Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration and explanation only and are not intended to limit the present invention.
The following describes the electric water heater 100 according to the present invention with reference to the drawings, wherein the electric water heater 100 has various functions, a reasonable and compact structure, and easy disassembly and operation, and can meet various requirements of users.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the electric water heater 100 includes a water heater body 1 and an extended function portion, the extended function portion includes an air external circulation module 2 and an air internal circulation module 7, and the air external circulation module 2 and the air internal circulation module 7 are detachably mounted on the same side end portion of the electric water heater 100.
The bathroom is used as a bathing space and a bathroom, the bathroom often has the problems of peculiar smell or easy bathroom humidity or air environment suppression and the like due to daily bathing, and particularly, the bathroom is obvious under the condition of bad weather, so that the user experience is influenced. Therefore, as shown in fig. 5, the functional modules of the extended functional part include the air external circulation module 2 and the air internal circulation module 7, so that, in addition to the basic function of providing hot water, the electric water heater can improve the bathroom environment through the air internal circulation module and the air internal circulation module, for example, dirty air in a room can be discharged or fresh air in the room can be introduced through the air external circulation module, the air internal circulation module can be combined with an air processing device to optimize the air in the room, and the like, thereby effectively improving the bathroom environment and improving the user experience.
The existing electric appliances have single functions and large volumes, and occupy large room space if too many electric appliances are purchased, so that the consumption requirements of consumers cannot be met. The utility model discloses an air extrinsic cycle module and air inner loop module detachably of electric water heater install in electric water heater with one side tip, not only do benefit to the maintenance and the installation dismantlement operation in later stage, can also make electric water heater's overall structure compacter, be suitable for to hold in the bathroom that the space is narrow and small, and circuit layout and runner structural arrangement are also more reasonable.
Optionally, the electric water heater 100 further comprises an outer shell 3 provided with an end opening and a side end cover seat 4, the water heater body portion 1 is embedded in the shell cavity 31 of the outer shell 3, the end opening is closed and is recessed towards the shell cavity 31 to form an end cover cavity 41, and the extended function portion is located in the end cover cavity 41. As shown in fig. 1, the water heater body 1 is located at one lateral end of the electric water heater 100, the side end cover seat 4 is located at the other lateral end of the electric water heater 100, and the extended function portion is disposed in the end cover cavity 41 of the side end cover seat 4. Of course, in addition to the above exemplary embodiments, the electric water heater 100 may be disposed in a vertical direction, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the extended function part is separated from the water heater body part 1 through the inner side wall of the side end cover seat 4, so that the influence of heat of the water heater body part 1 on electronic components of the extended function part during working can be reduced, the stability and the reliability of the electric water heater 100 are improved, the air external circulation module 2 and the air internal circulation module 7 can be detachably installed on the inner side wall of the side end cover seat 4, and the installation structure is more reasonable and compact.
Alternatively, the water heater body part 1 may include a first liner 12 and a second liner 13 juxtaposed in a vertical direction, the first liner 12 and the second liner 13 respectively have a first liner opening and a second liner opening for fixedly mounting the heating body 11, a liner opening mounting hole 42 is formed on an inner side wall of the side end cover seat 4, and the first liner opening and the second liner opening are respectively mounted in the liner opening mounting hole 42. As shown in fig. 1, the heating body 11 includes a fixing portion fixedly mounted on the side walls of the first and second inner containers 12 and 13, and a heating portion of the heating body 11 extends toward the other side of the first and second inner containers 12 and 13. Since the controller 6 of the electric water heater 100 needs to be electrically connected to the fans in the heating body 11, the air external circulation module 2 and the air internal circulation module 7, in order to optimize and facilitate wiring control, the circuit layout is more reasonable, and the fixed installation part of the heating body 11 is adjacent to the air external circulation module 2 and the air internal circulation module 7. In addition, the fixed installation part is arranged close to one side of the air external circulation module 2 and one side of the air internal circulation module 7, and heat dissipation can be carried out on heating elements such as the heating body 11 and the like so as to protect original control devices.
