本发明公开了一种织带剪切装置,包括织带打孔机构,织带剪切机构和织带传送机构;所述织带传送机构安装在支架上,织带传送机构压紧织带并将织带输送至打孔剪切位置;所述织带打孔机构固定于织带传送机构一侧,对织带进行打孔;所述织带剪切机构固定于织带传送机构一侧,剪切掉已完成打孔的织带。本发明织带传送机构能够将织带输送至打孔位置,织带打孔机构完成打孔,而后织带传送机构在将织带输送至剪切位置,织带剪切机构切下已完成打孔的织带,整个过程循环即可,实现打孔、传送、剪切全部过程的自动化,相比较人工,其切口平整,工作效率高,更为安全可靠。

本发明涉及一种织带加工装置,尤其涉及一种织带剪切装置,属于织带加工机械技术领域。
背景技术
织带是以各种纱线为原料制成狭幅状织物或管状织物,织带广泛用于服饰、鞋材、箱包、工业、农业、军需、交通运输等各产业部门,织带的应用广泛,对织带的加工设备也要求越来越高。
织带的加工通常需要完成打孔,剪切等。传统的织带剪切是利用手工操作切割,不但工作效率低下,剪切效果有毛边,散边,切口不平整的情况。
发明内容
针对上述现存的技术问题,本发明提供一种织带剪切装置,实现打孔、传送、剪切等全部过程的自动化,切口平整,工作效率高,安全可靠。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种织带剪切装置,包括织带打孔机构,织带剪切机构和织带传送机构;所述织带传送机构安装在支架上,织带传送机构压紧织带并将织带输送至打孔剪切位置;所述织带打孔机构固定于织带传送机构一侧,对织带进行打孔;所述织带剪切机构固定于织带传送机构一侧,剪切掉已完成打孔的织带。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:织带传送机构能够将织带输送至打孔位置,织带打孔机构完成打孔,而后织带传送机构在将织带输送至剪切位置,织带剪切机构切下已完成打孔的织带,整个过程循环即可,实现打孔、传送、剪切全部过程的自动化,相比较人工,其切口平整,工作效率高,更为安全可靠。
本发明进一步的,所述织带打孔机构和织带剪切机构平行立置于织带传送机构同一侧,所述支架上垂直固定有一背板,织带打孔机构和织带剪切机构固定在背板上。

本发明进一步的,所述织带打孔机构包括打孔气缸,连接打孔气缸推杆的第一导向轴,连接在第一导向轴下的打孔针;所述打孔气缸推杆通过第一导向轴带动打孔针完成下压打孔或上抬动作。

本发明进一步的,所述织带剪切机构包括剪切气缸,连接剪切气缸推杆的第二导向轴,连接在第二导向轴下的织带热剪切刀;所述剪切气缸推杆通过第二导向轴带动织带热剪切刀完成下切或上抬动作。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:剪切气缸推杆下压,织带热剪切刀完成下切动作,推杆上抬,织带热剪切刀复位,实现织带的自动切断。
本发明进一步的,所述织带传送机构包括织带卷板、压织带气缸、织带夹紧气缸、X轴织带拉伸电机和底板;所述底板上有一对织带压块,织带压块上有供织带穿过的过孔,两过孔之间连接有织带导向架,织带压块上部各设有一个压织带气缸,压织带气缸与过孔连通,可以将织带压紧在织带压块上;所述织带卷板固定在底板上,位于织带压块的织带输入一侧;所述织带夹紧气缸位于织带压块的织带输出一侧,通过滑轨连接底板,织带夹紧气缸上有夹织带的气钳;所述X轴织带拉伸电机固定在底板上,带动织带夹紧气缸沿滑轨移动。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:整个加工过程自动化程度高,大大提高作业效率,打孔,剪切织带平整,避免人工参与,更为安全可靠。

在本发明的另一些具体实施方式中,其余与上述实施方式相同,不同之处在于,如图3所示,所述织带传送机构3包括织带卷板31、压织带气缸32、织带夹紧气缸34、X轴织带拉伸电机36和底板37;所述底板37上有一对织带压块33,织带压块33上有供织带穿过的过孔,两过孔之间连接有织带导向架38,织带压块33上部各设有一个压织带气缸32,压织带气缸32与过孔连通,可以将织带压紧在织带压块33上;所述织带卷板31固定在底板37上,位于织带压块33的织带输入一侧;所述织带夹紧气缸34位于织带压块33的织带输出一侧,通过滑轨35连接底板37,织带夹紧气缸34上有夹织带的气钳;所述X轴织带拉伸电机36固定在底板37上,带动织带夹紧气缸34沿滑轨35移动。
结合上述实施例本发明的工作过程如下:将待加工的织带8从织带卷板31取出,依次穿过织带压块33、导向架38和第二个织带压块33,伸出第二个织带压块33后由织带夹紧气缸34夹紧,X轴织带拉伸电机36启动拖动织带夹紧气缸34沿滑轨35左移动,织带8拉至打孔位置,压织带气缸32下压固定住织带8,打孔气缸11推杆下压,打孔针14完成打孔动作,打孔针14复位,压织带气缸32松开织带8,织带夹紧气缸34继续向左拉织带8至剪切位置,压织带气缸32再次下压固定住织带8,剪切气缸21下压,织带热剪切刀23切下织带,完成一轮加工,而后织带夹紧气缸34右移夹住织带继续下一轮的加工。整个加工过程自动化程度高,大大提高作业效率,打孔,剪切织带平整,避免人工参与,更为安全可靠。
在本发明的另一些具体实施方式中,其余与上述实施方式相同,不同之处在于,如图2所示,所述X轴织带拉伸电机36为伺服电机。采用伺服电机优点在于,打孔位置可随意调节,织带可剪切长短。
在本发明的另一些具体实施方式中,其余与上述实施方式相同,不同之处在于,如图2所示,所述支架5下方设有收料抽屉7,所述收料抽屉7通过导轨连接在支架5底部,方便收集加工完成的织带。
