4. As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a metal solid waste recycling system comprises a water tank 1, a crushing device 2, a discharging device 3 and a cleaning device 4, wherein the crushing device 2 is installed at the upper end of the water tank 1, the discharging device 3 is installed at the right end of the water tank 1, and the cleaning device 4 is installed in the water tank 1; the lower end of the water tank 1 is uniformly provided with support rods 13, and the middle part of the lower end of the water tank 1 is provided with a water outlet 14; a square plate 11 is installed on the lower side of the outer wall of the right end of the water tank 1, and a collecting box 12 is installed on the square plate 11.
The crushing device 2 comprises a crushing box 2a, a feeding port 2b, a power box 2c, a first motor 2d, a transmission circular plate 2e, a straight rod 2f, a connection circular plate 2g, a rotary gear 2h, a rotary circular ring 2i, a rotary circular rod 2j, a rotary circular rod 2k, a crushing cutter 2l, a leak-proof plate 2m, a baffle plate 2n, a driven gear 2o, a driven circular rod 2p and a material guide plate 2q, wherein the left side of the middle end of the water tank 1 is provided with the crushing box 2a, the upper end of the crushing box 2a is provided with the feeding port 2b, the outer wall of the left end of the crushing box 2a is provided with the power box 2c, the inner wall of the power box 2c is provided with the first motor 2d, the output end of the first motor 2d is provided with the transmission circular plate 2e, the outer wall of the transmission circular plate 2e is uniformly provided with the straight rod 2f along the circumferential direction, the rotary circular ring 2i is arranged on the straight rod 2f, and the inner wall of, the outer wall of the rotary ring 2i is uniformly provided with power gear grooves along the circumferential direction, the transmission circular plate 2e is provided with a connection circular plate 2g, the outer wall of the front end of the connection circular plate 2g is uniformly provided with transmission gear grooves along the circumferential direction, the right end of the connection circular plate 2g is provided with a rotary round bar 2j, the right end of the rotary round bar 2j penetrates through the left end of the crushing box 2a and is arranged on the inner wall of the right end of the crushing box 2a through a bearing, the inner wall of the right end of the crushing box 2a is symmetrically provided with rotary round bars 2k through the front and back of the bearing, the left end of the rotary round bar 2k penetrates through the left end of the crushing box 2a and is provided with a rotary gear 2h, the transmission gear grooves and the rotary gear grooves are mutually meshed with the rotary gear 2h for use, the rotary round bar 2j is uniformly provided with crushing knives 2l from left to right along the circumferential direction, the rotary round bar 2, and the crushing knife 2l on the rotating round bar 2k is positioned between the gaps of the crushing knife 2l on the rotating round bar 2j, the inner walls of the front and rear ends of the crushing box 2a are uniformly provided with leak-proof plates 2m, the leak-proof plates 2m are arranged between the gaps of the crushing knife 2l on the rotating round bar 2k, baffle plates 2n are symmetrically arranged between the inner walls of the left and right ends of the upper side of the crushing box 2a in a front-and-back manner, a driven round bar 2p is arranged on the lower side of the inner wall of the right end of the crushing box 2a through a bearing, the left end of the driven round bar 2p penetrates through the left end of the crushing box 2a to be provided with a driven gear 2o, the driven gear 2o and the power gear groove are meshed with each other for use, a guide plate 2q is uniformly arranged in the crushing box 2a on the driven round bar 2 p.
When the device works, metal solid waste is conveyed into a crushing box 2a through a feeding hole 2b manually, a first motor 2d drives a transmission circular plate 2e to rotate, the transmission circular plate 2e drives a straight rod 2f to rotate, the straight rod 2f drives a rotary circular ring 2i to rotate, meanwhile, the transmission circular plate 2e drives a connection circular plate 2g to rotate, the connection circular plate 2g drives a rotary circular rod 2j to rotate, the rotary circular rod 2j drives a crushing cutter 2l to rotate, so that a transmission gear groove on the connection circular plate 2g and a rotary gear groove on the rotary circular ring 2i drive a rotary gear 2h to rotate in a gear meshing mode, the rotary gear 2h drives a rotary circular rod 2k to rotate, the rotary circular rod 2k drives the crushing cutter 2l to rotate, the crushing cutter 2l is used for crushing the metal solid waste, and comprehensive crushing operation can be carried out on the metal solid waste, meanwhile, a power gear groove on the rotary ring 2i drives the driven gear 2o to rotate in a gear meshing mode, the driven gear 2o drives the driven round rod 2p to rotate, and the driven round rod 2p drives the material guide plate 2q to rotate, so that the material guide plate 2q can convey the metal solid wastes which are crushed to the filter screen 3 a.
