(1) through the modes of mesoporous silicon adsorption and macromolecule wrapping and loading, the limitations of poor stability, low loading capacity and unobvious effect of directly adding an efficacy type active substance into a product are overcome, and the activity of the active substance is retained to the maximum extent;
(2) by pressing the product near the circular salient point area when the product is applied and used, on one hand, the effective active substances can be promoted to be released and absorbed to the maximum extent in a short time, on the other hand, the absorption of product essence can be enhanced, the blood circulation and the metabolism are promoted, and the effect is remarkable;
(3) the flaky microcapsules in different positions of the same skin care adhesive film have different efficacies and are used for meeting the requirements of skins in different areas on different efficacies, and one product can simultaneously solve various skin problems and is more convenient to use.
To confirm that the patch for skin care of the site-specific pressure-release type of active ingredient prepared by the present invention has the above advantages, the present invention has conducted the following tests.
Experiment I, experiment for maintaining stability of active ingredients of the active ingredient fixed-point pressing release type skin care adhesive film prepared by the invention
The reduction percentages of the whitening active ingredients 4-methoxysalicylate, phenethyl resorcinol, resveratrol, glutathione, anti-aging active ingredient coenzyme Q10, ribose, retinol, digalactosyl diglyceride in the active ingredient fixed-point press-release type mask prepared in example 1 after being placed at 50 ℃ for one month, six months, 1 year, 2 years are respectively detected by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and are shown in table 1. The data in the table show that the active substance with the efficacy is adsorbed, wrapped and loaded in the flaky microcapsule and loaded on the product, and the active ingredient can still keep more than 90 percent after being placed at 50 ℃ for two years, which shows that the invention can effectively improve the stability of the active substance and reduce the reduction of the active ingredient.

Experimental group 1 required the use of the active ingredient fixed-point press-release type facial mask prepared in example 1 of the present invention (the content of the active ingredient was measured by high performance liquid chromatography HPLC), and experimental group 2 added the same content of the active ingredient to the same facial mask essence, and the same non-woven fabric was used as the mask in example 1. Subjects were asked to use three times a week, before use and after 1 month of use for follow-up tests, totaling 2 times, with follow-up being the same time of day and no other products of the same type being used during the trial. During the follow-up period, the phenomena of skin allergy, erythema, itching and the like caused by using the test sample do not occur to the user. Before the test, the tested subject needs to sit still for 20min in a constant temperature and humidity environment (room temperature is 22 ℃ plus or minus 2 ℃, and relative humidity is 45 percent plus or minus 5 percent), then the elasticity, wrinkle and whiteness change ratio of the corresponding position of the skin before use and after 1 month of use are measured and analyzed by an MPA580 skin elasticity tester, a PRIMOS PICO skin wrinkle detector and a Mentota CM-700D spectrophotometer, and the results are respectively shown in Table 2.

R2 is the ratio of the rebound quantity of the skin without negative pressure to the maximum stretching quantity with negative pressure, and can represent the elasticity of the skin, Wv is a comprehensive parameter representing the severity of wrinkles, and ITA DEG is a comprehensive parameter representing the whiteness of the skin. In Table 2, Δ R2, Δ Wv and Δ ITA ° represent the change ratios of elasticity, wrinkles and whiteness of the skin at the corresponding positions before and after the use of the samples in 4 parallel experimental groups, respectively. As can be seen from table 2, the elasticity and whiteness of the corresponding positions of the skin in the 2 groups of experiments are improved, wrinkles become shallow, the anti-wrinkle and whitening effects of the experimental group 1 using the active ingredient fixed-point pressing release type face mask are obviously higher than those of the experimental group 2, and the whitening and tightening effects of the active ingredients with efficacy can be better exerted.
While the self-evaluation questionnaire results for 60 subjects showed: the irritation of eyes is obviously higher than that of the experimental group 1 when the product of the experimental group 2 is used, which shows that the fixed-point pressing release type facial mask containing the active ingredients prepared in the embodiment 1 can effectively improve facial spots and simultaneously can avoid the irritation of whitening active ingredients to thinner skin around eyes.
In conclusion, the active ingredient fixed-point pressing release type skin care adhesive film prepared by the invention keeps the efficacy of the active substance by adopting a mesoporous silicon adsorption and polymer wrapping and loading mode, promotes the release and absorption of the active substance by utilizing a massage mode, increases the pertinence of the product on the basis of the efficacy of the product by adopting a regional nursing mode, and has the advantages of novel and unique use mode, small irritation, good safety and stability of the product and the like.