In addition, since the inner container of the electric water heater usually needs to bear pressure and is usually set to be in a cylindrical shape, for the electric water heater 100 with the same volume, such as the 8L electric water heater 100, the side end space of the single 8L inner container accommodated behind the shell cavity 31 is difficult to be reasonably arranged, so that the effective use space of the side end cover seat 4 is small, that is, the installation space of the air external circulation module 2 and the air internal circulation module 7 is small. In the electric water heater 100 with the double inner containers, a reasonable space can be provided in the shell cavity 31 for installing the air external circulation module 2 and the air internal circulation module 7, so that the overall arrangement and installation of the electric water heater 100 are more reasonable.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the air outside circulation module 2 may include an outside circulation flow passage for communicating the indoor environment with the outdoor environment and an outside circulation fan 23 provided in the outside circulation flow passage for discharging the indoor air to the outside or for introducing the outdoor air into the indoor. The external circulation flow passage is respectively communicated with the indoor environment and the outdoor environment through the external circulation air inlet 21 and the external circulation air outlet 22, so that the air external circulation module 2 is helpful for promoting the flow of indoor and outdoor air and removing indoor dirty air and peculiar smell, thereby further playing the effects of regulating the temperature and humidity, or introducing fresh air of the outdoor environment into the room to improve the indoor environment. It should be noted that, when the air external circulation module 2 is used to discharge indoor air to the outside of the room, the external circulation air inlet 21 is used to supply air from the inside of the room, and the external circulation air outlet 22 is used to discharge indoor air to the outside of the room; when the air external circulation module 2 is used for introducing outdoor air into a room, the external circulation air outlet 22 is used for introducing fresh air from the outside, and the external circulation air inlet 21 is used for introducing the fresh air from the outside into the room. The air external circulation module 2 may include a fan disposed in the external circulation flow channel, for example, the air external circulation module 2 may include a bidirectional fan, such that the air external circulation module controls the rotation direction of the bidirectional fan to discharge the indoor air to the outside or introduce the outdoor air to the inside. Hereinafter, a case where the external circulation flow path of the air external circulation module 2 is used to discharge indoor air to the outside of the room will be exemplified.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the air internal circulation module 7 may include an internal circulation flow passage for internally circulating the indoor air, and a temperature adjusting device 72 and an internal circulation fan 71 provided in the internal circulation flow passage. The temperature adjustment device 72 includes a heating device for raising the temperature of the air and/or a cooling device for lowering the temperature of the air. The internal circulation flow channel is respectively communicated with the indoor environment through an internal circulation air inlet 75 and an internal circulation air outlet 76, so that the air internal circulation module 7 can be used for adjusting the temperature of the bathroom and providing a comfortable constant-temperature bathing environment for users. The temperature adjustment device 72 includes a heating device for raising the temperature of the air and/or a cooling device for lowering the temperature of the air. That is, the temperature adjusting device may be one of a heating device and a cooling device, or the temperature adjusting device 72 may include both a heating device and a cooling device. The heating device is a PTC heater and the like, can quickly heat up, can automatically control the temperature when meeting the fault of the fan, and has long service life; the refrigerating device may be, for example, a chip for refrigerating, or a refrigerating device such as a condenser. The electric water heater 100 of some embodiments will be exemplified below when the thermostat 72 is a heating device.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1, the air external circulation module 2 may be disposed above the air internal circulation module 7, so that the height of the external circulation flow channel is increased, the flow channel through which the indoor air is discharged to the outside is shortened, and the exhaust efficiency of the external circulation flow channel is effectively improved. For the air internal circulation flow channel, when the indoor temperature needs to be raised, for example, hot air is output from an air outlet of the air internal circulation assembly below, the mass of the hot air is lighter than that of cold air, the hot air can naturally rise from bottom to top, the migration route of the hot air in the room is longer, the temperature in the room can be adjusted, moist and hot air can be discharged out of the room more quickly, and the environment in the bathroom can be improved more beneficially.