Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative and explanatory of the invention and are not restrictive thereof.
The electric water heater 100, a control method thereof and a machine-readable storage medium according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the electric water heater 100 not only has a function of improving the bathroom environment, but also has high component utilization, effectively reduces the manufacturing cost, has a high cost performance, and is highly competitive in products.
Referring to fig. 1 to 15, the electric water heater 100 of the present invention includes a hot water module 1 and a three-port air duct module 2, and the three-port air duct module 2 includes a first air duct port 21, a second air duct port 22, and a third air duct port 23. The first air duct opening 21 is communicated with the indoor space and extends inwards to form a common air duct 24, a common fan module 25 is arranged in the common air duct, and a first air duct branch 26 and a second air duct branch 27 extend inwards; the second air duct opening 22 is communicated with the outdoor space, and the first air duct branch 26 leads to the second air duct opening 22 to form an indoor and outdoor circulating air duct; the third air duct opening 23 communicates with the indoor space, and the second air duct branch 27 opens into the third air duct opening 23 to form an indoor circulating air duct. Here, a position relatively close to the center of the electric water heater 100 is defined as "inner", and a position relatively far from the center of the electric water heater 100 is defined as "outer".
Since the electric water heater is usually installed in a bathroom or other household space, and the bathroom is usually wet, oppressed and prone to generate bad smell, the bathroom environment is relatively poor. The electric water heater 100 of the present invention has not only a basic function of heating a water source to provide hot water but also various functions of improving the environment of a bathroom. Specifically, the electric water heater 100 of the present invention is provided with the three-port air duct module 2 and the common fan module 25 disposed in the three-port air duct module 2, the three-port air duct module 2 is formed with an indoor and outdoor circulation air duct and an indoor circulation air duct, the indoor circulation air duct can supply air indoors to improve the indoor environment, the indoor and outdoor circulation air duct can exhaust indoor turbid air outdoors or introduce outdoor fresh air indoors, the bathroom environment is effectively improved, and the user experience is good. In addition, the indoor and outdoor circulating air ducts and the indoor circulating air duct are provided with the shared air duct 24 and the shared fan module 25, so that the component utilization rate of the electric water heater 100 is improved, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the structural volume of the electric water heater 100 is more reasonable and compact, the electric water heater is suitable for bathrooms with narrow spaces, and meanwhile, the competitiveness of products is greatly improved.
Further, a first wind blocking module 28 for closing or communicating the first wind channel branch 26 is disposed on the first wind channel branch 26, or a second wind blocking module 30 for closing or communicating the second wind channel branch 27 is disposed on the second wind channel branch 27. As such, the duct in the three-port duct module 2 can be changed by opening or closing the first or second wind-shielding module 28, 30. When the first wind shielding module 28 or the second wind shielding module 30 is turned on, the first wind channel branch 26 and the second wind channel branch 27 are both simultaneously communicated with the common wind channel 24, that is, the indoor and outdoor circulating wind channels and the indoor circulating wind channel can be operated simultaneously; when the first wind shielding module 28 is closed, the first air duct branch 26 is closed, and only the second air duct branch 27 is communicated with the common air duct 24, that is, only the indoor circulating air duct can be allowed to operate; when the second wind blocking module 30 is closed, the second wind path 27 is closed, and only the first wind path 26 is communicated with the common wind path 24, i.e. only the indoor circulating wind path is allowed to operate. It should be noted that the first duct branch 26 and the second duct branch 27 can have a wind shielding module at the same time, so that the electric water heater can have more operation modes to improve the bathroom environment, but the invention is not limited thereto. To avoid redundant description, only one of the first duct branch 26 and the second duct branch 27 having the wind shielding module is illustrated below.
Further, the first wind shielding module 28 is configured to be manually started or stopped or the second wind shielding module 30 is configured to be manually started or stopped electrically. The manual start-stop is that the first wind shielding module 28 or the second wind shielding module 30 does not need to be electrically connected with the control module, the user can also directly operate the first wind shielding module 28 or the second wind shielding module 30 in a manual mode, the electric start-stop is that the first wind shielding module 28 or the second wind shielding module 30 is electrically connected with the control module, and the user can indirectly control the first wind shielding module 28 or the second wind shielding module 30 by operating the control module.
Further, the common fan of the common fan module 25 is a forward/reverse rotation fan, and the common fan module 25 introduces air into the common duct 24 from the first duct port 21 or discharges air into the indoor space by forward rotation or reverse rotation of the common fan. Therefore, the electric water heater can obtain more working modes to improve the bathroom environment by changing the wind outlet direction of the common fan module 25, and the functions are more diversified. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the turning direction of the common blower module 25 can change the wind directions in the indoor and outdoor circulating air ducts and the indoor circulating air duct and the implementation of the corresponding functions of the electric water heater 100, and the turning performance of the common blower module 25 of the present invention can be set according to the actual installation situation of the electric water heater 100. For example, when the common fan of the common fan module 25 is set to rotate in the forward direction, the first air duct opening 21 may be an air inlet, and the indoor and outdoor circulating air duct may be an outdoor exhaust air duct; and, when the common fan of the common fan module 25 is set to a reverse rotation state, the first air duct opening 21 is an air outlet, and at this time, the indoor and outdoor circulating air duct may be formed as an outdoor air inlet duct.

That is, the temperature adjusting device 29 may be one of a heating device and a cooling device. The heating device is a PTC heater and the like, can quickly heat up, can automatically control the temperature when meeting the fault of the fan, and has long service life; the refrigerating device may be, for example, a chip for refrigerating, or a refrigerating device such as a condenser. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the thermostat 29 may include both a heating device and a cooling device, whereby the electric water heater may have more various operation modes to improve the bathroom environment. To avoid redundant description, only the case where the temperature adjustment device 29 is a heating device will be described below.
Generally, after a user finishes bathing, accumulated water and condensed water easily exist on the ground and the wall of a bathroom, the existing bathroom generally dehumidifies through a moisture absorption part or a condensation type dehumidification part, the moisture absorption part removes water vapor in air flow in an adsorption mode, and the dehumidification efficiency is low; the cost of the condensing type dehumidifying part is high.

When the first wind shielding module 28 is closed, the first air duct branch 26 is closed, and only the second air duct branch 27 is communicated with the common air duct 24, that is, only the indoor circulating air duct can be allowed to operate, and at this time, the temperature adjusting device 29 can be used for increasing the temperature of the bathroom and providing proper bathing temperature for users in cold weather.
