本发明属于含桃金娘提取物的新型组合物领域,具体涉及一种由柠檬桃金娘提取物组成的预防或治疗(改善)瘙痒的组合物。
背景技术
瘙痒症(pruritus,痒病)是指引起想要挠痒欲望的肌肤不舒服的感觉。一般来说,其引发也有可能与外部刺激无关,但也可能因与外部物质发生轻微的机械接触、周围温度变化、化学物质或电击刺激等引发。引起瘙痒症的皮肤疾病有荨麻疹、湿疹性皮肤疾病(遗传性皮肤炎等)、牛皮癣、天泡疮、皮肤干燥症等。另外,还有因老年性变化导致皮肤整体瘙痒的老年性瘙痒症、女性更年期出现的更年期瘙痒症等。
引起瘙痒症的主要因素是,从存在于真皮内的肥胖细胞中脱离而出的组胺酸。肥大细胞有含有大量组胺酸的颗粒,如果肥大细胞受刺激、被激活的话,就会释放出颗粒使组胺酸游离,组胺酸反作用于神经末端,导致瘙痒症。因此,为了预防或停止瘙痒症,抑制肥大细胞分泌组胺酸非常重要。但据悉,一直以来使用的抗组胺酸剂,在服用后具有中枢神经障碍、消化系统障碍等副作用。到目前为止开发的瘙痒症治疗剂有保湿剂、局部类固醇剂、麻醉剂、抗组胺酸剂、抗抑郁剂及抗阿片类(opioid)制剂等局部或口服用治疗剂,此外还有利用紫外线B的光线治疗、神经刺激法等。但据报告称,这些治疗药物除了具有抵抗性症状外,还具有失眠、便秘、打瞌睡、蛋白酶上升等副作用。
因此,迫切需要开发出既没有副作用,又减轻瘙痒症,而且治疗效果卓越的新的瘙痒症治疗剂。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种含有柠檬桃金娘提取物在内的预防、改善皮肤瘙痒症或治疗用的组合物,上述组合物包括药学组合物、化妆品组合物、医药外品组合物、皮肤外用剂组合物、食品组合物。
在本发明中,"柠檬桃金娘(Backhousia citriodora)"主要生长于澳大利亚昆士兰岛热带森林中。柠檬桃金娘的叶子散发柠檬香味,是澳大利亚最广泛使用的香料,近年来,还被用作草本茶、饼干类、饮料、营养辅助食品等原料或香料。另外,柠檬桃金娘在散发柠檬香味的多种精油中香味最强烈且持续时间最长,因此,主要用于制作香皂、润唇膏或香水。柠檬桃金娘的柠檬香主要是由于柠檬桃金娘含有的柠檬醛(citral)成分,一般在柠檬中含有3至10%左右的柠檬醛,但在柠檬桃金娘中约含有90%的柠檬醛,因此柠檬桃金娘比柠檬具有更强的柠檬香,因此,据报道,柠檬桃金娘具有强烈的涩味和苦味。上述柠檬醛是单酚醛成分,不溶于水,主要溶于酒精或乙醚。
所述柠檬桃金娘提取物的提取对象,即上述柠檬桃金娘从茎、叶、根、花和果实组成的群组中可以选择1种以上,优选的提取对象为柠檬桃金娘叶。在本发明中,“提取物”包括通过提取处理获得的提取液、所述提取液的稀释液或浓缩液、使所述提取液干燥而获得的干燥物、所述提取液的调节剂或提炼物,以及它们的混合物等,即提取液本身以及利用提取液形成的一切试剂类型的提取物。
在本发明中,从提取物干燥的植物中提取的有用成分在不受破坏的范围内,可以通过公之于众的方法进行。例如,在阴暗处用自然干燥的方法进行。另外,破碎或粉碎之后,在提取过程中可以充分地粉碎或粉碎植物的有用成分,使其粉末化。上述干燥、破碎或粉碎工序可根据需要的顺序颠倒进行或反复进行。所述柠檬桃金娘提取物可能根据通常植物提取物的制造方法制造,具体为溶剂萃取法、水浸萃取法、冷浸萃取法、温针萃取法或超声波萃取法等,可利用常规提取器、超声波粉碎提取器或分馏器。