Example 1: an active ingredient fixed-point press-release type face mask is characterized in that active ingredient fixed-point press-release type face mask cloth is prepared by the following method:

B. according to the mass ratio of 5: 18: 50, weighing hydrophilic mesoporous silicon, the whitening effect active solution and deionized water, mixing the hydrophilic mesoporous silicon and the deionized water, stirring at the speed of 600rpm for 1min to obtain a mesoporous silicon suspension, adding the weighed whitening effect active solution into the mesoporous silicon suspension, stirring at the speed of 500rpm for 0.5h, centrifuging at the speed of 2000rpm for 10min, washing with deionized water, and freeze-drying at-40 ℃ to obtain whitening effect mesoporous silicon powder;
C. according to the mass ratio of 3: 14: 50, weighing hydrophilic mesoporous silicon, the anti-wrinkle active solution and deionized water, mixing the hydrophilic mesoporous silicon and the deionized water, stirring at the speed of 600rpm for 1min to obtain a mesoporous silicon suspension, adding the weighed anti-wrinkle active solution into the mesoporous silicon suspension, stirring at the speed of 400rpm for 0.5h, centrifuging at the speed of 2000rpm for 10min, washing with deionized water, and freeze-drying at-40 ℃ to obtain anti-wrinkle mesoporous silicon powder;
D. according to the mass ratio of 3: 1: 1: 1: 85 weighing the extract of Chondrus crispus, sodium alginate, Arabic gum, sodium hyaluronate and deionized water, stirring at 800rpm for 0.5h to obtain mixed colloidal solution with mass concentration of 4-8%, heating to 60 deg.C, and keeping the temperature for later use;
E. according to the mass ratio of 3: 1: 1, weighing hexanediol, ethylhexyl glycerol and caprylyl hydroximic acid, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed preservative solution;
F. according to the mass ratio of 6: 70: 5: 1, weighing the whitening mesoporous silicon powder, the colloidal solution, the mixed preservative solution and lysolecithin, mixing, stirring at 1500rpm for 30min, and controlling the temperature at 60 ℃ to obtain a whitening premixed solution;
G. according to the mass ratio of 1: 60: 3: 1, weighing the anti-wrinkle mesoporous silicon powder, the colloidal solution, the mixed preservative solution and lysolecithin, mixing, stirring at 1500rpm for 30min, and controlling the temperature at 60 ℃ to obtain an anti-wrinkle premixed solution;
H. preparing a plurality of plastic molds with 100 grooves of 10 multiplied by 10, wherein the diameter of the grooves is 8-20mm, the height of the grooves is 5mm, 0.2ml of 2% calcium chloride aqueous solution is added in advance, 0.5ml of the whitening premixed solution prepared in the step H is dripped into each groove, and after the whitening premixed solution is gelatinized and condensed, the molds are placed in a vacuum drying oven at 40 ℃ for drying and demolding to obtain the whitening microcapsules; and under the same condition, dripping the anti-wrinkle premixed solution to prepare the anti-wrinkle microcapsule.
I. Sticking anti-wrinkle active ingredient sheet microcapsule on the corresponding positions of the front surface of the facial mask cloth by using glutinous rice glue, wherein the microcapsule is a 1-left Tongziliao acupoint, a 2-left retrobulbar acupoint, a 3-left Chengqi acupoint, a 4-left Jingming acupoint, a 5-left Zanzhu acupoint, a 6-left Yuyao acupoint, a 7-left Sizhukong acupoint, a 8-right Tongziliao acupoint, a 9-right retrobulbar acupoint, a 10-right Chengqi acupoint, a 11-right Jingming acupoint, a 12-right Zanzhu acupoint, a 13-right Yuyao acupoint and a 14-right Sizhukong acupoint (a real heart point, see attached figure 1), the whitening active ingredient sheet microcapsules are stuck to corresponding positions on the front surface of the facial mask cloth, namely 15 points of Zuojuliano, 16 points of Zuoquan, 17 points of Zuodian, 18 points of Zuojuliano, 19 points of Zuoquan and 20 points of Zuodian (hollow points, see attached figure 1), and round hard pressing particles which are made of tourmaline and have the same diameter and size and are used for assisting the release of the active ingredient are stuck to the positions on the back surface of the facial mask cloth, which are the same as the positions of the sheet microcapsules, so that the active ingredient fixed-point pressing release type skin care facial mask cloth is prepared.
The product essence is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1.2% of thickening agent, 4% of functional emollient, 3% of humectant, 0.45% of pH regulator, 1.5% of preservative, 0.03% of essence and the balance of deionized water. The thickening agent is a mixture of carbomer, sodium hyaluronate and agar; the functional emollient is a mixture of trehalose and betaine; the humectant is a mixture of glycerol, butanediol and propylene glycol; the pH regulator is a mixture of citric acid and sodium citrate; the preservative is a mixture of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin.
And (4) filling 25g of the product essence into an aluminum-plastic composite film bag containing the active ingredient fixed-point press-release type facial mask cloth obtained in the step (I), and sealing to obtain the active ingredient fixed-point press-release type facial mask.
The minimum breaking force of the microcapsules is 12.3N and the minimum separating force between the microcapsules and the round hard pressing particles and the active ingredient fixed-point pressing release type face mask cloth is 54.4N.
The prepared active ingredient fixed-point press-release type face mask is placed in a constant-temperature drying oven at 50 +/-0.5 ℃ for three-month high-temperature stability test, and the phenomenon that microcapsules and round hard press particles adhered to the active ingredient fixed-point press-release type face mask cloth fall off or break is not found.
Example 2: an active ingredient fixed-point press-release type face mask is characterized in that active ingredient fixed-point press-release type face mask cloth is prepared by the following method:
A. according to the mass ratio of 1: 3: 5: 8: 70, weighing coenzyme Q10, ribose, vitamin A alcohol, digalactosyldiglyceride and polyalcohol, mixing, heating, stirring to completely dissolve, and cooling to room temperature to obtain an anti-wrinkle effect active solution; according to the mass ratio of 5: 5: 7: 5: 60 weighing herba Centellae extract, allantoin, heparin sodium, licochalcone A and polyalcohol, mixing, heating, stirring to dissolve completely, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a soothing active solution; the polyhydric alcohol is a mixture of glycerol, butanediol and propylene glycol;