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the disassembly, assembly, cleaning or maintenance of the air external circulation module 2 and the air internal circulation module 7 in the extended functional part, the air external circulation module 2 and the air internal circulation module 7 are detachably mounted on the inner side wall of the side end cover seat 4. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the air external circulation module 2 further includes an external circulation fan base 24 and an external circulation fan case 25 fastened to the external circulation fan base 24, and the air internal circulation module 7 further includes an internal circulation fan base 73 and an internal circulation fan case 74 fastened to the internal circulation fan base 73, and both the external circulation fan base 24 and the internal circulation fan base 73 are detachably mounted on the inner side walls of the side end cover bases 4. The outer circulation fan 23 is installed in a cavity between the outer circulation fan base 24 and the outer circulation fan housing 25 and includes an outer circulation motor 231 and an outer circulation wind wheel 232 driven by the outer circulation motor. The air external circulation module 2 may further include an external circulation interface structure 26 and an air duct 27 connected to the air outlet of the external circulation fan casing 25, and the air duct 27 is connected to the external circulation interface structure 26 and the outdoor environment, respectively. The internal circulation fan 71 is installed in a nip between the internal circulation fan base 73 and the internal circulation fan housing 74 and includes an internal circulation motor 711 and an internal circulation wind wheel 712 driven thereby.
In some embodiments, the air external circulation module 2 may include an external circulation air inlet 21 and an air external circulation air outlet 22, which are communicated with the external circulation flow passage, an opening of the external circulation air inlet 21 is at least partially disposed on a side wall of the electric water heater 100, and an opening of the external circulation air outlet 22 is at least partially disposed on a top wall of the electric water heater 100. The side wall of the electric water heater 100 is a side wall along a horizontal direction, such as a left side wall, a right side wall, or a front side wall; the opening of the external circulation air inlet 21 is at least partially disposed on the sidewall of the electric water heater 100, that is, the opening of the external circulation air inlet 21 may be disposed at the boundary between the sidewall and the bottom wall of the electric water heater 100, or at the boundary between the sidewall and the top wall of the electric water heater 100, or may be completely disposed on the sidewall of the electric water heater 100; the opening of the external circulation exhaust port 22 is disposed on the top wall of the electric water heater 100, that is, the opening of the external circulation exhaust port 22 may be disposed on the top wall of the electric water heater 100, or disposed at the boundary between the top wall and the side wall of the electric water heater 100. So, through the height that promotes the air outlet of extrinsic cycle runner for the outdoor runner of indoor air discharge is shorter, effectively promotes extrinsic cycle runner exhaust efficiency, also is convenient for discharge moist hot air outdoor more fast.
In addition, the air internal circulation module 7 may include an internal circulation air inlet 75 and an internal circulation air outlet 76 which are communicated with the internal circulation flow passage, an opening of the internal circulation air inlet 75 is at least partially disposed on a side wall of the electric water heater 100, and an opening of the internal circulation air outlet 76 is at least partially disposed on a bottom wall of the electric water heater 100. The side wall of the electric water heater 100 is a side wall along a horizontal direction, such as a left side wall, a right side wall, or a front side wall; the opening of the internal circulation air inlet 75 is at least partially disposed on the sidewall of the electric water heater 100, that is, the opening of the internal circulation air inlet 75 may be disposed at the boundary between the sidewall and the bottom wall of the electric water heater 100, at the boundary between the sidewall and the top wall of the electric water heater 100, or completely disposed at the sidewall of the electric water heater 100. The opening of the internal circulation exhaust port 76 is at least partially disposed on the bottom wall of the electric water heater 100, that is, the opening of the internal circulation exhaust port 76 may be disposed entirely on the bottom wall of the electric water heater 100, or disposed at the boundary between the bottom wall and the side wall of the electric water heater 100, which is not limited to the present invention.
