The sea cucumber is holothuria leucospilota or holothuria nobilis selenka, and is characterized by high protein, low fat, low sugar and rich amino acids, vitamins, essential fatty acids, macroelements and microelements which are necessary for human bodies. The invention adopts fresh oyster meat, and glycosaminoglycan in oyster has protective effect on oxidative damage of vascular endothelial cells induced by hydrogen peroxide, and can effectively prevent various cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, arteriosclerosis, cerebral apoplexy and the like caused by vascular endothelial damage. The snake meat adopted by the invention is selected from black-tail snake or pallas pit viper.
Furthermore, the sea cucumber, the oyster and the snake meat are 35-55 parts by weight of the sea cucumber, 20-40 parts by weight of the oyster and 5-10 parts by weight of the snake meat in the instant sea cucumber, oyster and snake meat oral liquid, and the collocation of different nutrients of each component is more reasonable due to reasonable distribution of different components. In addition, 5-10 parts by weight of black beans, 2-3 parts by weight of onion and 0.3-0.5 part by weight of dried ginger can be added to improve the mouthfeel.

2) refining process
Mixing the treated raw materials, putting the raw materials into a pressure cooker, stewing for 2h under pressure, then opening the cover of the pressure cooker under pressure, continuing stewing until the water is volatilized until the food materials are exposed, transferring the mixture into a crusher, and crushing the mixture at 800 plus 1000rpm to obtain refined liquid;
3) enzymolysis
Heating the refining liquid obtained in the step 2) to 40 ℃, adding neutral protease accounting for 3% of the weight of the refining liquid for enzymolysis for 1h to obtain enzymolysis liquid;
4) filling
And filling the cooled enzymatic hydrolysate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the instant oral liquid prepared by taking the sea cucumber, the oyster and the snake meat as raw materials has the unique nutrients and the health care functions of the sea cucumber, the oyster and the snake meat, can exert the maximum effect of each component through reasonable proportioning design, is easier to absorb polypeptide after enzymolysis, and has the effects of purifying blood and improving the activity of T cells.

An instant sea cucumber, oyster and snake meat oral liquid is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of dried black sea cucumber, 20 parts of fresh oyster meat, 5 parts of zaocys dhumnade, 10 parts of black soybean, 2 parts of onion and 0.3 part of dried ginger.
