Abstract

本发明涉及一种在沥青混合料中掺入钢纤维沥青混合料公路面。该路面的特点是在路面中掺入有钢纤维,钢纤维掺入的体积率为1.5-2.0%。该路面可为三层结构,表面层和下面层为沥青石粒钢纤维混合层,中间层为沥青石粒混合层。本发明与现有的沥青混合料路面相比,不仅强度和使用寿命有较大提高,而且高温稳定度和低温抗裂性均有显著改善,用于公路工程,还能减薄路面厚度,降低造价。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种在沥青混合料中掺入钢纤维的钢纤维沥青混合料公路路面。
背景技术
沥青混合料公路路面主要由沥青和石粒按比例混合压制而成,沥青混合料路面与混凝土路面相比,虽造价较低,施工方便,行驶平稳,但也存在着高温稳定低,低温抗裂性差,易老化、强度低、使用寿命短等诸多不足,因而难以适应重点公路工程的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钢纤维沥青混合料公路路面,它不仅强度较高,使用寿命长,而且高温稳定性和低温抗裂性都有显著的提高。
本发明的目的由以下的技术方案来实现:由沥青石粒混合料混制而成,其不同之处在于在路面中掺入有钢纤维2,钢纤维掺入的体积率为1.5%-2.0%。
根据上述方案,本发明由于在沥青石粒混合料中掺入了钢纤维,由此而压制成的钢纤维沥青混合料路面,与通常的沥青混合料路面相比,不仅抗拉强度有较大提高,而且其高温稳定度和低温抗裂性均有显著的提高和改善,使沥青混合料路面的有效使用寿命得到延长,并能减少其维修保养的费用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的实施例,整个路面设置为三层,并结合成一体,表面层1为细粒钢纤维层,由沥青、细石粒掺配钢纤维混合而成,钢纤维2掺入的体积率为1.5%或2.0%,钢纤维为波纹型钢纤维,表面层的厚度为20-40mm,通常为25mm,中间层3为中粒层,不掺配钢纤维,由沥青、中石粒混合而成,中间层的厚度为50-70mm,通常为65mm,下面层4为粗粒钢纤维层,由沥青、粗石粒掺配钢纤维混合而成,钢纤维掺入的体积率为1.5%或2.0%,钢纤维为波纹型钢纤维,下面层的厚度为35-50mm,通常为40mm,由此构成上下夹层型钢纤维沥青混合料路面。采用本实施例路面结构,用于调整公路施工,不仅能减薄整个沥青混合料路面的厚度,降低路面的造价,而且其各项性能指标均优于无钢纤维的沥青混合料路面。
本发明的施工方法十分简便,路基达到沥青混合料公路路面的要求,将钢纤维按体积率的比例投料与石粒和沥青混合搅拌均匀,然后按常规的沥青混合料路面的施工方法,将混合料分层铺撒到路基上,摊平压制即成。

Claims (3)

1、一种钢纤维沥青混合料公路路面,由沥青石粒混合料混制而成,其特征在于整个路面设置为三层,并结合成一体,表面层(1)为细粒钢纤维层,厚度为20-40mm,中间层(3)为中粒层,厚度为50-70mm,下面层(4)为粗粒钢纤维层,厚度为35-50mm,构成上下夹层型钢纤维沥青混合料路面,钢纤维(2)掺入的体积率为1.5%-2.0%。
2、按权利要求1所述的钢纤维沥青混合料公路路面,其特征在于表面层和下面层的钢纤维(2)掺入的体积率为1.5%或2.0%
3、按权利要求1或2所述的钢纤维沥青混合料公路路面,其特征在于表面层的厚度为25mm,中间层的厚度为65mm,下面层的厚度为40mm。