I. sticking anti-wrinkle active ingredient sheet-shaped microcapsules at the corresponding positions of the front surface of the facial mask cloth at 1 point of Zhangzi Liao, 2 points of Zhangheng, 3 points of Zhangqi, 4 points of Jingming, 5 points of Zhanzhu, 6 points of Yuyao, 7 points of Sizhu, 8 points of Zhangzi Liquao, 9 points of Zhangheng, 10 points of Zhaqi, 11 points of Zhangming, 12 points of Zhanzhu, 13 points of Zhangyao, 14 points of Zhangzhun (center point, see figure 2), sticking soothing active ingredient sheet-shaped microcapsules at the corresponding positions of the front surface of the facial mask cloth at 15 points of Zhangiao, 16 points of Zhangzhai, 17 points of Zhancang, 18 points of Zhangqi, 19 points of Zhanzhanghanzhang, 20 points of Zhanshuang, 21 points of Zhanyang, 22 points of Zhanjiang (hollow points, see figure 2), sticking round pressing particles of auxiliary active ingredients with the same diameter and size of carbon fiber material at the same positions of the back surface mask cloth, the facial mask cloth for skin care with the fixed-point pressing and releasing active ingredients is prepared.
The product essence is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1.0% of thickening agent, 3% of functional emollient, 5% of humectant, 0.35% of pH regulator, 1.5% of preservative, 0.01% of essence and the balance of deionized water. The thickening agent is a mixture of carbomer, sodium hyaluronate and sodium polyacrylate; the functional emollient is a mixture of trehalose, panthenol and betaine; the humectant is a mixture of glycerin and butanediol; the pH regulator is a mixture of citric acid and sodium citrate; the preservative is a mixture of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin.

Example 3: an active ingredient fixed-point press-release type face mask is characterized in that active ingredient fixed-point press-release type face mask cloth is prepared by the following method:
A. according to the mass ratio of 1: 11: 5: 3: 70, weighing coenzyme Q10, ribose, vitamin A alcohol, digalactosyldiglyceride and polyalcohol, mixing, heating, stirring to completely dissolve, and cooling to room temperature to obtain an anti-wrinkle effect active solution; according to the mass ratio of 2: 2: 3: 3: 80 weighing vitamin B6, salicylic acid, linoleic acid, green tea extract and polyalcohol, mixing, heating, stirring to dissolve completely, and cooling to room temperature to obtain oil-controlling effective active solution; the polyhydric alcohol is a mixture of propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol and pentanediol;

