技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,更具体地说,涉及一种减震隔音涂料。
背景技术
建筑物的隔音、减震效果,一直都不够理想。传统的做法,一种是在建筑物上使用隔音砂浆(以水泥、无机材料及橡胶颗粒混合而成的无机干粉材料),需要施工30~50mm的厚度才能满足建筑楼板GB/T50121-2020《建筑隔声评价标准》的标准隔音减震要求,具有施工厚度大、施工成本高、周期慢、施工后减少了楼层间的净层高、增加了建筑楼板的承重、完工后容易空鼓开裂等缺点;另外一种传统做法是使用橡胶隔音垫,以废旧塑胶颗粒通过树脂发泡在经过挤压切割的卷毡,材料需要施工3~5mm的厚度才能满足建筑楼板GB/T50121-2020《建筑隔声评价标准》的标准隔音减震要求,并且具有易燃、易吸水、易空鼓、抗压强度低、成本相对较高,施工步骤多等缺点。
为此,本申请人致力于新型涂料的研发,曾研发出一款微弹体隔声涂料,申请号为201911307875.5的发明专利公开了具体的组分及生产方法,具体为包括了以下组分:苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液、异氰酸酯合成树脂、矿物纤维棉和热膨胀微球。各成分的重量份如下:10-30份的苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液、20-40份异氰酸酯合成树脂、1-10份矿物纤维棉和5-20份热膨胀微球。所述的涂料还包括有以下重量组分:10-30份重钙粉、10-30份云母粉、1-5份十二碳醇酯、1-5份乙二醇、0.5-5份分散剂、0.1-1份消泡剂、0.5-5份防腐剂、1-10份磷系阻燃剂和0.5-2份有机胺类pH调节剂。
原来这种涂料,采用的是未经发泡的热膨胀微球与其他物质相混合,制备涂料时,未经发泡的热膨胀微球一边与其他物质混合,一边发泡。虽然由于其他物质是液体结构,能够对未经发泡的热膨胀微球产生一定的发泡效果,但无法使热膨胀微球充分发泡,导致制备而成的涂料,减震隔音效果不够充分,同时热膨胀微球会有一定的浪费,涂料的制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种施工速度更快速、附着力更强、成本更低、隔音效果更稳定的减震隔音涂料。
一种减震隔音涂料,其特征在于,包含以下质量份为0.5~60份的可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球和质量份为5~90份的成膜物质,可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球经过发泡后与成膜物质均匀混合制成涂料,所述可热发泡微球带有固含量为5%-40%的发泡剂,可热发泡微球微球的起始发泡温度20℃至约240℃,平均颗粒初始尺寸为1μm-500μm,通过加热至超过起始发泡温度,发泡剂将微球直径膨胀2至7倍,最大发泡温度为50℃至300℃;所述可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球为由聚合物或共聚物制成的热塑壳体,所述聚合物或共聚物通过聚合烯烃不饱合单体或/和交联的多功能单体而获得,热塑壳体的固含量为60%-95%,烯烃不饱合单体或/和交联的多功能单体的固含量为0.1%-1%。
进一步的,所述发泡剂为n-戊烷、异戊烷、新戊烷、丁烷、异丁烷、己烷、异己烷、新已烷、庚烷、异庚烷、辛烷、异辛烷或以上任意混合物构成的碳氢化合物;或是石油醚;或是含氯或含氟的碳氢化合物;或是甲基氯化物、亚甲基氯化物、二氯乙烷、二氯乙烯、三氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、三氯氟甲烷中的任意一种或者任意组合。
进一步的,所述不饱合单体为以下物质中的一种或两种以上的任意组合:丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈、2-氯代丙烯腈、3-乙氧基丙烯腈、富马腈、巴豆腈、甲基丙烯酸酯、乙烯基卤化物、偏二氯乙烯、乙烯基吡啶的偏二卤乙烯、乙烯酯类、苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、丁二烯、二烯烃。

进一步的,所述水性助剂为消泡剂、分散剂、润湿剂、成膜助剂、防腐剂、色浆/色粉、乙二醇、丙二醇、增塑剂、聚氨酯增稠剂、碱溶涨增稠剂的其中一种或两种以上混合物。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂为有机阻燃剂、无机阻燃剂、卤系阻燃剂、非卤阻燃剂的其中一种或两种以上混合物。
进一步的,所述填料为颗粒状或纤维状,由无机化合物或/和有机化合物组成,无机化合物可以为以下物质的一种或两种以上的任意组合:铝粉、碳酸镁、氢氧化镁、白云石、碳酸钙、磷酸钙、硫酸钙、滑石粉、高岭土、二氧化硅、氧化铁、氧化钛、氧化铝和氢氧化物、氧化锌、水滑石、云母、重晶石、玻璃微球、飞尘、细砂、矿物纤维和普通加强纤维、硅灰石、长石、硅藻土、珍珠岩、蛭石、中空石英和陶瓷球;有机化合物可以为以下物质的一种或两种以上的任意组合:纤维素、木粉、炭黑、碳纤维、聚乙烯纤维、石墨纤维、橡胶颗粒/粉、软木颗粒/粉、塑料颗粒/粉。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.可热发泡微球带有发泡剂,通过加热至超过起始发泡温度,发泡剂将微球直径膨胀2至7倍,可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球经过发泡后再与成膜物质均匀混合制成涂料,可热发泡微球是无数个小小的球状体,成膜物质把这无数个球状体黏在一起形成一个整体;