所述柠檬桃金娘提取物的提取溶剂可以是水或有机溶剂。所述有机溶剂可以是极性溶剂、非极性溶剂或其混合液,举例来说,乙醇、乙醇稀释的水、己烷、二氯甲烷、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、乙醚、氯仿或其混合液。所述醇为C1至C5醇,举例来说,所述醇可以是甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、异丙醇等。另外,可以用酒精在50至99.9%(v/v)水中稀释醇得醇稀释水。
另外,通过上述溶剂萃取的提取物,选择一个溶剂,进一步分馏,进行上述分馏过程时,溶剂可使用己烷、二氯甲烷、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、乙醚、氯仿、水以及其混合物组成的群组中的2种以上,根据溶剂的极性依次使用或混合使用,可制造各溶剂馏分。
通过上述制造的提取物或上述分馏过程获取的馏分,可在此后实行过滤或浓缩或干燥过程去除溶剂,并可同时实行过滤、浓缩及干燥。具体来说,上述过滤可以使用滤纸或减压过滤器,上述浓缩可以使用减压浓缩器,例如旋转蒸发器来进行减压浓缩,上述干燥可以使用冻结干燥法进行。
本发明的实施方式中,在干燥的100克柠檬桃金娘叶中加入1L蒸馏水或70%乙醇,在80℃下2小时萃取一次,过滤并在减压下浓缩以除去溶剂,制得柠檬桃金娘乙醇提取物。
因此,上述柠檬桃金娘提取物有可通过乙醇和水的混合溶剂提取制得,更具体来说有可以通过60~80%的乙醇溶剂提取。
另外,在本发明的实施方式中,柠檬桃金娘叶经过搅拌处理(10分钟)后,利用恒温恒湿器在40℃、湿度70%的条件,发酵10小时、17小时、24小时,粉碎后用于提取。并将粉末混合于10倍体积的蒸馏水或80%乙醇中,在80℃下隔 4小时提取2次,并在40℃至50℃下,用减压浓缩机浓缩后冻干,-20℃下保存。因此,本发明的提取物还包括将发酵后的柠檬叶通过水或有机溶剂提取的提取物。
本发明中,"瘙痒症"是指临时的痒病或瘙痒症状态,例如,它包含令人不快而导致刮擦或揉搓皮肤欲望。
这种瘙痒症大致可分为皮肤疾病引起的瘙痒症和内科疾病引起的瘙痒症。皮肤疾病导致的瘙痒症包括过敏性皮炎、荨麻疹、牛皮癣、天泡疮、皮肤干燥症、慢性单纯性苔藓(Lichen simplex chronicus)、结节性痒疹、苔藓等引起的瘙痒症。内科性疾病所引起的瘙痒症有甲状腺疾病引起的瘙痒症、糖尿病等荷尔蒙异常引起的瘙痒症、慢性肾衰竭及血液透析引起的肾脏性瘙痒症或尿毒性瘙痒症、白血病或淋巴瘤等引起的肿瘤性瘙痒症、胆汁认同性瘙痒症、移植、扁担宿主疾病导致的瘙痒症、贫血及代谢性疾病。
在本发明中,“治疗”意味着本发明的对象疾病瘙痒症的减少、抑制、镇定或根除。在本发明中,“预防”是指妨碍或拖延本发明对象疾病瘙痒症发病的所有行为,包含治疗意义。
本发明的实施方式中,在小鼠模型中,将分泌组胺酸的诱导物质化合物48/80(compound48/80)注射到颈部后,诱发了瘙痒症,而柠檬桃金娘乙醇提取物则确认改善了由化合物48/80(compound48/80)引发的瘙痒症。
本发明的柠檬桃金娘提取物,可以肯定的是,可改善在小鼠身上因组胺酸而引起的瘙痒症,柠檬桃金娘提取物可用于抑制、抑制、预防和治疗瘙痒症。另外,在本发明中,上述的瘙痒症具体是由组胺酸分泌引起的。
本发明的药物组成物中含有药物有效量。
