing wall 114 in a direction parallel to the pivot axis 153.
As shown in fig. 5, the bottom wall 111 may be provided with upwardly protruding mounting portions 115 at intervals. One of the locking member 140 and the mounting portion 115 may be provided with a pivot shaft 153, and the other of the locking member 140 and the mounting portion 115 may be provided with a mounting hole 154, the pivot shaft 153 being inserted into the mounting hole 154. Thus, the pivot shaft 153 can rotate within the mounting hole 154 to effect rotation of the locking member 140. In the illustrated embodiment, the locking member 140 is provided with a protruding pivot shaft 153. The mounting portion 115 is provided with a mounting hole 154 for inserting the pivot shaft 153.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the bottom wall 111 may be provided with a stopper wall 116 protruding upward. The retaining wall 116 may be connected to the reinforcing wall 114. The stopper wall 116 may extend in a direction perpendicular to the pivot shaft 153, and the stopper hook 144 may abut against the stopper wall 116 when hooked to the bottom wall 111, i.e., in a position hooked with the bottom wall 111. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the undesired swing of the stopper hook 144 when the stopper hook 144 is rebounded, and to prevent the structure of the cooker body 100 from being broken by the stopper hook 144 being forced to be spread apart when the locking piece 140 is pushed upward by an undesired external force from the outside of the cooker body.
The bottom wall 111 may be further provided with an operation port 117 communicating with the outside. The operation port 117 can communicate with the opening 113. In the illustrated embodiment, the retaining walls 116 are spaced apart, e.g., two retaining walls 116 are shown spaced apart. The operation port 117 may be provided between the stopper walls 116. Thus, the stop hook 144 can be disengaged from its hooking position by means of a tool from below the base 110 through the operation opening 117, in particular by pressing the stop hook 144 to deform it, so that the locking member 140 is then rotated in the opposite direction to disengage the locking hook 141 from the positioning hook 130.
In the illustrated embodiment, one locking member 140 is shown. However, in an embodiment not shown, the locking members 140 may be arranged at intervals, for example, two or more, and the positioning hooks 130 correspond to the locking members 140 one by one. Thus, at least two positions of the base 110 can be connected with the housing 120, thereby making the connection between the two more secure.
In a variant embodiment of the invention, which is not shown, the locking element 140 may be provided with only the locking hook 141, without the stop hook 144. In this embodiment, the locking member 140 has another end opposite to the one end. The pivot shaft 153 may be located between one end and the other end of the locking member 140. The avoiding structure may be a recess portion that is provided on the bottom wall 111 and is recessed downward, and an avoiding space is formed inside the recess portion. Thereby, the other end of the locking member 140 can be operated from the inside of the pot body 100 to rotate the locking member 140. Alternatively, the pivot 153 may be located at the other end of the locking member 140, in which case an escape structure may not be provided.
The utility model provides a cooking utensil's a kind of deep pot body 100 can make locking clasp 141 on it hook joint to location clasp 130 and can compress tightly the location from the top through setting up locking piece 140 to at least limit the relative position of base 110 and shell 120 on the vertical, in order to realize the fixed connection of base 110 and shell 120. The installation mode of the rotary hooking of the base 110 does not damage the base 110 and the shell 120 due to the assembly, thereby ensuring the structural strength, simplifying the assembly process, improving the assembly efficiency and reducing the production cost.
