Description

The present invention relates to a beam frame mounting structure used in a temporary scaffold assembled at a construction site or the like, particularly a wedge-tied scaffold.

Conventionally, a temporary scaffold is provided at a construction site along a building such as a building, and is used by a site worker to perform work such as repairing or painting the building. In recent years, so-called wedge-tied scaffolds in which wedges are used to connect a plurality of types of temporary members used for temporary scaffolds have been adopted (see, for example, "Patent Document 1").

As shown in FIG. 13, the wedge-tied scaffold is usually constructed by erection of columns 41 for each basic span (for example, 1829 mm) and connecting each temporary member to the columns 41. When the wedge-tied scaffolding is provided along the building having the condominium or the store, an opening S having a predetermined space may be formed according to the entrance / exit of the condominium or the store (see FIG. 13). Through this opening S, people can go in and out of condominiums, stores, and the like, and things can be transported.

。 When the opening S is formed in the wedge-tied scaffold, temporary members are also provided in the upper portion of the opening S, so that a beam frame 42 for supporting them is usually attached. The beam frame 42 is the upper part of the opening S and is attached to both the front step side (the side closer to the building) and the rear step side (the side far from the building) extending laterally (rear step in FIG. 13). Only the side beam frame 42 is shown).

The beam frame 42 has substantially the same length as the width of the opening S, and as shown in FIG. 14, two horizontal members 43 and 44 are arranged in parallel, and they are connected by a vertical member 45, an oblique member 46, or the like. Is formed. A tenon 47 is formed on the upper part of the vertical member 45 so as to be continuous with the vertical member 45. A support column 41 arranged in the upper portion of the opening S is inserted into the tenon 47 and erected.

As shown in FIG. 15, the end portion of the beam frame 42 is connected to the flange 48 provided on the support column 41. More specifically, the connecting member 49 of the beam frame 42 is sandwiched between the flange 48, and the wedge 50 penetrates the connecting member 49 and is fastened to the hook hole 51 formed in the flange 48, whereby the beam frame 42 The end portion of the support 41 is connected to the support column 41.

In the wedge-tied scaffolding, the installation interval W (see FIG. 13) of the columns 41 adjacent to each other in the left-right direction is usually set as the basic span, and the columns 41 are erected for each of the basic spans. Therefore, the width of the opening S is set so as to be based on the basic span, that is, a width that is a multiple of the basic span.

Similarly, since it is necessary to maintain the basic span of the support column 41 also in the upper portion of the opening S, the beam frame 42 is provided with the vertical member 45 and the tenon 47 at an interval W corresponding to the installation interval of the support column 41. (See FIG. 14).

Here, at a construction site, it may be desired to set the width of the opening S to an arbitrary width. For example, when the building is a store, the width of the opening S is adjusted to the width of the entrance / exit of the store, or when the vehicle passes through the opening S, the width of the opening S is slightly smaller than the width of the vehicle. It may fit a large width.

However, as described above, the width of the opening S in the wedge-tied scaffold is substantially the same as the length of the beam frame 42 and is set to a width that is a multiple of the basic span of the support column 41. If the width of S is set to an arbitrary width, the conventional beam frame 42 cannot be used.

Therefore, the site worker must separately prepare a beam frame having a width other than a multiple of the basic span, and the width of the opening S often differs depending on the construction site. There was a trouble that it was necessary to prepare a beam frame corresponding to S for each construction site. In addition, as the number of types of beam frames increases, there is also a problem that their management becomes complicated.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a temporary scaffold to which the beam frame mounting structure according to the present invention is applied. Temporary scaffolding is provided at a construction site along, for example, a building such as a building, and is used by a site worker to perform work such as repairing or painting the building.

The temporary scaffold shown in FIG. 1 is a so-called wedge-tied scaffold in which a wedge is used to connect a plurality of types of temporary members. The wedge-tied scaffolding is provided between a plurality of erected columns 1, adjacent columns 1, scaffolding plates 2 for workers to perform work or move, and between adjacent columns 1 for workers. It is roughly composed of handrails 3 and the like for preventing falls.

