Conventionally, in such cases, scaffolding was assembled from the ground to the cable tray position and the cables were laid. However, this method requires large-scale scaffolding, and requires a great deal of effort to assemble and dismantle, so in recent years, scaffolding has been removably attached to side wall members, etc. for various scaffolding operations, and removed after the work is completed. Segmented and assembled scaffolding devices that can be transported have been considered and have been used to great advantage in certain application conditions.

However, the width of the cable tray varies depending on the amount of cables laid there, the distance between the side wall and the cable tray also varies, and there is also a duct or other structure adjacent to the cable tray. In some cases, various types of equipment are installed, and in such cases, even if you try to apply a split-assembly scaffolding device like the one described above, it will be difficult to install it because the width of the bottom of the scaffolding cannot be changed. In some cases, it is not possible to do so, resulting in inconveniences such as having to separately prepare a scaffolding device that matches the width dimension, or assembling only that part of the scaffolding from the ground as in the past.

Subsequently, the elongated holes 3 and 4 for attaching the scaffold of the scaffold plate mounting base 2 in the scaffolding device in the expanded state as described above are replaced with the scaffold attaching hole 21 formed in the lowermost horizontal member 20 of the cable tray frame 23, 22, then insert the mounting bolt (not shown) into the scaffolding mounting hole 2.
1 and 22, screwed into nuts 7 and 7, and tightened, thereby attaching the scaffolding device to the cable tray frame 23. At this time, since the long holes 3 and 4 for scaffold attachment have a long tolerance range, even if the width dimension of the cable tray frame 23 changes as shown by the broken line in FIG. 7, the nuts 7, The scaffolding device can be easily attached to the cable tray frame 23 by simply changing the position of 7. Furthermore,
Even when the distance between the cable tray frame 23 attached to the ceiling part 17 and the side wall or other obstacle 25 is small, the tightening positions of the bolts and nuts 7, 7 can be changed along the long holes 3, 4 for mounting the scaffold. By doing so, the stanchion 9 can be connected to the cable tray frame 23.
The scaffolding board 24 can be mounted by adjusting the interval at which the scaffolding board 24 is placed to be narrow in advance. Also, at this time, the necessary parts of the scaffolding device are attached, for example, the handrail pipe 16 is attached via the clamp 15, the scaffolding board 24 is attached to the scaffolding board mounting table 2, etc.

After the site work is completed, loosen the bolts screwed into the nuts 7 and 7, and attach the scaffolding device to the cable tray mount 23.
Remove from. The scaffolding device removed from the cable tray frame 23 includes the handrail pipe 16 and the scaffolding board 2.
4, etc., by pulling the stanchion 9 upward and pulling out the support legs 8, 8 from the fall prevention fitting part 12, rotating the pin 11 as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. Can be folded.
Since it can be folded in this way, it is easy to handle and transport, the space required for temporary storage can be reduced, and it is also easy to carry in and out of narrow spaces where it is difficult to swing. . In addition, during field work, small parts such as nuts are easily lost, but as mentioned above, nuts 7,
7 is stored in the scaffold board mounting base 2, so there is no chance of the powder being lost. When attaching the scaffolding device to the cable tray frame, you can use bolts that are highly versatile and easy to obtain even if they are lost. All you have to do is prepare. Furthermore, in the case of FIG. 1, two nuts 7, 7 are provided for one adjustment slot 3 or 4, so that they can be used even if the nuts 7, 7 are damaged.
I am trying to set up 7.
