When the device is used, the sewage discharge pipe head 5 is connected with a sewage pool by a pipeline with a valve, the device is connected with a power supply and started, the second motor box 28 drives the left rotating shaft 29 to rotate, the meshed gear 210 drives the right rotating shaft 29 to rotate, then the two rotating shafts 29 simultaneously drive the cutter holders 211 thereon to rotate at a high speed, garbage is put into the feeding hopper 22 and falls into the rotary drum 23, the rotary drum 23 is driven by the first motor box 27 and the driving shaft 26 to rotate, the garbage is taken to a high place and falls down to the cutter holders 211 to be cut up by the blades thereon, finely crushed garbage meeting the size requirement passes through the material leakage groove 24 and falls onto the turnover plate 18, then slides into the filter-pressing collection frame 14 on one side along the turnover plate 18, when a certain amount is accumulated, the positioning pin is pulled out, the toggle handle 111 is rotated to rotate the right end to another positioning hole 112, then the positioning pin penetrates through the front positioning hole 112 and the rear positioning hole 112, at the moment, the toggle handle 111 drives the turnover plate 18 to turn over through the manual shaft 17, so that the turnover plate tends to the other side, the fallen garbage is discharged into the filter-pressing collection frame 14 at the other side, then the hydraulic pump is started, the hydraulic cylinder 15 presses the pressing plate 16 downwards until the turnover plate is pushed into the filter-pressing collection frame 14 below, the garbage in the turnover plate is pressed downwards to extrude the internal moisture, the sewage flows out of the filter-pressing collection frame 14 and enters the base 12, then a certain amount of disinfectant is poured into the disinfectant adding groove 4, the disinfectant flows into the two dropping pipes 3 and is dispersed and dropped into the sewage through the water leakage holes at the bottom of the disinfectant, meanwhile, the driving shaft 26 drives the short shaft 64 to rotate through the synchronous belt mechanism 65 during the rotation process, so that the turntable 63 rotates, the turntable 63 can drive the compression bar 62 eccentrically connected with the turntable 63 to move up and down, and then the piston rod of the piston cylinder 61 is pushed and pulled in a reciprocating manner, the sewage is sucked into the piston cylinder 61 by the piston in the piston and then discharged, the sewage and the disinfectant are fully mixed, and before the next batch of garbage is put into the system, a valve on a pipeline is opened to discharge the sewage.