The columns 1 used for this wedge-tied scaffold are provided with flanges 5 at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction (see FIG. 2). The flange 5 is formed in a substantially petal shape so as to spread in the horizontal direction, and four hook holes 6 are formed in the cross direction. In the wedge-tied scaffolding, for example, arm timber 4 is arranged between the columns 1 adjacent to each other in the depth direction shown in FIG.

The arm wood 4 is provided with connecting members 8 to which wedges 7 are loosely fitted at both ends thereof, and the wedges 7 are tightly bound to the hook holes 6 formed in the flanges 5 so that the wedges 7 are attached to the flanges 5 of the support columns 1. The arm timber 4 is connected. In the normal wedge binding type scaffolding, the scaffolding plate 2 is supported and provided on the arm timber 4, and the handrail frame 3 (not shown) is connected to the other hooking holes 6 of the flange 5.

Returning to FIG. 1, in the wedge-tied scaffolding, an opening S having a predetermined space may be formed depending on the entrance / exit of a condominium, a store, or the like. A pair of beam frames 11 for supporting a temporary member arranged above the opening S is attached to the upper portion of the opening S. The pair of beam frames 11 are attached to the upper part of the opening S so as to extend horizontally to both the front step side (the side closer to the building) and the rear step side (the side far from the building). Note that FIG. 1 shows only the beam frame 11 on the rear step side.

Here, the width of the opening S is usually set to substantially match a multiple of the basic span (for example, 1829 mm) between the columns 1, but if necessary, any other than a multiple of the basic span is set. May be set to width. The mounting structure of the beam frame 11 of the present embodiment is easy to set the width of the opening S even if the width of the opening S is set to an arbitrary width other than a multiple of the basic span. It is possible to correspond to.

The beam frame 11 has a length at least larger than the width of the opening S, and as shown in FIG. 3, a pipe-shaped upper horizontal member 12 formed so as to extend in the horizontal direction and a pipe-shaped member arranged in parallel therewith. Outlined by a lower horizontal member 13, a plurality of vertical members 14 arranged side by side in the vertical direction at a predetermined interval, and a plurality of diagonal members 15 provided in a truss shape between adjacent vertical members 14. It is configured.

At both ends of the beam frame 11, attachment portions 16 for attaching the beam frame 11 to the wedge-tied scaffolding are provided. As shown in FIG. 4, the mounting portion 16 includes an end portion (part) of the upper horizontal member 12, an auxiliary horizontal member 17 extending in the horizontal direction toward the upper horizontal member 12, and an upper horizontal member 12 and an auxiliary horizontal member. It is composed of a connecting member 18 that connects the ends of the 17 and the end portions to each other.

Although not shown in FIG. 4, a reinforcing member is obliquely provided between the vertical member 14 at the end and the auxiliary horizontal member 17 unless the beam frame receiving member 21, which will be described later, interferes with the vertical member 14. It may be arranged and provided. Further, the structure of the beam frame 11 is not limited to the shapes shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 as long as it has a strength capable of supporting the temporary scaffolding arranged in the upper portion.

The pair of beam frames 11 are supported and attached to the wedge-tightened scaffold by two pairs of beam frame receiving members 21. Each beam frame receiving member 21 is used by being attached to the flange 5 of the support column 1 as described later.

5A and 5B are perspective views of the beam frame receiving member 21, FIG. 6 shows an outer shape of the beam frame receiving member 21, FIG. 5A is a front view, FIG. 5B is a top view, and FIG. 6C is a right side view. .. Further, FIG. 7 is a rear view of the beam frame receiving member 21. The beam frame receiving member 21 is provided side by side in the left-right direction and includes a pair of U-shaped members 22 for supporting the beam frame 11. The pair of U-shaped members 22 are formed so that the curved surface portion is located downward in order to support the beam frame 11. The pair of U-shaped members 22 are provided with a flat upper connecting member 23 and a lower connecting member 24 for connecting them to each other at the upper and lower portions of one side surface thereof.

