Referring to fig. 17 to 21, a first and a second positioning cylinders b-245 are attached to one side of the top surface of the disc b-12, which is far away from the axis of the disc b-12, through screws, and positioning rods b-246 facing the first opening b-221 of the feeding track b-22 on the top surface of the second workbench b-1 are attached to the extending ends of the first and the second positioning cylinders b-245 through screws, and when the base is pressed by the pressing cylinders b-243 to be inserted and limited with the limiting grooves of the second jig b-13, the first and the second positioning cylinders b-245 push the base by pushing the positioning rods b-246 to pass through the first through grooves b-132, so that the base protrudes out of the side surface of the second jig b-13, which is far away from the disc b-12.

Referring to fig. 18 to 22, a second guide block b-452 is attached to a side surface of the connecting block b-141 facing the mounting cylinder b-42 through a screw lock, one end, away from a compression spring (not shown in the figures), of the guide rod b-43 and one end, away from the induction sheet b-45, of the guide rod b-43 are inserted into the second guide block b-452 for limiting, one end, away from the compression spring, of the guide rod b-43 is fixedly connected with an abutting rod b-46, the axis of the abutting rod b-46 and the axis of the guide rod b-43 are arranged in a collinear mode, and the top end of the abutting rod b-46 is arranged towards a track line formed by the rotation of the arm body connecting adjusting wire connecting position on the second jig b. The top surface of the disc b-12 is additionally connected with an abutting cylinder b-47 through a screw lock, the extending end of the ground engaging cylinder is horizontally arranged towards the receiving groove b-14, and the extending end of the abutting cylinder b-47 is fixedly connected with an abutting plate b-48. Referring to fig. 18 to 22, the structure principle of the adjusting wire mounting assembly b-4 for mounting the adjusting wire is consistent with the working principle of the screw machine b-491. The adjusting wire mounting assembly b-4 comprises a lengthening table b-49 which is connected with the top surface of the second workbench b-1 through a screw lock, the lengthening table b-49 is connected with a second screw machine b-491 through a screw lock, the working end of the second screw machine b-491 is connected with a second screw driving head, the second screw driving head of the second screw machine b-491 faces to a track line formed by the rotation of a tail screw mounting position on the base of the second jig b-13 around the second rotary table b-11, the second screw driving head is communicated with a second pipeline (not shown in the figure) for providing the tail screw, the top surface of the second workbench b-1 is connected with a second vibrating and screening machine (not shown in the figure) through a screw lock, and one end of the second pipeline (not shown in the figure) far away from the second screw machine b-491 is communicated with the second vibrating and screening machine (not shown in the figure). When the first screw machine b-491 installs the adjusting wire into the arm body, the adjusting wire is abutted against the top end of the abutting rod b-46 and pushes the abutting rod b-46 to drive the guide rod b-43 and the induction sheet b-45 to move downwards, when the groove type inductor b-44 induces the induction groove b-451 of the induction sheet b-45, the groove type inductor b-44 is triggered and transmits a signal to the second screw machine b-491 to suspend the operation of the second screw machine b-491, and simultaneously the second screw machine b-491 is reset, so that the annular groove of the adjusting wire is just installed into the arm body each time.
Specifically, through arranging the groove-shaped sensor b-44, pushing the guide rod b-43, the sensing piece b-45 and the abutting rod b-46 to move upwards by using the first ejecting cylinder b-41, enabling the abutting rod b-46 to penetrate through the second rotary disc b-11 and then be connected with the bottom surface of the position of the adjusting wire, arranging the guide rod b-43 in a coplanar manner, utilizing the second screw machine b-491 to load the adjusting wire into the arm body, enabling the adjusting wire to abut against the abutting rod b-46 while penetrating through the arm body, pushing the abutting rod b-46, the sensing piece b-45 and the guide rod b-43 to move downwards by using the elastic action of a compression spring, when the groove-shaped sensor b-44 senses the sensing groove b-451 of the sensing piece b-45, indicating that the adjusting wire is just installed into the arm body, triggering the groove-shaped sensor b-44 and transmitting a signal to the second screw machine b-491 to pause the operation of the second screw machine b-491, and simultaneously resetting the first ejection cylinder b-41 to complete the installation process of the adjusting wire.