The cleaning device 4 comprises a water pump 41, a T-shaped pipe 42, an inclined spray pipe 43, a connecting rod 44, a conical plate 45, a third motor 46, a stirring round rod 47 and stirring blades 48, wherein the water pump 41 is installed at the left end of the water tank 1, the T-shaped pipe 42 is installed at the output end of the water pump 41, through holes are uniformly formed in the outer wall of the lower side of the left end of the crushing box 2a, the inclined spray pipe 43 is installed on the through holes, the inclined spray pipe 43 is connected onto the T-shaped pipe 42, the connecting rods 44 are installed on the inner wall of the lower end of the crushing box 2a, the connecting rods 44 are connected through the conical plate 45, a groove is formed in the lower end of the conical plate 45, the third motor 46 is installed in the groove, the stirring round rod 47 is installed at the; during specific work, the water pump 41 cleans the metal solid waste which is broken on the filter screen 3a through the T-shaped pipe 42 and the inclined spray pipe 43 by using clean water in the water tank, the third motor 46 drives the stirring round rod 47 to rotate, and the stirring round rod 47 drives the stirring blade 48 to rotate, so that the stirring blade 48 stirs and conveys the metal solid waste which is broken on the filter screen 3 a.
The discharging device 3 comprises a filter screen 3a, a long rod 3b, a second motor 3c, a transmission threaded rod 3d, a power plate 3e, a sliding round rod 3f, a discharging round rod 3g, a soft rod 3h, a straight plate 3i, a jacking cylinder 3j and a jacking plate 3k, wherein the filter screen 3a is arranged between the inner walls of the front end and the rear end of the upper side of the water tank 1, the long rods 3b are symmetrically arranged at the upper ends of the outer walls of the front end and the rear end of the water tank 1, a long groove is formed in each long rod 3b, the power plate 3e is arranged in each long groove in a sliding fit mode, the power groove is formed in each power plate 3e, the transmission threaded groove is formed in the middle of each power plate 3e, the second motor 3c is arranged on the outer wall of the left end of the long rod 3b, the transmission threaded rod 3d is arranged at the output end of the second motor 3c by penetrating through the long rod 3, the transmission threaded rod 3d is installed in the transmission threaded groove in a threaded engagement mode, discharge grooves are formed in the inner walls of the front end and the rear end of the water tank 1, a sliding round rod 3f is installed at the intersection of the discharge grooves and the power groove in a sliding fit mode, a discharge round rod 3g is installed on the sliding round rod 3f and located between the inner walls of the water tank 1, soft rods 3h are evenly installed on the discharge round rod 3g along the circumferential direction from front to back, straight plates 3i are symmetrically installed on the outer walls of the front end and the rear end of the water tank 1, the straight plates 3i are located on the lower side of the left end of the discharge grooves, jacking cylinders 3j are installed on the straight plates 3i, and jacking plates 3k are installed at the; the upper end of the jacking plate 3k is provided with an arc surface groove, and the arc surface groove and the sliding round rod 3f are matched with each other for use.
The left end and the right end of the filter screen 3a are flat nets, the middle ends of the flat nets are connected through inclined nets, the left end of the discharge chute is a vertical chute, the right end of the discharge chute is a transverse chute, the vertical chute and the transverse chute are connected through the inclined chutes, the inclination of the inclined chute is the same as that of the inclined nets, the left end of the power chute is an inclined chute which is intersected with the inclined chute, and the right end of the power chute is a straight chute which is as wide as the same as the straight chute.
During specific work, the stirring blade 48 rotates and simultaneously carries the metal solid waste which is crushed and cleaned on the filter screen 3a to the oblique shape of the filter screen 3a, the jacking cylinder 3j drives the jacking plate 3k to move towards the lower end, so that the jacking plate 3k removes jacking operation on the sliding round rod 3f, the second motor 3c drives the transmission threaded rod 3d to rotate, the transmission threaded rod 3d drives the power plate 3e to move towards the right end in a threaded engagement mode, the sliding round rod 3f is driven to move towards the right end through extrusion operation between the power groove on the power plate 3e and the discharge grooves on the outer walls of the front end and the rear end of the water tank, the sliding round rod 3f drives the discharging round rod 3g to move towards the right end, and the soft rod 3h on the discharging round rod 3g conveys the metal solid waste which is crushed and cleaned on the filter screen 3a to the collecting tank 12.
After the metal solid waste which is crushed and cleaned is conveyed to the collecting box 12 and the metal solid waste which is crushed and cleaned is collected, the second motor 3c drives the transmission threaded rod 3d to rotate reversely, the transmission threaded rod 3d drives the power plate 3e to move towards the left end in a threaded engagement mode, the sliding round rod 3f is driven to move towards the left end to the intersection of the vertical groove and the inclined groove of the discharge groove through the extrusion operation between the power groove on the power plate 3e and the discharge grooves on the outer walls of the front end and the rear end of the water tank, the jacking cylinder 3j drives the jacking plate 3k to move towards the upper end, so that the jacking plate 3k drives the sliding round rod 3f to move to the upper ends of the vertical groove and the straight groove of the power groove of the discharge groove, when the metal solid waste which is crushed and cleaned on the inclined net of the filter screen 3a reaches a certain amount, the discharging device 3 continues to work, and the process is repeated, and the metal, and collecting the metal solid waste after crushing and cleaning.