在本发明中,“药物有效量”是指可适用医学治疗中的合理受益/风险比率来治疗疾病的充分剂量,有效量基准是根据个体种类及重症度、年龄、性别、疾病种类、药物活性、对药物的敏感度、使用时间、使用途径及排出比例、治疗期间、包含同时使用的药物的因素和其他医学领域众所周知的因素而定。本发明的组合物可以作为个别治疗剂或与其他治疗剂同时使用,也可以与以往的治疗剂按顺序或同时投入。而且可以单一或多重投入。考虑到以上所有因素,在无副作用的情况下,以注射最少的量获得最大效果的剂量是很重要的,而且可以由从业者轻松决定。
本发明的药学组合物以治疗或预防呼吸道疾病为目的,不特别局限于个体,任何一种都可以适用。例如,猴子、狗、猫、兔子、豚鼠、大鼠、小鼠、牛、羊、猪、山羊等非人类动物,人类、鸟类及鱼类等均可使用,上述药物组合物可用于非口服、皮下、腹腔内、肺内及鼻腔内的局部治疗,必要时可用于病变内注射。本发明的上述药学组成物的最佳使用量,根据个体状态及体重、疾病程度、药物形态、使用途径及时间不同而有所不同,但可由从业者适当选择。例如,经口腔、直肠或静脉、肌肉、皮下、子宫内硬膜或脑血管内注射,但不限于此。上述药物组合物可用药片、丸剂、散剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、悬浊剂、内容液、乳剂、糖浆剂、灭菌水溶液、非水性溶剂、悬浊剂、乳剂、冻干剂及栓剂等组成的群组中选用的任意一种剂型,可分为口服或非口服等多种剂型。在制剂时,通常使用的冲压剂、增量剂、结合剂、湿润剂、分解剂、表面活性剂等稀释剂或成型添加剂进行配制。
用于口服的固体制剂包括药片、丸剂、散剂、颗粒剂、胶囊制剂等,这种固体制剂至少可以以一个以上的成型添加剂,例如混合淀粉、碳酸钙、蔗糖(sucrose) 或乳糖(lactose)、明胶等制成。另外,除了单纯的成型添加剂之外,还可以使用脂酸镁、滑石等润滑剂。用于口服的液态剂包括悬浊剂、内容液剂、乳剂、糖浆剂等,除常用的单纯稀释剂水、液态石蜡外,还可包括各种成型添加剂,例如湿润剂、甜味剂、芳香剂、保存剂等。非口服的制剂包括无菌水溶液、非水溶剂、悬浊剂、乳剂、冻干剂、栓剂。非水溶剂、悬浮溶剂可以使用丙二醇(propylene glycol)、聚乙烯甘油、橄榄油等植物油、油酸乙酯等。作为栓剂的机制可以使用witepsol、聚乙二醇(macrogol)、吐温61(tween 61)、可可脂(kakaozi)、月桂酸(laurin)、甘油明胶等。
适当的每日使用量可以在正确的医学判断范围内通过治疗决定,通常是 0.001~1000mg/kg的量,优选的,每天0.05~200mg/kg,更优选的0.1~100mg/kg 的量分为每日1次或多次使用。
另外,本发明还提供将柠檬桃金娘提取物作为有效成分的预防或改善皮肤的化妆品组合物。
在本发明中,关于柠檬桃金娘、提取物、瘙痒症、预防的说明与上述内容相同。
在本发明中,“改善”是指在个体中涂抹或注射含有柠檬桃金娘提取物的组合物,使瘙痒症的症状好转或变得有利的所有行为。
本发明的化妆品合成物是除柠檬酸桃金娘提取物外,还包含增强或巩固瘙痒症改善效果的的化合物或天然提取物。
在本发明预防或改善瘙痒症的化妆品组合物中,其有效成分根据可预防或改善瘙痒症的用途、剂型、配合目的等而包含在任意剂量(有效量)中,通常的有效剂量以组合物整体重量为准,包含在0.001%至99.99%范围内。这里所说的“有效剂量”是指能够产生改善瘙痒症效果的有效成分。这些有效剂量可以在从业者通常的能力范围内得到试验性决定。
