(8): and placing the qualified degradable soybean dietary fiber straw into an ultraviolet sterilizer for sterilization, and packaging to obtain the degradable soybean dietary fiber straw.

(8) and (3) placing the qualified degradable soybean dietary fiber straw into an ultraviolet sterilizer for sterilization for 9-11 hours, and packaging to obtain the degradable soybean dietary fiber straw.