2.同等体积大小的可热发泡微球,发泡彻底的可热发泡微球重量会比未经发泡的可热发泡微球轻的多,同时彻底发泡后的可热发泡微球,其结构会呈中空状结构,使整个涂料都会具有足够的弹性,从而以最小的成本,达到最佳的减震效果和隔音效果;
3.可以根据施工性能和成本需求,可以选择适量添加或不添加水、填料、水性助剂、阻燃剂等物质成分,主要起到填充、降低材料成本、增加材料强度、涂料的粘稠度、储存稳定性、防火阻燃性能添加;
4.本发明可选择的原材料多样,可以根据需要选择原材料,便于生产、节约成本,同时又能够保障减震和隔音的效果。
综上所述,本发明的减震隔音涂料,具有回弹性强、导热系数低、隔声减震效果优、重量较轻、容易施工、制备成本低等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种减震隔音涂料,包含质量份为15份的可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球,所述可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球为由聚合物或共聚物制成的热塑壳体,所述聚合物或共聚物通过聚合烯烃不饱合单体而获得,热塑壳体的固含量为75%,烯烃不饱合单体的固含量为0.5%。
所述可热发泡微球微球带有固含量为25%的发泡剂(发泡剂为n-戊烷、异戊烷、新戊烷、丁烷、异丁烷、己烷、异己烷、新已烷、庚烷、异庚烷、辛烷、异辛烷或其混合物构成的碳氢化合物,也可以是石油醚、含氯或含氟的碳氢化合物,也可以是甲基氯化物、亚甲基氯化物、二氯乙烷、二氯乙烯、三氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、三氯氟甲烷其中的一种或者其中两种以上的任意组合)中进行发泡。所述可热发泡微球微球的起始发泡温度120℃,平均颗粒初始尺寸为250μm,通过加热至超过起始发泡温度,将微球直径膨胀5倍,所述发泡剂的沸点温度不高于热塑壳体的软化温度。
所述不饱合单体为以下物质中的一种或两种以上的任意组合:丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈、2-氯代丙烯腈、3-乙氧基丙烯腈、富马腈、巴豆腈、甲基丙烯酸酯、乙烯基卤化物、偏二氯乙烯、乙烯基吡啶的偏二卤乙烯、乙烯酯类、苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、丁二烯、二烯烃。
可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球经过发泡后与成质量份为85份的成膜物质均匀混合制成涂料。
所述成膜物质为醇酸树脂乳液、环氧树脂乳液、丙烯酸树脂乳液、聚氨酯树脂乳液、乙烯基酯树脂乳液、高氯化聚乙烯、氯化橡胶、有机硅树脂乳液、安氨基树脂乳液、松香、大漆、腰果油、无机成膜物、聚脲树脂乳液、氟碳树脂乳液、聚硅氧烷、酚醛树脂乳液、聚酯树脂乳液、白乳胶的任意一种或者任意两种以上材料的混合物。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是,在涂料中还添加有以下质量份的组分:45份的水、10份的水性助剂、12份的阻燃剂、30份的填料。
水性助剂为消泡剂、分散剂、润湿剂、成膜助剂、防腐剂、色浆/色粉、乙二醇、丙二醇、增塑剂、聚氨酯增稠剂、碱溶涨增稠剂的其中一种或两种以上混合物。
阻燃剂为有机阻燃剂、无机阻燃剂、卤系阻燃剂、非卤阻燃剂的其中一种或两种以上混合物。
填料为颗粒状或纤维状,由无机化合物或/和有机化合物组成,无机化合物可以为以下物质的一种或两种以上的任意组合:铝粉、碳酸镁、氢氧化镁、白云石、碳酸钙、磷酸钙、硫酸钙、滑石粉、高岭土、二氧化硅、氧化铁、氧化钛、氧化铝和氢氧化物、氧化锌、水滑石、云母、重晶石、玻璃微球、飞尘、细砂、矿物纤维和普通加强纤维、硅灰石、长石、硅藻土、珍珠岩、蛭石、中空石英和陶瓷球;有机化合物可以为以下物质的一种或两种以上的任意组合:纤维素、木粉、炭黑、碳纤维、聚乙烯纤维、石墨纤维、橡胶颗粒/粉、软木颗粒/粉、塑料颗粒/粉。
实施例3
与实施例1不同的是,一种减震隔音涂料,包含质量份为3份的可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球,所述可热发泡微球微球带有固含量为35%的发泡剂中进行发泡,所述可热发泡微球微球的起始发泡温度120℃,平均颗粒初始尺寸为250μm,通过加热至超过起始发泡温度,将微球直径膨胀5倍,所述发泡剂的沸点温度不高于热塑壳体的软化温度。可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球经过发泡后与成质量份为97份的成膜物质均匀混合制成涂料。
所述可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球为由聚合物或共聚物制成的热塑壳体,所述聚合物或共聚物通过交联的多功能单体而获得,热塑壳体的固含量为50%,交联的多功能单体的固含量为0.8%。