本发明的化妆品组合物可以制成多种形态,例如,发明的化妆品组合物可以按照该行业通常制造的任何剂型都可以生产,例如溶液、悬浮液、软膏、凝胶、乳霜、乳液、粉饼、洁面油、粉末粉底液、乳浊液粉底液、蜡粉粉底及喷雾等,但并非仅限于此。另外,具体来说,爽肤乳液、爽肤凝露、爽肤水、化妆水、乳液、牛奶乳液、保湿乳液、营养乳液、按摩霜、营养霜、保湿霜、护手霜、精华、营养精华、面膜、香皂、洗发露、洗面奶、清洁霜、身体润肤乳、乳液、隔离霜、粉底霜、粉饼等。
本发明的化妆品组合物除其活性成分外,还包含在化妆品制剂中可受用的载体。这里所说的“化妆品制剂中可受用的载体”是指,在化妆品制剂中包含的已经公告并使用的化合物、组合物或今后开发的化合物或组合物,在与皮肤接触时,没有超出人体适应性以上的毒性、不稳定性或刺激性。上述载体可包括本发明的化妆品组合物中,关于其全部重量约为化妆品组合物总重量的1%至99.99%,优选的,占组合物总重量的5%至99%左右。但上述比率是根据本发明的化妆品所制造的剂型,并根据其具体适用部位(脸部或手)或其理想适用剂量等的不同而有所不同,因此上述比率无论从哪方面来看,都不应被理解为限制本发明的范围。另外,上述载体,酒精、精油、表面活性剂、脂肪酸、硅油、湿润剂、保湿剂、粘性变形剂、乳剂、安定剂、紫外线阻断剂、发色剂、香料等可以为例。因为可以作为上述载体使用的酒精、精油、表面活性剂、脂肪酸、硅油、湿润剂、保湿剂、粘性变形剂、乳剂、安定剂、紫外线阻隔剂、发色剂、香料使用的材料 /化合物等在本领域是已知的,因此本领域技术人员可以选择合适的材料/组合物来使用。
另外,本发明还提供将柠檬桃金娘提取物作为有效成分的预防或改善皮肤的医药外品组合物。

本发明中“医药外品”是指以用于诊断人祸动物的疾病、治疗、改善、减轻、处置或预防为目的使用的物品中,作用比药品更轻微的物品,如根据《药事法》,医药外品是指除用于医药品用途的物品外,用于人、动物的疾病治疗或预防的纤维、橡胶制品,对人体的作用轻微或不直接作用的器具、非机械和与其类似的东西,防止传染病的杀菌、杀虫剂等都包括在内。
本发明的医药外品组合物的种类或剂型没有特别限制,但它可以使是消毒清洁剂、淋浴泡沫、漱口水、洗衣粉、洗手液、洗手液、加湿器、口罩、软膏剂或过滤器填充剂等。
以改善或预防瘙痒症为目的将本发明的组合物包含在医药外品中时,可直接使用上述组合物或与其他医药外品成分一起使用,并可根据通常的方法适当使用。有效成分的混合量可根据使用目的适当决定,本发明中医药外品组合物中含有0.01~20%的重量的上述柠檬桃金娘提取物。
另外,本发明还提供将柠檬桃金娘提取物作为有效成分的、预防或改善皮肤的皮肤外用剂组合物。

在本发明中的皮肤外用剂组合物,例如软膏、护肤液、增溶剂、悬浊液、乳液、乳霜、凝胶、喷雾、膏药剂、硬膏剂、贴片剂或水膏等,但并不限于上述产品,而是适合于该行业的任何机制。本发明所含皮肤外用剂组合物,含有 0.01~20%的重量的上述柠檬桃金娘提取物。
另外,本发明还提供将柠檬桃金娘提取物作为有效成分的预防或改善皮肤的食品组成物。

本发明的食品组合物可以包括丸剂、粉末、颗粒、针剂、药片、胶囊或液剂等形态,可以添加本发明的柠檬桃金娘提取物的食品种类没有特别的限制,例如各种饮料、口香糖、茶、维生素复合剂、保健品等。
上述食品组合物中除柠檬桃金娘提取物外,还可添加其他成分,其种类不受特别限制。例如,可以添加像常规食品一样、各种草药提取物、食品学上允许使用的食品辅助添加剂或天然碳水化合物等成分,并不受限制。