An insertion piece 25 extending in the vertical direction is provided on the back surface side of the upper connecting member 23. The insertion piece 25 is inserted into the hook hole 6 of the flange 5 located at the upper corner C (see FIG. 1) of the opening S when the beam frame receiving member 21 is attached. More specifically, the insertion piece 15 is inserted into the hook hole 6 (see FIG. 2) on the flange 5 opposite to the hook hole 6 to which the arm timber 4 is mounted. On the other hand, on the back side of the lower connecting member 24, a clamp 27 is bolted, for example, via a flat plate-shaped mounting member 26. The clamp 27 is for fixing the beam frame receiving member 21 to the support column 1, and when the beam frame receiving member 21 is attached, the support column 1 is tightened with a predetermined tightening torque.

Through holes 28 are formed in each of the U-shaped members 22 at the same height positions on the facing surfaces. A U-shaped bolt 29 is attached to the pair of U-shaped members 22 so as to penetrate the through holes 28 and to hang the pair of U-shaped members 22. A wing nut 30 is screwed to the end of the U-shaped bolt 29. The wing nut 30 is for tightening and fixing the upper horizontal member 12 and the auxiliary horizontal member 17 of the beam frame 11 to the pair of U-shaped members 22.

One or a plurality of beam frame passing members 31 are hung between the pair of beam frames 11 attached to each of the front step side and the rear step side (between in the depth direction of FIG. 1). The beam frame passing member 31 is arranged at a predetermined position on the upper horizontal member 12 of the beam frame 11 as described later. In FIG. 1, three beam frame passing members 31 are arranged.

As shown in FIG. 8, the beam frame passing member 31 includes a long arm timber 4 and a strut receiving member 32 connected to both ends thereof. The arm wood 4 is composed of a pipe-shaped main body 4a, connecting members 8 provided at both ends of the main body 4a, and a wedge 7. The arm timber 4 of the beam frame connecting member 31 in the present embodiment is not newly designed and manufactured for the main beam frame connecting member 31, and is versatile in the wedge binding type scaffolding as shown in FIG. The arm wood 4 used in the above is used.

9 is a perspective view of the support support member 32, FIG. 10 shows the outer shape of the support support member 32, (a) is a front view, (b) is a top view, and (c) is a right side view.

The strut receiving member 32 includes a cylindrical cylindrical portion 33, and a tenon 34 having a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter and a predetermined length is provided on the upper portion of the cylindrical portion 33. The tenon 34 is for erecting the support column 1 by inserting the support column 1. A flange 36 having three hook holes 35, which is formed so as to spread in the horizontal direction, is provided on the peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 33. Further, a U-shaped hook portion 38 in a side view for hooking to the beam frame 11 via a connecting portion 37 having a substantially U-shape in a plan view is provided on a part of the peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 33. There is. The hook portion 38 is formed so that the curved surface portion is located upward in order to hook the hook portion 38 to the beam frame 11.

In the flange 36 of the strut receiving member 32, the strut receiving member 32 and the arm timber are connected by connecting the connecting member 8 and the wedge 7 of the arm timber 4 to the hook hole 35 formed on the side opposite to the hook portion 38. 4 is integrated. Further, another support support member 32 is also connected and integrated with the connecting member 8 and the wedge 7 at the other end of the arm wood 4.

Next, the procedure for attaching the beam frame 11 to the wedge-tightened scaffolding will be described.

When the opening S is formed in the wedge-tied scaffold, a temporary member (post 1) is temporarily formed in the region where the opening S is formed in order to support the scaffold member disposed above the opening S. , Handrail material 3 and arm wood 4 etc.) are temporarily assembled.

Next, the beam frame receiving member 21 is attached above the temporarily assembled temporary scaffold. More specifically, the beam frame receiving member 21 is attached to each of the flanges 5 located at both the upper corners C (see FIG. 1) of the opening S. That is, the insertion piece 25 of the beam frame receiving member 21 is inserted into the hooking hole 6 of the flange 5, and the support column 1 having the flange 5 is tightened by the clamp 27 with a predetermined tightening torque. As a result, the beam frame receiving member 21 is fixed to the support column 1 at the upper corner C of the opening S. A total of four beam frame receiving members 21 are attached to the upper corners C on the front step side and the rear step side.

