Abstract
An operating platform is used for supporting workers to operate and comprises two supporting components, a bearing component, a first fixing component and a second fixing component, wherein the two supporting components comprise a first supporting piece and a second supporting piece; the bearing piece is arranged between the two supporting components and used for bearing workers; the first fixing piece is arranged on the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece and used for fixing the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece; the second fixing part is sleeved on the second supporting part and can move on the second supporting part to push the first fixing part so as to enable the first fixing part to clamp the first supporting part and the second supporting part. The operation platform provided by the above pushes the first fixing piece through the second fixing piece to clamp the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece, so that the stability of the bearing piece is not ensured, and the safety is improved.

Technical Field

Background
In the stair formwork assembly and disassembly application exceeding a certain height, workers are usually carried in a mode of erecting an operation platform so as to disassemble the aluminum formwork at a higher position. The existing method for disassembling the aluminum formwork at the higher position is to heighten a common operating stool to a certain degree, or to disassemble the aluminum formwork at the higher position by building a conventional operating platform. Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides an operation platform 100 for supporting a worker to work, including two supporting components 10, a carrying component 20, a first fixing component 30 and a second fixing component 40, where the two supporting components 10 include a first supporting component 11 and a second supporting component 12, the first supporting component 11 is fixed on a first template 200, one end of the second supporting component 12 is movably connected to the first supporting component 11, and the other end is fixed on a second template 300; the bearing part 20 is arranged between the two support assemblies 10 and is used for bearing workers; the first fixing member 30 is disposed on the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 12, and is used for fixing the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 12; the second fixing member 40 is sleeved on the second supporting member 12, and can move on the second supporting member 12 to push the first fixing member 30, so that the first fixing member 30 can tightly clamp the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 12.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first supporting member 11 is used to connect the first mold plate 200 and the second supporting member 12, and is matched with the second supporting member 12 to be erected between the first mold plate 200 and the second mold plate 300. In one embodiment, the first support 11 is a cylindrical rod. It is understood that the shape of the first support 11 is not limited thereto, and the first support bar may also be a rectangular bar as in other embodiments.
The first supporting member 11 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 111, and the plurality of first through holes 111 are used for matching with the second supporting member 12 to fix the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 12. In one embodiment, the first through holes 111 are disposed on the first supporting member 11 at equal intervals. It is understood that the opening positions of the plurality of first through holes 111 are not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the plurality of first through holes 111 are randomly opened on the first support 11.
The second supporting member 12 and the first supporting member 11 are coaxially disposed, and the first supporting member 11 is sleeved on the inner wall of the second supporting member 12, so that the first supporting member 11 can move in the second supporting member 12, so as to change the total length of the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 12. In one embodiment, the second support 12 is a cylindrical rod. It is understood that the shape of the second support 12 is not limited thereto, and the second support bar may also be a rectangular bar, as in other embodiments.
A plurality of second through holes 121 are formed on the second supporting member 12. The second through holes 121 are used to match with the first through holes 111 to fix the first support 11 and the second support 12. In an embodiment, the plurality of second through holes 121 are disposed on the second supporting member 12 at equal intervals, and a distance between two adjacent first through holes 111 is equal to a distance between two adjacent second through holes 121, so that when the first supporting member 11 moves a certain distance, each first through hole 111 extending into the second supporting member 12 can still be aligned with the second through hole 121. It is understood that the opening position of the second through hole 121 is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the second through hole 121 is randomly disposed on the second support 12, and the first through hole 111 can be aligned with the second through hole 121 when the first support 11 moves inward along the inner wall of the second support 12 by a predetermined distance.
It should be noted that the first support 11 and the second support 12 are relatively movable to change the total length of the first support 11 and the second support 12, so as to be suitable for the first template 200 and the second template 300 with different distances.
Referring to fig. 2, the supporting member 20 is erected on the two supporting members 10 for supporting a worker, and transmits the weight of the worker to the first form 200 and the second form 300 through the two supporting members 10. In one embodiment, two of the supporting members 20 are juxtaposed between two of the supporting members 10. It is understood that the number of the carriers 20 is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, there are four carriers 20, and four carriers 20 are juxtaposed between two of the support assemblies 10.