在本发明中,“食品辅助添加剂”是指在食品中可辅助添加的组成部分,是各剂型的健康功能性食品的添加剂,可供本领域技术人员适当选择使用。食品辅助添加剂的例子有脂肪营养素、维生素、矿物(电解质)、合成风味剂及天然风味剂等风味剂、着色剂及填充剂、果胶酸及其盐、褐藻酸及其盐、有机酸、保护性胶质增稠剂、pH调节剂、安定剂、防腐剂、甘油、酒精、碳酸饮料中使用的碳酸化剂等,但根据上述例子,并不局限食品添加剂的种类。
上述天然碳水化合物的例子有葡萄糖、果糖等单糖类;麦芽糖、蔗糖等二糖类;以及糊精、环糊精等多糖类,和木糖醇、山梨醇、赤藓糖醇等糖醇,除上述外,作为香味剂可以合理使用天然香味剂(奇异果甜蛋白等)、甜叶菊提取物(瑞鲍迪甙A、甘草甜素等)及合成香味剂(糖精,阿斯巴甜等)。
上述食品种类没有特别的限制。可以添加上述物质的食品有:肉类、香肠、面包、巧克力、糖果、饼干、零食、比萨、方便面、其他面类、口香糖、冰淇淋等乳制品,各种汤、饮料、茶、饮料、酒精饮料和维生素复合剂等。
上述食品组合物可以是健康功能性食品组成物。
在本发明中,“健康功能性食品”是指使用对人体有用的功能性的原料或成分,以药片、胶囊、粉末、颗粒、液态及药丸等形态进行制造和加工的食品。这里所说的功能性是指对人体的结构及功能调节营养素或生理学作用等保健用途上获得有用的效果。本发明的健康功能性食品可按该行业通常使用的方法制造,上述制造时可添加该行业通常添加的原料及成分制造。另外,与一般药品不同,以食品为原料,具有长期服用时无副作用等优点,且携带性强。
有效成分的混合量可以根据使用目的(预防、健康或治疗性处置)决定。一般来说,食品制造时,本发明的柠檬桃金娘提取物在原料组合物中的含量为1至 50%,优选的,可添加重量5至10%的柠檬桃金娘提取物,但并不受此限制。但是,以健康及卫生为目的或以调节健康为目的的长期摄取时,可以使用在上述剂量以上的量。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和技术效果是:本发明所述的柠檬桃金娘提取物在小鼠模型中确认了能改善因组胺酸诱导引起的瘙痒症,因此,柠檬桃金娘提取物可用于改善、预防和治疗因过敏性皮炎等引起的瘙痒症。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明技术方案作进一步详细的说明。
1、柠檬桃金娘提取物的制造
(1)柠檬桃金娘提取物(热水/乙醇)的制造从韩国柠檬桃金娘的种植及销售企业(株)柠檬桃金娘韩国(富兰特)获得柠檬桃金娘叶用于实验。在100g干燥的柠檬桃金娘叶上加入1L蒸馏水或70%乙醇,在80℃中2小时抽取1次,过滤后减压浓缩,去除溶剂,冷冻、干燥,并置于-20℃中保存。
(2)柠檬桃金娘发酵提取物的制造
将柠檬桃金娘叶片搅拌(10分钟)后,利用恒温恒湿器以40℃、湿度70%的条件,经过10小时、17小时、24小时发酵后粉碎,用于提取。并将粉末混合于10倍体积的蒸馏水或80%乙醇中,在80℃下提取,每隔4小时提取2次,在 40℃至50℃之间用减压浓缩器浓缩后冻干,-20℃下保存。

如表1所示,在发酵前一阶段,收率是热水及乙醇提取物的11.2%,但发酵后收率减少,特别是热水提取物随着发酵时间的增加表现为收率减少。与此相比,乙醇提取物整体在发酵后收率达到9.5%以上、发酵17小时的情况,80%乙醇溶剂的提取率达到10%,认定为发酵收率最高。
2、柠檬桃金娘提取物的多酚含量
总的多酚含量根据福-丹二氏法,加了10μl样本、10μl福林酚试剂和 10%Na2CO3溶液,在常温下反应30分钟后,在725nm测定出吸光度 (Sunrise,Tecan,Mannedorf,Switzerland)。使用标准物质五倍子酸(gallic acid,Sigma-Aldrich),制定检量线后定量计算。
