Abstract
一种萃取精馏分离芳烃的方法,包括将含芳烃的烃混合物引入萃取精馏塔(8)的中部,萃取溶剂引入萃取精馏塔的上部,经过萃取精馏,塔顶排出含苯的萃余物,其中苯含量为3~40质量%,将其送入萃取塔(10)的下部,将萃取溶剂引入萃取塔的上部进行液液萃取,不含芳烃的萃余液从萃取塔塔顶排出,含苯的富溶剂从塔底排出进入萃取精馏塔的中上部;将萃取精馏塔塔底得到的富溶剂送入溶剂回收塔分离芳烃和溶剂。该法将萃取精馏与液液萃取巧妙组合,可实现高纯度、高回收率的芳烃分离,并大幅降低萃取分离过程的能耗。