所述交联的多功能单体为以下物质中的一种或两种以上的任意组合:二乙烯基苯、二(甲基)丙烯酸乙二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸二甘醇酯、三甘醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸丙二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸1,4-丁二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸1,6-己二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸丙三醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸1,3-丁二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸新戊二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸1,10-癸二酰酯、三(甲基)丙烯酸季戊四醇酯、四(甲基)丙烯酸季戊四醇酯、六(甲基)丙烯酸季戊四醇酯、二羟(甲基)三环十二烷二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三烯丙基缩甲醛三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸烯丙基酯、三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸三丁二醇酯、PEG#200二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、PEG#400二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、PEG#600二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、3-丙烯酰氧乙二醇一丙烯酸酯、三丙烯缩甲醛或三烯丙基异氰酸酯、三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯。
本发明的减震隔音涂料的制备方法1,具体步骤如下:
①在分散缸或搅拌缸中加入30份水;
②加入水性助剂(包含多功能助剂、消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、色浆)1份并与水分散搅拌均匀;
③加入无卤磷系阻燃剂19份;
④加入聚氨酯乳液45份并分散搅拌均匀;
⑤加入5份固含量为80%、直径40~60μm的已发泡塑料聚合物中空微球并分散搅拌均匀;
⑥根据需求调整粘度并完成并成品打包。
本发明的减震隔音涂料的制备方法2,具体步骤如下:
①在分散缸或搅拌缸中加入70份水;
②加入水性助剂(包含多功能助剂、消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、色浆)1份并与水分散搅拌均匀;
③加入珍珠岩10.5份、加入陶瓷球3份、加入碳酸钙2份、加入纤维素0.5份、加入无机矿物纤维0.5份;
④加入丙烯酸乳液10份并分散搅拌均匀;
⑤加入3份固含量15%、直径60~80μm的已发泡塑料聚合物中空微球并分散搅拌均匀;
⑥加入成膜助剂0.5份;
⑦根据需求调整粘度并完成并成品打包。
本发明的减震隔音涂料的制备方法3,具体步骤如下:
①在分散缸或搅拌缸中加入33份水;
②加入水性助剂(包含多功能助剂、消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂、色浆)1份并与水分散搅拌均匀;
③加入陶瓷球4份、加入云母粉5份、加入橡胶粉5份、加入碳酸钙5份;
④加入氯化橡胶乳液45份并分散搅拌均匀;
⑤加入2份固含量80%、直径40~60μm的已发泡塑料聚合物中空微球并分散搅拌均匀;
⑥根据需求调整粘度并完成并成品打包。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种减震隔音涂料,其特征在于,包含以下质量份为0.5~60份的可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球和质量份为5~90份的成膜物质,可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球经过发泡后与成膜物质均匀混合制成涂料,所述可热发泡微球带有固含量为5%-40%的发泡剂,可热发泡微球的起始发泡温度20℃至240℃,平均颗粒初始尺寸为1μm-500μm,通过加热至超过起始发泡温度,发泡剂将微球直径膨胀2至7倍,最大发泡温度为50℃至300℃;所述可热发泡塑料聚合物中空微球为由聚合物或共聚物制成的热塑壳体,所述聚合物或共聚物通过聚合烯烃不饱合单体或/和交联的多功能单体而获得,热塑壳体的固含量为60%-95%,烯烃不饱合单体或/和交联的多功能单体的固含量为0.1%-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减震隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为n-戊烷、异戊烷、新戊烷、丁烷、异丁烷、己烷、异己烷、新已烷、庚烷、异庚烷、辛烷、异辛烷或以上任意混合物构成的碳氢化合物;或是石油醚;或是含氯或含氟的碳氢化合物;或是甲基氯化物、亚甲基氯化物、二氯乙烷、二氯乙烯、三氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、三氯氟甲烷中的任意一种或者任意组合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的减震隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述不饱合单体为以下物质中的一种或两种以上的任意组合:丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈、2-氯代丙烯腈、3-乙氧基丙烯腈、富马腈、巴豆腈、甲基丙烯酸酯、乙烯基卤化物、偏二氯乙烯、乙烯基吡啶的偏二卤乙烯、乙烯酯类、苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、丁二烯、二烯烃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的减震隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述交联的多功能单体为以下物质中的一种或两种以上的任意组合:二乙烯基苯、二(甲基)丙烯酸乙二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸二甘醇酯、三甘醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸丙二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸1,4-丁二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸1,6-己二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸丙三醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸1,3-丁二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸新戊二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸1,10-癸二酰酯、三(甲基)丙烯酸季戊四醇酯、四(甲基)丙烯酸季戊四醇酯、六(甲基)丙烯酸季戊四醇酯、二羟(甲基)三环十二烷二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三烯丙基缩甲醛三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸烯丙基酯、三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸三丁二醇酯、PEG#200二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、PEG#400二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、PEG#600二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、3-丙烯酰氧乙二醇一丙烯酸酯、三丙烯缩甲醛或三烯丙基异氰酸酯、三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯。
5.根据权利要求4所述的减震隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂的沸点温度不高于热塑壳体的软化温度。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的减震隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜物质为醇酸树脂乳液、环氧树脂乳液、丙烯酸树脂乳液、聚氨酯树脂乳液、乙烯基酯树脂乳液、高氯化聚乙烯、氯化橡胶、有机硅树脂乳液、安氨基树脂乳液、松香、大漆、腰果油、无机成膜物、聚脲树脂乳液、氟碳树脂乳液、聚硅氧烷、酚醛树脂乳液、聚酯树脂乳液、白乳胶的任意一种或者任意两种以上材料的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的减震隔音涂料,其特征在于,还包含以下质量份组分的一种或任意组合:1~90份的水、1~20份的水性助剂、1~25份的阻燃剂、1~60份的填料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的减震隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述水性助剂为消泡剂、分散剂、润湿剂、成膜助剂、防腐剂、色浆/色粉、乙二醇、丙二醇、增塑剂、聚氨酯增稠剂、碱溶涨增稠剂的其中一种或两种以上混合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的减震隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为有机阻燃剂、无机阻燃剂、卤系阻燃剂、非卤阻燃剂的其中一种或两种以上混合物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的减震隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述填料为颗粒状或纤维状,由无机化合物或/和有机化合物组成,无机化合物可以为以下物质的一种或两种以上的任意组合:铝粉、碳酸镁、氢氧化镁、白云石、碳酸钙、磷酸钙、硫酸钙、滑石粉、高岭土、二氧化硅、氧化铁、氧化钛、氧化铝和氢氧化物、氧化锌、水滑石、云母、重晶石、玻璃微球、飞尘、细砂、矿物纤维和普通加强纤维、硅灰石、长石、硅藻土、珍珠岩、蛭石、中空石英和陶瓷球;有机化合物可以为以下物质的一种或两种以上的任意组合:纤维素、木粉、炭黑、碳纤维、聚乙烯纤维、石墨纤维、橡胶颗粒/粉、软木颗粒/粉、塑料颗粒/粉。