The bearing member 20 includes a bearing portion 21 and a hooking portion 22, the hooking portion 22 is disposed on two opposite sides of the bearing portion 21, and the hooking portion 22 is hooked on the two first supporting members 11, so that the bearing member 20 is fixed between the two first supporting members 11.
The bearing part 21 is used for bearing the weight of workers. In one embodiment, the carrier 21 is a metal mesh plate. It is understood that the type of the bearing part 21 is not limited thereto, and the bearing part 21 may also be a template, a metal solid plate, a combination of the two, and the like, as in other embodiments.
The hooking portion 22 is fixed on the carrying portion 21 and used for hooking the two first supporting members 11, so as to connect the carrying portion 21 with the two first supporting members 11. In one embodiment, four hooking portions 22 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the carrying portion 21, respectively, so as to fix the carrying portion 21 between two first supporting members 11. The four hooking portions 22 and the carrying portion 21 are integrally formed. It can be understood that the connection manner of the hook portions 22 and the bearing portion 21, and the number and the arrangement positions of the hook portions 22 are not limited to this, and in other embodiments, there are six hook portions 22, every three hook portions 22 are randomly arranged on one side of the bearing portion 21, the other three hook portions 22 are randomly arranged on the other side of the bearing portion 21, and the hook portions 22 are welded to the bearing portion 21.
The hooking part 22 is provided with a clamping groove 221. The locking groove 221 is hooked on the first supporting member 11, and the hooking portion 22 is connected to the two first supporting members 11 through the locking groove 221. It should be noted that the diameter of the locking groove 221 is larger than the diameter of the first support 11, and the diameter of the locking groove 221 is smaller than the diameter of the second support 12.
Referring to fig. 2, the first fixing member 30 may extend into the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 121 to fix the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 12. In one embodiment, the first fixing member 30 is a ring-shaped bolt, but obviously, the invention is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the first fixing member 30 may also be a bolt or the like.
Referring to fig. 2, the second fixing member 40 is sleeved on the second supporting member 12, and the second fixing member 40 is located beside the first fixing member 30 and is used for tightly clamping the first fixing member 30 in the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 121. In one embodiment, the second fixing member 40 is a nut, but obviously, the second fixing member 40 is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the second fixing member 40 is a metal ring.
Further, a screw thread is disposed at a contact position of the second supporting member 12 and the second fixing member 40, and the second fixing member 40 can move on the second supporting member 12 along the screw thread until abutting against the first fixing member 30, so that the first fixing member 30 tightly clamps the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 12 in the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 121.
The handle 41 is arranged on the second fixing member 40, and the handle 41 is used for driving the second fixing member 40 to rotate, so that the second fixing member 40 is close to or far away from the first fixing member 30 along the thread.
In one embodiment, the first template 200 and the second template 300 are aluminum templates, but obviously, the invention is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the first template 200 and the second template 300 may also be steel templates or wood templates, etc.
During working, the distance that the first supporting piece 11 extends into the second supporting piece 12 is adjusted according to the distance between the first template 200 and the second template 300, so that the two ends of the first supporting piece 11 and the second supporting piece 12 are respectively erected on the reinforcing ribs on the first template 200 and the second template 300, and the first through hole 111 is aligned with the second through hole 121. The first fixing member 30 is arranged on the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 12 through the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 121, and the handle 41 is rotated to enable the second fixing member 40 to move on the second supporting member 12 along the thread until abutting against the first fixing member 30, so that the first fixing member 30 clamps the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 12.
The hooking parts 22 disposed on opposite sides of the bearing part 21 are hooked on the two first supporting members 11, so that the bearing member 20 is fixed between the two supporting members 10, and a plurality of bearing members 20 are fixed between the two supporting members 10 according to requirements.
The operation platform 100 provided above can never ensure the stability of the bearing member 20 by fixing the two support members 10 at different heights of the first template 200 and the second template 300, and arranging the bearing member 20 between the two support members 10, and bearing the pressure from the bearing member 20 by the first template 200 and the second template 300, so as to improve the safety.

Claims (10)
1. An operation platform for supporting a worker for work, the operation platform comprising:
two support assemblies, include:

7. An operation platform according to claim 1, wherein said bearing member is fixed between said first supporting members.
8. An operation platform according to claim 7, wherein said carrier comprises:
a bearing part;
the hooking parts are arranged on two opposite sides of the bearing part and hooked on the two first supporting parts, so that the bearing part is fixed between the two first supporting parts.
9. The operation platform according to claim 8, wherein the hooking portion is provided with:
the hooking part is connected with the two first supporting parts through the clamping groove.
10. The operations platform of claim 9, wherein a diameter of the card slot is larger than a diameter of the first support, and the diameter of the card slot is smaller than a diameter of the second support.