多酚含量测定结果显示,如表2所示,柠檬桃金娘乙醇提取物的总多酚含量为162.7±3.0μg GAE/mg。

3、柠檬桃金娘提取物的抗氧化效果
为了确认柠檬桃金娘提取物的抗氧化效果,分析了DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基清除能力。
(1)柠檬桃金娘提取物的DPPH自由基清除能力
DPPH(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl)自由基清除能力是利用化学上稳定的自由基(Radical)-利用深紫色的DPPH被芳香族胺还原,并能使颜色褪色的方法,测定抗氧化活性。
将各样品溶于蒸馏水后,与0.2mMDPPH溶液,各取100μl等量混合,在暗室进行30分钟的反应,然后在517nm测定其吸光度。阳性对照组使用维生素c (ascorbic acid)进行比较分析,DPPH自由基清除能力是利用数学公式1进行计算的。

图1是测定柠檬桃金娘(非发酵)乙醇提取物的DPPH自由基清除能力的结果。在图1中,以不同浓度处理了柠檬桃金娘乙醇提取物(3.125,6.25,12.5, 25,50及100μg/ml),DPPH自由基清除能力测定结果为4.8±4.9,11.6±2.9, 28.4±2.8,59.8±1.3,83.6±2.0及95.6±0.1%,确认为随着浓度清除能力增加。
而且,通过阳性对照组使用的维生素c(ascorbic acid)处理为相同浓度(3.125~100μg/ml)时,DPPH自由基清除能力是16.3±4.1,40.4±2.3,83.4 ±1.2,96.2±0.4,96.5±2.2,99.8±0.3%,确认为随着浓度而增加。
(2)柠檬桃金娘提取物的ABTS自由基清除能力
ABTS(2,2‘-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonate))自由基清除能力与ABTS和过硫酸钾(potassium persulfate)发生反应,生成稳定的深蓝色ABTS自由基,利用抗氧化物质的褪色来测定抗氧化物质的活性。
7mMABTS和2.4mM过硫酸钾按1:1(v:v)混合,在阴暗处反应12至16小时,使之形成ABTS+后,在734nm中使吸光度为0.7±0.03,使用了通过乙醇稀释的 ABTS基质溶液。将各样品溶于蒸馏水后,与ABTS+溶液,各取100μl等量混合,使之在暗室内反应7分钟后在734nm处测量其吸光度。阳性对照组使用维生素 c(ascorbic acid)进行了比较分析,ABTS自由基清除能力利用了数学公式2 进行计算。

图2是根据柠檬桃金娘提取物处理浓度分析ABTS自由基清除能力得出的结果。将柠檬桃金娘乙醇提取物(3.125,6.25,12.5,25,50及100μg/ml)处理为不同的浓度,测定的ABTS自由基清除能力的结果是2.6±0.6,10.4±0.2,31.4 ±1.3,57.0±0.7,86.7±1.2及99.2±0.4%,自由基清除能力随着浓度而提高。
另外,通过阳性对照组使用的维生素c(ascorbic acid)处理为相同浓度 (3.125~100μg/ml)时,自由基清除能力为9.3±0.1,29.3±1.0,64.3±1.7, 80.6±7.1,99.0±0.2,99.5±0.1%,随着浓度的增加而提高。
4、小鼠模型中柠檬桃金娘提取物的瘙痒症抑制分析