Referring to fig. 18 to 23, the pushing assembly b-5 includes a second fixing plate b-51 which is screwed to the top surface of the second table b-1, a transverse plate b-511 which is screwed to the side surface of the second fixing plate b-51 which is away from the second rotating disc b-11, a pushing cylinder b-52 which is screwed to the transverse plate b-511, an extending end of the pushing cylinder b-52 is disposed toward the second rotating disc b-11, a pushing rod b-53 which passes through the second fixing plate b-51 is fixedly connected to the extending end of the pushing cylinder b-52, and the pushing rod b-53 rotates around the second rotating disc b-11 toward the base of the second fixture b-13. The top surface of the disc b-12 is fixedly connected with a limiting cylinder b-54, the cylinder body of the limiting cylinder b-54 is obliquely and downwards arranged towards the contour line formed by the rotation of the second jig b-13 of the second rotating disc b-11 around the second rotating disc b-11, and the extending end of the limiting cylinder b-54 is fixedly connected with a limiting block b-55 made of rubber.
Referring to fig. 18 to 24, the young bellyband unfolding assembly b-6 comprises a combination table b-61 which is locked and attached to the top surface of the second workbench b-1 through screws, the combination table b-61 is additionally connected with a pressing cylinder b-62 which is positioned above the second turntable b-11 and provided with a track line formed by rotating the extending end of the pressing cylinder b-62 around the second turntable b-11 towards the second jig b-13 through screw locking, and the extending end of the pressing cylinder b-62 is fixedly connected with a pressing block b-63 of a pressing arm body. The combined table b-61 is connected with an unfolding cylinder b-64 through a screw lock, the extending end of the unfolding cylinder b-64 faces to the second rotary table b-11, the extending end of the unfolding cylinder b-64 is fixedly connected with two connecting rods b-65 spliced with the combined table b-61, one end, far away from the unfolding cylinder b-64, of each connecting rod b-65 is fixedly connected with a pressing wheel b-66, the two pressing wheels b-66 avoid the arm body on the second jig b-13 along the extending direction of the extending end of the unfolding cylinder b-64 and are opposite to two sides of a pocket of the arm body, and a pressing block b-63 is located between the two pressing wheels b-66 and used for pushing and unfolding the pocket. When the second jig b-13 rotates for a certain angle and is suspended, one second jig b-13 is arranged opposite to the young-pocket unfolding component b-6, the pressing cylinder b-62 extends out of the pressing block b-63 to extrude and fix the arm body, the unfolding cylinder b-64 enables the two pressing wheels b-66 to move towards the same young pocket through extending out of the connecting rod b-65, the young pocket is completely unfolded while the pressing wheels b-66 push the young pocket open, and the unfolding state is kept.
Specifically, the pressing cylinder b-62 is arranged, the pressing block b-63 is extended out of the pressing cylinder b-62 to press the arm body and the base integrally, the unfolding cylinder b-64 is extended out of the connecting rod b-65, and the pressing wheel b-66 at the tail end of the connecting rod b-65 is used for pushing the pocket of the arm body to be unfolded, so that the effect of unfolding the pocket is achieved, and the unfolded pocket is kept in an unfolded state.