I. sticking anti-wrinkle active ingredient sheet microcapsule on the corresponding positions of the front surface of the facial mask cloth by using glutinous rice glue, wherein the microcapsule is a 1-left Tongziliao acupoint, a 2-left retrobulbar acupoint, a 3-left Chengqi acupoint, a 4-left Jingming acupoint, a 5-left Zanzhu acupoint, a 6-left Yuyao acupoint, a 7-left Sizhukong acupoint, a 8-right Tongziliao acupoint, a 9-right retrobulbar acupoint, a 10-right Chengqi acupoint, a 11-right Jingming acupoint, a 12-right Zanzhu acupoint, a 13-right Yuyao acupoint and a 14-right Sizhukong acupoint (a real heart point, see attached figure 3), the oil-control active ingredient flaky microcapsules are stuck to corresponding positions on the front side of the facial mask cloth, namely, a 24-left Yangbai point, a 25-Yintang point, a 26-right Yangbai point, a 27-left Yingxiang point, a 28-Suliao point and a 29-right Yingxiang point (hollow points, see attached figure 3), and round hard pressing particles made of far infrared ceramic materials and having the same diameter and size and assisting in releasing the active ingredients are stuck to the positions on the back side of the facial mask cloth, which are the same as the flaky microcapsules, so that the active ingredient fixed-point pressing and releasing type skin care facial mask cloth is prepared.
The product essence is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1.0% of thickening agent, 4% of functional emollient, 5% of humectant, 0.3% of pH regulator, 1% of preservative, 0.02% of essence and the balance of deionized water. The thickening agent is a mixture of sodium hyaluronate, sodium polyacrylate and hydroxyethyl cellulose; the functional emollient is a mixture of panthenol and glyceryl polyether-26; the humectant is a mixture of glycerol and hexanediol; the pH regulator is a mixture of citric acid and sodium citrate; the preservative is caprylyl hydroximic acid.
And (4) filling 30g of the product essence into an aluminum-plastic composite film bag containing the active ingredient fixed-point press-release type facial mask cloth obtained in the step (I), and sealing to obtain the active ingredient fixed-point press-release type facial mask.
The minimum breaking force of the microcapsules is 11.7N and the minimum separating force between the microcapsules and the round hard pressing particles and the active ingredient fixed-point pressing release type face mask cloth is 52.1N through the test of a mechanical property measuring device.
The prepared active ingredient fixed-point press-release type face mask is placed in a constant-temperature drying oven at 50 +/-0.5 ℃ for three-month high-temperature stability test, and the phenomenon that microcapsules and round hard press particles adhered to the active ingredient fixed-point press-release type face mask cloth fall off or break is not found.
Example 4: an active ingredient fixed-point press-release type neck pad pasting is prepared by adopting the following method:
A. according to the mass ratio of 2: 3: 1: 4: 80 weighing 4-methoxy potassium salicylate, phenethyl resorcinol, resveratrol, glutathione and polyhydric alcohol, mixing, heating, stirring to completely dissolve, and cooling to room temperature to obtain whitening effect active solution; the polyhydric alcohol is a mixture of glycerol, butanediol and hexanediol;
B. according to the mass ratio of 3: 1: 50, weighing hydrophilic mesoporous silicon with the average particle size of 50-100nm, the anti-wrinkle effect active solution and deionized water, stirring at 600rpm for 1min to disperse the mesoporous silicon in the deionized water, adding the effect solution into the nanoparticle suspension after the nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed, stirring at 500rpm for 0.5h, then centrifuging at 2000rpm for 10min, washing with deionized water, and freeze-drying at-40 ℃ to obtain whitening effect mesoporous silicon powder;
C. according to the mass ratio of 2: 1: 1: 1: 92 weighing the carrageen crispus extract, sodium alginate, gum arabic, sodium hyaluronate and deionized water, stirring at the speed of 800rpm for 0.5h to obtain a mixed colloidal solution with the mass concentration of 4-8%, heating to 60 ℃, and keeping the temperature for later use;

G. the whitening active ingredient flaky microcapsules are adhered to corresponding positions (solid points, see attached figure 4) on the front surface of the neck patch film cloth by using sticky rice glue at the interval of 1cm between the upper point and the lower point and the left point and the right point, and the circular hard pressing particles which are made of magnetic metal and have the same diameter and size and are used for assisting the release of the active ingredient are adhered to the positions, which are the same as the flaky microcapsules, on the back surface of the face patch film cloth, so that the neck patch film cloth for the skin care with the fixed-point pressing and releasing of the active.
The product essence is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1.5% of thickening agent, 5% of functional emollient, 3% of humectant, 0.10% of pH regulator, 1.5% of preservative, 0.01% of essence and the balance of deionized water.
