Background
In recent years, with the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the quality of life of people, people have focused on the importance of skin care, and facial masks are one of important articles for skin care.
The principle of the facial mask is that the facial mask temporarily isolates outside air and pollution in a short time when covering on the face, the skin temperature is improved, pores of the skin are expanded, sweat gland secretion and metabolism are promoted, the oxygen content of the skin is increased, the facial mask is beneficial to removing products of epidermal cell metabolism and accumulated grease substances from the skin, water in the facial mask permeates into the horny layer of the epidermis of the skin, the skin becomes soft, and the elasticity is increased. However, the mask pastes on the market are all soaked by chemical preparations, and sensitive skin is not suitable for use. The existing facial masks are various in types, but the existing facial masks generally contain harmful components such as excessive hormone and preservatives, so that allergy and discomfort are caused to many people who use the facial masks, acne grows after the facial masks containing the hormone are used, allergy is caused to other cosmetics, and dependence on the facial masks is caused. These ingredients have great side effects on the human body, and thus effective improvements are required.
Therefore, the research of the plant dry facial mask which is free of preservative, suitable for sensitive skin and suitable for the market needs is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a plant beauty-treatment dry mask and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following scheme:
a plant beauty dry mask is prepared from deuterium-depleted water and plant dry mask cloth, and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of deuterium-depleted water, 30-60 parts of polygonatum odoratum protein fiber, 5-25 parts of poria cocos protein fiber, 5-20 parts of peony root bark protein fiber, 5-25 parts of liquorice protein fiber, 5-20 parts of asparagus root protein fiber, 5-20 parts of grapefruit seed protein fiber and 5-25 parts of cotton fiber.
Preferably, the plant beauty dry mask comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of deuterium-depleted water, 40-50 parts of polygonatum odoratum protein fiber, 10-15 parts of poria cocos protein fiber, 10-15 parts of peony root bark protein fiber, 10-15 parts of liquorice root protein fiber, 10-15 parts of asparagus root protein fiber, 10-15 parts of grapefruit seed protein fiber and 10-15 parts of cotton fiber.
Preferably, the plant beauty dry mask comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of deuterium-depleted water, 45 parts of polygonatum protein fiber, 15 parts of poria cocos protein fiber, 15 parts of peony root bark protein fiber, 15 parts of licorice root protein fiber, 15 parts of asparagus root protein fiber, 15 parts of grapefruit seed protein fiber and 15 parts of cotton fiber.
Deuterium-depleted water: deuterium is harmful to the living development and proliferation of living organisms and is toxic to living organisms regardless of the content of deuterium in water. The replacement of hydrogen atoms by deuterium can generate additional stress in the helical structure of DNA, resulting in phase shift, breakage, and replacement of the double helix, thereby disordering the arrangement of ribonucleic acids, and even re-synthesizing and mutating the ribonucleic acids. The living organism has no resistance to deuterium, and is difficult to metabolize once entering the living organism, so that the deuterium has an accumulation effect in the body, and the high-content deuterium has adverse effects on the genetic metabolism, enzyme systems and the like of the human body. The higher the content of deuterium, the more toxic it is to living organisms, so that various animal and plant living organisms including human beings are always subjected to deuterium poisoning to different degrees, except that they are now adapted to deuterium-containing water of a ratio of 150ppm in nature. If the natural water exceeds the normal value of 150ppm, the toxicity to the living body is greater. And we used deuterium-depleted water with a D/H ratio of 30-50 ppm.
Polygonatum odoratum fiber is fiber of Polygonatum odoratum of Liliaceae, has no irritation to body, and is suitable for sensitive skin. The fiber contains a large amount of antioxidant, and is effective in removing free radicals from skin, maintaining elasticity, and delaying aging. The polygonatum odoratum fiber has good hydrophobic property, and is dry, comfortable, soft and comfortable to contact with skin. The polygonatum odoratum fiber can be biodegraded and is degraded into water and carbon dioxide under the action of microorganisms, so that the problem of white pollution of the mask is solved.
Tuckahoe protein fiber: the effective components are as follows: pachyman; it has the functions of eliminating spot, eliminating acne, whitening skin, etc.
Peony root bark: the effective components are as follows: paeonol can inhibit the generation of intracellular O2-free radical, whiten skin, reduce pigment deposited in skin, remove color, and remove blood stasis and speckle; also has antiinflammatory, repercussive, analgesic, antiallergic, and antiviral effects. Has good therapeutic effect on mottle, skin pruritus and eczema.
Licorice root: can effectively inhibit tyrosinase activation, prevent melanin generation, and has skin whitening effect.
Radix asparagi: the contained aspartic acid has antioxidant effect, can prevent fatty acid from being oxidized, can delay and treat cutin on the skin, and can make the skin more smooth and glossy.
A preparation method of a plant beauty dry mask comprises the following steps:
(1) filling deuterium-depleted water for later use;
(2) mixing rhizoma Polygonati Odorati protein fiber, Poria protein fiber, peony root bark protein fiber, Glycyrrhrizae radix protein fiber, radix asparagi protein fiber, grapefruit seed protein fiber and cotton fiber to obtain mixed fiber;
(3) melting the mixed fibers into a melt;
(4) drafting the melt to form superfine fiber;
(5) weaving the superfine fibers to form a continuous reticular fiber layer;
(6) hot rolling to process the continuous reticular fiber layer to obtain the plant facial mask cloth;
(7) and (3) packaging the deuterium-depleted water and the plant dry mask cloth separately to obtain the split-packaged plant beauty dry mask.
Preferably, in step (1), the deuterium-depleted water is filled by strict sterilization and in a sterile environment.
Preferably, in the step (2), a homogenizer is adopted for mixing, and the mixing time is 10-30 min.
Preferably, in the step (3), the mixed fiber is added into an extruder to be melted, and the temperature of the extruder is set to 220-280 ℃.
Preferably, in the step (4), the melt is extruded from the spinneret orifice and is subjected to drawing treatment, wherein the drawing speed is 10-50 m/min.
Preferably, in the step (5), the reticular fiber layer is processed by a hot rolling mill, the temperature of the hot rolling mill is set to be 50-80 ℃, and the pressure of an oil furnace is 0.3-0.4 MPa.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the plant beauty and dry mask adopts deuterium-depleted water, reduces the deuterium content of water, enhances the activity of cells, and has the functions of activating immune cells, improving the basic metabolism level of a body, resisting cell mutation, delaying cell senescence and the like.
2. The plant facial mask cloth contains plant essence components, and after deuterium-depleted water is absorbed, released plant nutritional components are easier to absorb, and moisture and nutrients required by skin are supplemented in time.
3. The fibers of the plant beauty-dry mask cloth are mutually compatible, the polygonatum odoratum fibers are well compatible with the poria cocos, the peony root bark and the asparagus cochinchinensis fibers, the obtained mask cloth does not need to be added with an additional chemical preservative, is in contact with the skin of a human body and does not generate allergy, infection and inflammation reaction, the peony root bark, the asparagus cochinchinensis fibers and the liquorice have the effects of diminishing inflammation, sterilizing, easing pain and calming, the polygonatum odoratum fibers are good in mechanical property, good in breaking strength in dry and wet states and convenient to process and use; the liquid holding capacity is strong, and more nutrient solution can be carried, so that the nutrient components of the nutrient solution can be absorbed by skin more quickly; the mask has the advantages of good air permeability, no influence on normal breathing of facial skin, high comfort, good biodegradability, degradation into water and carbon dioxide under the action of microorganisms, and white pollution of the mask.