Referring to fig. 25 to 30, the cylinder assembling machine c includes a third worktable c-1 in a shape of a similar cuboid, a third turntable c-11 and a fourth turntable c-12 are provided on the top surface of the third worktable c-1 through motor driving, a space is provided between the third turntable c-11 and the fourth turntable c-12, a plurality of third jigs c-111 are respectively installed on the edge of the top surface of the third turntable c-11 at equal angular intervals around the circumferential direction of the axis thereof, a second mounting groove c-112 for the cylinder and the triangular block to be inserted and fixed is provided on the top surface of the third jig c-111, a plurality of fourth jigs c-121 are respectively provided on the edge of the top surface of the fourth turntable c-12 at equal angular intervals around the circumferential direction of the axis thereof, a third mounting groove c-122 for the cylinder and the triangular block to be integrally inserted and fixed is provided on the top surface of the fourth jig c-121, the top surface of the fourth fixture c-121 is provided with a slot c-123 for inserting and fixing the semi-finished hinge.
Referring to fig. 25 to 30, an oil cylinder direction-selecting feeding assembly c-2 for placing a plurality of oil cylinders in a plurality of third jigs c-111 one by one and adjusting the positions of the oil cylinders, a triangular block feeding assembly c-3 for placing triangular blocks in the third jigs c-111 one by one and assembling the triangular blocks with the oil cylinders, and a bolt assembling assembly c-4 for assembling bolts with the oil cylinders and the triangular blocks simultaneously are sequentially arranged on a third workbench c-1 in the circumferential direction around the axis of a third turntable c-11; a transfer transition assembly c-5 for integrally placing the oil cylinder and the triangular block on the third jig c-111 on a fourth jig c-121 of the fourth turntable c-12 is arranged between the third turntable c-11 and the fourth turntable c-12 on the third workbench c-1; and a product feeding assembly c-6 for placing the semi-finished hinge product for mounting the arm body and the base on the oil cylinder and the triangular block of the fourth jig c-121, a pin assembling assembly for integrally assembling a plurality of pins, the semi-finished hinge product, the oil cylinder and the triangular block, and a finished product discharging assembly for moving the finished hinge product on the fourth jig c-121 to the outside of the fourth turntable c-12 are sequentially arranged on the third workbench c-1 in the circumferential direction around the axis of the fourth turntable c-12.
Referring to fig. 25 to 30, in order to place the oil cylinders one by one in the second mounting grooves c-112 of the third jigs c-111 of the third turntable c-11, and to keep the extension lengths of the piston pins of the oil cylinders within a certain range, and to keep the extension lengths of the piston pins of the adjustment oil cylinders constant, thereby improving stability, at the same time, in order to keep the circumferential direction of the oil cylinders in a certain state, the rotational positions of the piston pins of the oil cylinders are adapted to the hinge semi-finished product, so that the oil cylinders are well mounted in the hinge semi-finished product, and therefore, when the oil cylinders are placed on the third jigs c-111 of the third turntable c-11, the extension lengths and the rotation directions of the piston pins of the oil cylinders need to be adjusted in advance at the same time. The oil cylinder direction-selecting feeding assembly c-2 comprises an oil cylinder material arranging device c-21 which is locked and connected with the top surface of a third workbench c-1 through screws, an oil cylinder feeding platform c-22 is arranged on the top surface of the third workbench c-1, an oil cylinder slideway c-221 for an oil cylinder to slide is arranged on the top surface of the oil cylinder feeding platform c-22, the oil cylinder slideway c-221 is communicated with the interior of an oil cylinder feeder through a slide rail, the oil cylinder slideway c-221 extends towards a third turntable c-11, a positioning piece for positioning an oil cylinder drum needle in the oil cylinder slideway c-221 is arranged on the oil cylinder feeding platform c-22, an adjusting piece for selecting the circumferential direction of the oil cylinder in the oil cylinder slideway c-221 is arranged on the oil cylinder feeding platform c-22, the cylinder feeding table c-22 is provided with a clamping piece for placing the cylinder in the cylinder slideway c-221 in a third fixture c-111 on a third turntable c-11.