Next, as shown in FIG. 11, the beam frame 11 is supported by the beam frame receiving member 21 fixed to the support column 1. Specifically, the upper horizontal member 12 and the auxiliary horizontal member 17 of the mounting portion 16 of the beam frame 11 are arranged inside the pair of U-shaped members 22, and the U-shaped bolts 29 are the pair of U-shaped members 22. The attachment portion 16 of the beam frame 11 is fixed to the beam frame receiving member 21 by being inserted into the through hole 28 and tightened by the wing nut 30.

As shown in FIG. 12, the beam frame passing member 31 is arranged at a predetermined position (position where the support column 1 is erected) of the upper horizontal member 12 of the beam frame 11. That is, each hook portion 38 of both strut receiving members 32 is hooked so that the beam frame passing member 31 is hung on the upper horizontal member 12 of each beam frame 11 on the front step side and the rear step side.

Next, the support column 1 is fitted and inserted into the tenon 34 of each support column receiving member 32. Although not shown in FIG. 12, the scaffolding plate 2 is arranged between the handrail members 4 of the adjacent beam frame passing members 31 so as to hang them. Further, a handrail 3 is attached between the columns 1 adjacent to each other in the left-right direction. After that, the temporary scaffold temporarily assembled in the region of the opening S is disassembled. As a result, the space of the opening S is formed.

In this way, the beam frame 11 can be easily attached to the upper part of the opening S by the beam frame receiving member 21. Since the beam frame passing member 31 can be hung at a predetermined position on the upper horizontal member 12 of the beam frame 11, the support column 1 installed in the upper portion of the opening S can be erected at a suitable position. Since the width of the opening S can be set at the arrangement position of the support column 1, the width of the opening S can be set to a width other than a multiple of the basic span, that is, the width of the opening S can be set to an arbitrary width. Can be set.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the beam frame 11 may be at least wider than the width of the opening S and is supported by the beam frame receiving member 21, so that the width of the opening S differs depending on the construction site. Even so, it is not necessary to prepare beam frames of different lengths for each construction site. Nor is it necessary to manage them. Further, since the length of the beam frame 21 may be larger than the width of the opening S, the beam frame 21 does not require dimensional accuracy unlike the conventional beam frame 42. Therefore, the beam frame 11 can be easily manufactured.

Further, the beam frame 11 is attached at a position deviated from the line connecting the axes of the respective columns 1 of the wedge-tied scaffold in a plan view. Specifically, the beam frame 11 on the front step side is arranged closer to the building from the line connecting the axial centers of the columns 1 by the beam frame receiving member 21, and the beam frame 11 on the rear step side is arranged on each column 1. It is placed at a position farther from the building from the line connecting the axes of. The conventional beam frame 42 is arranged on the same line as the line connecting the axial centers of the columns 1, and the length of the beam frame 42 and the width of the opening S are substantially the same. Sometimes it was difficult to work. However, in the present embodiment, since the beam frame 11 is attached at a position deviated from the line connecting the axial centers of the respective columns 1, the workability at the time of attachment can be improved.

Further, since the support member 32 of the present embodiment uses the versatile arm wood 4 as described above, the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Further, since the versatile arm timber 4 is used, for example, even if the width of the wedge-tied scaffold in the depth direction is suddenly changed at the construction site, only the arm timber 4 needs to be replaced, and it can be flexibly dealt with. be able to.

The scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, the shapes, sizes, quantities, etc. of the beam frame 11, the beam frame receiving member 21, the beam frame passing member 31, the strut receiving member 32, etc. in the above embodiment are not limited to the above embodiment, and the design can be changed as appropriate. Is. For example, in the above embodiment, the flange 5 is provided on the support column 1, but instead of the flange 5, for example, a U-shaped pocket body in a top view is provided, and each temporary member may be connected to the pocket body.