(1)实验动物的准备
4周龄的雄性ICR小鼠从大韩生物链接(忠北、大韩民国)处获得,驯化1 周后用于实验。饲养期间可自由摄取食物与水,饲养室温度为23±1℃,湿度为 50±5%,维持照明时间从07:00到19:00(12小时周期)的环境。
(2)瘙痒症改善效果评价(Scratching Behavior Test)
为了确认柠檬桃金娘的抗瘙痒效果,给通过训话期的实验动物一次性口服样品30分钟后,在实验笼进行30分钟的适应后,将分泌组胺的诱导物质合成物 48/80(compound48/80)注射到颈后皮下,诱导其出现瘙痒症,注入皮下后马上测定三十分钟内实验动物用后脚抓挠注射部位的次数。
测定结果显示,注射合成物48/80的对照组平均抓挠次数测定为160.3±3.4 次,通过阳性对照组使用的特非那定(抗组胺剂,terfenadine,10mg/kg)注射组是100.3±3.0次。
在注射了50或400mg/kg的柠檬桃金娘乙醇提取物的群组中,通过130.0± 10.1次、69.6±3.2次得出对照组抓挠的次数减少,确认了柠檬桃金娘乙醇提取物随浓度变化而变化的抗瘙痒效果。注射400mg/kg时,比作为阳性对照的组特非那定测定的平均挠痒次数少,确认柠檬桃金娘乙醇提取物的优秀抗瘙痒效果 (图3)。

Claims (9)
1.含有柠檬桃金娘提取物的预防或治疗皮肤瘙痒症的组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物为药物组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有柠檬桃金娘提取物的预防或治疗皮肤瘙痒症的组合物,其特征在于:所述提取物是以水,C1-C5的低度醇及其混合溶剂提取的组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有柠檬桃金娘提取物的预防或治疗皮肤瘙痒症的组合物,其特征在于:所述皮肤瘙痒症由过敏性皮炎、荨麻疹、牛皮癣、天泡疮、皮肤干燥症、慢性单纯性苔藓(Lichen simplex chronicus)、结节性痒疹以及苔藓所组成的群组中选择的病症的组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有柠檬桃金娘提取物的预防或治疗皮肤瘙痒症的组合物,其特征在于:所述皮肤瘙痒症是因组氨酸分泌引起的症状的组合物。
5.含有柠檬桃金娘提取物的预防或改善皮肤瘙痒症的组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物为化妆品组合物。
6.含有柠檬桃金娘提取物的预防或改善皮肤瘙痒症的组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物为医药外品组合物。
7.含有柠檬桃金娘提取物的预防或改善皮肤瘙痒症的组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物为皮肤外用剂组合物。
8.含有柠檬桃金娘提取物的预防或改善皮肤瘙痒症的组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物为食品组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的含有柠檬桃金娘提取物的预防或改善皮肤瘙痒症的组合物,其特征在于:所述食品是健康功能性食品。