Referring to fig. 25 to 30, the positioning member includes a second positioning cylinder b-245 locked and connected to the cylinder feed table c-22 by a screw, the second positioning cylinder b-245 is a linear cylinder, an extending end of the second positioning cylinder b-245 is disposed toward a cylinder slideway c-221, a side surface of the cylinder slideway c-221 is provided with a jack c-222 for inserting the extending end of the second positioning cylinder b-245, the jack c-222 is communicated with the cylinder slideway c-221, a piston drum needle of a cylinder in the cylinder slideway c-221 is horizontally disposed toward the extending end of the second positioning cylinder b-245, the cylinder feed table c-22 is located below the cylinder slideway c-221 and connected to the extending cylinder c-223 by a screw, the extending cylinder c-223 is a linear cylinder, a second through groove c-224 communicated with the inside of the cylinder slideway c-221 is penetrated through a top surface of the cylinder slideway c-221, the second through groove c-224 is arranged opposite to the extending direction of the adjusting block at the tail end of the oil cylinder in the oil cylinder slideway c-221, the extending end of the extending cylinder c-223 is arranged opposite to the second through groove c-224, the extending end of the extending cylinder c-223 is fixedly connected with a plug strip c-225 inserted with the second through groove c-224, and the jack c-222 and the second through groove c-224 are positioned on the same plane vertical to the length direction of the oil cylinder slideway c-221. Specifically, when the oil cylinder in the oil cylinder slideway c-221 slides to a position opposite to the second through groove c-224, the second positioning cylinder b-245 is started until the extending end of the second positioning cylinder is inserted into the insertion hole c-222 to be abutted against a piston drum needle of the oil cylinder, so that the extending length of the piston drum needle of the oil cylinder is adjusted, and the other positioning cylinder c-223 is started until the inserting strip c-225 is inserted into the second through groove c-224 to enable the inserting strip c-225 to be inserted into an opening of the adjusting block, so that the effect of adjusting the position of the adjusting block at the tail of the fixed oil cylinder is achieved.
Referring to fig. 25 to 30, the adjusting member is located between the positioning member and the third rotating disc c-11, the adjusting member includes a second extending cylinder c-227 locked and attached to the cylinder feeding table c-22 by a screw, the second extending cylinder c-227 is a linear cylinder, an extending end of the second extending cylinder c-227 is horizontally disposed toward the cylinder slideway c-221, an extending end of the second extending cylinder c-227 is fixedly connected with a rotating cylinder c-228, the rotating cylinder c-228 is a cylinder having a rotating function, a rotating end of the rotating cylinder c-228 is fixedly connected with a clamping cylinder c-23, the clamping cylinder c-23 is a cylinder having a clamping function, two clamping ends of the clamping cylinder c-23 are fixedly connected with clamping blocks c-231, opposite side surfaces of the two clamping blocks c-231 are respectively provided with a clamping groove c-232, the cross section of the clamping groove c-232 is arranged in a semicircular arc shape, a salient point c-233 inserted with a piston drum needle of the oil cylinder is protruded from the inner wall of the clamping groove c-232, a movable groove c-229 for moving the clamping cylinder c-23 and the rotating cylinder c-228 is formed in the side surface of the oil cylinder slide way c-221 facing the clamping cylinder c-23, the movable groove c-229 is communicated with the inside of the oil cylinder slide way c-221, and the movable groove c-229 is communicated with the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the oil cylinder slide way c-221 in the height direction. Specifically, when the oil cylinder in the oil cylinder slide way c-221 slides to the middle position of the movable groove c-229, the second extension cylinder c-227 is started until the two clamping blocks c-231 of the clamping cylinder c-248 surround the piston of the oil cylinder, the rotating cylinder c-228 is started until the connection positions of the salient point c-233 and the oil cylinder piston are opposite, then the clamping cylinder c-248 is started, so that the piston drum needle of the oil cylinder is clamped by the two clamping blocks c-231 of the clamping cylinder c-248, and the accurate position of the oil cylinder piston drum needle in the circumferential direction is further adjusted by rotating the rotating cylinder c-228.
